Everyone was great from the salesmen, management to the F&I Department. The sales person was new but was bright and eager to help with any questions we had. He did everything right from when entering the dealship to close of our purchase. I came here with my friend to shop around for a used car, but both of the salesmen we encountered were rude, inattentive, and didn't seem to take us seriously. It was like our presence was a nuisance to them. I'm not sure if it was because we are younger (mid 20s), but apparently we are not good enough to warrant a basic conversation. We're early on in our car search but we will definitely never consider Eagle Auto Mall for any future purchases.

The vehicle we requested was rare and difficult to find, but Joe was able to track it down and get it to me sooner than expected. Each step of the process was smooth, quick and quite easy. I've purchased a new car every 3-4 years since 1993 and this was one of the easiest transactions of all from start to finish. I wandered in to check out the 2015 Mazda3, was met by salesman Tom Raetz who showed me the car and described all its features. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I dropped in to Eagle Auto Mall (without an appointment) because the lease on my Mazda 2012 was expiring. I spoke with Dan Bruno, the Mazda salesman, about my options which I thought were limited by my financial and credit situation. He was very patient with me and completely understood my situation and miraculously was able to get me into a brand new 2015 Mazda lease for very close to the same monthly payments and just first month's payment upfront.They dealt fairly with me on my trade-in which had some body work damage. Roland, the manager, was friendly, completely straightforward and honest. Something that is not easy to find with car dealers. I highly recommend these two if you are looking for a new vehicle. The Mazda can't be beat and their car leasing process was a joy. This is my second lease with Eagle Mazda and I am sure I will continue this relationship in the future.

This was our second vehicle from eagle auto Mall between 2007 and present. We purchased the Sedona in 2007 and loved it!! We had such an easy time there, that we knew we were going back again to get another car. We had Anthony, who took excellent care of us and was extremely patient with us. We purchased a 2015 Forte and are thrilled!! Jose in financing was great and helpful. Over the summer I brought I had some issues with the car and I was able to bring the car in within a few days. The service department was fantastic!! I had many questions and they easily answered them and even followed up with a call to see how the car was. So great!! Well we are now faced with the need of a second. At and we WILL be going straight to Eagle KIA and we recommend everyone to go there!!

My son and I came to the dealership on a busy Saturday at the end of the month in September. Within minutes salesman Benjamin Meadows came to our aid answering our questions and letting us take a couple of test drives in some vehicles. We engaged in conversation about my son's concerns about the stock tires on a vehicle he was going to purchase and Benjamin went on his computer to a site where he buys his own snow tires and wrote down some tire and rims for the snow that he would recommend for us if we had any question about or concerns with the stock tires that were on the vehicle we were going to purchase. When it came time to wrap up the paperwork we met with Jose Lopez who was very patient in explaining all the terms of our financing as well as the warranty and gap insurance we would have never thought to ask. He explain things until we understood everything he was sayingBenjamin went over the car very quickly and efficiently but not in a way that seems like we're being rushed. He also reiterated when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy or lease new or used there's something for everyone here. Even in the waiting room there was coffee and juice chips and snacks ice cream and games for children to play and a television and nice couches so waiting was enjoyable. It was a very positive experience for my son's purchase on his new vehicle we will both very happy

After buying three luxury SUV's over the past seven years I decided to try the new Volvo XC 90. I read about it and went into Eagle to see what it was all about. I meet Andrew Platis who took care of my every need during the buying process. This is a new model for 2016 and Andrew went out of his way to make sure that my wife and I understood what we were buying. He never said anything bad about the competition but spoke positively about Volvo, its operational features and safety features. I visited a two other Volvo dealers and would say that Andrew's approach to selling was to make us feel comfortable which was a little different then the other dealers. He never pressured us at any time to make a decision. The day of pick up Andrew spent two plus hours making sure that we understood the features (as best we could) that the car offered. When we left we felt comfortable that we had been trained by Andrew on how to operate all the features. I would also say the rest of the people we interfaced with (Roland the manager and Jose the finance guy) were great and very helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Andrew and the rest of the Eagle people. After driving the Volvo for a week we love it. I WOULD DEFINITLY RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS LOOKING FOR A CAR TO GO TO EAGLE AND SEE ANDREW.

After researching many cars and trucks and visiting many dealerships, I stopped at Eagle Kia to check out Kia's and met Andrew Platis in sales. It was a great experience from the introduction to the final sale. Andrew was a refreshment in terms of salesman, He listened and never put any pressure on me or my wife to purchase a car. He was very accommodating and made me feel at home, including my wife and two young boys. After talking with many other salesman, Andrew was a real surprise. He was simply there to meet all my needs and answer any questions. He was positive about everything and NEVER put down the competition. Every else I went, other dealerships would trash the competition's vehicles and dealerships. Not Andrew, He took the high road and that went a long way with me. I told him I was also looking at a Scion Xb and Andrew said "Great Car. Toyota and Scion make great vehicles." This was the opposite of visiting Riverhead Toyota in which the salesman told me "Kia's are a piece of garbage. Don't even waste your time going to see one or even drive one." Really? What a difference Andrew and Eagle Kia were compared to the other dealerships. We were walked through the entire process and every question was answered honestly. Andrew was there every step of the way and again, never on top of you or pressuring you. I would highly recommend Eagle Kia and without question Andrew Platis. If it were not for Andrew, I honesty don't think I would have bought a car during that time period. I would have waited until next year and start the process over again and hoped for the best. Andrew put me in a brand new 2015 Kia Soul Plus and I could not be happier. Thank you again Andrew and Eagle Kia. What a great experience!!! I could not be happier and HIGHLY recommend!!!!

So I was most hesitant to trade my great service with BMW -when I decided to lease with Volvo. He followed up with a phone call as promised. I made an appointment for the key programming with Nancy who was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. My wife and I were looking for a smaller SUV type vehicle and had gone to several competing dealers. At the end of the process we chose to buy a Mazda CX5. The car is awesome but the thing that really stands out in my mind was the salesman that worked with us. Andrew Platis is a salesman at Riverhead Eagle Auto Mall. Now you know that shopping for a new car can sometimes be a very stressful and negative experience. I was really amazed by the way I was greeted and handled by Andrew. I never felt pressured to buy the car. We went in and really made them jump through hoops. In fact we test drove three different cars and then left. Andrew was very polite and just asked us to let him know what we decided. After several days we decided on the Mazda CX5 and Andrew was right there to handle the deal. The price was outstanding and all I did was sit back while he did all of the work. The car is great, the experience was great and Andrew was great!!!. He gave me a terrific price on exactly the car I wanted and promised it to me for the next day. Not only did Andrew spend a great deal of time on the phone with my insurance company, he kept me apprised of all steps in the process by email as the day progressed. Hours after the dealership closed, Andrew emailed me to remind me to bring certain documents with me the next day. When I picked up my car, Andrew set up my phone and radio connections and clearly explained how to work all features on the car. Through the years of purchasing cars, I have had several good experiences and a few not so good experiences. This is the first time I am motivated to write a review on a dealership because the level of service I received was excellent ...from Andrew Platis the salesman who helped me to the Finance Manager, Jose Lopez who guided me through the financing process. I purchased a Mazda 3 last week from Eagle Auto Mall ...I had done my research- I called Eagle Auto Mall with some preliminary questions about the Mazda 3 since I had a few different makes of cars that I was considering and I was trying to narrow down my search. After speaking with Andrew- I felt he was so helpful that I made an appointment later that afternoon. He listened to what was important to me and I felt him to be very down to earth (unlike most car salesmen) and honest. He sold me on the Mazda 3- I knew at this point that I wanted to buy my new car from him and that I needed to look no further. Additionally, Jose Lopez, the Finance Manager helped put together a package that worked the very best for me. Like Andrew, he spent a lot of time with me and was very patient. I cannot recommend both of the enough. I have driven Hondas for years, and I have to say that they very warmly welcomed me into the Mazda family. Start your search for a new car here- you won't be disappointed.

This week I purchased a new Mazda from the Eagle AutoMall in Riverhead. To be honest, I intended to check out several dealerships before making my decision. As it turned out, I called Eagle AutoMall with some preliminary questions I had about the model I was interested in and spoke with Andrew P./Salsman. On the phone, I found him so helpful and sincere that I decided to indeed start my search with his dealership. I made an appointment later in the day and found Andrew listened to what was important to me and was very responsive without being aggressive. Solely based on the relationship that I felt was forged with Andrew - I then decided that this was the dealership where I would buy my car and that I needed to look no further. Additionally, when I met with Jose L., the Financial Manager to arrange for financing, he was so helpful in explaining everything and guiding me through the process and he worked with me to come up with the solution that worked best for me. I cannot thank him enough. Through the years, my husband and I have purchased many cars, and we are both in agreement that Andrew and Jose made this the most positive experience yet. I highly recommend this dealership and feel that we have been so warmly welcomed into the Eagle AutoMall Mazda family.

Based on a service experience with a leased vehicle, I returned to discuss another lease. The Service Department sometimes seems overwhelmed with work, but never let that impact their interaction with you. The Sales Department was a pleasure to work with. I have been very impressed with their desire to make sure everything is exceptional with your experience. Never experienced others sales persons sharing in the selling of the vehicle: telling you how wonderful the car is from a safety and quality standpoint. Extremely helpful in every way. When someone started to look over the car we purchased, they subtly went and put a sold sign on it! Cool!

Finalized a deal on a Volvo with Andrew Platis. Agreed priced outlined in email. Also advised would finance at dealer if matched CU rate. I Showed up to pick up car. Finance mgr attempted to hide add'l 1000 in finance price and jacked up rate. Stated they didn't have my credit score but rate was based on credit. (My credit is excellent). I Never bought Volvo. The tactics of a bait and switch for the unsuspecting customer Is not only unethical but illegal. I will be filing a formal compliant with Volvo, CFPB, and the BBB as well as the NYS DA office. They not only wasyted my time but tried a crime against the wrong individual. Buyer beware at this dealer

Was trying to buy a used Hyundai last month. Wanted to pay in full for the car, but the agreed upon price could only be financed, according to them. VERY shady.......I even agreed to financing and wanted to put down a lot of money, but they said no??? Really??

Nancy, the service advisor who attended to me and my car was an excellent representative of what a service advisor should be! She took care of me as soon as I arrived, made sure my car got taken in for work as soon as possible and came to assure me along the way that things were being handle to the best of their ability. Even when it appeared to be taking longer than planned, she made sure to apologize and keep me abreast of things as they proceeded.

First the hours are ridiculous - having no late night or weekends hours is not convenient. I have purchased 3 mazdas from this dealer and will probably purchase a 4th but never ever use the service department again. This was the last straw. I work the same hours they are open and generally cannot make or receive calls, so I tried to schedule service thru their website - 2 attempts and 1 month I got no call/email back. The I received an advertising email from the service manager and I replied to it hoping to get somewhere. I clearly stated that phone calls where not good and to please contact me thru email - so what did I get but a phone call - I was unable yo answer or call back so 2 days later I got another call in which the woman has an attitude because I had not called back. On the 3rd call they finally got it I guess and she offer for me to call and leave a message after hours and they will give me what ever date I need. Finally!Well when that date got closer I had to reschedule - I called left a message after hours and asked for then to email or call me back to confirm - Nothing. I had to take time from my job to give them a call when they were open to confirm. She said she received the call and the appointment was changed - When I asked why I never got a call all she said was "Oh I thought I did" ughDay of Service - I was dropping off for them to work on not waiting. I asked for it to be done by/before 2pm - He wrote by 1:30 on the paperwork. At 2pm I had to again take time to call them. "It just got done" - I show up - my service was a tire rotation, oil change, full circle inspection and change the rear wiper that was ripped. First of all the rear wiper is a small piece of rubber and they charged me $36!!! no labor WTH?They tried to tell me they gave me 10% discount b/c they too thought it was pricey - after review of the bill no such discount was there. I was angry and had to get back to work since it wasn't done on time I just took the paperwork and left. Later that night I realized I did not receive the inspection report showing tire and brake wear and overall condition of vehicle. no fluids were topped off - I honestly do not know if they did anything - will never use them for service again!

Went in with the plan of buying a used car. Quickly found the car we were interested in and after a bit of negotiation came to an agreement on the price. I explained to the salesperson that while I had a strong credit rating my son's was weak. He told me that with my strong credit rating and 20% down then the interest rate should be between 3 & 4% for us to be co-signers on the loan. I was told that we would need to return for the application to be processed & the car to be prepped. When we returned 2 days later we were told that the interest rate was 7.84% and that we needed to pay an application fee of $1,000. I said that was very different from what we were told 2 days prior and that I would just pay cash for the car instead. The finance guy then said that the price we were quoted was for a financed car only and that I would have to pay an additional $880 to pay cash for the car. The conversation then became extremely unpleasant. Needless to say we left without a car and with a very bad taste in our mouth. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We went there knowing we were in a bad situation. Our 2011 Chevy ran into serious issues It was at the service place there We were told between 3,000 dollars worth of work FIne But once we told them we wanted to possibly trade in the car We were told all of a sudden It was 5400 dollars worth of work We Sat Down with Brendon and ran numbers because we found a car we liked we left to think about it We called back and told him we would come in a sign the papers WELL he lied to us and said the deal was no longer going to be the way it was So we had our car towed from there and Fixed Guess what it only cost 2000 to fix WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!! AND WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CHEVY

I put a cash deposit on a car on 3/22/14 after locating the car with the exact specs I wanted at another dealership I called on 3/29/14 to release the car from the hold and was told a refund check would be mailed on 4/1 I have still not received it and was told by the sales manager BRYAN HARRIS that I tried to scam them and the end result of the telephone call was him hanging up on me and no refund of my money.upon calling to ask for the names of the owners of the dealership I was told they couldnt give me that information nor was there any other managers that could help me resolve my issue.so unfortunately for eagle they have 1 bad employee that is ruining their reputation because they have someone managing their business that cant be trusted with customers money.by the way they cut checks every tuesday and have now had my money for 6 weeks after promising a return.do not do business with them especially the sales manager bryan harris

This dealer is deceiving and fraudulent. I was there on Saturday with my family and was looking at a specific vehicle, the salesperson opened the vehicle and myself and my family were very happy with it. We were given monthly lease and out of pocket amounts. I returned today, after 3 days looking to finalize and was told that the amounts given were for a 2014 model that we did not even see, not for the 2015 which we were interested in and the ONLY vehicle we saw that day. I was told that I could have a similar vehicle for more $2000 downpayment and an extra $150/month, and this vehicle did NOT HAVE LEATHER SEATS NOR NAVIGATION, NOR REAR ENTERTAINMENT. I was completely in disbelief by the lack of respect, professionalism and dishonesty at this dealership.

I was at this dealer on Saturday and looked at one vehicle only, sales person opened the vehicle and myself and my family were inside and were very happy with this specific vehicle. We were told a monthly lease amount with specific downpayment. I went back today to finalize and were told that the price I was told just 3 days ago was for the 2014 model and not the 2015, which I was not even showed, then the manager told me he thought my current car was a lease and that he could give me a better price ($2000 more downpayment and $150 more per month then the amount given to me on Saturday) for a 2015 with cloth seats, NO navigation or extras. This dealer is fraudulent and deceiving should not be trusted, get all information in writing so you may avoid going back.

Th building looked great. They were almost fighting because one salesman answered me on the internet so he wanted the sale. I was not approved for the loan, which is fine ( I still got my car) but the process to receive my deposit back is crazy. One week later and still no money! WOW!! Bad business!!

The three times my husband and I visited, there were several other customers but Christie Fey made sure that we had all the help we needed. If we had a question she didn't know the answer to, we didn't need to wait long before she found out. I had to get my second car after having the first for over 12 years. After my husband and I explained what we liked in the old car and what we were looking for in a new one she helped us find the 2013 Malibu. I am looking forward to working with her and Eagle Chevy when my lease is up in October 2016.

We seen a car on cars.com that we liked and started reading all the reviews that was posted especially for this guy named Tony either they we writing them or people really liked there experience with him. So we had to see for ourselves. Well we took a drive out to riverhead and were not around the corner, we asked for Tony when we got there he came over to greet us and we told him the car we wanted to see and he showed us and actually gave us the keys and told us to check it out for ourselves and take it for a drive around the lot which is huge by the way, he didnt pressure us or come across with this hard sell of taking it home today. We did reserch on this car and knew we wanted it. It was perfect for my husband. When we got inside and went to Tony's desk he showed us how they sell there cars and we wanted a big discount like anyone else after a while Tony told us that this is the best price on the car that they could do so we actually left thinking if they wanted to sell the car they would stop us, no such luck after talking it over with my husband we did realize that the price he gave us was a great price for the car we were interested in, so later that day we went back and bought it, why am I saying all of this is that Tony who spent a couple of hour's with me and my family and by the way they have a great lounge especially for kids, never seemed agitated or try to pressure us at any time. What I'm saying is that all the review's we read about him before going there we felt after meeting him are actually true. There seems to be some really nice used car salesmen in the world and Tony is proof of that.

I live in Merrick NY so I traveled to the eagle chevy which is in riverhead NY about 1 hour each way to but my last car and was very happy then. So when I seen a corvette they had listed on cars.com for sale I felt comfortable calling. I spoke to Tony in used car sales and made an appointment to go there to see if I could trade in my camaro and but the corvette. I went on the Internet to look to replace my Honda civic, and seen a 2011 at the eagle auto mall which is not exactly close to my house. So I called to see if it was still there and got a guy named tony on the phone, he assured me it was there and said if I make the trip out there that he would make it worth my while. So I liked what he said so we went to look at this particular Honda it had extremely low miles and was in great condition and the price was not bad but being a consumer I wanted to negotiate a little. Tony did say that the internet price was usually the best price. So I told him that he said it would be worth my time to come out there and he did save me a couple hundred more dollars so I felt that was worth it because the car was priced as the lowest on cars.com to begin with so we are very happy with the whole experience

I was referred to see someone named Tony so when we got there he was busy helping another couple, but took time out to greet us and ask us to wait 10 minutes and go out and look at the used selection that he would be with us shortly.. He did show us serveral cars in my price category.. We decided on a beautiful sedan in excellent condition and tony worked us out a great deal and we drove the vehicle home the same day.

I use the eagle auto mall for service for the past 4 years on my Mazda miata so I was servicing my car last Wednesday and I seen a left over Mazda miata they had for sale so I was helped by a salesman named Tony and I worked out a good deal on my trade and purchase that my wife and myself are very happy. Had to look for a car because someone hit me and totalled out my truck. I seen a truck very similar to mine on the Internet out in river head I live in northport so it's not around the corner so to speak. I took arrive out there and I was helped by a salesman named Tony he showed me the truck I seen on line and I also seen another one they had so I liked both of them tony was very patient and I liked his approach after several hours with me I made a decision on one of them. I'm not happy that I had to buy a car because of an accident I was involved in but Tony made it a little easier for me to go through.

I stopped in a dealer on Saturday they we about to close it was 6:00 they let me in and I talk to a salesman named Tony he spent about 20 minutes with me and didn't hurry me out the door and answered all my questions and even showed me a car I liked on his lot. I had a bad experience with a Nissan dealership in Medford. I had to walk out of there while signing for a car when we went to pick it up. So looking elsewhere for a vehicle that we needed after that experience was a little disturbing to say the least. I have a cousin in the car business but he had nothing at his dealership that me and my wife liked. So we started searching on line for what we wanted a Nissan Armada and we found one at the eagle auto mall so I called my cousin to ask him if he knew anyone we could ask for over there, turns out that was his previous place he worked, small world he told me to call a guy named Tony in used cars that he knows him and worked with him for about 4 yrs.. Well that was a welcome relief to hear .. Long story short we met Tony and told him who sent us and he did a great job helping us and we couldn't be happier with our new addition.. We went to the eagle mall to look for a car for my daughter and we found a Nissan rouge that she liked Tony gave us the best price he could and we went back the other day to buy it. When we got into the finance office things didn't go the way we hoped so we left without the car. The very next day my father spoke with Tony and he spoke to his manager and was very apologetic and we worked everything out. And I am driving my car. We drove by the eagle auto mall the other night and they had about 5 jeep wranglers out front. My son and I stopped in to see what they were selling for, well my daughter likes the new wranglers and had a favorite color and one of the jeeps was in that color so when we told her they had a used 2012 wrangler in that color she was pretty well hooked and Tony was terrific he really helped us and even came in on his day off to allow us to pick up the car when it was convenient for us. I should of read this advice (below) from cars.com before I went car shopping. This is exactly what happened to me. I have been to many dealerships in my life where the contract was shown to me and each individual charge or fee was made very clear to me, not so with this experience. Also was offered a lower interest rate if I took the extended warranty, but not if I refused it (even though my credit score was very high !)so it seemed to make the only sense. The extra charge for roadside assistance was never mentioned in itself, this was lumped into the total cost of my vehicle without my knowledge (this I only found out when I called the next day and questioned the price) I was lead to believe it was included in the extended warranty, never did dealer mention the actual cost or mention it was a separate and additional cost. Same situation with the gap insurance, although that charge was listed as a separate charge on the contract, which I saw after the fact. Finance man never went over in detail, pointing out on the contract each and every charge/cost/total before it was signed. The focus was always on "the Payment" During the process Finance man would say "this is going to be quick, so we can get you out of here " then he would sit back in his chair and start talking about something totally differnt, I now look back and feel he was possibly trying to distract me or exhaust me mentally. I was very tired by the time I left and when I finally could get my thoughts together that night I realized what had and had not taken place. In my opinion Finance man was misleading at best. Shame on me! Advice from Cars.com: Be cautious of the way dealerships present total tallies. Some may lump the extended warranty into monthly payments, which masks the overall cost; make sure you know exactly how much the warranty will cost you over the length of the loan.

First things first...read the reviews around mine. They're all written by the same person or two. That in itself is shady. Read several posts below and you'll see "my" review posted by the salesman himself. I purchased a used car that I saw online. The car in itself is a good car...they can't sell fake Volvos. However, the salesman was dishonest with the history of my car and its features. I guess I should've paid more attention. He said a family owned it and needed to upgrade. Turns out it was owned by a rental car company. He said it had heated seats, they did not. Their financing also leaves a lot to be desired. I have a good credit rating and didn't mind not knowing my final payment until the day of, but they really shouldn't force people to only put 4-5K down. They are nice gentlemen on the surface, but honestly my whole experience is tainted by the fact they are not on the up and up. Let your customers write their own reviews!

So when our son is ready for a car I knew exactly where I was going to look first. Eagle auto mall isn't exactly the closest dealership to us but when your treated right in a car buying process you don't easily forget that.... I live in Hoboken and we were going to southold for a week to pick up our children from camp and on our way out we stopped in a car dealership wanting to look at the jeep wranglers we seen afew that they had a salesman named Tony met us on the lot started to let us test drive a couple we like some but wanted a particular model well Tony said he has a Sahara in his detail center getting cleaned that it just came in we told him we would come back the next day to see it. Had a great experience with my first car purchase naturally my mother and father helped.. But me and my mom went to the eagle auto mall to look at used cars, we met a guy in the used car dept named Tony D he proceeded to show us some cars on the lot. I told him I really wanted a car with leather interior and heated seats for around $15,000. I would like to express my feelings about my experience buying a car from the eagle auto mall... I couldn't be more satisfied with my new vehicle and for the way I was treated during the process... My salesman Tony was terrific I was referred to him by a close friend of mine who bought 2 cars from Tony at the eagle auto mall so it made me feel good knowing how highly recommended Eagle was... Still apprehensive about buying a car, Tony was an absolute pleasure dealing with and I'm not the most easiest person to deal with he had patience and compassion for my situation I'm very pleased thank you so much for your kindness!!!!

We came in to shop for a used car but ultimately wound up buying a new left over Mazda 3. Our sales person Tony showed us a couple of pre owned Mazda but after him telling us for a couple a thousand dollars more we could have a brand new one, he was very knowledgable and gave us different options that were the best for us. It was a pretty easy discission to make. This is our 2nd car we purchased from eagle auto mall within a year. There's no reason why we wouldn't come back again and again if we needed to. If you are in the market for a new car...I would highly recommend Eagle Auto Mall in Riverhead, NY. After dealing with the typical garbage we've come to expect from other dealerships (new and used), my husband and I were delighted by the atmosphere and service we received over at Eagle Auto. We were greeted with courtesy and professionalism by Ryan Griffith on the sales floor. He claimed to be new in the field but we felt he handled all of our needs like a pro. We also would like to give a nod to Bill in finance who was such a gentleman and who went above and beyond to help get us the best financing to suit our situation. I bought a used 2008 Escalade from Eagle. The windshield had a chip in line with the drivers vision. I pointed this out to the saleman and the mangager and they both assured me that if I bought the car, simply have it repaired and send them the bill and they would reimburs me. Well that was November, and now over 2 months later and 10 phone calls, I have yet to recieve a check. The typical answer is, "we'll look into." Sometimes they say the check is in the mail. These shysters will tell you whatever they can to make the sale, then they don't want to hear from you. They owe me a $168.00, I bought a $39,000 car. They would rather destroy any reputation and future business, just to save themselves $168.

Woww!!!absolutely perfect experience. I have to say as bad of experience I had with Smithhaven Mazda regarding the similar vehicle, the experience at Eagle was superb. I was devastated along with my 17 year old daughter over the treatment I received in Smithhaven. One week later and a 1/2 hour visit to Eagle I am all smiles and am a proud owner of a 2011 Gun Metal Blue touring Mazda. My wife contacted Eagle over the Internet with all the specs and price. Within the same day, terms were agreed over the phone. The credit application, the insurance info and the down payment were all done through fax and phone calls. When I arrived at Eagle, everything was ready and within 1/2 hour I was driving the car home. I cannot overstate the wonderful experience I had and a renewed faith that not all car dealers are unscrupulous.Neil C.
