First let say that Robin and his wife Sita was excellent they made me feel comfortable; when I first contacted them over phone ten years ago that's when I brought my Ford Truck. Robin explained everything to me in detail and how things can work out and he didn't treat me like a woman he treated me like a customer. Since then my son visited Dynamic Cars Dealership on Fayette St and purchased his first car. He left the dealership feeling confident, because Robin asked questions of what he wanted Out of the many cars on the lot my son drove away with a cute little Scion and I picked up the Nissan Armada from his Howard St Dealership. What can I say, but everything is great. Im pleased and will be returning when my daughter is ready to get her first car. Thanks Dynamic Cars you are truly Dynamic.

My vehicle was a total loss and i was in need of another car, however at the time i bought my previous vehicle my credit was good and since then to now it was all down hill.Mr Carl assured me he will be able to get me financed although my claim was not settled and he did come through for me i am now driving a vehicle with very good warranty and very happy ,if you need a car go and see Carl he will help you thanks for giving me some peace of mind.

When buying your car from Dynamic Car either from the Howard St of Fayette St location. You get great service. I brought my car and it needed some minor repairs after I left the lot. wow I went back in and my repairs were taken care of right a way. Most Used Car dealers give you the run around. But not DYNAMIC service done right away. Their goal is to make their Customers Happy. Come and try Dynamic. I would suggest and recommend Dynamic to everyone I know.

I was without a Car for over a year. I knew of this place before so I just stop in. I was greeted by the sales manager.He was polite and willing to help. The sales manager told me he would get me in a vehicle and he did with the money I have. No haggling or debating. the manager did what he promise. The owner is caring and also works to help the working man/ and Woman. I am ever so grateful to Dynamic Cars and will recommend them to anyone who has been looking for a car. Also the prices are reasonable and they do back up everything they sell. Theses sales men are out to help people who need a chance. I am only 21 when I purchased my first car here at Dynamic. No credit EVER. They worked with me and tried their best to help me get financed. Low payments and the best warranty. Their cars have low miles and are VERY clean! If I have a problem with my car I can bring it in at anytime and it will be fixed in a timely matter. I am now riding in my second car from Dynamics. Wouldn't go any place else!!

I came here when I was 19 with no credit they put me in 02 Pontiac grand am se. they told me to pay on it for 3 to 4 years my apr was 25.74,now I came back to get another car and I got a 09 Chevy impala with low miles and low payments looking for good car come here with great customer service and makes you feel like they are buying the car with you instead bossing you around and telling you what you can and can not do all around good place to buy a car from.

After finding the car I wanted in a search on Cars.com, I dealt with Robin at Dynamic Cars. We are very happy with the car, it is in great shape. Robin takes care that the cars he sell are mechanically sound. He and a mechanic drive the cars to the dealership to assess them. The customer service is excellent and they have access to the best financing and rates. We found Robin to be completely organized in the sales process and full of helpful information. The sales process and title process was all handled by Robin and he was able to get us a great rate on the financing. I highly recommend this dealer.

Went in to car lot told them my situation salesman said no problem he can help,i was told to pick the car i wanted in minutes he told me what i needed to put down,did not have the amount i then chose another car and and i was driving off with my car.I would refer them because of way they dealt with me they did not mention my credit problems and really helped me.

I called the dealership at 12 pm on Saturday 8/9/2014 to inquire about the two LS 460's they have on their lot. I explained to the salesman over the phone that I would be traveling from DC and would be arriving within a few hours. I also informed the salesman that I had purchased a car from them a few years back and because my first experience with the dealer went smooth I decided to take the trip to see the cars even though they were priced above there values!!! I get to the dealer and had to wait 20 minutes for the salesman that I spoke to on the phone to arrive at the lot. He comes and then ask if I can follow him to the other lot where the cars are. We get to the other lot and one of the cars is on some display ramp that they refuse to take down for a test drive and the other was being driven around by the owners wife and her family. So it was a wasted trip. I called hours in advance to give them time to have a car ready for me and told them that I had previously bought a car from them and this was how I was treated. They said the only way they would take the car off the ramp was if I told them I wanted to do business that day. I declined after all the hoops I jumped to get out there. Little did they know I had a blank check in my wallet....Never again!!

I stumbled upon Dynamic Cars on a humble while searching for my next used car. Upon entering their facility I was promptly greeted by Carl. Carl ascertained what type of car I wanted and what type of payment range I wanted to be in. Once I found the car that I was looking for we proceeded with the paperwork...It was a smooth transition and I was out of there with the car that I always wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend, in fact I already have. The management is reachable and they work with the customer to assure that any minor kinks are worked out.....Check them out they have a wide variety of cars to fit every personality and I will most likely get my next car from here as well. I was treated as a customer and not just a potential sale and that made the difference for me.

i came to dynamic for inhouse finance and good a 2008 focus ,months later i had a starting issue ,Robin took care of me although i had no warranty ,he got me a new starter and i did not have to pay,great guys here i will refer them to my friend and family.

I was searching for a car, and one of my friends referred me to Dynamic Cars. I walked in with a certain amount of money to put down on a car, and a lot of the cars were not within my income. We searched around the lot for a moment, and finally Carl Moore who is one of the Sales Representatives said, "I'm going to help you!" I talked to him about my situation, and he was very understanding, and I felt as if he had my best interest heart. He put my in a 99 Chevy Lumina LS, they cleaned it up, and I was driving the very next day. With low payments, and people that are friendly.. Dynamic is the place to go to buy a car. I have been more than successful after having bought a car from Dynamic.

Overall good. Found the car on Cars.com. Carl took care of me. Everything easy. Waiting on a grill is the only negative. Have to wait for owner to get back from out of country. That's minor compared to overall. 5 stars. Carl is a good guy.

Customer Service is a very important part of owning a great business. I was just simply trying to call about one of the cars I saw on this website and whoever picked up the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE. Needless to say they did not offer me any help and did not try to answer any of my questions and rushed me off the phone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
