We had a wonderful experience here! We work with Robi who made the experience all the better! He didn’t pressure us at all and he ensured we had the time we needed to feel comfortable with the vehicle. He was very responsive and great with communication. They allowed us to have our mechanic thoroughly go through the vehicle and they worked with us through the financing process. My husband and I are sticklers too so this review was very well earned!!

I purchased a higher mileage used 4Runner from Eastlake. The salesman (Ellington) was enjoyable to work with, and felt genuine through the buying process. They gave me a fair deal on the trade-in and negotiated fixing one defect on the new purchase. I've had the car for just over one month and no obvious lemon indications. Overall, Eastlake had the right car at a fair price and made the transaction quite painless.

First I want to say that I had a great experience with Lee Hamilton. He was a very helpful sales associate. But….. I noticed the next day after bringing our highlander home that when you turn there is a knock or thud sound. We brought it in to see what was wrong. Toyota said that the shock absorbers/suspension was so bad that it requires immediate attention. They quoted $5600 to repair. It didn’t take much for the technician to see all the problems. This is a safety issue and I am amazed that Eastlake auto is selling vehicles like this… Honestly I shouldn’t have been surprised after seeing the first highlander they showed us. The vehicle clearly had been in an area with a lot of snow because the amount of rust underneath was crazy!! So my suggestion for others that are thinking about buying from Eastlake auto would be to bring the vehicle to your mechanic before purchasing…. Feel like I’ve been scammed….
