Service so great I came back a second time! I was in a few years ago had a great experience with Chris drop on my jeep I had a problem with the window a couple years later and I reached out to him and he got me in contact with a good mechanic. I recently paid off my jeep and I was ready to get a new upgrade. I contacted my bank I knew how much I was approved for. I checked out online and they had the car that I’ve been looking for a Ford explore had all the features that I’ve been looking for. I worked with Chris again, I was able to go in the next day test drive it and fell in love. They knew the sunroof didn’t work we scheduled a plan to get it fixed, they gave me a loaner car and it was fixed very quick next day! This will be a place I go back when I’m ready to get my next car. Each experience has been great. Even all the interaction with other staff they’ve all been so kind. I had to bring my 5 yo in with me and they were all so nice and friendly with him. Most car dealerships/salesman have a bad reputation but not this dealership not these guys.

My wife and I went in expecting the usual from car dealerships, and were pleasantly surprised when the experience was altogether better than we could have imagined for purchasing a car. Gilbert was an exemplar of customer service and worked to make sure we left feeling confident in our purchase. He gave us a fair price for our trade in, was upfront with all the numbers, and worked to get us a good rate. My wife and I drove away feeling good about our decision and that we had been treated like people, not just another sale. It is easy to see why they have been in business in the Portland area as long as they have.

I just purchased a 2011 Subaru Forester from E&J Motors and I couldn't be more satisfied. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Working with Gilbert was great - he didn't pressure me at all and allowed me to take the vehicle for an extended test drive to make sure I was confident with my purchase. He prices the vehicles fair so you don't have to deal with any games or bogus negotiation tactics like I have experienced from other dealers. If you are looking for a quality car at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend you take a trip over to E&J Motors and talk to Gilbert!

My husband and I were looking for a reliable car for our daughter that wouldn't break the bank. We ran across E and J Motors' posting on Carfax for a 2010 Honda CR-V that seemed to check all the boxes. We went for a look and found Gilbert to be the nicest salesman we've ever dealt with. There was no pressure, all details including pricing transparent and a very short and well explained purchase process. We walked out with a great car for our daughter feeling good about the entire experience. I would definitely recommend E and J Motors and look there first for our next car.

What a great dealership no pressure the sales guys Chris and Gilberto are Great!! Most all the cars are clearly price marked. I also noticed a lot of the cars on this lot are below Kelly blue book value. The cars I looked at had very low mileage!! I found my Nissan Murano on this lot for 1,800.00 under Kelly blue book. I really Love it!!! I Love My New Murano it is just what I was looking for and super low miles!! I will definitely send my friends and family to E and J Motors they have great cars at great prices!! Thanks E and J Motors you guys are awesome.
