Was on the road, coming in for a visit from NC and engine light came on in my Malibu. They were so nice and understood our time constraints(It was Friday afternoon). An exhaust sensor needed replacing and we were in and out in 45 minutes! We are so grateful..thank you for providing excellent customer service!

These guys were patient and kind and did a great job of taking care of my car's needs. They also gave me a courtesy car in order to get to work while they tried to figure out the problem. My car is now running as good as new!

I had my truck serviced at Dutch’s Chevrolet on 1/29/2021. The work on my truck was completed good, I was literally the only person in the dealership wearing my mask during our current pandemic. There was not one employee wearing a mask and while I was waiting one of them was coughing the entire time. Also, the waiting area was very dirty! I will gladly drive to Richmond in the future and take my business to Jack Burford Chevrolet!!!

This place is awesome drove an hour to buy a car. The kindness and honesty from all of the staff was amazing! This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Will definitely send everyone I know here.

Bo was exceptionally helpful and made the experience of buying our service truck easy. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will absolutely return to purchase another vehicle.

With not having the time to drive and look for a good used vehicle the Silverado that was posted via the Internet sales was exactly what the salesman said. I bought sight unseen very pleased that their is still honest people and a dealership that wants to make the customer happy. Thanks from one satisfied customer.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years at several different dealerships. Ford, Dodge, Chevy and Toyota, with this being the easiest deal by far. I feel they gave me a fair price for my trade by showing how they arrived at my trucks value. The salesman did not pressure me to buy extras .If you would like to experience a no pressure buying experience. I would recommend them highly.

I bought an Oldsmobile from Dutch's nearly 10 years ago. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had - bar none!! I felt I was treated fairly and honestly - and I'm a female purchaser! I've always been treated well by the service dept., and the clerical staff....given a free loaner vehicle when repairs took awhile and was satisfied with the quality of their work. Very good people to deal with.
