If a salesman named Aaron approaches you, I highly recommend asking for anyone else. He's rude and not a good salesman. He introduced himself to my boyfriend and promptly ignored me and my attempt at shaking his hand. He had no interest in helping my boyfriend and I. He eventually told us that the dealership was really busy and he needed to leave us. I could see a group of salesman just standing in a corner talking. He clearly just didn't want to work with us.

I went in to look at one vehicle, but ended up leaving with another after getting an all right deal on my trade in. Lucas was very pleasant and did his best to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process, and also made sure to offer refreshments along the way! Both of the used cars I looked at were at a pretty good sale price - a good incentive to stop by! All said, there are a couple of issues with the used car I purchased (hopefully minor) that have been promised to be taken care of. Lucas has had good communication with me after the sale, regarding these issues, and has said he will make sure that things will be made right. I appreciate that a lot. It says quite a bit about the integrity of the business, that as I understand it, has been going for 60 years - kudos!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, so I was pretty clueless. He was extremely patient with me, and helped me through the whole process. He even went on a hunt for a phone charger and brought me one for my phone when my battery was about to die! Dan in service has been amazimg too!! There have been a couple hiccups since I bought the car, but he is extremely patient, and believe it or not, he doesn't hate me yet! We were in the market for a new 4x4 for the family, as we recently had a baby, really were looking at used, but were open to new. We went to several Dealerships from Marysville, to Seattle, both dealerships and Used car lots, we started out at this dealership when we narrowed out search to the Jeep family, as I also have a 2013 Wrangler 2 door, great for what I needed at that time, now we wanted something with decent fuel consumption, safe, 4x4, and how it felt. The Patriot, Renegade and Cherokees fit the bill. As I mentioned we went to several other Dealerships and car lots, but there was one that stood out, so we ended back there to make the purchase, and working further with our salesman. At Dwayne Lanes and mainly our salesman JR Reese, we felt no pressure, he advised us of both and new, found some great rebates on the Patriot stock available/built within the Jeep network, We also looked at the new Renegade, but after the test drives, felt the Patriot was the better choice for us. We both found it was nicer to drive, it has a great turning radius, peppy, roomy for 5 people, and is comfortable to drive. We built one on line, as they had one that was close to what I built, with the exception of color and trim package, Altitude with the black rims, and badging, and in a slightly different color, so mainly cosmetic. This was a Sport 4x4 model they had, but was well equipped with the better driveline and other options we wanted. JR spent time searching for us, and there was nothing, it would to have been built, and the rebates would not apply. Unlike the other deanships we went to, there was no pushing of models above what we looked at, no harassing follow up calls to pressure a sale, we called him and set up a second visit, as he was a positive beacon in our search. He was patient and we went over the packages and inventory both at this location and within the Jeep network and this worked out as the best deal we could get, ever better than what I could get a used one for, with 1-3 years old, with low miles, and it had the Driveline I was after. It was a well thought out order, gave you pretty much all the options a Latitude with the it fully loaded, minus the leather, sunroof and steering wheel controls. I do in all honesty like what we have color wise, as I said it was minor cosmetic, but the 2015 Jeep Patriot is really a nice vehicle, so if youre in the market for a good mid-sized SUV, I would consider this model, but reach out to JR Reese and he can work with you and find what is best for you, with no pressure. So, thank you to both JR Reese and Dwayne Lanes, you made this a very pleasant, educating experience!

We had a Jeep that we had been taking in for maintenance/service, and they always treated us great in the Service Dept, so when it came time to unexpectedly need to purchase a vehicle, we headed to straight to Dwayne Lanes in Everett, and for the first time ever, I actually enjoyed the transaction. On July 26th I bought a 2014 EcoDiesel from Dwayne Lane's Dodge in Everett, WA and to be honest it was one the worst experiences of my life...I left with the truck but the treatment I received as a customer over a two day period was so disrespectful and emotionally draining it has left a terrible taste and I don't want anything to do with the truck so I'm selling it at a price below the dealer invoice...The General Sales Manager Mike Luitgaarden was the worst to deal with... He actually sat down at the desk and said It was time for me to leave and get out...a short time later he stands up from behind his desk and basically orders me out of the store verbally in an agressive and threatening manner in front of sales people and customers nearby! I complained to Chrysler about the verbal abuse ...they said they review all inquires whatever that means. I can't rate Dwayne Lane's Dodge any lower or I would except the system doesn't allow a much lower rating!

After purchasing my Jeep at Dwayne Lane's 2 years ago (which was my best car buying experience ever), I finally got back to the dealer for an oil change after going the quick lube route previously. From start to finish, this was my best service experience also. With no appointment, I was taken care of right away by the express lane service department. They also were able to do other items that were due for service (wiper blades and tire rotation). They offered a free drink and gave me a time estimate which they beat. All in all, a great experience and from now on all service will be performed here. Another (very) satisifed customer!

The one thing I very much dislike doing is buying a car. I drove my last Chrysler Van 198K for two reasons. It was a great van and I did not want to go thru the buying process. But I did and my experience with the sales person at Dwayne Lanes Chrysler-Jeep was excellent and painless and I got a fair deal in my estimation. Cain has been great with his support an follow up also. The Service I receive from Rick Stoddard is world class and he is the one that convinced me to talk with Cain. Found a truck I loved and it was in the right range so I filled out the contact form and asked for the dealer to contact me. Heard nothing back after 3 days so contacted the dealer through their web site. Finally got an answer back next day but asking more questions and not saying anything about the truck I requested info on. I got "So what's your trade in and what type of trucks are you looking for" I replied back that I was looking for the one listed on Cars.com and or one of the same model. After another "What's your trade in and are you interested in any other trucks" I got the reply that the one on cars.com was already sold (Even though it's still listed today a week later). Would not deal with again.

Live far away tried getting numbers over the phone with zac F, he was emailing & calling on Saturday, I wanted to drive out Sunday to buy the jeep if he numbers were close, I never heard from him again. A simple call saying the deal can't be made would have been nice.
