I usually don't write reviews but I had such an amazing experience that I wanted to share. My husband and I have been looking to buy a car for 2 months and went to several dealerships. I always felt like they didn't want our business or weren't very helpful. Easterns was a completely different experience. We didn't like the car the first time we came in but the sales associate John Moran worked with us to find the right car. He was very diligent and sent us a list of cars that matched our criteria. We came back the next day and sure enough found the car that we both love. I would definitely recommend John as he made the process very easy for us. My husband and I were not only happy with the purchase but also satisfied with the experience. I will definitely recommend this place and John Moran as the sales associate. Finding the right car is hard enough so having someone who understand you, help you and guide you throughout the process smoothly goes a long way to ease the process

Joshua Abramson provided stellar service and was very accessible to me when I had questions. He was personable and listened to my wants and concerns. I appreciated that he worked hard to get me the best deal that would fit my budget. He was willing to bend over backwards to accommodate me from being out of town. I highly recommend HIM!

Wendell was a great car salesmen he was honest about everything and give a lot of detail about the car. He helped me with the test drive showing me how you check the car to make sure everything is running fine with the car. Explained the whole process and made everything easier for me. He also gave great advise about the payment plans just all around a great salesmen. Next car I need I will definitely be looking to come back the eastern motors and see Wendell. If your looking for a car you need to come to eastern motors and come to Wendell he will make sure everything is done the right way and get you in a car today.

We had a fantastic time looking for an affordable vehicle for just the right amount that would work for my tight budget. Our sales man, George Glasgow, went out of his way to find just the right one. It took a while but he did it! He helped us feel comfortable while waiting not to mention great conversation! This is the first time I've ever been completely pleased.
