I had used the service department at Blackmon Chevrolet with my Pontiac Van because they were so courteous and helpful. When I purchased another car, I purchased from them because their service department was so respectful and thorough. The sales team proved to be equal to the service team! The team listens to my concerns and needs and evaluates my car. After having a routine service visit, I went to see Mitch Hester to talk about buying new. Within a few minutes, I had test driven 2 vehicles and made my choice. We then picked out my choice in exterior color and preferred interior. Back to Mitch's office, and quickly he looked for available cars fitting my desires and in a close area. He assured me we could order if needed. He found just what I wanted, got it here the next day, and I picked it up the second day. I am really enjoying my anew Impala.

I recently bought a used car from Blackmon, I must say it was a painless process. I had visited two dealerships in memphis and literally left both mad as hell.It was like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car.I live out of town so the finance part took a little time, but only a couple of hrs.I literally walked in , signed the paper work and drove off. I got everything I asked for in my vehicle as well as the financing , I got a great pre-delivery of my vehicle from my salesman , no stressed-out B.S. from the finance manager, it was over all a great experiance!!!!!!!

I have known Dewayne Pearson for many years, but had never traded with him. He had given me several great quotes in past years, but I always backed out of buying a Corvette. I finally made up my mind, with encouragement from my wife, that I was going to purchase a new Corvette. I didn't even go to another dealer, other than to look at one, since Blackmon Chevrolet didn't have one in stock. We placed the order in late August, and the car arrived on October 15th. Dewayne turned me over to Jerry Seaman, as soon as I made the decision to place the order. Jerry is a real people person, and he stayed in contact me from the day I placed the order until arrival of the car. He's called and emailed several times since I took delivery of the car. Any time I have a question, he replies quickly. I actually believe he was as excited when the car arrived at the dealership as I was. Even though the dealership didn't have a Corvette in stock, Jerry made arrangements with one of their customers to let me test drive their car. How many dealerships would do this? I made a couple of trips to the dealership after placing the order, and all of the staff were very friendly and treated me like a long time customer.On the date I placed the order, and again on the day I took delivery, I was introduced to Dwayne Blackmon, owner of the dealership. He also made me feel like a long time customer and friend. I can't say enough good things about all of the staff at Dwayne Blackmon Chevrolet.

If you are reading this review, you are either in the process of buying a car or thinking about buying a car. The process of buying a car is not a fun thing, it just isn't. I was thrust into the process when my car breathed its last puff of smoke. I was not ready to buy a car, and it was so nerve-racking for me it gave me a migraine. HOWEVER, when I went to Dwayne Blackmon and met Kenny things got much better. I told Kenny my situation, what I wanted, and what I could pay. He made it happen and all I had to do was sit back, relax, and sign the papers. That is the FUN part of the car buying experience. I HIGHLY recommend Kenny and the entire Dwayne Blackmon team!!!

We called Dwayne Blackmon after finding a used Equinox online through autotrader.com. We jumped in our car and drove an hour and a half to "look" at the car we called about. We immediately were greeted by a salesman and they brought the car we wanted to look at immediately. We weren't pressured to buy a new car, we were told everything about the slightly used car and knew what a great deal we were getting! Not having a car payment in several years we negotiated the price and they worked with us to get the price right! We soon drove off in our new (used) car and had nothing but a pleasant experience with everybody there! Highly recommend Dwayne Blackmon!

There was no pressure and no calls, other than to thank me for coming by and hopefully I would be able to do business with them.I waited a week before calling back with an offer; we were so close on my first offer that I accepted their trade price.I'm very pleased with the Silverado.

I would hope that the salesman would be sure that he keeps his word as it relates to any deals he is putting together. I was told that the truck we purchased would be filled up with fuel and we had to stop and purchase fuel on the way home when we took delivery of the truck. I am sure it "slipped his mind"!
