Absolute worst experience ive ever had at a dealership. Went in to duluth dodge to just sit in a challenger sxt and get a feel for it. The first thing out of the salesmans mouth (Troy) was, "are you gonna buy today"? Not hey, how are you? Whats your name? Non of that stuff. Just, are you gonna buy today? I said i never just buy a car without searching around and that was the first place i went to. I told him i always search car gurus bc they find the best deals in the country. Troy rolled his eyes and told me to have a nice day! In other words, "get the bleep out of here". I proceeded to walk out and heard him start telling a coworker (in a mocking imitating voice) "I'm gonna buy a car from car gurus". Right then and there i thought about turning around and calling him out to his face but i just bite my tongue. I got in my car, was about to leave the lot when i saw Troy walk out with 2 other customers. They walked close to my vehicle so i told the customers he was with, "if you're not buying today, he's gonna treat you like xxxx" , Troys response was, "i sure am" with a big grin on his face. So i looked right at him and called him a bleeeeep. The professional response would have been, "sir, I'm sorry you feel i mistreated you, how can i make it right? Not just saying "i sure am" as an attempt to irritate me further. Needless to say i called the dealership and complained to his boss. It was like i was talking to Troys fishing buddy. He didn't care what i had to say. He just said that i didnt give Troy a chance to sell me a vehicle. I told him why would i sit down and start the process of buying a vehicle if i havent even sat in the fricken car yet? Everything was pushy, like he was in a rush to sell or he was gonna get wacked by the mob or something. I'll never go back and have told all of my friends to never go there. My gf was thinking about getting a Dodge dart. Definitely not from this place!

My FIRST time in this dealership. I went in on a Saturday with cash in hand to buy a used vehicle. After walking in and standing for a few minutes without any greeting... even a "Good morning, may I help you with something?" from the receptionist. It wasn't until I walked up and asked to speak with a salesman that one was paged.I told him I had been online on their website and researched the used vehicles I looking for and asked to see them if they were still available. While the salesman was pleasant, he was clueless and even had difficulty finding them on the dealership website.We went out to look at the vehicles and one was reasonably close to what I had in hand. When asked if there were a break price for paying cash, he looked at me as if I had personally insulted him. In the end, there was no reasonable discussion about what they could for me. There was no suggestion as to other similar vehicles that might accommodate my family needs. In short, there was no "salesmanship" and certainly little customer service.I think I might go further into Duluth, or closer to home in Hibbing... or even down to Grand Rapids instead. In a service oriented business, there should be some form of "service" which there clearly is NOT at Duluth Dodge.

Duluth Dodge has a great service department. My truck is babied and I got into it one day and it would not go anywhere. I called RAM roadside service and 40 min later it was on a tow truck and was taken to Duluth Dodge. They fixed the transmission quickly (2 days)and all costs were covered by the warranty. When I went to pick it up my ABS light was on! It wasn't an issue before! When I confronted service writer Mark Bailey, he said it would be repaired and 4 hours later he called and it was fully repaired and at no charge. I believe it was the independent tow truck that may have done the damage but Duluth Dodge stood up and took responsibility and came through. They are representing RAM Trucks perfectly. Thank you!

Visited Duluth Dodge on December 10, 2014 to purchase a new Dodge Challenger. First off, no one would even look my direction as I inspected every inch of the Lime Green Scat Pack Challenger. I finally had to beg for a salesman to assist me and sent me Alex Lundholm. Not only did he not know anything about the cars he is attempting to sell, he lies about certain features. I would have rather he said he didn't know. A Scat Pack is NOT a "Shaker" version. The last straw was I wanted to test drive the vehicle with my wife and he was insistent he would be going with. I told him I don't want him with so I can discuss various things about the vehicle. He said I couldn't drive it alone so I told him no thanks. The next day I drove to Jeff Belzer Dodge, just 170 miles away where they let me test drive anything I wanted...Alone. I purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger for $3K cheaper than Duluth Dodge. Nice job on the lost sales to Duluth Dodge. I took my mother-in-law to get her new 2015 Durango elsewhere as well. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. Ever.

Wish i would have seen the reviews on here before I decided to purchase a vehicle from Duluth Dodge. Purchased my '06 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab in June of this year... Drove 6 hours to purchase the vehicle after I had my cousin in Duluth test drive it. Also test drove it when I got there, if it wasn't what I was told it was, I had a check to go anywhere else from Duluth back to Valley City, ND and would have had no problem finding a truck on the way home. Everything seemed to be great! Engine was quite and smooth, it was a great looking truck... Two and a half weeks later my overdrive clutch went out. Brought it to my mechanic at home only to find out both my front U joints were out, and I had a small leak in the radiator. Called up Dan, the salesman that sold me the truck, informed him of everything that was wrong, he said he would have to talk to his supervisor and call me back. He did, and informed me of my AS IS no warranty... Ya ok NOT a smart move on my part.. but there is this thing called common courtesy... or so i thought. They informed me the only way they would do anything out of "good will" would be for me to haul the truck back to Duluth for them to look at it, and even then couldn't guarantee they would fix any of the issues for me.. great customer service right there... dealt with phone calls back and forth for the next few days until they decided to stop calling me back... called them a few times and left messages for them to return my calls... nothing... at this point the truck has been in the shop almost 50% of the time since I bought it. Pretty sure I would NEVER recommend this place for any purchases.. if this is the way you are going to treat your customers who spends thousands of dollars to get a vehicle you personally guaranteed them was in "tip top" shape... thanks for a whole lot of nothing...

This dealership really sucks and they just don't care about people. They stripped my oil pan drain plug and tried to charge me to fix it, never offered me a loaner or shuttle service. Left garbage in my car and now my "change oil light" is on.Now my car makes a grinding noise in 1st and 2nd gear - did not do it until I went here.Never had such bad service from Dodge - what a nightmare and would suggest to go somewhere else other than here.

I ordered a new vehicle from this dealership, NEVER AGAIN. This was a second chance for this dealership and they knew it from the beginning. They did absolutely NOTHING right. Every step of the process after I ordered my new vehicle was a complete nightmare. I would have to call them for any information and they made up stuff, lied to me, and made excuses from it is the Chrysler corporation to it was my phone fault. I would not recommend going to this place for service or sales unless you like being treated very poorly. finally after a few days after I got my new vehicle my stomach finally settled down because I hope the stress is all over.

This place is a joke!!! Crappy cars crappy service and they just don't care about people! They are all about the money and the bull... "intergrity" They are a bunch of smam artists! I would say go anyplace else in Duluth! This place is worse then Northstar and Kia!
