Nothing but good things to say about the experience of buying my new 4Runner. From the beginning, Martin was a wealth of knowledge and was patient with all my questions and multiple test drives, even with my wife. Martin found the vehicle I wanted and had it delivered to DMC quickly and we closed the deal the next day. There were a couple accessories that needed to be added and they managed to get me in quickly and provided a loaner while the work was being done. I look forward to having all my service completed at DMC and to a long relationship.

We called Durango Motor Company shortly after our truck was totaled in an accident and 48 hours later, we drove our new Ford Explorer off the lot. We have always been skeptical of car dealers but the lack of pressure combined with honesty and directness was a pleasant surprise. The Finance Manager Catalin Stegarescu was amazing and made this part of the process painless. The business model in place at DMC should be the new norm when it comes to buying a vehicle. Last but not least, we want to give our salesperson Annie Bennett a shout out for going above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. She listened to our needs and responded with knowledge and enthusiasm and her concern to help us make the right choice was sincere and genuine. These are qualities that are hard to come by these days but necessary if a business wants loyalty from their customers. DMC has earned ours and ANNIE BENNETT IS A ROCK STAR!

I found a car at Durango Motors while I was searching online. I live in Denver so I had several conversations with Jarrod before I made the drive to Durango. I was nervous but it turned out that I didn't need to be. When I arrived Jarrod was waiting for me and the transaction went exactly like we had spoken about on the phone. He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience very positive. Kudos to Vanessa too, she was helpful during the process. They even recommended a great place for me to have lunch! I would happily make the drive to Durango again to do business with Durango Motors!

I've been a customer of Durango Motor ever since they opened their doors. And ever since my family and I have had all of our service done at their establishment. Mainly routine oil changes and tire rotations on all of my family's vehicles. In the past month I've been in with mine, my wife's, and my daughters vehicles... And all I have to say is the express lane has totally turned it around from months past. The service I have received from Jon T and Ray has been nothing but exceptional! I was traveling and had my maintenance light come on, I seared for the closest Toyota repair facility and was direct to Durango Motor Co. Upon arrival I was greated instantly by Ray. I let him know that I didn't have an appointment, but he assured me that it wasn't going to be a problem and that he would make sure to get me taken care of. After sharing my information with Ray he directed me to the waiting room which was very clean and had fresh coffee and popcorn waiting which I thought was pretty cool. 15 minutes after I sat down Ray came in to inform me that hey had completed my oil change and were taking my vehicle to get wash. While Ray was inside I also noticed he was talking with about 3 other guest. After a total of about 35 minutes I was cashing out and getting back on the road. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any service visit. Just want to thank Ray and his team again for the outstanding customer service. Would give anything to have this kind of service in my home town. Great job Ray!!

I just drove to Durango Motor Company from Denver to pick up a sight-unseen F350. The guys made it real easy for me. They got the truck ready to go and got all my information ahead of time so it was a simple process once I got there. I took the truck for a quick test drive and it was all I expected it to be. I made the purchase and was out of there in about a total of an hour's time with my new truck. I will definitely look to them again for other future purchases.

We had our 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid serviced. Afterwards we found dirty handprints inside and the glove box had been opened, contents removed. We called the GM with our concerns. Within one hour we received a call from Bryan Townsend, the finance director. He explained that the glove box was opened to access an internal air filter. He apologized the contents had not been replaced and offered to meet us immediately so he could personally clean the interior of the car.Our past service visits have always been great experiences! These folks definitely know how to take care of customers and resolve their problems! They get 5 of 5 in our book!

I didn't think DMC would have to downgrade another dealer to get their point across on how bad they low ball excelent trade in vehicles. Not to mention the truck I test drove was filthy with a shattered windshield and tore up for twice as much. Not only does the finance team rip you off but the price on the garbage they offer claims to be the lowest only because they will rip you completely off when yours is better. Their is a reason I haven't been back since the switch from New Country but it took one visit to remind me. The poor salesman was the nicest one there who lost a beautiful trade because of greedy finance jerks who dont know their head from a hole in that big corporate dump. I'd rather pay more to see my 2016 truck be traded for what is deserved then purchase an under priced vechicle off a bunch of jerks who belittle me for one being a woman and two thinking my purchase that wasn't from them was a bad one. Jokes on you!

I live in Durango and have been looking to replace our high-mileage minivan for quite some time. When I found a promising vehicle online at DMC's website, I filled out an online contact form and credit application. I heard from Annie Bennett the next day and the process of determining if this vehicle would be a good fit for my family started. Annie was very accommodating and helpful through the process - she even brought the vehicle to my home to show it to my wife, since I was working that day! The different pieces to the vehicle sale (trade-in appraisal, financing, warranty coverage, etc) were well-orchestrated and the different team members, that I was introduced to over the course of the sale, moved like clockwork. This was my first dealership purchasing experience and I was very pleased with the process. My one caveat for the sale would be getting financing at a reasonable interest rate. My credit could be better, so I was not willing to finance at a usurious interest rate. Their financing department honestly surprised me with the rate they were able to obtain. Kudos to Catalin and team! Their facilities are well maintained and very customer friendly. My wife and kids were running errands at the end of the day and they joined me to close the sale. There was a play area for the kids to occupy themselves and all sorts of goodies for them to enjoy - slushies, popcorn and soft-serve ice cream. A great overall buying experience and, from what I can tell, the follow-up on servicing the vehicle is going to be at the same level of excellence. I highly recommend them.

We drove from Cache County Ut to purchase an older model tundra. We had our two toddlers who weren't happy to be in the car, and were a bit of a handful at times. Annie Bennett was our sales associate and not only did she provide a seamless stress free environment for the sale, helped us with directions for a place to go while we took the truck for it's pre purchase inspection, took care of the 4 little concerns we had, but she entertained and was really great with our kids and helped me to distract them while my husband was doing paperwork. After we got home we realized we hadn't given her the opportunity to do the walk through describing how everything works. We also forgot to give back her dealer plate and when I called to let her know we had shipped it back she helped us figure out how to program our radio stations over the phone. If our cars ever die we will definantly go back for all our shopping needs. Toyotas are great cars and the men and especially women at Durango Motor Co. are truly the best!!!!

This purchase was so much better than our last experience with a dealer, customer service is what these guys offered us most. We had Rod McBroom as our salesman and highly recommend using him for your next purchase. My wife had been in contact with him about a couple vehicles and made an appointment later in the week to come see them. Unfortunately one of them sold beforehand but there were still options to be looked at and we came home with a beautiful Tundra (which I wanted anyways). The purchasing experience was handled by Bill Fountain, not only did he beat our financing we were pre-approved for he made the purchasing\signing experience more fun and friendly. He talked to us like real people and treated us very courteously. I highly recommend shopping with this dealership and will be coming back next year to trade my vehicle in and get another Tundra. Annie was very helpful and helped us get through the process of looking for the car that would suit our needs. After looking at several used cars, she suggested that we consider leasing a car and that it would be a good option for us. I think it was Nate, the professor, who explained it all to us and in the end we drove off with a brand new leased car. Annie was not pushy, but really seemed to have our best interest in mind. I bought a used 2005 Nissan Pathfinder about a month ago now from Durango Motor Company. My sales person was Annie Bennet and she was awesome! There was no pressure to shop around for anything I didn't want or pressure to buy a newer vehicle. She let us look at two different Pathfinders and we chose the one best for us! The buying process was easy as well, she made all the paper work easy. The only complaint I have is that I got a phone call saying they didn't have a copy of my ID even though I know Annie took a copy! Other than that, excellent customer service!!

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful everyone was. I have never bought a new vehicle. I did not think that I could have one.Taryn Smith set us up with a New Toyota Tundra in a lease deal that works for our budget. He also offered to help us look at other places to see if we could find anything better. We did not see the need in going any further. The lease ended up being more affordable than buying a used vehicle. He is a pleasure to deal with. "The Big Canadian", Dylan Forsythe, as the primary sales person, was extremely helpful and not pushy neither were the others we dealt with (Bill and Nolan). The car needed a few repairs (new windshield) and a check out on the AC, which Dylan, Bill and Nolan all said would be taken care of to our 100% satisfaction (not just a top up of the Freon, but a complete and proper repair, if required.) They all said they would also take care of peeling tint and a minor cosmetic paint repair (at our cost, which was fine). We are taking them for their word and leaving the car with them while we are out of town for the next 4 to 6 weeks.

Bought a used truck from this dealership. Turns out it had a blown head gasket when they sold it to me. I called and talked to Rod McBroom ( who was the salesman )about the situation and he told me that the service manager would contact me.......never did. I work 14+ hours a day for a living. Paid for the truck with cash, and was totally taken advantage of by this dealership. Service manager told me that the truck would be inspected and delivered to me ( I traveled from Ridgway to purchase truck) I pulled air filter cover, and the filter wasn't even changed......nice inspection. I am on the hook now for a $4000.00+ repair...........Rod is a respectable individual ( how could he know that the head gasket was blown?) Josh Buchanan is worthless and should be sent down the road. I will not forget this experience, and will relate it to everyone that I can. I will be on this site every week to give a well deserved negative rating!

I bought a used 2013 Ram 1500. I traded in my 2015 F250. They gave me a fair price on my truck and I picked up the new one for several thousand dollars under blue book. The Ram was in great condition. I showed up and THEY found a crack in the windshield while I was test driving it that I didn't even notice. I live in Denver and drove down there and back in a day for this transaction. I couldn't wait down there to get it fixed, so they set me up locally to have the windshield taken care of. I dealt with Nate initially and he took care of me very well. My credit union was waiting my time on my loan and asking me to come in multiple times to sign docs, etc, etc. Nate asked me what my rate was (tier 1+). He said, "Give me 45 minutes and I'll have everything taken care of for a new loan for you, and I'll beat their rate." Nate called back about 40 minutes later with my loan taken care of with a better APR! Nate was unavailable the day I came down to buy the truck, but he told me that Chris would take care of me. He did. Chris was great. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour with everything taken care of. Chris got the new truck washed and gassed up for me and I hit the road after signing some paperwork and making the swap. He was professional, kind and displayed great character in regards to the windshield issue I mentioned above. Caitlin was my finance guy and he got through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Also, he did not try to hard sell me on a bunch of warranty and other stuff that I didn't want. He told me that he had to at least advise me of my options. He did so, I said no and we moved on without any push from him which I greatly appreciated.I have dealt with several dealerships in my life, as this was my 14th personal vehicle. This was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. I would look at their site for inventory before looking at any other site ...and I live 350 miles away!!

The guys there really took care of me and helped me find the best truck for my situation. They were patient and took care of me through the entire process. Brandon helped me return my rental vehicle and even helped me fill the tank so I wouldn't get fined! He also made sure to get my new vehicle up to date with new brake roaters at no cost to me. I have purchased many cars over the years and always considered it to be one of the worse experiences of owning a car but the policies at this dealer has removed the pain from purchasing a car. The salesman and management at the dealership were all excellent and there was no pressure. It was an enjoyable experience.

The process was unfamiliar. It was punctuated by a sales manager who made claims that seem impossible. All too often the salesman disappeared to talk to management without explanation. It was frustrating for a traditionally trained salesman.

We were not ready to purchase a new vehicle at that time, but Brandon was more than willing to walk through to show us what DMC had to offer. He spent most of his day with Mikel Carter, salesman and myself to make my desk happen! Ended up feeling like I was on "Let's Make A Deal" and I won the best prize!!! Super dedicated staff. Annie played one-sided phone tag with me weekly for 3 or 4 weeks, as I was hunting for a few weeks and didn't get back to her. I finally called her back and scheduled an appointment. She quizzed me by email about what I was looking for and had my choices pulled up to the front of the store when I got there. My GF stated that I was in trouble! "How can you not buy from such a cute and bubbly girl?" Annie's joy of life is contagious and it definitely spills over into the amazing job she does for her customers. Looked at the finance offers prepared by Mr. Smith, chose my truck, out the door and happily driving down the road. NO BUYERS REGRET THIS MORNING!!! Came in eager for a long-lasting car to travel with. John immediately pulled up a list of vehicles that could suite me best. She was communicative, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time (getting me in and out quickly, while still being patient with my requests/needs). I really didn't think I would ever have a good car experience and this was it. I even came from out of town and it went seamless. She even took me to a body shop to get a second opinion on some repainting concerns I had (which ended up being unwarranted afterall). It's nice to have someone you can trust and this is how I felt with the experience at DMC. Also want to mention a great process with Jake (and Noland) in Finance as well. The financing element in the car buying experience is always a nightmare, with the back and forth, waiting forever for an answer, negotiating, etc. . . Well, DMC doesn't haggle I found out, but the price was the best I'd found (. .. .and again I'd been looking for a year) and Jake was FAST. He asked me a few questions. I answered them - and then I was done. I had to ask him again if we were REALLY done, and he assured me that we were. I was stunned. Thanks DMC!

Olivia Overstreet was a fantastic salesperson! From the moment I drove on the lot she was ready to help. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and walking around the lot with me. I set up an appointment with her the next day and she had the two cars I was interested in, parked out front and ready for a test drive. The car I decided on was a used 2014 Subaru Forester at the best price! The car is a stick shift (I have never regularly drove a stick shift before) and Olivia personally gave me lessons and made sure that I was confident driving the car before I drove it off the lot. Her manager, Taryn Smith, even filled up my gas tank because my commute home was an hour away. Not a good experience with Durango Ford. Our 2yr old F250 started having issues while we are visiting Ouray Co on vacation. One of the front brake calipers hung up and ruined the brake rotor. The service rep said its common to see front brakes go out on F250s with under 50k miles? Really?? I could have understood if I had been abusing the brakes and both sides were shot, but only one side was bad? Drivers side was completely gone and the passenger side still had half the pad. (the service rep swore both side were bad, but it was obvious the front tires were never removed to allow for proper inspection) The truck is still under warrantee but when the tech couldnt duplicate the other two issue they said it was fine and charged me service time even though they didnt fix anything. The quote to replace the front brakes and to tell me they couldnt diagnose the other two problems both of which started back malfunctioning within 5 miles of leaving the dealership was $780.00. We know dealers are more expensive than independent shops but over 2x the amount? I fixed it myself for $180 but would have been happy to pay $400-450 to not have to mess with it on vacation. Also beware it says on the webpage they are open to 7pm but that is only sales. The service department closes at 6pm. We rode the Silverton train and didnt get back until 6:15 but the doors were locked by then. By luck one of the salesman was able to find someone in service that was still doing paperwork and he was able to check me out and give me my keys or we would have been stuck paying for a hotel room since our cabin was 2 hrs. away. Luckily the truck made it back home and the local dealership is fixing the issues they couldnt diagnose under warrantee. I am filing a complaint with Ford on why I was charged service time when they could not duplicate a simple issue on a truck still under warrantee. Best car buying experience ever! This is the third vehicle I have bought from Durango motor company, everytime it gets better and better. John was the salesman and Mike juel went above and beyond to get me the car that fit my budget, wants and needs. Bill fountain as always made me understand and explained everything in detail. It was nice that when you asked a question they had an honest answer and had a Car Fax on the vehicle ready. What was really nice is that I work long hours & I got there a little before 5pm on a Friday, they did not rush me they stayed & helped me without making me feel like it was an imposition. We found 2 used Toyota Tundra's on Durango Motors used car internet listing that interested us after totaling our '04 Tundra. Rod was our first contact and he was very professional in listening to circumstances and need. We met and he took us over to Durango Value Motors to look and drive the one we were most interested in. Answered all questions, gave no pressure and let us sit back at the main dealers sales area as my wife and I talked over the '07 Tundra we had driven. We went to him (he didn't come pester us) and asked for more details on purchasing the truck due to dealing with our insurance after the accident. We met with Mike for a few minutes who followed right in line with Rod's information giving the details we asked about, then he let us alone to discuss it further without interruption. After making our decision Mike introduced us to Bill who helped us with all the financial details, explaining everything well including what to do while we waited for our insurance to finalize the accident part. All of this was a dramatic change from our dealings with the old New Country dealership before the new owner took over, changed the name and how customers were to be taken care of. We were able to upgrade a little from our original Tundra without ending up feeling we had been talked into finalizing the sale. Only issue we voiced was that the Tundra we purchased had been detailed, but the leather and carpeting and interior was still quite dirty in our opinion. We were told that this would be taken care of and redone before we picked the truck up so at the time of this writing we're not sure how well this was addressed as we still have a few days before getting our payment from the insurance company.

I visited Durango Value Autos (the slightly-older-vehicle division of Durango Motor Co.) with a couple vehicles in mind, one of which was the 2005 Subaru Outback that I wound up purchasing. The sales consultant I interacted with was John Evers (whom I'd spoken to on the phone earlier in the week about a different vehicle, and he went out of his way to call when it sold), and he was very good - conversational, non-pressuring, knowledgeable. Additionally, business manager Bill Fountain was very helpful when we discussed the financial aspects of the purchase. As I drove home, I noticed that driver's side lights (front and back) were not working, so I called and they offered to cover the repair expense, just a couple days later. Overall a 4/5 experience - the only disappointment was the fact that I was sold a vehicle where half the lights didn't work; either they knew and sold it to me without mentioning, or (more likely) they weren't aware, but had not performed a very recent inspection on the lights. But they covered the repair and were very communicative throughout the process..

Thanks to the Gentlemen at the Durango Auto Dealers, we were pointed in the direction of DMC and Marcus Hill to trade in our Chevy Traverse. Our experience from the time we walked onto the lot until we drove away in our new Edge was nothing short of perfect! I went to Durango Ford for maintenance on my old F250 in an emergency situation; they were the only dealership that would/could take it immediately; while I was waiting, I started checking their prices. I ended up buying a new F250. Their personnel were all extremely friendly and helpful and despite one communication glitch, I was rushing them, the overall experience was most satisfying. I would recommend Durango Ford to anyone. The new truck is great, however, no vehicle is perfect, so support and maintenance is often as important as initial vehicle quality, especially when you are purchasing something expected to last 10-20 years.

I did most of my car search via the internet. Durango Motor had an extensive list of economical used cars that fit my budget. One catch about doing car search via internet is the financing and insurance costs. Because the "calculate my payment" tab does not take things like car mileage and vintage (year) into consideration you can be easily misguided on how much a loan on a used car will actually cost monthly. Service was fast and efficient.

Shopped the internet. Found a car I was interested in at several dealers. Durango Motor Co was the dealer with the best price, lowest miles, highest trade in, courteous staff. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and although they offered us all the extra warranties they were not too pushy when we elected not to purchase the warranties. I would go there to purchase another car for sure. I would highly recommend to a friend. the only reason I gave a lower rating to the facilities was because the were under a massive renovation on there buildings. Everything should be great there in a few months.

I was in the market for an Explorer. My criteria was 50K miles, or less, 2012 or newer and a purchase price at or below 25k. I found a couple in Phoenix were I am from, but they wanted 4-6K more for a comparable vehicle than the Explorer I found at Durango Motors Co. At first I was hesitant to buy a vehicle over the phone, but once I started dealing with Jason he put my mind at ease. This was the best car buying experience for me. There were no surprises, and the cost was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. They didn't give me the hard sell on an extended warranty, seat, or paint protection. They just gave me the options, and let me decide. I flew in one way from Phoenix, and Jason picked me up at the airport with my new vehicle. I wish there were more dealers like these guys. The purchase process was straight-forward and I got their no-haggle price. After checking with other dealers, it was the best price anyway. Other dealers beat their offering price but then added on a higher dealer fee. Out the door price was best with them. My salesman, Bryan, was always available and helpful throughout the process of ordering and receiving my F150. What was majorly outstanding occurred when the truck finally came in. My wife was out of town and, though I live 70 miles from the dealership and didn't have a ride there, I told Bryan I would be riding my bicycle there. Immediately, he said that wouldn't be necessary. He had someone follow him to my house and delivered it to my doorstep. THAT'S Customer Service!! I would recommend these people to anyone, and I will always consider them first for future purchases.

Small Town Dealership wins out on price and service !!!!!!!!!I looked into other dealership prices and found that Durango motors company since they have gone to no commissions and more of a take care of the customer attitude this dealership has provided the southwest Colorado with the level that everyone's car purchase wants to have! I use to purchase a new truck every year from when it was New Country Auto. after 4 years in a row and they wouldn't take care of a warranty issue and the price depended on which salesman i got. I stopped buying from there a few years ago.I then saw the new signs and heard that the dealer received new ownership so i said lets try again?This is a welcomed change. The locked in discounts are a nice way to buy. If you are looking for a dealer, that will give you a fair price, and thats willing to work with you, try Durango Motor Company. The salesman was very helpful in getting my questions answered and staying in contact with me. I was comfortable and didn't feel rushed in the buying process, and the finance manager was very kind, and he was literally running to get everything done in a timely way. They even helped my parents figure there car out with bluetooth, they couldn't figure out themselves. Thanks DMC for a great experience. If you are in the area try them out, you will be happy you did.

Buying a car from dmc took way longer than it should have. Aside from being short with me and sometimes blowing me off completely, their communication is very sub par. I had one person telling me one thing, and another telling me the complete opposite! If you ask me, these people do not know how to run a dealership. Never buying from them again.

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion. The car was readily available for me to test drive and after I did, I did not need to see any more cars. This was the best. Brian Lamb was my sales associate and he was the best I could have asked for when buying my first actual car. He even drove it to my house and took my trade in back at no extra cost. The business manager was also super professional and helpful. They are the kind of people you want to be buying your car from.

First the sales manager test drove my car with telling me. Second he said the check engine light was on but it wasn't. It came on when he took it for a test drive and over boosted my car. They also said it had damage to the hood which is not true. Over all would not go to this dealer again.

What an amazing difference this dealership was from the many previous experiences we've had over the years. No rushing out of a salesperson as we exited our car. The salesman we had contacted through the internet was busy with another customer so another gentlemen answered our questions in a relaxed informative manner. We did most of the information sharing through email as we live one hour from the dealer. The salesperson, Chad, was efficient and non pushy and answered many concerns, especially about financing. When it appeared we had reached a deal over the phone, the sales manager called to review and make sure every question was answered. When we arrived for the dreaded write up of the deal and the info for the loan, we were pleasantly surprised by the absolutely knowledgeable, friendly, quick write up of all the necessary paperwork. No pressure to buy extra warranties. A few days prior we had experienced the more usual glib talking sales person and the oh what a surprise visit of the sales manager and the usual pressure one has come to expect of a car dealer. What a relief to find a classy, efficient car dealer. Worth the one hour drive. They have also been helpful in our recovering a pro rated refund of our previous extended insurance policy. The deal is done but the customer service goes on.

My fiance bought a used Ford Truck from this dealer, our salesperson Jason F, was great. When we went for the test drive I heard a noise; when we returned to the dealership, Jason took us back to the service department where the noise was diagnosed and corrected. We made the purchase on Black Friday, the dealership was pretty busy but everyone was great, we completed the documents that night and picked up the truck the next day. The truck was clean, filled with gas and ready to go. Jason took time with my fiance to go over the many new features of the truck and invited him to come back anytime if he had questions or needed help with anything. Overall, the best car buying experience so far, no haggling, no "I'll have to go check with my manager", no games at all. Very, very nice. Thanks Jason!

In little Durango, Colorado, I expected this dealership to be "small town" and overpriced due to lack of competition and lack of buying power. Boy, was I wrong! everything about this dealership and buying experience was first class. Between the convenience and pricing, I could not have done better anywhere else, and I checked my options before buying! I was initially greeted by the owner when I walked through the door, and then I was introduced to a very nice salesperson. Eventually I met the sales manager. Everyone was professional and friendly. Nothing pushy about this experience. I am thrilled with our new car and the deal we received. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I had been looking for a specific Toyota Tacoma truck for months all over the US, but I just couldn't seem to find the right one... until one Saturday. I happened upon the perfect truck at Durango Motor Comp. I wasn't sure how I would work out picking it up, since it's 6 hours away, but that was no problem for them! My salesman, Pawel, said he would be willing to meet us halfway. I couldn't believe it! This was Thanksgiving week, but he arranged everything and the sale went so smooth. We set out to meet him and when we arrived, he had everything prepared . He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I spotted exactly the vehicle I'd been lookling for on-line, but it was over 2000 mies away.........in Colorado. I figured, "What have I got to lose?", and emailed expressing my interest in the vehicle. I received a reply almost immediately from one of their sales reps, Jason. He answered all my questions, and even put me on hold to go out and look at the vehicle to get an answer. Great customer service! I worked out all the details, including financing, over the phone, and was even picked up at the airport when I flew in to finalize the deal and drive the car home. I liked their 'no-haggle" pricing and their friendly attitude. All that made the 3 day drive home seem worth it. Oh yeah, and I saved several thousand dollars over local prices too. I would highly recommend Durango Motors.

We were very impressed with the high level of professionalism and friendliness of the people at Durango Motor Co. The Salesman was low-pressure, and had one goal... get us in the right car at the right price. He had asked what our parameters were (we were looking at used cars) and instead of guiding us toward more expensive possibilities, gently reminded us when we were creeping out of our original financial target range! While we were thinking over our options, he spotted a vehicle that had just come from certification and didn't even have the information sticker prepped yet. He had to scramble to get the info, but it turned out to be a deal we couldn't pass up. If he hadn't gone to the trouble, we would have settled on an older car with more mileage just to get us through the winter. Now we have a lovely car that we will use for years. That's what I call putting the customer first.

Upon arriving I was immediately welcomed by a salesman by the name of Cameron Wisner. He first complimented my wife an I with a beverage. Then we searched for the vehicle to best suit our wants an needs. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and weigh our options out elaborately. I was looking for a new truck that would do a good job towing my RV trailer. I contacted several dealerships in Colorado and Travis Dorzak promptly responded with the vehicle I was looking for. Without any negotiating, he provided a price better than I expected and much better than other dealerships. The next day I traveled to Durango and met Travis who showed me two trucks that fit the equipment we had discussed. After selecting one, we presented our trade in truck for an offer. After receiving such a good price on the F250, I expected a lowball offer on my trade in. However I was pleasantly surprised with a very fair offer so the deal was sealed. The overall experience with Travis and Durango Motor Company was the most pleasant buying experience in 40 years of vehicle purchases. Also, if you are considering any accessories for your new car or truck, ask for Carrie who was very knowledgeable and a peasure to work with.

We were looking for a vehicle to flat tow behind our new RV. We ran an internet search and turned up an interesting 2006 Jeep. We used the internet search to contact the dealer, it turned out Durango Motors was the dealer. We went in to look at the Jeep and found out that after being prepared for sale it had suffered some engine issues. We were invited to look at the Jeep while it was disassemble for repair. We discussed the issues with the mechanic that was repairing the Jeep. Nick, the service tech, was the one that made the sale for DMC! He told us everything that was wrong, what was being fixed and how the Jeep had been modified with a 3.5 inch lift kit and many other extras. It was clear talking with all the staff that they were expected to be open with customers and be honest with there assessments of vehicle conditions. After we took delivery we had one issue and returned to the service department late in the afternoon. The problem was not related to the previous cooling system issues but DMC covered the ignition system issues and rushed parts over to fix the problem after the service department was scheduled to close. We were able to drive the Jeep home that evening. The price for the Jeep was in line with others in the area but most of other Jeeps had many more miles on them. This was a no hassle trade and they have really stepped up to addressed follow up issues.

Durango Motor Company and Brian Lamb really impressed me. The no haggle was new to me, but realistic and great prices made it happen fast. Treated very well and very fairly, I will continue to purchase all my vehicles from Durango Motor Company. Brian spent a lot of time with me and the bed liner is being applied right there. They have a great accessory department and Carey is a pleasure to do business with. The owner is revered by his employees. That says it all. Full service, any accessory you could want and tires too! With a staff line this, you can't go wrong. The service department is always top notch and they have incredible hours. Markus has always taken the best care of me for the last 7 years like I was a favorite relative! The ONLY place to buy and service your vehicle. I love my Ford F 150 Ecoboost ( my second one ) Everybody oohs and aahs when they see my truck! Thank you Durango Motors for being the only place to shop.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our car shopping experience at Durango Motors, and it was all surrounded by our sales rep, Travis Dorzok. Travis was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Travis even drove the Tacoma we actually purchased to our home in Farmington, 50 miles away, to allow us to test drive it at our convenience. Travis and Durango Motors did not apply any pressure to buy, they went out of their way to make our buying experience very positive. We highly recommend Durango Motors and while you are there ask for Travis Dorzok, youll be glad you did.

It all started when they did not collect my $1500 down payment. Over a month later still nothing so i assumed maybe i didnt have to pay it. My girlfriend and i were about to have twins so we spent that money on baby stuff. A week later i get a call at work from them saying that they are on there way to Farmington to pick up a $1500 check. I told them i did not have the money anymore and is there any way to work this out. So they gave me a month to pay it and came to my work to get my debit card #. So i really struggled for that month.Then i call them cause my temp tag expired so they told me to go to the DMV here. I asked them ehwn i was going to get my plates and they said they had to wait till my down payment was paid in full. I got up early the next day on my only day off and waited till my # got called. After getting to the desk at the DMV the lady was rude and told me there was nothing she could do about it and i would have to go back to Colorado to get an extension on my temp tag. I cant afford the gas to drive to Colorado and back so now i have no choice but to pray i dont get pulled over.

It was nice to go somewhere where there wasn't any pressure to buy a vehicle. Even though we did get a vehicle after much at home research they didn't try to up sale us to something we couldn't afford. They patiently waited while my husband and I discussed if it was the right car for us and they even gave us their personal number if we had any questions or concerns.

After talking it over with my spouse I decided not to trash the company for I've bad seed. they are great to work with. If you are on the market shop here but do not work with Jon. Met Jon at Durango Ford and had the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I have been to Durango Motor Company lots of times to have my car serviced and had nothing but great experiences. Usually while waiting on service I walk around looking at cars. Every time I do I am greeted by a salesmen who is both polite, and helpful. This time was completely different. After being greeted by Jon he told me he was the best salesmen in Ford, and I was lucky to have him. Great, I love having my questions answered quickly I thought to myself. I then ask him what he had in a certain vehicle, to which he tells me he doesn't know, but to go find out by walking the lot myself and then tell him which one I wanted to buy. So I go do his job for him, come back inside with a feature question. Of course he doesn't know the answer so he waste 15 minutes of my time telling a story about Award Homes, then he went and asked his manager after I reminded him of the question. The longer I spent with the more I realized he was as incompetent as he was arrogant. Avoid him if you want help, because anyone else will provide better service

After some trial and error in purchasing a vehicle to haul my two-horse trailer, I worked with a Manager named Chris Nelson to resolve a problem. He was outstanding in terms of customer satisfaction, communication, helpfulness, willingness to resolve an issue, and took extra steps to make sure I drove my new vehicle home as a satisfied customer. If you want to deal with someone who will go the extra mile to put you in the right vehicle, Chris Nelson is the one to work with at this dealership. He rates a 5 star and this dealership is very fortunate to have him on board. The Service Department folks were also great to work with. Very polite and friendly. They kept in contact with me and were extremely professional. Although I made a phone call and left a message to the owner of the company, Mike Aus, and was told that he would call me back, he never did. However, Chris was there all along to make sure things were done right. Would I recommend buying a vehicle from Durango Motor Company? Yes. Would I recommend dealing with Chris Nelson to ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience? YES.

Found a car online, called and spoke with Mike Orris (the guy seemed sincere). I purchased the car sight unseen, sent a cashiers check, received a title and now I own a car 1300 miles away! Initially I could not find a truck to pick up the vehicle, Mike offered me a great rate to personally drive the car 1300 miles and deliver it WOW! I waited and a trucker did call and pick up the vehicle for me, MIke was all over it and took care of everything. Three weeks after my purchase the truck arrives with a perfect car, just as described. Mike has called several times to follow up on the sale. I could not ask for a better experience.
