I called Kia in Leesburg to ask question about the 4 year lease term with my current Kia Optima to see if I could end 10 month earlier and grab a new vehicle. The guy who spoke to me on the phone was Rich and I asked him if I would have to end up paying the termination fee if I were to buy a brand new car there. He kept saying the dealer will take care of it and lot of people have done it before. I told him again that I don't want to waste my time if that's the case and Rich told me not to worry about it and come through.I drove there for 40 mins after work with my wife and I completely wasted 3 hours there for nothing. They charged 3000 dollars and telling me that the dealer will take care of the penalty which is total lie. This is why I told Rich in the beginning that I wouldn't even waste my time going up there.Online price for Kia soul was 12500.. They tried to charge me for 18500...mind I was eligible for veterans discount, school discount and 2000 dollar finance discount. Again.. I stressed about the fact that I wanted to get out of current lease only if there is no termination fee which means the you guys take care of the remaining lease. The vehicle had planty of mileage left and 10 month left til my 4 year lease ends. You obviously knew what I wanted but you insisted to come in while I'm 40 miles away. This is big factor here. Some people we don't have time to waste 3 hours in the dealership. I know you try to take care of me by showing the car and all but you shouldn't even have said the dealer was going to take care of the termination fee. This is typical sales technique therefore I'm leaving you 1 star.

My husband and I were very impressed with our experience at the Dulles KIA dealership this past March 13th 2016. Scotty was a very down-to-earth salesman and we did not feel pressured. The test drive on the KIA SOUL plus was excellent. It was more than I had ever imagined. Scotty and Brittany made the whole experience fun and we feel we got an honest deal. We LOVE our new KIA Soul plus. We are in awe of all of the amenities it came with. The financing was so low and the warranty is amazing ! . Thanks for making it all possible.and for bringing us into the "family". We look forward to many happy years !

Bryan Scrafford made it very easy to purchase my Kia Forte. They were even able to beat the interest rate that I got from my credit union. I highly recommend Bryan for anyone looking for a new car.

All I wanted was a base Optima with a dark interior, but I couldn't seem to find one at the first couple dealerships I looked at. I found one online at Dulles and Bryan Scrafford made it real easy once I arrived. We located the exact vehicle on the lot quickly and took it out for a spin. Once we got back to the dealership, he even tried to find out if I qualified for a few extra discounts. There wasn't any unnecessary pressure since Bryan and Brittany (the finance manager) were both very straight forward with all the numbers.

My car was old, so it was time to get a new one. I did some research and set my sites on a Kia Sportage. I visited three dealerships. Scot Pfaff was the only sales person who was able to answer all of my questions. He was highly knowledgeable and very professional....not only that but he was funny and made the entire experience a pleasure. Thank you Scot! Love my new Kia!

Dulles Kia really took good care of me. I happened to swing by on a Saturday to test drive a Soul, from the moment I pulled into the lot the staff was accommodating and friendly. I received assistance right away and was directed to my sales associate Eric White, who was awesome. I explained to him that I was only interested in test driving it that day and he did not pressure me at all. We took a stroll to look at the vehicles they had in stock and I picked a color. While I waited for him to grab the keys I was able to grab some food as they were having a BBQ on Saturday. Whoever, thought of that idea is brilliant because it really made the overall experience relaxing and it was nice to meet some of the Dulles team. Plus who doesn't like BBQ!! While I didn't purchase that day I decided to price out some other local dealers to see what my options were and I should have just stuck with Dulles from the start. They clearly explained the costs and my payments and I received an excellent deal with no run around. I couldn't be more happy!! I just want to say thanks to Eric for your patience and quick follow-up to all of my questions . I also want to thank Sales Manager, Howard Hubbard for securing me such a great deal and over in Finance, Chris Hunter for making signing all the paperwork a pleasant experience. You really have an awesome team that works well together and made the car buying experience a good one. Keep up the great work and thanks again!

Nice experience. This is my 3rd Kia. I bought 2 from previous dealerships and working with Dulles Motorcars was a good experience. No more dealerships for me other than Dulles Motorcars. Eric and Brittany were awesome to work with!

I was suckered into buying a 2015 Kia Forte at Don Beyer Kia Falls Church, the sales man had me drive another Kia that was a step up from mine with all the bells and whistles and told me that the car I wanted was the same but the color and interior was different, so I went ahead and signed the lease and came and picked it up the next day.. I was not happy. The engine was a lot smaller and it was 2 wheel drive. When Winter came around, I could barely drive to work in 1" of snow, my car was all over the road. I ended up keeping the car for a year and decided to come into Dulles Motor Cars (Kia) and told Richard that I wanted an AWD SUV but I was afraid I wouldn't get approved because of my negative equity, so he showed me the Kia Sorento and the Kia Sportage and I fell in love with the Sportage. He asked me what was the Top dollar I could pay per month and he will make it happen and he DID! The Finance manager even added a 4 year oil change service and tire rotation package and Gap Insurance and still kept it at the same monthly price! I am BEYOND happy with the service I received. I cant thank Rich enough!This is such an amazing dealership with OUTSTANDING Customer Service. 10/10!

Compared to other volume dealers in the DMV, I can honestly say that the environment at Dulles Kia is refreshing. I worked with Jen and Gary. Both of them are did everything possible to close the deal. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Dulles Motorcars.

When looking for a 2015 Kia Sedona SX recently, I wanted to shop around and begin to compare inventory and pricing between dealerships BEFORE spending itme driving around from dealer to dealer gathering preliminary pricing information and getting a baseline for negotiations. When I e-mailed Dulles Kia for information, I quickly received a responsive phone call and e-mail from salesman Jeff Slusser, who gave me really honest, useful information. Although I ended up buying my Kia from another dealership (they just happened to be able to offer me a better price at that time), there's no doubt in my mind that Jeff's approach to sales and his responsiveness to my needs and concerns merit a 5-start rating here.

Quick state inspection and tire rotation. In and out in roughly an hour. Service staff very friendly and waiting area very clean. Would greatly recommend this dealership.

Excellent Customer Service by Brittany and Sammy!!. Lot was over crowded and hard to get around, took longer than wanted to finish paperwork but staff was very accomodating.

Usually the car buying experience can be painful but not here, everyone at the dealership was great at getting us the best deal! I went on Sunday the 7th of December around 330 and left with a new 2015 Sportage a little after 5. The finance guy was great! Even though he's a Clemson Fan! GO LSU! Our Sales rep David was superb. Look forward to taking my car there for service.

Had to get a second 30 day tag due to not receiving regular tags in time. Did not receive any conformation on which bank was used to finance my vehicle. The financing wasn't approved until the due date of first payment was to be made. Payment book showed up exactly one week late of 1st payment due date. Every time I called, no one would answer their phone, left numerous messages, hard to talk to anyone at this dealership. They were eager to sell and get my down payment but that's it. Still haven't received 2nd set of keys. Tried calling the owner, left message, he still had yet to call. I live in Maryland, had to pay for my own inspection. Car dealer in Pennsylvania I dealt with before reimbursed me. Definitely would not go back or recommend anyone to deal there.

Once again, impeccable seasonal service at Dulles Motorcars. Mark runs a great operation, supported by a dedicated team or professionals with great soft skills. Very responsive and knowledgable. I felt comfortable with the price negotiation and feel it was a win/win. I really appreciated the team hanging around on Sunday evening to complete the transaction and having the paperwork together as I was not able to get to the dealership until 4:30pm. Nice job.

Traded and purchased new Kia Sorrento. They could not take a rear tag out from the traded vehicle at the moment, so they told me that it will be mailed to me next day using Fedex. Tag never came to me and checked with the dealer and sales person, then he told me that tag was directly sent to MVA. Few months later, I was contacted by MVA that rear tag was never returned!!! So, the dealer and sales person was lying whole time. Now I am contacting the dealer and sales person and I told them what I need. Basically a letter saying what happened, so I can submit that to MVA. Sales person told me that it will be mailed, but letter never came. Now I am trying to contact sales person and he never picks up the phone or return me a call back for more than one month!!!What kind of professionalism is this? I will NEVER go back to this dealer, even for a service and will not recommend this dealer.
