Alyssa was the best. This was the easiest I have ever gotten a car and the quickest. They made it super simple and the customer service was top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better place to buy my car. I wish I would have went to them first instead of trying 3 different places to get denied at all of them. Nikki is the lady that helped me get through the all day dreadful experience. I totally recommend seeking her to buy your next car. Drive Time is the place to go to if you’re desperate and don’t have a co-signer. They didn’t require a large down payment or a co-signer. I was disappointed that the crew who cleans the cars left before the process was completed. I don’t have floor mats nor did I get a full tank of gas. I do however love my car.

I would rate this less than 1 star if I could! The down payment they quote you online is a scam just to get you there. Online I was quoted a $95 down for the SUV I wanted. Luckily I called before driving over an hour to get there because the "manager" tried to pressure me to put a lot more down, telling me "Oh this is an expensive SUV, it's worth more than $95 down. We can't get you in that vehicle for that ! I will send you a list of what we CAN get you in for that down. As a long time salesperson my friend, this is called "the bait and switch". I suspect the down payment actually goes directly in their pocket, thus the extreme pressure. BEWARE of this place !
