Best experience ever in the search for a vehicle. Everyone was nice and polite in greeting us. Our Salesperson, John was exceptional! He showed us different options in selections of not only what was available to us and affordable, but was helpful in his recommendations. He was very pleasant and honest and I went with his suggestion, for what is now being leased to me My Kia Soul!!! He explained everything, answered every question and concern and really made this a smooth process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend others to take a chance (after seeing the TV Commercial as I did), make an appointment and ASK FOR JOHN! HE WAS THE BEST!

I just got home from the dealership and Dre was amazing. He was very happy, friendly and easy to deal with. He made the car buying experience easy. I suggest you go in and and see this team. Today was AMAZING. My Sales rep Deandre Morris helped me get the best deal possible. He was very patient with helping me find the proper car for me and all of my needs. As well as taking care of other customers in between me test driving. His customer service was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

Oscar was amazing! I was so grateful for all his help in helping me find the best vehicle for my kids and I. He did his best in figuring out solutions and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I left leaving so happy, blessed, and overly satisfied with his service. The best buying experience I’ve ever had. If you go to Drivetime located on Southwest Freeway make sure to ask for Oscar :)

Super experience, after shopping several other dealerships this location was by far very organized and professional. My salesman Rolando Lewis, had several years of experience and it showed in how he prepared my deal. Thank you for the great customer service appointment was set for 5pm on Friday, done and out the dealership by 6pm.
