E&B auto really did an amazing job! They were so helpful in getting the right vehicle with the highest approval odds, they are genuinely interested in helping you get a car. I had such a great experience with everyone here, i asked them to save me the vehicle i wanted which i still needed approval on and they held on to it for me for a good week, if it would’ve been any where else they probably would have sold it by the 3rd day! Really genuine people trying to help you get into the right vehicle. I will definitely be back to buy my future cars here, there selection of luxury vehicles is awesome and the prices they offer are even better! Thank you guys at E&B auto again for all your awesome work!

The overall experience with E&B auto sales was excellent. Christina helped us so much and we were able to buy the perfect car. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back if I ever need another car.

Very friendly and professional customer service! Great variety of cars and prices and they will do all they can to work with you to make sure the price is right/workable for your budget, the car is to your expectations and that you are completely happy with your purchase! I would certainly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great used car. Not only did I get my new mommy car but gained some great friends from the experience as well! The guys were cool. We found a car they had we liked. Made it clear we were also interested in a all cash deal but wanted to finance at least some amount to start a line of credit for the main person financing. You guys spent... 20 minutes? On one loan app because it was "too complicated" to try anything at all. Failed to put all the correct information and then told us we were screwed for a loan and there was nothing we could do. After calling her and telling her she got the car and everything. What's embarrassing is we went to the Porsche dealer and had a car financed and paid in less then an hour. Just put a terrible taste for E&B auto sales and for the rest of my life I'll probably avoid ever looking at the cars they sell. I told the owner the BMW we were looking at was ticking and "the wastegate actuator" was bad. The owner told me... I swear... " All BMW's tick, its normal" they don't. That car was broken. We bought a bmw with less miles, zero issues, same year, from the Porsche dealer, listed for less. Really. Just a bad experience with you. Originally it was 3 stars because they were nice people. But man. Everywhere else we went was absolute miles better then these guys. In terms of loans, professionalism, and overall knowledge about what they are selling. You guys failed us.

The people here are super helpful and nice, and the selection of cars was great too. The price range for cars was very good, and we found a great car in our price range.
