Thankful to have stumbled upon E &M Auto. My son had been looking for a truck, preferably diesel, for weeks. He came across one at E & M. Despite being older and having higher mileage, it was super clean and well taken care of--which aligns with other reviews that Eric truly puts thought and time into what he puts on his lot. The family at E&M were great to work with! I am not a fan of pushy sales people; you won't find any here! No pressure, laid back, honest, and super down to earth. "Mom" :) walked my son through all of the paperwork and explained the what's and why. (I really appreciated this since it was his first loan experience.) It reminded me of how easy buying a vehicle used to be--not hours sitting around waiting and looking for hidden additives. Thank you Eric, Callie, and "Eric's Mom" for offering such a great atmosphere and experience! What a great team you have! --The Dodge Family

My dad and I had a lovely experience buying my first car here. They were always willing to work with us and answer any questions we had. Such a friendly and welcoming crew, truly felt like they just wanted to sell us a solid car. Will be recommending to friends and family! (:

I want you to imagine something. Picture wanting a new vehicle, showing up prepared for the standard car salesman dip and twirl but instead, you're greeted by the most genuinely kind and personable people you're likely to ever meet. Imagine getting right to business with no sales tricks, no runaround, none of of it. But then, imagine during that, you get the feeling you've been invited into someone's home where you laugh and converse and the whole place just exudes hospitality. Almost to the point where you forget why you're even there. As if you've known these people for a good while even though, you've just met. I need not imagine. This was my experience today and surely one not soon forgotten. I can't speak for you or your preferred way to do business but, I can comfortably say, if not with these fine people, then it's not the best you can do for yourself.

We just bought our Ford F-250 here today and could not be happier with the service and the vehicle. The folks here are so laid back and friendly and know how to to take care of their customers. We actually were referred by friends of ours who also bought a truck here and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend.
