This was by far the greatest experiance i have had in buying a car.. I arrive only 30 mins before closing time on a friday evening and the complete staff stayed after to make sure everything was to my satisfactory... I am very pleased with the ford explorer i got from them and they traded exactly how i had in mind! I would definatly trade or recommend them. Thanks again to the whole staff!!! I believe the big guy name was Novel (or something similar his office is on the left side as soon as you walk in the building)....he expect people to chase him order to know if you got approve or not. We came to the office 4 times in a 2 day period and each time he told us that he did not have time to submit our paperwork....keep in mind we took off from work to get something accomplished so we had no problem just waiting. He ensured us that we he will get it submitted but never did. So we took off again and decided to just sit around on day 3 he finally submitted the paperwork and now we were just waiting on the bank. So we waited 30 mins and still no response from the bank he advised us once he heard something he will get back in touch with us (you know how that went); he never got back in touch with us. We called him back 2 days later and he acted as if nothing happened as if he did not need my business. Due to the length process of trying to get a car we just went to a dealership up the rode who appreciated our business and was able to leave the same day with a car. Would not recommend Duluth Auto Exchange to anyone nor Novel the sales representative.

The best customer service experience i have had in a very long-time...the dealers were very professional and informative...if i ever need to make further purchases i will be returning to Duluth Auto Exchange.

I was told when I purchased my vehicle that the part was enroute to the dealership and that I could come back within a couple of days to have the part added. I never received a call back, a month goes by and I call asking about the part. I was told, "oh yeah, we need to order that part for you". So the part supposedly was ordered and I call back two weeks later, was told to come by to have the part added and when I get there the mechanic tells me another part has to be ordered. Long story, short...I have been waiting for 3 months for a part that I was told would be ordered. I understand this is an "as-is" purchase, but why lie and say something will be done when you have no intention on doing it. Customer Service is dead.
