This is my second purchase of Honda Pilot from East Coast. Returned to deal with Jeremy Hull because we had a good experience dealing with him the first time. This time around, same experience. He was helpful and not pushy at all. I knew exactly what I was looking for and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Dont go here, General Manager is shady and service manager is a liar. I rather drive to another state than ever going here. It cost me more to fix what they messed up at a true and honest place with ASE Certified Mechanics (Auto Village) and a lot cheaper too. HAVE A BLESSED DAY!

I accompanied my daughter to East Coast Honda for her car purchase. The staff was great. They took their time with us and was very detailed thoughout the entire prcoess. Michael McCauley worked with us and provided excellent customer service. Michael made this car buying experience a breeze. He provided us with a great tutorial for all the features included in the car and was also able to get us through the entire process in no time. I highly recommend East Coast Honda!

What a great experience! I'm so spoiled now, I can't imagine buying a car from any other dealership. I was relieved when our salesperson (Abby Copeland) was so down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. We arrived at the dealership at about noon on a Saturday, and were off the lot with keys in hand (including test drive, trade-in stuff, paperwork, etc.) by 3:30. I will definitely be back to buy my next car, and I will definitely be asking for Abby.

I have wanted a new Volkswagon Beetle for sometime. I went to East Coast VW and my salesman was Joe Burnham. After just a few minutes of talking with Joe, I felt as if I'd know him for years. All I had to do was to tell him what I wanted and how much I could afford for my monthly payment. Joe as well as the finance department was concerned about making me happy by getting me what I wanted along with a payment that I could afford. I would highly recommend Joe as a sales person and East Coast VW as a dealership.

I cant say enough about my two salespeople, Abby and Terry. They made the entire process so easy for someone who dreads the 'Car Buying Game" I went to East Coast on a friends recommendation and she was right! What a great place. Having bought 8 new cars in my life, this was only my second used purchase. I ended up purchasing a friends car that came off of a lease when she purchased a new one from Terry. The process started with Terry's help and advise and a very informative test drive and ended with what was the easiest purchase of my life! Abby made me feel comfortable, gave us a great deal and followed through on all she promised. She took the time to get us the best price for my trade and the best deal on my 2012 Passat. I returned today to get a small chip fixed and everyone I came in contact with was polite, professional and friendly. I was in and out in 20 minutes and on my way! The Service area was spotless and neat and I enjoyed the waiting area. Abby follow through on what she promises and is an asset the East Coast Organization. I will be back and tell my friends about my experience!

I drove five hours to this dealership because I wanted a used car they had listed on-line. When I arrived the car was in worse shape than I had been told, It was still dirty from the previous owner. The worst part of the whole deal was they lied to my face. I am a woman and had my daughter with me. I am guessing they thought I knew nothing about cars, but the fact is I know more than your average man, my brother is a mechanic! Needless to say I did not buy from this dealership and would not recommend anyone do so either.

They had a used Chevy Traverse I knew I wanted. I told the salesman Jody what price I could pay for it and he told me we would make it happen if that's what I wanted! I got over 2000$ off the original price! Only complaint is on the cleaning of the car. I put a little elbow grease into it when I got home and thing looks ten times better!

Searched online and found a car I wanted to purchase as a first car for my daughter. Made an appointment to meet with Abby Miller the following day. She had the Tiguan ready for us to test drive. We loved it! Abby was great and explained all the features of the Tiguan as well as the future maintenance needs. Abby was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The negotiating process with Mark Scully went smoothly. Financing with Jordan was a quick process which made for a pleasant purchasing experience! The entire staff was professional and very helpful. Definitely will recommend Abby and this dealership.

I recently purchased a VW Passat SE from East Coast and the process could not have been any better. Abby, my sales person was very helpful and knowledgable. When looking for a car i like to give my guidelines first and then get info on the cars that fit my criteria. After looking at a dozen or so cars on the lot, I kept coming back to the Burgundy Passat with 19,000 miles on it. After my test drive the decision was made quite easily. At this point I was expecting a long process ahead to actually make the purchase. I was very surprised when I was leaving the lot with my new Passat within the hour. This was in September and I still smile every time I walk to my car. I have had the regular scheduled service done once since then and that was also a great experience. Customer service called to remind me that I was due for my visit and made an appointment that fit my schedule. That Saturday I had a friend follow me to drop off the car, so we dropped it off early knowing it wouldn't be ready for a few hours due to the appointment time. Within an hour I received a phone call from East Coast saying the car was ready. I went to pay for the service and was told that it was complimentary because I had purchased a certified VW. That earned a big smile. The following Monday I received a call from East Coast checking to make sure the service call went well and was there anything they could have done any better. I assured them that it was probably the most enjoyable service I have ever had dealing with getting a scheduled maintenance done on a vehicle. When the decision to get my girlfriend into a new car came about, the choice was clear. We ended up getting another used (14,000 miles) VW Passat from East Coast VW. Hard to believe, but the process was even easier and faster this time. Of course Abby was my sales person again and we went through the same process as before but now she knew my taste in cars. We narrowed down the list of cars to the point of hitting the road. After driving the Passat 3.6 SE the choice again was clear. Funny thing is the fact that we were trying to find something to replace her 2003 Passat that she had gotten new and had 280,000 miles on it. Seemed only fitting that it be another Passat. Needless to say I am now A VW fan and more specifically an East Coast VW fan.

Went to look at a BMW that I saw on Cars.com. Jacob Elliot was great. Had the car out front for me to look at, even though it was covered in ice! I had come from another dealership where I had gotten a hard time and had a miserable experience. Jacob was everything the other guys were not. He was nice, NOT pushy (I would have left if he was), extremely professional, and I left after seeing the car and explaining to Jacob I would come back the following Monday to drive it again, take it to a shop to have it looked over, and see what we could do. Jacob didn't try to stop me from leaving or make me buy that day, nor did he call and hassle me afterwards. I told him I would be there Monday morning and he just said to let him know when I was on my way and he would have the car ready for me to drive. And he did just that. Everything went well and we came to an agreeable price. No pushiness or pressure from Jacob. Just good, honest conversation and we were able to come to a mutual agreement. I think the world of Jacob and the dealership and would recommend him and East Coast Honda to everyone.

My husband and I live in Chapel Hill, NC and chose to buy from Abby Miller at East Coast Volkswagen (4 hours from home) instead of buying from the 5-6 VW dealers that were much closer to our house. Abby and her team made the buying process a pleasure. We did our research, and we are very happy with the price and service we received from the first day we visited the showroom until we closed the deal. Do not buy from this dealer. They are all shady and looking to take advantage of good hardworking people. They riped us off by selling us a used pt cruiser for double its worth. Then we asked for help to have them fix the wheels which they did not provide the tool or service to help us get them off. My daughter now has a flat tire and we've had the car towed twice. I cannot afford to now make the repairs because ive recently been diagnosed with cancer. They will not return your calls if you attempt to get in contact for assistance.

Recently bought a 2009 EOS from this dealership. Drove to Myrtle Beach from Raleigh. Had the deal worked out over the phone. Drove down there expecting some sort of surprise. Did not happen. Very smooth process. Our salesperson, Doc, was incredible. No pressure, very accomodating, and very helpful. Great overall experience. Would highly recommend East Coast to anyone looking for a VW or Honda.

The salesman was nice but slightly pushy. The sales manager was very nice, but contraindicated his statements about his dealership and Honda cars a few times. I felt appreciated, yet hurried along. I bought a beautiful used SUV from Lavin Cars, and I know that I got the best deal possible. I should have started and ended with Lavin Cars and saved myself a day off from work coomparing dealerships.

Was looking for a new car and this dealer ship was great. When I decided on a model they located one and had it broght to their dealership for me to see and drive even when I had not agreed on a deal. Follow up has been very good. Would go back and suggest other to shop there.
