Been at Service Department 5 times. Never get a call back when they tell you they will. Installed cabin air filter and was charged. Asked for old filter and it was still in car. Never replaced. Average time to get an oil change 2 hours. Good prices to buy but would not recommend because of poor service dept. if you need warranty work.

This was the first time purchasing a brand new car for myself and my salesman, Nathan Graves, helped make the process non-stressful. He walked me through the process, was very patient, and efficient. The entire process took a little over 2 hours. I looked online and picked out the car I wanted, that's the one I test drove and left with! I'm extremely happy!

This was a great experience. I went into the dealership knowing which car I wanted, but nothing else. The salesman, Andy, was there for me step-by-step. He never once pushed me to a car that I didn't want and gave so much information on all the different packages on the cars. I absolutely love my new car and would recommend anyone to this dealership. It wasn't like going to a normal dealership, it was a great atmosphere. I would buy my next car from them. They have goofy commercials, but they have amazing staff!

Bait and swap people, bait and swap. They lie on their internet pricing and the "We'll give you over Kelly Blue Book on your trade" advertising is false. Stay away if you want to get a fair deal.

My husband and I just bought a 2016 sorento from here. Our salesman was Greg. I can not say enough good things about this man. He treated us like his own family. There was a hold up in our finances which meant we had to wait about four months before finally being able to purchase our car, but Greg kept in touch with us the entire time. They worked hard to get us financed with a payment we were comfortable with. I am so glad we bought from them.

Stopped in dutch miller to look at buying a new kia soul,but they didnt have any to show me for sale. They said they have some orderedand they should be coming in real soon.that was four days ago,and still havent recieved a call back yet from theI hope to hear something from them real soon!
