I must say that Steven Ewing was the best. He took time to explain everything to me. And very helpful with things i did not understand. I will rate him 10 and above. The location was clean and everyone was very nice

Just got a 2012 Traverse and I cant be any happier. Steven was awesome and took care of any worries I had about the down payment. Yes I was approved for a lower down-payment but the car i picked required more when i told him what i could put down he said ok here's a list of vehicles in the price range. Even had my niece come and she too left with a newer car today. Would definitely recommend them.

I would avoid this place if your looking for a transparent and honest buyer experience. When they immediately pull your credit the down payment you see is only for SELECT VEHICLES (none of which I picked even at lower price points reflected this down payment).. the actual down payment is by the price of the vehicle like any other dealership. They Also used the SWITCH AND BAIT TACTIC used in most shady dealing dealerships which involves taking all of your info and running it for a vehicle of your choice only to tell you that vehicle was JUST SOLD the day of and they have comparable ones. At that point the banks have your information as well as the dealership and they try to sell you the other ones that are actually there.. THIS HAPPENED TO ME TODAY 7/2/21. Avoid ..save your time, credit score, and money. EVEN OFFERED A VIRTUAL TOUR OF THE VEHICLE before I sent the information and said it could be done once they receive it..ONLY FOR IT NOT TO EXIST AFTER INFO WAS SENT.

Do you not get a car from this place they will give you a car in the same day you will start having problems until the end of times this place is very horrible and very unprofessional in the lie and they tell you sorry for lying in other words sorry for miscommunication and continue to tell you sorry but don’t do anything for your problem I had a car from this please and continue to have problems still to this day and now I am stuck with this car with high interest rates and I’m also a nurse I need my vehicle to get back-and-forth to work to fight COVID-19 and they tell you to talk to several different people as if you’re going to get a different result I am completely dissatisfied I’m very unhappy if only I read the reviews I am literally sick to my stomach to know the date that I will be in if I don’t pay my payments for a record it does not workA customer relations does not do anything for you they lie is well
