I bought a 2003 Honda Odyssey here a year ago. Rick and the staff were fantastic! I don't know why you all say they won't work with you. I got it for $400 under what they asked for it without question. I left after buying it and when got to Speedway couldn't find the gas release button, without skipping a beat they drove to Speedway and showed me! I am actually getting ready to go buy another car from.them.used simply because they were so easy and knowledgeable to work with.

These guys told my mother it would take over two weeks to diagnose her car. I don't know who they have working in the service department but if it takes two weeks just to diagnose a car. They need to find some new people I own my own shop in Naples Florida and know from experience if I had guys taking that long to just diagnose they would not be working for me. The car is under factory warranty. And they won't give her a rental until they diagnose it. If you have a choice to go elsewhere save yourself the headache and stay away from here.

They had a very nice, yet 11 year old truck on the lot. They refused to deal even a little bit. They wanted way more than truck was worth. We were willing to pay cash for it if they would deal. Nope. We moved on.

Awful experience. My car got totaled and I found a car I liked here. It had a couple problems with it like bad struts and a bad sensor. They would not work with me on this issue saying they will not fix it and will not take less than their original offer. This car is still on their lot and has been for about a third of the year. They were asking way above the cars true value being in good condition without problems. They offered a few hinder dollars less and still were not willing to fix the problem they knew it had. Needless to say will not be car shopping here ever again. I 11 out of 10 do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Rick, wasn't the best salesman to be honest. I felt like i was being pushed into buying a vehicle. I specifically told him i was LOOKING not buying. He acted like he was pissed when i said that i want to wait to make a descision. I don't do well with attitudes. It's about what I want and i wanted was to LOOK!
