We stopped in the Earnhardt Toyota dealership just to look at the new models of Rav4s. Was met by Michael Burrell. We told him we were just looking during this visit. He showed us the cars--we were still "Just looking"". We saw one that fit the description of what we like. Then Brad. Brought the car. Down from the garage and. Encourage me to drive the car. Told him. "Just looking"---Ok,, I drove it!! Loved the car!! We. Negotiated and came to a money figure we could live with. Both gentalmen were very, very nice and are very good salesman. I drove to this dealership from Fountain Hills. Dealership is very professional. I used the Costco Auto buying service and would highly recommend it. The Costco buying service gets you a set price so there isnt any negotiation. Mark Davenport was very helpful without being pushy. Just like with anything; make sure you do your homework. IE trade in, and add on's. You do not have take of these options if you do not want them. What I really liked about this dealership, was that it was very fair and when I did not want something they did not push back. Of all the things that I liked about this dealership, this was the best thing. Mark Davenport was excellent as well as the Finance person Tom Leeper. Tom went over all the documents and for the first time in a very long time I understood exactly what I was getting. Earnhardt Toyota (Mark and Tom) kept saying if something isnt right let us try to fix it. I sincerely believe they mean this at Earnhardt Toyota. I had purchased another vehicle from another dealership 4 months ago and this experience was like night and day compared that one. It is worth the drive to go to this dealership. This dealership made this major purchase far less stressful. Mark and Tom make a very good team.

After some difficult run ins with other dealers I had the pleasure of meeting with Earnhardt Toyota through the Costco auto purchase program. The experience was unbelievable and incredible. Excellent salesmanship. I bought a Highlander and enjoy driving it. All of the displays are a bit overwhelming for this old man but, Mike Thibodeau has been more than helpful each I come in with questions. Mike knows his products. We looked at a 4 Runner and he answered all of our questions and pointed out many other points that we hadn't thought to ask.We had been at other dealers, not Toyota, and their customer service personnel, couldn't answer many of our questions without checking first . I had hoped to get a used model Toyota in the color and trim that I wanted, but they sell so quickly. I knew going into Earnhardt the used car I wanted was no longer on the lot, because they had updated their web site. In looking for a used car I discovered that several other Toyota dealerships continued to advertise cars that they do no longer have on their lots just to get you in. However, the sales man still took me to that area just to confirm the make and trim was no longer there. There was no pressure to buy new from him. When we then looked at 2016 he was very patient and thorough in going through what features it had and didn't have, and showing me how to use them. He repeated all of that for my husband when he was able to join us. I feel confident that we got the car with the features we needed at a fair price, and it was a very pleasant experience, which we appreciatd.

I had a great experience. The salesperson took my application over the phone. This way I knew exactly what finance rate I was working with. I liked this because it meant less wasted time. Initially found myself needing a car, but didn't know what I wanted and didn't have a lot of time. Checked several dealerships and was a longstanding die-hard advocate of Toyota's main competitor - as it turned out, Toyota was the most approachable, understanding, and accommodating. They helped me arrange a 2 year lease with great terms! After 2 years, I returned and received a no pressure sales pitch (Nigel Narain was terrific at outlining and showing me my options, finding the best fit for my needs/activities/lifestyle), and consistently provided great communication - quick to follow-up on questions, explaining the next step, converting online payments, etc. As a woman, walking into a dealership and interacting with the various people can be a "challenging" (to say the least) experience. Toyota did everything they could to make ME feel COMFORTABLE, IMPORTANT, and INFORMED - so very different than other dealerships I had visited. Enjoyed my experience leasing then purchasing my new Rav4. I hope the level of service continues for many years to come! After having issues with my Scion iA and horrible experience at the Camelback Toyota, I was really fed up.. My ENTIRE immediate family has Toyota and scion cars.. we have had Toyota since I was a kid. We currently have a Toyota Prius, Scion IQ, Toyota Tacoma but my iA was not cutting it. I went in to Earnhardt Toyota and Alex Martens was amazing. He listened to my concerns and really worked with me to get into a lease I was confident with. I traded my iA in for an iM and am SO happy that he was able to restore my faith in the brand, as well as happy with my car. Martin in finance was also truly exceptional in explaining the benefits and features of auto butler and LoJack, so I got those too!Don't go to any other location- this one is awesome and won't let you down.PS- they have one of the better waiting areas.. it comes stocked with popcorn, hotdogs and coffee..

Salesperson was great up to sale. Post sales was fair to poor. The car already had 66 miles (about 24 miles were accounted for - what were the other 30 used for?). I paid a premium for a special order and expected low mileage (such as 36). Did not expect it to be used possibly as a demo. The salesperson had assured me that the car would be stored in the garage and not available for demos as in essence it had been "sold".Salesperson could use some training on the car features especially the Technology Package. I asked him to stop making up answers that did not make sense. He did point me to a Service Advisor who was very knowledgeable - I would like to express my appreciation to Vanessa who was very helpful. There was also a man in Parts who was knowledgeable on how the Traffic App worked as the salesperson was giving me incorrect information. There were other technical matters he helped me with and I just wish I remembered his name. Prior to picking up the car and realizing there was 66 miles on the car I asked him to ensure that the car was clean. Needless to say the windows were not cleaned even though the salesperson assured me it had been detailed. Apparently there is a 3-5 day wait to clean the windows after the tint is applied (the car had been there for a week). Also, The car had a spill on the illuminated door sill and on the drivers side floor. The salesperson was unable to remove it and told me "that is how 'steel' is". Even though I attempted to show him the illuminated sill on the passenger side he was uninterested. I had to go to Home Depot where they were willing to help remove the chemical (and NOT paid any commission).When I returned with the car the Detail Man noted immediately the scum on back window and haze throughout. He did a very good job of cleaning the windows!Tires had 42 psi when 33 is recommended. The salesperson did not understand that since the car was sitting in the garage for 2 hrs that this would be a cold tire reading even though he tried to convince me that since it was hot outside that this could NOT be a cold tire reading!!The finance people failed to 'deselect my name' OR 'upload my name to the 700Credit system' to prevent the adverse credit notice letter that I received which was VERY disconcerting since I had paid off the house based on credit approval on the day I picked up the car. As a result of the above I think a checklist should be used and there be one point control to ensure matters such as these are taken care of prior to car pickup. Also to note the salesperson should know more about the product he is selling for post sales support.

Had an absolutely amazing car buying experience here. Told April what we wanted in a Toyota Tundra and she found one immediately the same day, secured the financing the same day and had the truck brought over to the dealership the next day. When we went in we met with April and Nigel and they took great care of us. The truck was exactly what we wanted. They gave us bluebook trade-in value for my husbands car. Nigel walked us through the features of the truck even setting up my husbands phone with the Bluetooth. Evan in finance was great and had us in and out in no time at all. No haggling over price. And they threw in a Toyota hat and first aid kit for us. We will definitely be back when it's time to trade my vehicle in. I can't say enough how professional everyone was, how eager they were to assist us, and how easy and quick they made the experience. I think the entire time spent at the dealership was two hours and that included driving the truck we chose, learning about all of the features, the contract and the finance. Easiest car purchase ever. And they have followed up with us multiple times since we purchased a vehicle 12 days ago. I have heard from Nigel two or three times and from the finance manager. Great follow-up!

We live out of state, but need a vehicle when we are in Arizona. We decided on a Toyota Avalon. And Earnhardt was the dealer for us. We bought the car online through April Jacob and Jack Shen. They could not have been nicer or more professional. They did what they said they were going to do, which is indeed rare these days. We picked the vehicle up today. They were ready for us, and the delivery was superb. These two are the epitome of excellent customer service. Highly recommend April and Jack if you are in the need of a new vehicle.

This dealership sold a vehicle to me for double the price is worth. I thought if I put down $3000.00 this would help lower the price. Instead they pocketed the money and covered it up by forcing me to accept on the contract to pay for tint and something else. I went in on 9/23/15 and purchased a lease decided to buy out and found out I had to pay $58,000 for a vehicle that is worth $35,500

A friend of mine was looking for a new car for his wife. After trying to get a deal on a competitors model, we came here to Earnhardt Toyota because I got a great deal on my '15 Corolla a couple of months ago. Once again I dealt with Alex Martens and Brad Johnson, and, once again they gave us a great deal on a new '15 Camry SE. The next day my wife and I traded in her car and got a great deal on a new '15 RAV4 Limited. In the finance office my wife and I dealt with Marty G, who, we could tell had had a busy day and since it was closing time was anxious to get home. However, we eventually made small talk with Marty and before long the 3 of us were having a good time. Just as when I bought my Corolla everyone here at ET that I observed was about as friendly and courteous and professional as can be. Including my friends car I am 3-for-3 in just 2 months. Everybody has different experiences and mine is no different. After a frustrating and unpleasant trip at another dealer, Alex Martens, who I had met about a week earlier texted me to come in and see him, so I did. Eventually Brad Johnson joined in. When all was said and done, I ended up saving about 3 times what the other dealer offered and only had to put down about half as much, and, I also got the payments and term length I wanted. The funny thing about all this is the fact that the Corolla I purchased was the one I test drove at the other dealership earlier. (Earnhardt traded them a white one for it.) Funnier still is that the salesman at the other dealership called me the next morning to tell me about a white Corolla they had just received. My wife and I laughed, the salesman did not. Kudos to Alex and Brad for a making a great deal happen that I thought for sure would not. Alex also ended up delivering the car to us because we came to find out that he lived across the street from us. I also have to comment that while there, I managed to observe the other Earnhardt personnel and noticed them all treating the various customers in a courteous and friendly manner. I had to wait for a few hours for my service, which I expected. I brought along my laptop so I could work. Finding a place that was not insanely noisy was impossible. They had three large televisions running with competing stations, "music" (I use the term loosely) playing over that. Several staff were so lacking in any useful activity to keep them busy that they gathered in groups to chat it up (their attitude behind the backs of customers was enlightening!). I tried working at the tables outdoors, but they had the "music" blaring even louder out there. Every person I spoke with claimed that this was "better than it used to be," that they "didn't like it either," but that they were forced by the company to do it. This is supposed to be a place of business. I don't appreciate being told what to watch or listen to. The loudspeakers should not be used to keep under-utilized staff happy when they're not busy, and the noise shouldn't compete with the business. After my car was done, it was left to sit for an unacceptable time in the sun before I was notified that it was finished (I know based on how hot the interior was when I opened the doors. None of the three girls at the cashier's desk knew the e-mail address of corporate for me to write a review.

Coincidentally, Jeff Paul called us about possibly trading in our 2008. Since Earnhardt is in Phoenix and we live in Tucson, we did all of the dealing over the phone and internet. We were quoted a price and the people at Earnhardt stuck to it to the letter. They made it as convenient as they could and we really appreciate that they stayed with their quote. No one in Tucson could beat their deal so we, once again, went to Phoenix, finalized the paperwork and left feeling satisfied with the experience. Dealer was very high pressure! I don't mind that to much, but when I ask a dealer for their best price I expect that the first time, not after 45 mins. of fooling around with them. They have a slogan "No Bull", as far as I am concerned that was all we got was Bull! While we where at Earnhardt's I called Big Two Toyota in Chandler and got a better price in 5 mins. from their internet manager. We lift Earnhardt's and drove to Big Two, picked the car we wanted and drove home. No fuss, no hassle, NO BULL!

I was having a problems with my steering system on my Toyota Sienna Van. I called the Earnhardt Toyota Scion in Mesa and spoke to Matthew Vlasic who discussed with me the issues I was having and set up an appointment to bring in my van. I arrived the next day to drop off my Van and Matthew was there to meet me. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what they were going to look at and told me he would contact me as soon as they had time to complete their inspection. Throughout the day I received communication from Matthew letting me know the status of my van and what repairs/service was needed. Matthew really seemed to care about resolving our issues and getting us services as quickly as possible. My husband and I were very pleased with the staff and service we received at Earnhardt Toyota Scion in Mesa. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. My husband and I just purchased an 2013 Fj Cruiser and he really changed my viewpoint that all car salespeople are shysters. Mike Y. our salesman and Troy M. the manager went out of their way to make it a smooth deal. There was never any pressure. As long as you understand that they are in business to make money, you will get a very fair deal. The dealership itself is awesome. When our car was ready for delivery it was already in the new car garage and detailed. Mike was very patient with us as we combed the car for any scratches. Mike then went over a very detailed explanation of the car and reviewed with us all the warranty and owners manuals. In the past, most car dealers couldn't wait to get you off their property with the car. Not this one. Troy the sales manager came over to make sure everything was ok and if the car was delivered as promised. Mike patiently answered all of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a Toyota from these guys again. Just remember, they need a fair profit as much as you need a good deal. They will work with you to get what you need.

I was in to look at the Tundra trucks. I'm in the market for new truck and in process of checking the new Toyota, Ford, GM and Dodge trucks. The salesman I worked with was Dieter Stranz and he was very helpful, courteous, respectful and was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Tundra trucks. He didn't pressure me like most car salesmen usually do and I really appreciated his approach and attitude. When I have made my final decision and I end up going with the Toyota Tundra truck, I will be back to see Dieter to make that deal.

Troy (sorry, don't remember a last name) was in my face the whole time I was there. It was a very high-pressure experience because he tried to move the sale so fast. One minute I was test-driving a car around the block and the next thing I know, my credit is being checked and I'm being shown an invoice with a hugely marked up price including accessories that I wasn't aware of it being added on. He also rudely asked me twice if I understood how a lease works. Overall, it seemed like he was trying to pull slimy sale tactics that is just not good customer service. I ended up getting the same car at a different dealership for $4700 cheaper than what Troy had on the invoice. Not sure if any other sales people are good, but if you end up here, don't work with this guy. He doesn't deserve your business.

On April 3, 2013 I purchased a car from the Earnhardt Toyota Scion dealership in Mesa, AZ. I wanted to have the windows tinted and figured the most reliable option would be to have dealership do the tint. The service department was closed at the time, so the sales representative said give them a call tomorrow. I called the next morning and scheduled an appointment for April 5, 2013.I brought the car in April 5, 2013, to have the windows tinted and a few other things that needed to be fixed that were noticed during the sale. About two hours later the service consultant comes in the lounge and tells me my car is ready. As we walk outside he tells me that a button they were to replace was not in stock as originally thought and had to be ordered. When we get to the car he then tells me my windshield cracked when it was going through their car wash and the crack has spread since. He then asks me if I have windshield insurance and would I like them to contact the insurance company on my behalf. No apology, no notification when it happened, nothing until he gets me to my car with a crack in the windshield! He tells me we only drove the car 5 mph, so there's no way we did it, there had to be dents in the windshield before the car came in and the heat and car wash made it worse, call your insurance; basically I just need to deal with it. I asked to speak with a manager, the manager comes in the office with a smile on his face and says there's nothing we can do, obviously the dents were there before we received it today so it's not our responsibility. I've had my new car less than 48 hours, there was not a crack in my windshield when I brought it in.

I brought my car in for routine maintenance and the windows to be retinted. They made an appointment on a Saturday for me since I live so far away. I bought my car at this dealership over three years ago and bring my car there for every service. I have had a few service advisors and have never had any problems with any of them. They have always been courtious to me and my family. I did not get a business card from the man in the rental car division who got me a great price on renting a car for a few hours while my car was being serviced. I would recommend this dealership for sales and service. I would also purchase another vehicle from them if I needed to.

I was given the opportunity to look around and then was politely approached by a salesman, Adam Cytron. He listened to my needs and showed me vehicles that would fall in my price range. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. I feel he worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I am a satisfied customer.

Mr. Halbwachs has always been my service manager since I purchased a 2007 FJ Cruiser from Earnhardt's Toyota. In every respect he has responded instantly to the immediate problem, and brought other potential problems to my attention as they arose or a potential problem in the near future that should be watched. I spend good money for quality service, and have never been disappointed with Chuck's forthright honesty as well as Earnhardt's excellent service policy. To start, the first courtesy driver was new and didnt know where he was going. Asked if I was going East (which I was) and he drove me. When the second driver picked me up; he pretty much blamed me that the mornings driver took me home to what is HIS side of town and enforced this with "remeber who your driver is suposed to be next time". As for the tech or back yard mechanic, he stated I needed new wiper blades. I just had them changed the week before. He changed the spark plugs...except the one he said he couldn't get out. They had been changed 3-4000 miles earlier. And the new ONE he couldn't change - its on the front seat of my car - guess for me to change. Isn't that what we pay THEM for? Not sure if any of the other work was really needed now because my engine light is still on, and I didnt receive ANY of the replaced CUSTOMER PAYED for parts to verify. My brand new spark plugs are probably is the mechanics car now...except the lonley one he couldnt remove.Then to top it all off...they had the wrong address and phone number. I updated it when I dropped the truck off. Eight hours later they didnt have it updtaed. I present that to them when they handed me my receipt ... and guess what? NOT A ONE COULD FIGURE THE SYSTEM OUT TO UPDATE MY INFORMATION. WOW. Talk about unhelpful.

This is the third vehicle I have bought from Earnhardt Toyota. As usual they exceeded my expectations. The process was fairly painless, a member of the management team, Eddie made sure that was the case. I have dealt with him on all three purchases and trust him totally. The experience in finance was also awesome, Tom did a great job addressing my needs and presenting options. The first salesperson I dealt with was Joseph. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help me find the exact vehicle I wanted and made the process very smooth. When I came back two days later to complete the deal unfortunately he was out sick.Luckily Eddie was there to help out and get another salesperson, Sal to help with the rest of the process. I was amazed at the help and service I received from Sal. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond in helping me with a matter. He actually came to my work place the day after I purchased the vehicle and took care of a couple minor items that were not that big of a deal to me but were important to him. While going over my vehicle with a white glove, he discovered two small scratches I had overlooked. He insisted on taking it back to the dealership and getting the problem corrected. He then brought it back to me looking perfect.Thank you guys I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I can.

Jeff Oswald has been very diligent in working to find a specific tacoma for me. I have a very specific list of details on the truck that I want. He has gone above and beyond in keeping me informed on the status of the vehicle. We have discussed other options as I am up in the air at the moment if I want the make I am loooking for or one that is on the lot. My sister is also in the market for a vehicle and I am also recommending her to go to Earnhardt and work with Jeff. I have not yet purchased the vehicle because I am undecided, but I plan to purchase sometime this month or early next month.

Jake Pendic and Kenny Clayton were awesome! This was by far the smoothest hassle free new car purchase I have ever experienced. I came in and knew exactly what I was looking for, they didn't pressure me to upgrade or look at different vehicles, he gave me a no nonsense lowest out-the-door price possible, it was much lower than the dealership I had just haggled with for over 2 hours prior. I accepted the price, we filled out the paper work and a done deal. Jake even drove the truck to my house because it was at another dealership and picked up my trade-in vehicle that was still at home. AWESOME from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership and especially these guys.

As a customer in my 60's, I have had many car buying experiences, none close to as satisfying as this. From the moment my wife and I stepped on the lot, the experience just kept getting better. Dieter Stranz and Troy Maxwell, the representatives with whom we worked, were helpful, patient and knowledgable. There was absolutely no high pressure or rush tactics, from the start all the way through the finance manager, Rick Staub, who was also very helpful. No one had to leave and go check with the boss on pricing. The price was the price. We went in with a price in mind, while not expecting to buy anything that day. We just intended to look, afterall, it was Christmas Eve that day. After my wife gave her general information, she went home, while I remained and continued to finalize things. Dieter not only assisted the entire transaction, but also showed me all features on the new vehicle, scheduled the first mainenance appointment for us, rode with me to my house where he got my wife's signatures on paperwork, and drove my trade in back to the dealership. If you want a great car dealership where they work with you, and really earn your business, look no further.

I entered the car (2013 4Runner) I was looking for on truecar.com and received an email just a few hours later from George Martinez at Earnhardt's. He had located a vehicle still on the dock in L.A. which had all the options I wanted. The price he offered was lower than I had expected to pay even if I wanted to haggle with sales people. This is the third new 4Runner I've bought but the first from Earnhardt's and was the best and easiest buying experience by far.

We had a great experience on buying our new car with the assistance of Michael Turner. It was very joyful to work with him from start to finish. He is nice, patient and friendly and not at all pushy. Not only he answered all of our questions, but also helped us on reviewing all the important contents of the handbook and teaching us all the functions of the each part inside and outside of the car, and lastly he drove our new car to our home very carefully. He is an outstanding sales assistance and is obviously passionate about his job and pleasing his customers. Also, we received Michaels friendly after service call today. This was my first time buying a new vehicle. I did the right thing a shopped multiple dealerships to compare. I knew exactly what I wanted going to each, which was not common in the color I preferred, pyrite mica. Joe Masiello, the general sales manager took on the challenge of finding one with ease. This is after other dealer told me the vehicle doesnt exist. The sales associate, Patrick Guidry, was awesome to work with as well. They were straight to the point and gave me the best quote on the vehicle out of all the dealers. This first time truck buying experience was far from a stereotypical one. I highly recommend their teamwork to anyone!

The overall buying experience is very pleasant. The internet sales manager Nigel is very helpful without hard pushing. also, price is reasonable. The only drawback is the front desk staff. They wont talk to you once they know they are not your salesman.

This is the second Toyota Prius we have purchased here and with the friendly helpful sales staff we will be back. Our sales team worked together to help us and went the extra mile to make sure all was to our liking. I will refer my friends and family here to get their next car.The service we recieved on our first Prius was excelent. They sold us a certified used prius for our first car and we upgraded to a new 2012 this time. The price was in our price range and thus far we are getting 53 MPG. Great mileage for any car.We purchased the brand new Prius about 1 week ago. The right front tire had a pinhole slow leak in it and took about a week to get low. I came in to the service department to see about getting it taken care of and they informed me that I had to purchase a new tire at a cost of 131.00 plus 12.00 mounting and balancing plus tax. I was very disappointed as the car only had a total of 230 miles on it 15 of which were on it at the time of purchase. There were no markings on the tire for any kind of road hazard and it was so slow that I had to take it to Big-O tires and get them to submerge it in their dip tank to find the leak. I went back to Big-O and got the tire replaced and a warrantee on all the other tires from them for less than what the dealer was offering to sell me a new tire without the mounting balancing and taxes or any warantee. I paid 125.45 with taxes included to Big-O. For heavens sake the car has been in our possession for a week and two days. I would think that we could have gotten the tire replaced with it being that new. Disappointed

Mark went out of his way to check out my new used truck and make sure it was running well and identify any parts or equipment changes that it would need. He had worked on my 95 Toyota Truck last fall and did a great job on ensuring it was ready for a cross country drive. He kept me up to date on the status of the truck.Gary ordered and arranged for various equipment selections I had made for my new used truck. He had to go out of his way to get the equipment and take the truck to the equipment, etc. He kept me up to date on the status of the equipment and installation.They both made me feel like I and my truck were very important and valued by them. I appreciated all the care and attention to detail they provided to me and the truck.

I did a lot of research before I picked these guys. Glad I did. They were genuinely friendly, helpful, and have huge pride in their brand, which for me was Prius. Mostly we communicated by email, and you could tell right away that these were not b.s. artists. In person, was even better. No awful sales pressure, none of that. Just a brand new beautiful car and a salesman (John Engen) who owns two of them, and his enthusiasm and knowledge was contagious. I'm a real person, I don't know these people, just telling you about my own experience.

I bought my Toyota from Jacob at Earnhardt and have to admit that the process was about as painless as buying a vehicle could be. Definitely a win in my book. Price was where I wanted it to be, financing was easy, and honestly not unpleasant at all. I will definitely check them out next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

I was in there the other day to buy a Tundra. I came in contact with Tony and Chris. Both were very knowledgable about Toyota. I ended up bringing my wife in the next to see if she would like the Tundra as much as I did. Well, come to find out, Tony was my sons baseball coach in Junior High. I was very impressed with how helpful and friendly Brian Williams was during the whole process of buying a car. Obviously this is a big purchase for our family, so we wanted to be sure we knew all of our options, etc. Brian was very patient in showing us everything that was available in our price range, and answering all of our questions along the way. I was also impressed that once we made the purchase he then took the time to go through each and every one of the buttons on the dash, showing me how to program the radio, and so forth. Overall everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, and my husband and I are both very pleased with the experience.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely loathe buying a car and tend to hold on to my cars longer for this reason. I'm apt to change my opinion after having dealt with your sales guy Mike Landau. He treated me with respect (something this old guy hasn't seen much of lately) he was pleasant to deal with and I felt I could trust him. I wasn't at an all day marathon of wheeling and dealing like I have been used to in the past. I felt he gave me a good deal for a 4 runner and was in and out in a couple of hours. I'm very pleased with the dealership overall and will tell all my golf buddies to do some business with Mike.

We recently purchased a new 2012 Toyota RAV4 from Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa, Arizona. Our salesperson, Wendy Bennett, went out of her way to find the exact car that we wanted, even arranging to have it shipped from a dealer several hundred miles away.Even the finance manager (Cameron?) was a pleasure to deal with, a far cry from the days when most people would rather have had a root canal than buy a new car.

He looked at me and said why dont you just take it home!I said do you have any with four doors? So then he took me upstairs to look at some . I owened a 2010 corolla LE I really didnt like the ones we looked at so he took me over to look at the corollas!I really liked the corolla S so we took it out for test drive and I fell in love with it !Keep in mind I was only getting my oil changed and was not looking for a new CAR was not even thinking of it. We bought a Toyota 4Runner from Jacob Cluff. We had the worst experience ever buying a car this time around - until we dealt with Jacob! Dealers were negotiating with us on-line, then we'd show up to buy the car and they didn't have it! We got the run around big time. Jacob was upfront the entire time and very direct. He didn't just tell me what we wanted to hear. We ended up getting the car we truly wanted at a price we felt great about!

In and out in about 2 hours - total. Got lease on a Prius v. They did all the paper work. Even when there was waiting for paperwork to get done, there was water/juice (and popcorn!). Gregg even took time to set up our bluetooth right before we drove off. This is 4th (5th?) car we've gotten from them, and I suspect we'll be there for our next one.

The main reason I came to this dealership was because of John Engen. I had talked to a few saleman on the phone before I came in. John was the nicest kindest most down to earth guy who was not pushy in any way. Although the dealership was quite busy that night it didn't really matter as much because of who we where working with. Keep that guy there forever!

We just bought a 2012 Camry SE few weeks ago from Earnhardt Toyota/Scion in Mesa, AZ. The buying new car or used car had nerver been a pleasant to us before, but Nigel A Narain (a Fleet/Internet Sales Manager) of this dealer had changed our perception. Nigel replied to our internet quote within few hours with all of the detail of the car we want with the price of front while other dealers had not provide clear information to us; we chose to call Nigel and process to buy this Camry right at the spot. The loan officer is very nice man (we forgot his name and lost his business card); there was no pressure to buy add on optional for car protections from him (he skipped his lunch to complete our paper work to delivery the car for us). Nigel introducted a Service Manager to us for future contact, and White gloves, Red carpet delivery the car to us. He showed the car function in detail from open door to every neccessity device setup, even help to link our phone to the car Navigator, Bluetooth, and other options. It took us about 2 and half hours to completed all loan doc., paper work, delivery steps and happy drove home in a new car; it would of been a lot quicker if I am not a typical of picky and difficulty person.Thank you, Nigel, for helping us to buy this new car with a good deal (both way, our trade in and new car prices) and pleasant! Nigel, which I have dealt with in the past, and Robert Mirrer, gave me the price I was looking for without haggling back and forth, beating the competion by $1400. The paper work was quick and I was driving away from the lot in less than an hour. I had mentioned setting up an appointment to have the windows tinted the following Saturday, and Nigel set up the appointment, To my surprise, when I picked up my car The Earndharts team had included the tint! No charge to me. The service and sales there were outstanding. And in the future I will go straight to Earnhardts, and bypass the rest! Many thanks to the Earnhardts team..

I have been around dealerships most of my life and have bought a number of cars. I was very apprehensive about buying. My husband works as the security man at night and had meet Sal not to long ago. They had a conversation and my husband had decided to ask for him when the time came. On the day that we went looking Sal was working and we did request him based on the above. From the time we stepped out of the car we were greeted and treated with respect. There was no games just the transaction. It was the easiest and best experence I have ever had. I got just what I wanted.

Upon our arrival Malcolm met us with a big smile and a hearty handshake. We quickly got our trade appraised and made the deal. All the time there was no hard sell, no pressure, no numbers games. Everything went as agreed in our on line negotiations. In the business office we met Marty G and it was more of the same. A smile, a handshake AND a sense of humor. Marty showed me options as far as accessory alarms and warranties with no pressure and no hard sell. Brian made it very easy to purchase a car. I was buying for the first time and honestly was very skeptical about going into a car dealership. I have heard so many things about car dealerships that I was nervous to say the least. I told him right off the bat that I was not buying at the moment, just browsing. He was very curtious and did not push me like most people say car salesman do. He showed me everything that I wanted to look at and gave me options in both the new and used vehicles. I returned two days later to purchase the car he test drove with me. Overrall, Brian was very helpful and put my mind at ease.

Kyle was very friendly but not agressive. Kyle was able to completely describe the car and its features. He stayed with us the whole time, showed us how to drive the car. Helped with making sure the car was the right size and then the change over when we found out we needed the larger car. (Its complicated)Chris was so helpful in getting the financing to the level we needed it. Went several times to redo figures to make it work for us. Both were very great to work with.The finance guy in the office was great also. (sorry I can't remember his name)Kyles extra touch was giving us a page with a bit of his personal information.A very pleasant car purchasing experience. From the moment we met Paul we were treated exceptionally well. We felt comfortable and at home. Never at any time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. He discussed all of our options and after he saw me try to get into the truck, suggested that we should consider running boards or tubes to help me get in. ( I am 5'2" tall). He showed us around the dealership (beautiful store)and introduced us to others. He meticulously went over every aspect of the truck and how it worked. He answered every question we had (and there were a lot) with patience and kindness. When we were ready to leave, we not only knew everything about our truck but we had also made a new friend. I really don't think we would consider buying from another dealership or salesman. Our son will be looking for a car in a year and Paul is the one we will be coming to.P.S. Prior to arriving there, I had began shopping around to find the right truck. My experience with the other local dealerships was not bad, however, I would describe it to bland and typical. The major underlining factor that put Earnhardt in first place was simply how well their entire staff treated me while i was there. Furthermore, I wanted to let it be known that Mauricio Valdes at the Earnhardt Toyota Finance Department is a stand up guy. I've made mistakes with my credit in the past, and simply not paid attention to it making my score was low. Mauricio and his colleague went to battle for me, so to speak. They were very kind during the approval process, and kept me informed every step of the way. I was so impressed by the service and overall experience I had with Earnhardt, that I continued the ignore the multiple calls and texts I was receiving from the other dealerships asking for my business because I knew that I wanted to buy a vehicle from Earnhardt, and was confident I would receive the best deal.I've honestly not one to write a review, but honestly I'd give my experience a 10/10 across the boards. After having such a poor experience when buying my previous car at another dealership about 10 years ago, I communicated clearly to the fleet manager (John) at Earnhardt that I wished to make a purchase that was smooth and free of game-playing. My goal was to purchase a 2012 Toyota Prius before the end of the year. I shopeed around a few dealerships so that I could have no doubt that I picked the right people to work with this time. Both John and the Brad (manager) were attentive and listened to my requests.

I recently bought an FRS from Earnhardt Toyota. I dealt with a dealer named Tony. Tony was extremely helpful and very informative, especially considering this was my first purchase of a new car. Before coming into the dealership, my parents had informed me of how a dealership works and how most salesman can be with customers (very negative or pushy). Tony was the complete opposite; he was very friendly and not pushy at all. I even brought my mom in, not only as my co-signer for the final paperwork, but I also really wanted her to meet Tony and see how easy going he was and how comfortable he was to work with so that she could change her mind about how salesman can usually be. Tony also introduced us to our finance manager, Cameron. Cameron was also very informative, helpful, and also not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable through this entire process. If you are a first time buyer, like I was, or even in the market for a car, I would highly recommend Earnhardt Toyota. Ask for Tony or Cameron and I can assure you they will take good care of you. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!

I visited Earnhardt Toyota to purchase a new Camry. My salesman Omar was very polite and listened to what I needed. Omar found me the perfect car at a great price,but I still wanted to think about it before I made the purchase. Omar allowed me to go home without any pressure to purchase that night. I was shocked, every other dealership before that has tried to pressure me to buy the same day. The next day, I went to see Omar, bought my car and had the best car buying experience. I have received great service everytime when visiting this dealership. Employees always have a warm greeting, and let you know your business is appreciated. I make an appointment, and service is quick. They check the car, and report any findings of items possibly needing attention. However, there has never been any pressure if I choose only the service requested. Totally professional. And, I always get the same service adviser, Robert D' Elia, who is outstanding. It is truly personal service, and you're not just a number. Finally, they have a pleasant waiting area offering free drinks, a hot dog, and even hot popcorn. Tough to beat this combination. I recently purchased a Toyota 4runner from Jimmy Q. at Earnhardt Toyota. My husband had been working with him for a few years waiting for the perfect moment to purchase. The warranties on both of our Lincolns were up, and the issues began, so instead dropping money into the old cars we decided to switch to what we both consider to be a more reliable brand. A week later we both left with new cars. I have to say that dealerships are not my favorite place to be, there are tons of overwhelmingly obnoxious salespeople that will say anything to close a deal. That's where Jimmy comes in! He is amazing. He was so kind and knowledgeable about his product. He's been with Toyota in some fashion for over 15 years and believes he is working for the best car line out there. I think he owns 3 toyotas and I know one of them is over 20 years old and still running. Anyway, think Willie Nelson as a car salesman. He is so not your typical salesperson in the sense that you feel like you can actually trust what he says. The best part is, you can! We had a great experience at Earnhardts but I truly believe that is was because of Jimmy. Reading the reviews definitely makes you want to shop somewhere else, but you can walk right by all of the sales guys and ask for Jimmy Q. at the reception desk. He is your man!

I had been looking into buying a car for a while so I had gone in on multiple occasions to look at the FR-S specifically, on my last visit, Eddie one of the sales manager put intoduced me to Josh liedel, great guy by the way. Josh went and showed me the features of the car he went through financing with me and told me what I would be paying for how long at so much interest. He answered all my questions and when it was finally time to deliver he stayed with me til I was satisfied with the car. Josh is a great guy he was attentive to my needs, courteous and went the extra mile to make me satisfied. I have to say I am a very picky customer so when I recommend Josh and Earnhardt that really means something, no bull as Earnhardts slogan is. He was very polite, and didn't treat me like I was dumb or just someone who was wasting his time. He wasn't like a normal car salesman, just pushing and pushing without knowing the product he was selling, instead he was patient and thoughtful, and MOST importantly he listened to me. Started my search for a vehicle on line and was scanning the Earnhardt inventory on their website. I had requested a quote for a new Camry and within minutes John called. He was very professional, we discussed my needs and he was very patient in finding the right car for me. We agreed to one particular vehicle and I agreed to meet him two days later at the dealership. The service John provided was great and he was very knowledgable of all the Toyota vehicles. So knowledgeable in fact that he could explain in depth features and options I would only expect an engineer to understand let alone explain in layman terms. John is called the "Professor" by his co-workers. Financing with Brad was also the best service I received in a long time. By far my experience with the entire staff of Earnhardt was OUTSTANDING. Our salesman, Misho Pendic, was absolutely outstanding in every respect. This was perhaps the best experience I've had in buying a car. The specific car we wanted wasn't in stock and we did find another dealer had one on hand for only $75 more. Even though we knew we might have to wait up to 5 days for it to come in, we decided to buy from Earnhardt due to the outstanding service we received from Misho. This proved to be the right decision as the car was delivered to our home the next day by him, which exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Earnhardt and Misho to our friends and acquaintances.

I pretty much knew what I wanted/needed when I went into the dealership. I let the salespeople know this. From there it was quick transaction. Within one hour I was with the finance representative. Within two hours I was driving away in my new automobile. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was recently involved in an accident, my car was totaled, and I had no rental insurance so I was a little worried about transportation to say the least. I decided to call up Earnhardt Toyota to get some advice as to what my next step was because I had a great experience a couple years ago working with Gary prior. Needless to say he never dissapoints, Gary was able to work a deal out where I brought in my settlement paper work showing my loan was going to be paid off in a total loss claim, and by doing so he was able to get me financed for a new car. He was able to advise me appropriately by listening to my wants, acknowleding them, and then recommending the proper car for me. Gary is a true advocate, and makes a car buying process a great one, there are not many car salesmen out there that you can trust, Gary is one of those few that you can.

I stopped without an appointment to have the last of my five new car two year warranty oil change/service work done. Everyone from the welcoming greeter to the service manager to the final payment cashier (no charge work) were excellent. After months of research I climbed the diving board, walked to the edge and dove in! OK, I turned on my computer, found several Toyota Dealers, expressed interest and hit "Send". Literally within minutes, NIGEL NARAIN responded. It was a perfect car buying experience from there. Questions were asked ... and answered, the application was sent over to me, completed, returned and after a call to my husband, NIGEL NARAIN & ROBERT MIRRER were there to great us at Earnhardt. I was shown the car I was interested in, two different interiors - I preferred the black. I asked if they had the Highlander in red and ROBERT MIRRER literally had the crimson Highlander in front of me within minutes. I chose the Blizzard white with black leather interior ... her name is Juliet. NIGEL had to leave and ROBERT stepped right in, had us to financing with MARTY and we were in the car. We were walked all around the car and time was taken to show how every thing worked and where to look in the manuel if we couldn't figure it out - ROBERT even paired my cell phone for hands free usage. The thing that impressed us with NIGEL NARAIN & ROBERT MIRRER most was the sincere invitation to call or "drop in" if there is ever anything they could do to help. From the initial email, to greeting us at the door with a warm handshake and cold water, the walk through, every question answered with confidence and clarity, we were comfortable and felt informed, respected and pampered. Before we drove away we had the tutorial on the car and a list of phone numbers for services that were already being scheduled (installing the alarm for starters) and are now very happy customers ... for life. Eddie, my husband, has already picked out his next vehicle and it will be purchased directly from NIGEL NARAIN & ROBERT MIRRER. I think the general population would agree that purchasing a new vehicle is usually a very stressful experience. Not so with T J Randt at Earnhardt. Service Department is top notch.... especially working with Service Adviser Chuck W. with previous service needs for the 2010 Prius we traded in.For this visit, leased a 2012 Toyota Prius V. Nate was exceptional as a sales associate.... knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. Have never been so impressed with a salesperson as I was with Nate--knew all the features of the vehicle and explained/demonstrated them with confidence. Marty (finance dept).... also was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.All paperwork went smoothly and processed efficiently.

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Stone during my purchase of a 2012 Scion TC. Overall, I had a good experience. Kyle isn't like most car salesmen. He was very patient and courteous to my needs. I left feeling like he went way out of his way to see me happy. I left feeling very happy. The only downfall would be the service department. I went in twice complaining of a broken radio, and they refuse to replace it.

I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he run the numbers for me and they did have a white Toyota Yaris available. James McGin was the next person who worked with me, very helpful, explained every thing as he did the paperwork and he explained everything very well. I went to this Toyota dealership because my maintenance light was on and it was time for an oil change. A few weeks ago I hit something on a local freeway and lost the lower 'vent' that protects the AC condenser. I met my service advisor (Bob Delia) who walked me through every step of the process. Less than an hour later, I had my car back with the oil changed, the tires rotated and the grill replaced. Couple that with a free carwash and I left a very happy customer. This dealership (and Bob) will continue to get my business.

Nigel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He made me feel good about my experience and purchase and took the hassle and discomfort of buying a vehicle out of the equation. I have purchased cars in the past, usually it takes the whole day and by the time you have the keys in your hand and you are driving out of the lot, you wonder if the decision you made was for the best or if it was even your decision at all. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. The decision to buy a new car is stressful enough and the last thing you need is a money hungry sales man pouncing on you. Nigel understands this and is definitely on the other end of the spectrum when it comes to the typical car salesman stereotype. Whether I choose to drive my new purchase until it falls apart or trade it in for something newer a few years down the road, I will definitely go back to Nigel.

I had yet another pleasant experience with everyone at Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa, AZ.From the sales associates ( Mike Landau, Robert Mirrer and Telly Papagianis ) to finance guy Tom Leeper to Gary Childress accessory manager. They all did wonderful in walking me thru the process. I have bought before from this dealership and will again in the future.I like how they explain everything and show you how all the high tech toys of today's vehicles work. I really liked how Robert Mirrer set up my Bluetooth link from my Iphone to Entune system. That was extremely helpful.Gary Childress in service ( accessory manager )knows me and we have worked out any issues I have ever had with my 2010 Corolla I also bought here. I know he will continue to do right by me and that is priceless.Tom Leeper in fiance was not a high pressure pusher of upgrades unlike what I get at other dealerships in the past. He takes his time going over your options and explains in detail what he is presenting so you can make the decision to get that product or not depending on your needs, not the dealerships. I also have an excellent experience every time I brought my 2010 Corolla in for service. From the curb personal who write up what is being done to the shuttle drivers to the parts counter at checkout. I always got what I deserved, friendly and professional. If they for some reason can not help you, they find someone who can. Overall I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service.

Very enjoyable car buying experience. I dealt with one of Earnhardt Toyota's internet managers, Jim Mauna, via email to negotiate the price of the vehicle. He was very straightforward, honest, and direct in all his reponses to my questions. Once we arrived at a negotiated price, we scheduled a test drive. I arrived, gave the car a spin, signed a few papers, and was out the door in an hour and a half. It was very enjoyable and I would recommend dealing with Jim Mauna if you are comfortable with email communication.

I know some people vote a '5' on everything. I am not one of those people. From the first time I contacted a random phone number at Earnhardt Toyota, I was treated as if I were a well liked, long time customer. Jim talked to me as if he knew me. He actually sold me a vehicle that was what I needed, not what I wanted. I wanted a Rav4 Limited and ended up with a Highlander Limited. It wasn't hard for Jim to sell me a vehicle. I have been a customer at several Earnharrdt Dealerships for the past 6 yrs...service and sales excellent...General Managers of the highest quality....Experience at Earnardt Toyota was when I took my Rav 4 in last yr....Car was making noise in front end...I 1st took it into a Toyota by my hse...spent $300 plus their...left still making noise...took it to Earnhardt Toyoto right after leaving other dealership...left my vehicle few hrs for them to ck..Recd call ready for me..told me everything was good..problem was laying on the floor of my car...guess what they found...a huge rock in the frame...they washed my car..car I ate the hot dogs..great atmospher...With No Charge...I wont trust anyone else with our vehicles....I appreciate you guys much at Earnhardt Toyota...Proved to mehow trustworthy they are...I could have charged lots but was noticed..Thank you much. I bought my Tundra from Patrick Guidry in 2010. He's been with Earnhardt for years and for good reason. Last weekend after test driving a bunch of cars, we purchased Camry from him as well. He always says "these cars sell themselves" and he's right. Marty in finance was also very nice. These guys will take as much time as you need to answer questions and go over paperwork. They also adjusted my deal to something that worked for me. I love my Toyota's and very happy with the service. The sales manager Eddy is very rude! I bought a used vehicle from them (They made a killing off my trade in) and part of the agreement was they were to fix the broken clips on the front and rear bumper. They fixed most but left some. So I called and he gave me a run around and when I asked to talk to his manager he told me NO! Their finance department sent my mom a blank power of attorney form and asked to have her sign and send back... I was very mad that I was told no when asking for a manager and them sending blank power of attorney so I called the assistant GM, Tom, to get things fixed. They fixed the missing rear bumper and painted some needed parts (extra that Tom added) and typed the power of attorney and resent to my mom.

As an 'out of town' Toyota owner, I visited the Earnhardt dealership to check out some lights on my instrument panel indicating issues with the car. The service people were really magnificent, treating me professionally and responsibly. They identified the issues quickly, recommended service and repairs, and gave me alternatives for action. I was confident that the repairs were needed (not 'invented'), that they would be done quickly and efficiently, and that the cost was reasonable. Their performance was right on the mark! I was more than satisfied. When I am in Mesa, AZ, again, I will go there in a flash--for any kind of automotive needs!

I have had my toyoto for 18 years and this is only the third time that I have had to have any major work done on it. I always take it to a Toyoto Dealer, don't trust anyone else with it. It is still in great shape after all this time. I have been driving Toyoto's for at least 40 years wouldn't have any other make of car.

When I arived at the Earnhardt service bay yesterday afternmoon with a broken handle on my Scion hatchback, I had three questions for the Mr. Berkheimer, the service advisor: How much will the part cost, how much will you charge to install it, and when can I have it done? He returned three or four minutes later and told me the price and that he could do it immediately; and it would be complete in an hour and a half. I spent the time relaxing in a service lounge; after an hour Mr. Berkheimer came out and said the car repair was complete and the car was being washed. While I was waiting for it to be delivered, he provided and reviewed with me a detailed -- and prioritized -- printout of suggested maintenance item for my Scion, along with coupons.When I picked up the car, I noted that the repair was done perfectly and the car was cleaned at no extra price.I would recommend the Earnhardt Toyota service people without reservation whatsoever. Mr. Berkheimer and his associates provided professional and timely service and their friendly and helpful demeanor left me with a good feeling. This was my first experience with them, but it will not be my last. You -- and they -- can be assured I will return ther for any subsequent work.

I chose Earnhardt Toyota, as I am from Canada and own a 2007 Camry Hybrid. I know that there are certain things that are required of this model that may not be required of other types of cars, so was hesitant to take my car somewhere else, even if for only an oil change. I drove up to the service bay and was immediately met by a young gentleman who enquired as to why I was there. When I replied that I needed an oil change, he let me know that a service rep would be with me right away. Matt met me and examined my car and explained the cost of the oil change and what all was involved in this service. He also told me how long the job would take and invited me to wait in the lounge. I was most impressed with the amenities in the lounge, and enjoyed a hot chocolate while my car was being serviced. In the alloted time Matt returned with my service papers and pointed out to me that I would probably need new air and cabin filters at my next oil change. He asked the cashier to provide me with a service card and an oil change coupon that would provide me with a free oil change after 3 others. There were no extra "fees" and I even got a complimentary car wash!! I was most impressed with my service and will not hesitate to return when I come back to Mesa next season. I will also recommend Earnhardt service to anyone else who is unsure of where to go with their vehicle.

Buying from Earnhardt's Toyota was an awesome experience. Mike Landau did a fantastic job. My wife & I both felt that our business was really appreciated. Mike located the Camry in the color we wanted along with the options we wanted. We live in Tucson and he was always keeping us posted (email, cell, or home phone) on the progress of acquiring our new Camry. The finance manager; Tom Leeper also did an awesome job. He informed us on various Toyota Care and extended warranty packages without high pressuring us. We ended up purchasing two packages and were even able to custom tailor these packages to better fit our needs. The neat thing about these packages is that they are actually from Toyota. If I'm traveling and happen to need a service, I can visit any Toyota dealership in the local area. I'm not happy with the Toyota dealerships in Tucson in regards to purchasing a new car. The trip up to Mesa was well worth it. I will definately recommend Earnhardt's Toyota to all of my friends.

I was met quickly by a service manager who was extremely friendly and concerned about my needs. I was kept informed about any issues that arose from my service needs, no hidden costs or surprises. The vehicles (Camry & Tundra in two consecutive days) were serviced and washed when returned to me. Total satisfaction with customer service and Tanner Berkey my service manager! Tanner was very professional and an asset to the dealership. I own two Camrys and a Tundra and plan to have all my service work do by this dealership. No more of my wife being told she needed unnecessary work done by some chain of auto repairs, etc.

We purchased a new Venza on Dec. 31, 2011 at Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa, AZ. I had visited every dealership in the Phx area and either the dealership did not have the model/options we were looking for or the sales staff was unwilling to "work" out a deal. I had previously visited Earnhardt Toyota on Dec. 29th, and met Ruben Valdez and Joe Masiello. Both were very positive and friendly although I was not ready to pull the trigger on a new purchase until I had visited other dealerships. After visiting all of the other dealerships, I called Ruben Valdez and told him I was coming back to see what Venza's they had. He and I met in the lobby and he showed me one of the final 4 Venza's they had. I explained that I wanted to purchase the vehicle if the "deal" was right. He immediately got information on my trade and started working up the numbers with Telly Patagianis. A short time later Telly came over and asked me if the deal he was presenting would work. I told him we were a little "off" on the numbers. He encouraged me to fill out a loan application with Toyota Financing to see if we could get a better rate that would benefit the bottom line. He came back in a few minutes and the deal was done....Next I went into see Cameron Naylor in Finance. He explained everything, made great suggestions, and ultimately all the paperwork was signed and we took delivery of the Venza. Ruben Valdez took the time to do a great job explaining all of the car's functions and demonstrating all of the options. Overall a GREATexperience. Our sales person, Ruben Valdez was outstanding. Fun, nice, knowledgable and a great guy. Telly was equally fun and positive and motivated to get a deal done (as was Joe Masiello when I visited a few days earlier). Cameron Naylor was very professional, efficient, fun and easy to work with and go over all the documents, warranties, Toyota Care, etc. Great job guys !!! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from an Earnhardt dealership....Plymouth Caravan (yes, really), Honda Pilot (great vehicle), and now the Toyota Venza. You guys are the best and after the experience I had at a different Toyota dealership in the area your professionalism really shined through and my family appreciates how we were treated at Earnhardt Toyota. Tony Chavez was really outstanding. I think most people dread having to buy a car; I'm no different. This was the greatest experience and made the purchasing of my Prius really a joy. The service was knowledgeable, non pressured, friendly, and quality. These people actually cared that I got a good deal and the right car for me. I would highly recommend seeing Earnhardt Toyota and ask for Tony. He won't steer you in the wrong direction for you and you will get a good deal.

I had service done on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma while under warranty. There were many service bulletins regarding my truck, and Earnhardt knocked them all out, and was great. Vanessa Villalobos is wonderful to work with, and very professional. I had one vibration/howl with my 5 speed manual transmission in fifth gear that was persistent. Earnhardt replaced the rear end, the drive shaft and rebuilt the 5 speed manual all on different service visits - - - above and beyond what I'd expect from any dealer. Each of these visits did require persistence on my part - - - each time I documented the problem and rode with a tech, but ultimately they would relent, and diagnose and pull/replace parts. The problem persisted. I was told that a Toyota "Field Engineer" would have to approve pull and replace with a new transmission unit.As an auto mechanic and a rotorcraft transmission engineer, I finally pieced together the BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) Chain of events that caused the problem. The drive shaft had slung a weight, and the drive-shaft vibration destroyed the output shaft bearing. Simultaneously, the input shaft bearing (known to be problematic in the R155 5 speed manual transmission) went out. I figure during the rebuild, they did not replace the output shaft bearing, as there was a lot of play. This caused a resonant vibration/howl at certain speeds and drive-line torques that persisted after the rebuild, which was part of the original problem.I tested my theory by installing used transmission I found in a salvage yard for $600. Problem solved. Output shaft bearing play is gone, and so is the problem. The 5 speed gearbox performs beautifully now. Dis-assembly of the old transmission showed they did a great job on the rebuild, they just missed the output shaft bearing - - - a $10 component. So here's the kicker - - - ONE MONTH later, a service advisor calls me at home. He is cheerful, and says, "We'd like to take a look at your truck's transmission, our "Toyota Field Engineer" is in town!". I informed him I had pulled and replaced the unit myself and fixed the problem in my one car garage. His response: "Hey man, all's well that ends well, right! LOL [with a chuckle]. I was not impressed. I informed the advisor, that, "It ended well for Earnhardt Toyota, but not for me, as I am out $600 plus my own time and labor with skinned knuckles." He hangs up. In summary, Earnhardt Toyota jumped through a lot of hoops, but at the end of the day did not solve the problem. They were in over their heads on this one. I'd like to be upset about this, but judging them by the yardstick of what I expect from a dealer service department, they did OK.

Nigel met me at the door and was the only salesperson I dealt with through the whole process of purchasing my new truck. He was engaging, respectful, fair and pulled NONE of the shenanigans we are all familiar with at other dealers' showrooms. I got a great price on the car and noticed Nigel doing last minute detailing with white gloves on my car when I picked it up. Matt in finance was also great, easy going, clear, took some time with me, no sucker punches. I have had had several follow-up calls from Matt and Nigel since the purchase. I went in a few days later and dealt with Gary Childress to purchase a tonneau cover and running boards. It took about 15 minutes to select what I wanted and they were installed the next day 20 minutes faster than he had estimated. I have had the pleasure of working with Nigel Narain of Earnhardt Toyota/Scion on two occasions. Nigel is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. When I purchased my first vehicle from him he was patient, helped me determine the vehicle that was right for me, and was there throughout the entire process. There was no pressure or hurry at any time. The second purchase was a vehicle for my daughter, and it was once again a great experience. He again worked hard to help her find the vehicle and purchase price she requested. Nigel is honest and dedicated, and I recommend him highly.

I brought in a price quote from my employer, American Express, that was supposed to be given and was told it was incorrect by Telly. I bought the car regardless, my bad I should have left the dealership. The salesman was friendly and well informed, but I felt jilted on the price, so no I would not do business with them again. It was not an all bad experience there were some good things. Nigel followed up with me and made me feel I had a consultant with me through the process. The one thing that sets badly with me was the price not being honored. I could feel the pulling at my pocket the whole way through and that is what happens when people are commissioned.

I was at Toyota for an oil change with a $25.00 gift card that Toyota sent me in the mail as an incentive 'to come back'! After the oil change was complete, Toyota consultant Mark Berkheimer convinced me to bring my car back to Toyota for the repairs listed in the 'Know Your Vehicle' booklet he gave me that listed the problems that needed to be addressed 'right away'! I had been taking my car elsewhere for repairs I needed, but Mark said it was better for my car to have genuine Toyota parts with a service crew that knows Toyota's! The 'other' places never checked out my car or notified me of any other problems that needed to be fixed, only repaired what I had requested. I thought about it and knowing Mark from when I used to get my car repaired at Toyota, knew in my heart that he was sincere and called him to let him know I would be coming in the following week so he could order the parts. He was right on top of things from the moment I brought my 1995 Tercel into the service department, right up until the time my car was finished with its repairs. Dollar for dollar he was right on target, as I did check around. My car is now running great, passed all the inspection tests and I am very greatful to Mark for taking the time to talk to me, he was the one who brought me 'back to Toyota' for good. On my way home after the repairs, I could actually FEEL the difference in the way my car handled. Thank you for such great consultants as Mark who really care about their customers, and for a Great Service Crew! It feels wonderful to know my car is running the way it should and that everything has been inspected and passed! P.S. Really appreciate having my car washed...that is a great bonus!

I am sorry I ever went to this dealer. The worst dealer I ever dealt with. Paid $2300 in Upsales, so called updated alarm ( already had factory alarm installed), paint protection, (Toyota has superior paint) and window tint (already had factory installed tint on rear ,side and side passenger windows. Sales person charged me again for the alarm and paint protection to make it look as if I got more for trade in.In other words, I wanted $2000 more for trade than they offered,they agreed to give me $2000 more but double billed me for paint protection and alarm. I discovered the overcharge when I got home. It took 2 more trips to get the overcharge removed. They tried to say that was just another way of billing. To me that was pure deception as they never told me what they were doing. THIS WAS PURE BULL

The reason for my rating is that I had a coupon for tire rotation and when I presented it I found it was for "balance & rotation" so not accepted for rotation. I felt the coupon was not truthful.

staff in this site were so pleasing and comfortable to deal with. they will discuss options with you and will tell you what really is going on with your car and the sort of things that needs to be done. You have the choice, and when they do it, they do it real, no hidden charges unlike other dealers who will charge you immediately without knowing what has been done.

The service at this dealer was outstanding. I knew what kind of car I was looking for and the people there made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The process was not painful at all and the car was washed the next day after purchase because of rain later that evening. The salesman was the one who called me and offered a free wash the day after. Pretty awesome!!! He even can to my house later that day to set up the confusing bluetooth and garage door opener. Sounds like going above and beyond to me. I've already recommended this dealership and salesman to three friends since my experience.

I am a widow with little to no knowledge of cars. It is critical for me to be able to trust that when I take my Toyota Yaris in for service that it is done as well and as cost effective as possible. I really appreciate the service personnel who take the time to explain to me what needs to be done, when it needs to be done and how expensive it will be. I have used this service center three times and each time have had consistently good service and good pricing.

Misho was very helpful in finding a car that fit our needs. We test drove a couple a vans. Although we tried one with all the bells and whistles--and loved it--we couldn't afford it. He went out of his way to find something that would fit our needs.In addition, we have 5 kids--boys. When we did the paperwork, we did not want to be in the dealership with a bunch of boys bouncing off the cars for 2 hours while we were trying to read legally-binding documents. Misho arranged the paperwork beforehand, then came to our house to get the signatures. It was so nice!

My service adviser has my best interests in mind. He helps me sort out "nice to do" vs. "need to do" so I can keep my vehicle in excellent working condition while budgeting my service expenses. He knows that my schedule is typically pretty tight, so he gives me accurate time estimates for service and pick-up and assures my wait times are kept to a minimum. He's friendly, courteous, accepts my calls or calls back in a reasonable time frame. The service crews do what's quoted and in the 11 years I've owned the vehicle, I've only had to take return once following service for an issue that wasn't quite resolved.

I was greeted upon my arrival for an oil change by Tanner. He quickly took down my odometer reading and told me about how long I would have to wait. After the service was completed (about 45 minutes)he explained to me the things they had done. He also said that there a couple of things that should be done in the near future, but did not need to be done now. I was given a printout explaining Earnhardts's service commitment and that also showed all of the service performed and that should be done in the near term. Taylor then personally escorted me to the cashier. They were also very friendly as was Tanner. I had a wonderful experience at EarnhardtI had been to another dealership in Gilbert earlier that day and other times where an oil change takes 1 to 2 hours regardless of whether an appointment was made or not. Every time I have been there, a person puts a number on my windshield and then I either wait for 15 minutes for the service person that I booked the appointment thru or another service person to show up.Everything seems to be in slow motion and there are lots of people standing around doing nothing. No one seems to be very friendly at this dealership. I told them that at Molle in Kansas City, I pull up right by the computers. They process me in about 5 minutes, and there are bagels and coffee waiting. They are always friendly and greet me by name when I arrive appointment or not. The contrast between service centers in Gilbert and Kansas City was stunning.

Wonderful new car buying experience. I did extensive research on the car I wanted and the price that I could get it for. Earnhardt matched the best price and delivered the exact car that I wanted. when i went to trade in my car with a venza with my 2010 Odyssey, they never offer me the advertised price. instead of that they fooled me, increase the amount of venza and adjusted the odyssey price according to that.and cheated me in a way while trade in my car with Venza.after signing the the document i realize that they cheated, then I kept silent.. My biggest complaint is the lack of anyone returning calls when inquiring on financing and why my license plate has not be received yet. Purchased the vehicle towards the end of May and have yet to receive my plate. My temporary plate was only good until 6/1/2011 and they took my information down so that the girl in the department that handles the plates will call me back. That was two weeks ago and no plate or callback.

Will not fix things clearly under warranty. CD player has been defective for two years but will not repair/replace because they can't 'replicate the problem' that happens every time we drive it. Wouldn't fix the automatic sliding door, and can't diagnose a problem with a shimmy in the steering column. Do not buy from this dealership if you expect support with warranty work.

After researching auto safety reports and summaries prepared by different investigative organizations, my husband and I, armed with our research results, spent the last two weeks visiting different car dealers to check the vehicles which were reported as the top models for gas mileage and safety and other factors. The first dealer we visited was our Honda dealer , Earnhardt Honda by the I-10 & 101 Freeway in Avondale, Arizona. (We also have a 2006 Honda Civic.) We checked out Honda first because Honda was number one on our list. Then we checked nine other different car dealers as a result of our research.After checking out all of the top ten cars that we researched, we went back to our Honda dealer and purchased the 2012 Honda Civic EX for the following reasons: Honda had the best cars. Other car companies achieved the 40 mpg status in some of their cars; but, they lost points in their design. To achieve the engineering part, they sacrificed practicality. The interior design was so illogical in some cars. Maneuvering your body in some vehicles was difficult. Some were hard to drive. Most of these other cars were very uncomfortable.Some of the vehicles would present blind spots because of their design and make it very difficult for other cars on the road to notice their presence. If you came up on the lower side or in back of an SUV or bus for example, the drivers might not see you.We knew from past experience that Honda has excellent customer service.During our initial visit to our Honda dealership, Manuel Cabrera was the person who helped us. He was very knowledgeable about all the Honda vehicles. I mention this because at some of the other car dealers, some of the sales personnel did not know a lot about their companys vehicles and were unable to answer some of our questions. Then, after visiting all the other dealers, we came back and Mr. Cabrera helped us again. The Honda Civic we choose was really loaded with a lot of new features we are very unfamiliar with (like the onboard navigation, etc.). He was very patient with us and very informative and we fell in love with this car!! Even after we bought the car, he contacted us to see how we were doing and how we thought the car was performing. He told us to contact him if we needed any further help whatsoever in learning all the new systems that were available in our new Civic. He would go over everything again if we wanted him to. He was very kind, very patient, and very well informed.Now we have two Honda Civics!!!!!!! We know our Hondas will get the best maintenance and service as our Honda dealer is the best!S. Graves

The sales staff was low key and informative. They did not push anything on us and answered our questions without embellishment. We actually upgraded from our intended model but that was at our initiative and not through urging by sales staff. Nigel was our initial contact but being involved with another customer he asked Jack to assist us. Jack provided us succinct information on the models and worked with us to get a financial package that met our needs. After our purchase Nigel went over the car with us and set up the Bluetooth. Cameron was the easiest finance person we have encountered and discussed the pros and cons of the warrenty options based on the terms of our contract and our needs. He did not push the optimun package and since Toyota offers options within the packages he noted those components that were or were not advantageous. We did not feel pressured at any time and enjoyed the cordial atomsphere and friendly staff at Earnhardt Toyota/Scion.

I typically do not like dealing with salesmen, because they are so pushy. Although recently I had the best experience I have ever had with a salesman. I felt like Ron was actually there to help me. He gave me solid information even if it wasn't in his best interest. I did feel like he was acting in my best interest the whole time. I had the best experience at Earnhardt Toyota. This was the my first car that I purchased on my own and I imagined that it would take about 4 hours to go through the whole process. I was wrong! Given that I knew what I wanted helped, but after I made my decision I didn't have to spend hours with a financial officer wondering if I was going to get approved or not and I never felt like I had to worry about being two-timed into something I didn't want to do. All the guys I worked with were to-the-point, open and truly helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the future (not to mention that Toyota's are great cars!) I live all the way out in Ahwatukee but the drive to Mesa was surely worth it! Thanks!!!!!!

We don't buy new cars very frequently and always dread the experience. We just bought a new Prius and Gary and Chad made the experience fun and enjoyable - which is the last thing we expected. We were treated like family and made to feel like the most important customers there. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient as they addressed each of our questions and concerns. They were so careful to walk us through all of the features of the car and the available options. Chad even programmed our phones into the car. Because of Gary and Chad we will definitely buy our next vehicle from Earnhardt and in fact plan to purchase a Tacoma pickup at the end of the year. What a fantastic experience! That was by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have had. We were lucky to have Ron Pfaff as our salesperson. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in as well as comparisons. Never once did we feel pressured (which is typically expected of car sales). Ron prepared multiple scenarios for us with regard to vehicle choice, did the preliminary footwork on financing and let us think on it for the night. We returned the next day feeling more than confident we wanted to purchase the vehicle and from him specifically. We had all three of our young children with us and he made us all feel comfortable for the short time we were there. He kept our visit short by having paperwork prepped and ready, as well as the detailed vehicle. We walked into the finance office, signed a few papers and were on our way. Cameron was especially helpful in recommending (again without an ounce of pressure) logical choices for warranty and length and went above and beyond to incorporate a 5 year service plan in conjunction with a lower rate. We are very pleased with the very professional and courteous service we received from Ron and Cameron. We will without hesitation recommend Ron and Cameron to friends and family, and certainly return ourselves for future vehicle needs.

I typically shy away from car buying and put it off as long as possible so I don't have to deal with the headache. I met Scott through our daughter's and decided to give him a try when it came time to purchase a vehicle. Again I usually shy away from dealing with friends or even friends of friends because if things go bad I don't want it to affect relationships especially my wife and childrens. Scott oversaw the financing and was able to find a rate that was substantially better than what I had been able to get on my own and gave me a very fair trade-in on my vehicle. Scott asked Chad to "take care of me". "Take care of me" is exactly what he did. He hardly left my side the whole time and expained everything very thouroghly and answered my many questions. He helped me find a great car that fits all of my families needs (I have a wife and 4 kids) and has gone far above what was expected in making the vehicle "just right". I left with much more car than I ever thought I could get for the amount of money I could spend. The whole process was very quick compared to past experiences with other car purchases at other dealers and Chad watched the clock and made sure I was out the door in time to make my son's basketball game (which I fully expected to miss). Needless to say when I am ready to buy that FJ Cruiser I am definitely going back to Scott and Chad at Earnhardt Toyota and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I recently got my 2006 Toyota Prius serviced at this dealership. I had called a few days before to set up an appointment, to which the dealer seemed more than happy to accommodate the time-frame in which I could bring my car in. The day of the servicing, I arrived in the service department and was immediately greeted by an attendant who worked there. He asked about the nature of my visit, to which I told him I had a service that was scheduled. He radioed in the information I had just told him, and he then told me a service professional would be with me shortly. About 2 minutes later, the service professional (whose name I forget) greeted me and then gave me a summary of what kind of tasks he would be performing in the service. He was extremely professional the entire time and listened well when I spoke, which is nice as a customer. After I handed over my car, they checked to see if I had transportation back to my residence (my friend was picking me up), which was also a very nice touch. The total time the servicing was estimated at was ~2 hours, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call just a hair over an hour later telling me that my car was ready for pick-up. I was driven back to the dealership and paid for the servicing. The price was under $70 for the servicing, which I find quite reasonable. When I received my car after paying, they had given it a complementary wash and had cleaned the interior quite thoroughly. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this dealer, and was very happy with the results. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent. The amount of professionalism was very evident in all the employees I interacted with. QUALITY OF SERVICE: Very pleased. Done promptly and well. FRIENDLINESS: All the employees I talked to seemed genially interested in my well-being and greeted me with a smile. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Top-notch. PRICE: $70 for a servicing. That is great to me.

Purchased 2011 Sienna from this dealer.Price offer for the new sienna was good. However, the trade-in value for my car was not that good. I showed them a copy of KBB for my old car, but they were not giving the price closed to KBB. So I accepted offer below $1000.00 which indicated in KBB site.However, I accidentally found my car on craiglist a several days later. They put the my old car $4000.00 above the offer price for trade-in. It was kind of surprise.When they gave me the trade-in value, they were saying my old car has too many mileage and cannot sell to other people which was lie. I understand they are doing business, maybe $2000 difference I can understand.But I cannot understand $4000 difference.So if you are thinking to trade-in, please plan carefully.

I am a repeat customer because I liked the 2008 Tacoma I leased previously, but more important was the sales associate, Nigel Narain. I could have gone to a different dealer, but I went to Earnhardt Toyota because of him. He is very knowledgeable, he helped me find the right financing, and he took all the time I needed to complete the deal. I never once felt rushed. I will look him up when my lease comes to a close, and I will drop his name to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This was the best treatment I've ever had when buying a car. I went through the Costco program,but it was the treatment I received from Mr. Jack Shen that will make me return for future vehicles. Mr.Shen was very honest and did everything to make me feel like I was his only concern. He wanted me to be happy and spent time with me to be sure I was. After deciding on the Rave4 and completing the leasing contract, I took the vehicle home on Thursday night 9/30/10. Over the next two days my wife and I felt the color wasn't right for us...so I agreed to call Jack (on his day off)to tell him we wanted to change vehicles. Mr.Shen insured me he would do what he could to get the color we wanted.I brought the vehicle back on Monday and Mr.Shen found the car we wanted at another dealership and completed a swap with another vehicle in his inventory. Then there was the paperwork that had to be redone, Mr.Shen took care of it all,all I had to do was sign and go. Superstition Springs Toyota can be very proud of Mr.Shen and the way he treats the public and makes them feel like their business is important. I went in several days before a purchase to look at cars. Told them my price range and expectations of my trade in value. I looked at several trade ins before deciding on the 2005 Camry. Not pushing a car I didn't want, they stayed at my goal to own an Toyota product. Several cars later. Sold. Car wasn't ready to take home that day, not a problem since they reconditioned the vehicle to my satisfaction and loaned me a 2009 Scion xD unil it was ready. Working with Dave Bailey was a positive, pleasant experience. Took the time needed during and after the sale to tend to my needs as a purchaser. :) I recommend them highly.

My confidence in Toyota was strong but this process reinforced it tenfold. The best buying experience I've had. They both were nice and knowledgeable and covered all the bases very good. They were helpful to me and still represented the dealer very well. I will have no problem recommending them to other people that talk cars with me. We like our new Sienna very much, but we have lot to learn about it. Although John did go over it very thoroughly with us, which gave us a good start on all the nice features it has. I think it sums everything up ---when you felt so good after the close of a sale that you take your sales person to lunch. The van.I have been through my first tank of gas mixed driving flat, city, freeway, up and down hills read out was 22.2. Second tank in town, not much traffic, looks like about 21.3 on screen. Some of the items we like best: cabin quietness, Smart key, Ipod hook up, mileage for the size of vehicle, the panoramic back up camera, and rear sonar. We still have a Honda van which we will keep, it is an excellent van, but the Sienna edges out or is equal in every area. The cabin quietness, Ipod hook up, the panoramic back up camera and navigation are far better than our Odyssey. Respectfully Del

I have done LOTS of research into the Tundras and have been waiting months for the right deal. Over this time I visited many dealerships and test drove a few. I was very picky in the truck that I wanted and it turned out Earnhardt Toyota had 2 that fit my criteria! This worked out very well because I also knew that their dealership had the lowest sales tax in Maricopa County according to a non related website.I had a referral to talk to a man Telly--from another dealership. From doing my research I saw some deals on their website that were pretty good. When I got to the dealership I didn't even feel like I was at a dealership--the vultures all didnt come swooping down to get me(the feeling like most dealerships where you feel like you are a toy that 2 5-year olds are fighting over).A salesman brought me over to Telly and from there he introduced me to John Engren. John went and brought down the truck and from the time he opened his mouth I could tell this guy knew these Toyotas inside and out. It was a pleasant surprise coming from other dealerships where most of the salesman couldn't even give half the information John knew.When it came to sitting down and talking price, there was 'no BULL' just like they advertised. They were open with what MSRP was the vehicle (and was right on with the numbers I researched with the included options) and also were up front right away with how much below that number they could go. From the research I knew it was a smoking deal. Though, I always want to be sure about big sales so I like to take a couple days to think it over.During that couple days I called with a couple questions and they got back to me in a timely matter. What I especially like is that I didnt receive any calls badgering me to come back, that they could lower the price. They knew they gave me the best price available right away and didnt put pressure on me to impulse buy or anything else. Over the couple days I spoke to a couple other dealerships and found out they couldnt get within $1200 of the price at best. Between the price and a salesman who knew the product he was selling like the back of his hand, I was confident and felt really good about the truck.At this time I knew it was time to make the purchase of my new Tundra. I called John early the next morning and he immediately jumped in the truck to go get the spray in bedliner I requested to try and fit my time restraints. He was able to do my credit check in 5 minutes over the phone so I was sure I got the green light for the awesome 0% for 60 months deal. I ran late to the dealership and the whole staff was there to help me out.I wasn't pressured to buy any useless accessories that he and I both knew I would never use. He did install an alarm on the vehicle at a great price that day.The paper work was quick and easy and finance didn't try any tricks like changing the interest or anything else. While I was in finance, John himself was out with a spray bottle polishing up the truck(even my foot prints from taking the final test drive).From start to finish Telly Papagianis and John Engren made buying my Tundra a great experience. I live in Surprise and it was definitely worth the hour it took to get there. The level of service and the price was better than anyone else in the valley. Whenever a friend or family member is in the market for a Toyota or Scion I know who Im sending them to.

I have had my 99 4-Runner serviced at this dealership since I bought it there. I believe this to be important as the overall maintenance records are all in one place and clearly show that I have maintained my vehicle according to manufacturer's recommendations. Of all the service advisors I have worked with, Henry Rivero (who left when the dealership changed ownership) and Mark Berkheimer have done the best job of understanding me as a customer. Mark knows that I am typically pressed for time when I drop off and pick up my vehicle so he gives me a realistic picture of service time required and doesn't keep me waiting. This is extremely valuable to me. Mark also knows (as do I) that with an older vehicle things often need to be serviced and replaced...sometimes expensive items. Mark helps me to manage my budget by letting me know what is "nice to do" vs. what "needs to be done now" so that I can tackle the more expensive items that can wait a while during the least expensive service visits and so I don't postpone a "needs to be done" item that might put my family or my vehicle in harm's way. I have worked in the customer service industry nearly my entire career and I know when I have received great customer service. As such, I reward great customer service with repeat business and word of mouth referrals...as I have done with this dealership since December of 1999.

I want to highly commend John Engen and Telly Papagianis for there exceptional customer service and professional handling of my car purchase. I contacted the Earnhardt dealership via internet - from the Edmunds/KBB sites, looking into the purchase of an FJ Cruiser or 4Runner, 2010. All communications were promptly responded to, and any information I requested, was immediately passed along to me. The 'bid' process, as I requested, went without the usual 'lets make a deal' atmosphere, and I chose to buy the 4Runner from Earnhardt Ford - as not only was the pricing the best for my Lexis trade-in, but on the 4 Runner as well - and I felt that I would have a better shot of actually being remembered that I bought a car from your dealership after the wheels of my new 4Runner rolled off your parking lot.I have never had a more thorough introduction to a car than John gave me when I came to pick up the car. Perhaps, he was excited about the KDSS suspension system or the new 'crawl mode' on the 2010 4Runner, which could explain the extensive test drive on the gravel lot, but be that as it may - I now know exactly what this car is capable of doing. I do not think there was one knob, light, or coin holder that was not pointed out to me. This my friends, is the definition of EXCELLENT customer service.All aspects of the purchase process, from the installation of the after market security system, finalizing the paperwork, and detailing of the car are to be commended as well.And finally, before driving off the lot, and waving a fond farewell to a 'tearful' John (well, I don't think the tears were actually for me) John actually paired my iphone to the car. Great, professional, friendly experience with Internet Fleet Manager Paul Fox. No one else in the valley would touch his pricing. No one else in the valley did touch his willingness to speak in person, on the phone, and via email regarding my questions. I research ad nauseum, so had very specific questions that most other sales person couldn't -or wouldn't take the time to- answer. His quote was clear and upfront. I absolutely recommend contacting Mr. Fox regarding a Toyota. If he's still selling cars when I'm ready to replace my new Sienna (in 10 years), I certainly will use no other person! Mr. Fox's manager, Curtis Edler (unsure on the last name) was also extremely professional and helpful.

TOYOTA! I APPROVE! I drove my first 1993 Toyota Corolla 3250000 miles! I saw the national specials advertised and I called Earnhardt and spoke with Telly Papagianis. After explaining what I needed I arranged to come over the next morning. Telly did everything he said that they would do for me. While they did offer me many fine options I explained that I needed to stick with the national special. They respected this and behave honestly by being very open with all of the numbers and explaining the national lease offer so that I could understand. There was no pressure to make me buy more than I really wanted and they obviously really care about the reputation of Toyota. I posted this fine experience to my Facebook for all of my family and their friends to see. THANK YOU TOYOTA! I also test drove a Honda in the days before this. Honda does not hold a candle to the quality and reliability of Toyota. My thanks also to Tom Leeper and one other salesman who's name I can not think of right now.

This dealership is operated with a con-man type atmosphere. They are always looking for a way to get more money from the customer. At the end of the sell they add on options for 3 - 4 time what Toyota recommends. I notice no matter what they gave me or what options I removed the bottom price was always the same. I would never deal with them again. I have used their service and they find everything they can to fix to rise the service cost. Beware they will do unnecessary work on your car and bill you.Even Toyota Corp. was shocked at the prices they were charging people for the extras.Alarm system -- other places -$250 Earnhardts - $800Tint -- other places - $250 Earnhardts - $600Extended warranty from Toyota - $900 Earnhardts - $2500Toyota should remove this dealership

I purchased a new Camry Solora with a defective caster angle(not correctable). I commented the day I drove it off the lot that the car was pulling left. I was told to drive it 1000 miles to let the tires "set in". Brought it in for alienment at 1200 miles and for the next few months they did everything they could to fix it (again this is not correctable on this make). At 1800 miles (the 600 miles were back and forth to the shop and road tests) I asked for a new car or a refund. Their response - too many miles!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT sign any papers until ALL defects have been resolved (if it pulls - get it corrected FIRST!)

I wish that your rating scale had an appropiate rating scale for this dealer. I would give them a rating of at least a-20. The only contact between sales and customer is when they are talking you into buying one of their cars. After they recieve payment, the customer is on their own. If any concerns arise regarding items that you have ordered as options to be installed, good luck! If you have any licensing problems, because they haven't filled out the proper forms , or passed on the proper information in a timely manner, you're just SOL. You can try to contact them for assistance in correcting the problem forever!! The only thing that this dealership is interested in is your $$$$$$$. Good thing for them that the quality of the product they are selling is excellent. Even if you feel bad about the way your treated, at least you have purchased a very good product.
