Sales person was friendly, attentive to details and responsive. We communicated efficiently via text during the process from confirming first appointment through tracking our purchase/delivery, and follow up. Low pressure on the extras that are always pushed at dealerships so that was good. Overall, pretty happy.

Purchasing a vehicle from East Madison Toyota was an excellent experience. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle I was looking at. They did not try switching me to a vehicle I wasn't interested in. Kristy Mueller and Alex Thom were very helpful and made the whole experience comfortable for me. Buying a car is often a stressful experience, this is not the case at East Madison Toyota. It is the best place in Madison to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Kristy and Alex

From looking to signing on the dotted line, I had a great experience. Russel wasn’t pushy; he listened and was able to answer all my questions. He kept me posted throughout the process and it was a much shorter wait than anticipated. I’d recommend anyone interested in buying a Toyota to do it through East Madison Toyota!

East Madison Toyota helped me in a huge predicament, as my old license plate screws snapped and I wasn't able to keep a license plate secured to my car. After calling 3 nearby dealerships/service centers (that were closer to my home than East Madison Toyota), this was the only place that responded.
