Car made a whopping sound which wasn't clear as to what it was. It ended up being the tires, which were replaced and the sound was gone. The car was clean and felt tighter, felt great driving it again.

Words can't really express the overall feeling of customer satisfaction. It needs to be witnessed in order to really grasp the concept. As a veteran Corporate Sales veteran, I know, better than most, the value of a great customer experience. Many organizations try, yet fail, while others don't even entertain the thought of providing it, and they can easily be identified, due to their stagnant revenue streams, high employee turnover, multiple bad reviews from the public, which happens to be an internet savvy group. Mike Troche has always been a personal friend of mine since 2005, while he shined at the Pleasanton location. He has been one of the most loyal, trustworthy, hard working, dedicated individuals I've ever met in my life, and when I bring my 2005 G35 6MT in for service, I don't worry about anything. I just take a walk, come back 45 minutes later, and all is well. Kudos to the remaining staff members, as they all provide smiles and pleasantries as I stroll through the dealership. Keep up the good work. Outstanding organization!

Everyone at Infiniti from the ground to top were extremely helpful, responsive and co-ordial to me. I really liked working with everyone over there in Sales, Management, Finance. I have not worked with Service department yet, I expect they will also provide the same service.

Ander was very helpful. I drove up and he quickly asked how he could help. I explained that my key was not synchronizing with my 6 month old car. He quickly had someone change the battery and then offered to have my car washed. This was some of the quickest and best customer service that I've ever seen for an auto dealer. Far better than BMW.

The experience was flawless. I arrived late to my appointment due to traffic but everyone was accommodating and nice about it. The requested car rental was great. The whole process of dropping off me car to driving away with the rental took a total of 10 minutes or less. I'm very pleased with the service and followup with the service manager. Also, I arrived around 8pm the next day to pick up my car and the salesmen were practically staying there just to wait for me to pick up my car. I have never experienced this type of service anywhere out BMW, Acura, or Mercedes dealerships.

Andre and Michael in the service department are wonderful! They always explain exactly what needs to be done to my car and I feel like they really care about creating a long term relationship. There are many different places to get my car serviced. The #1 thing for me is trust in the people I take it to. Mike Trocche is the main reason I came to Dublin Infiniti (though with the closing of Livermore, I was heavily marketed by others). He is professional, friendly, and no-nonsense when it comes to taking care of my M45. Additionally, the staff that works for him has never been anything but top notch. Ander Gregory has always been fantastic in the years I have known him. I met Burke Mangabay for the first time at this appointment for brakes/oil change, and he delivered the same great, efficient service. No doubt this is where I will continue to come.

I had the car tire checked for puncture. they did not see the puncture, and yet the next day the light came back on, and the tire was low again. I had to drive kids in my car. While driving in a heavy traffic through the city, my tire got flat and I had to drive further to a safe place. The tire was ruined. I still had to pay for a new tire. They should have checked for punctures carefully. I always seen mechanics dipping the tire in water to check for air bubbles. The tire did not look like it was checked carefully. I had to pay for their error. Seriously considering trading for a Toyota while the car is still almost new. I no longer trust this place.

I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 7:45 THE NEXT MORNING. THE AGENT THAT TOOK CARE OF ME WAS VERY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE KNOWN THE MANAGER MR. I made an appointment. The service tech got me in quickly. While I was waiting, the tech would come in and give me updates on the progress AND provided a discount that I was not aware of. Appreciated that. AND I love the new location. I live in Dublin, so I was thrilled not to have to fight the 580 traffic to Livermore.

Everything was so very efficient, from the man at the entry way who provided guidance as to where to park, to the men at the desk doing paperwork, as well as the speed and responsiveness of the shuttle people. After many attempts of diagnosing a "rattle" in the rear of my car Dublin Infinity was successful and found the major problem 4 days before the warranty expired! They were fabulous and honest and honored the warranty. I was not charged for the replacement part.
