I filled out the online form for the vehicle I was interested in. They called me back the next day. I discussed the carfax report, my credit score, trade-in, and desired monthly payment with the man on the phone. When I told him that this is would be the first car I've ever purchased on my own, he dismissed me. I wasn't taken seriously and wasn't called back to continue the discussion.

My mechanic recommended this dealership, and although it is 30 minutes from my house, I am glad I took the time to go out of my way to go there. It was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Take it to my mechanic? No problem. Test drive for a day? No problem. Once I decided the buy the price was right on point with what my research said it should be. The whole purchase process took less than half an hour! Amazing!!!

Everyone was great to work with for my first buying experience. They were helpful, answered all my questions if they could and found the answers if they couldn't. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in as well. Overall a great experience for a great vehicle that I am very, very happy with!

My wife and I were just looking for a nice van annd when Matt suggested we look at this one we were a little sceptical at first but after driving it and him talking of the previous owner we were then able to work out a fair deal. So far I am pleased with the van and would recomend them to anyone .

I had been looking for a Mustang GT with specific equipment for months, at a fair price. Dunn Brothers was the only dealership in Ohio that offered the right bang for the bucks. It was obvious that, unlike the majority of the other dealerships, they weren't out to make an outrageous profit. The car that we bought was found to be exactly as advertised.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I did not experience the high pressure tactics that some dealerships use, I was able to make my decision in my own time and I appreciated that. So far, after the sale, all my dealings have been very positive. I would recommend Dunn Brothers to family and friends without a doubt. Buying local is great.

this place is a complete joke! they run you around, tell you one price over the phone to get you there and then change price! just got total run around! will never go to this place again! not the way to do business!

I read the other reviews and was a bit skeptical at first, but drove 2 hours to go look at a girl my wife absolutely loved. Met with Matt, and Matt and were very pleased with the attention and service they provided. They really made our car buying experience one to remember. It's not a super store kind of car outlet and they give you the one on one time a consumer likes to have. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. They are very nice and very enjoyable to work with. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. They remembered my name as well as my family, demonstrating that I was not simply another pay check. When I had questions about my warranty, they made all the arrangement to have work performed on my vehicle, and even aided in arrangements to deliver the vehicle for scheduled repair. I have recommended many friends and family, all of which were thankful for their positive experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for quality vehicle.

would not recommend at all! these people are dishonest and give you the run around..was told a price one day and the next day after i called the bank and got everything set up they called me and said there was a misunderstanding, they were sorry it was on there part..we were $200 off on the price? very shady business..oh and also there price on the truck when i first started dealing on it changed price by 1000.00 dollars..but told me they would honor the original price for me since they miss priced by a thousand dollars..nobody needs to get this kind of treatment so please people be careful at this place..
