STOP! DO AN ABOUT FACE AND WALK OUT! While the people may be nice and professional, this company takes advantage of those who have hard times being approved for cars. They also set up locations where the average working class/below poverty line people live. You won't find one out in the suburbs. My son got a car from them. It was his first ever car with a monthly payment. It was a $10,000 car. By the time he would pay off the car, he would have paid $30,000 for it. That is right, the interest rate was 29%, making his car payments $400 a month. Typically when you buy a car you still have to pay sales tax to get plates on it. Well Drive Time just adds the sales tax in with the cost of the car and you pay it that way. Isn't that nice? NOT! Complete rip off. They are taking advantage of people who are desperate to have transportation. They also have a tracker in the car and they can switch/shut your car off if you default on your payments. The tracker will begin to beep if you are past due for payments. If you are months past due, the beeping is non stop. It is insane. You feel spied on, tracked like an animal so you can be hunted down and disrespected with an outlandish interest rate. I hate to say it, but since nobody was hurt, I am so glad this car was totaled in an accident! Please don't fall for it good people. They don't really care about your needs, they care about that money and trapping you into a financial nightmare.

If I could do zero stars I would, they’re not even worth one star. Yes it’s an easy process, but having a car from them is a headache. Worst place to go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!! Too much money for them raggedy a$& cars. They cars breakdown often. And when you speak with them about it they are no help even under your 5 year warranty . And then when your unable to pay “one time” they repo your car. After being a loyal customer for three years. A waste of money if you ask me
