I made a service appointment earlier this week. Came in today at the appropriate time, told service my name and that I had a appointment. They came back trying to sell me something I didn't ask for or needed, seriously my oil life was at 60% and I have new tires I don't need a change or rotation. After I reminded them what I was there for, I was told they wouldn't even look at it for another 2 days. I don't understand why they had open appointment slots if they can't work on it until days later. The maintenance I needed was to fix my AC so I felt like I had no choice in this summer Texas heat but I will not be coming back here. And I advise everyone no not even bother with Easy Honda Review edit: Getting my car back was a more pleasant experience than dropping it off, so I added one more star. I think the real issue is that the staff and the company procedures aren't on the same page. More evidence of this? Who ever called me said that I'll get a notification that my car is ready but I shouldn't listen to it, I just need to wait for HIS second phone call. So either they have employees that are trying to cheat the system, or whoever is "in charge" doesn't know what they are doing and we suffer for it. Either way, get your act together Easy Honda. I'm sure you're more than capable if you tried.

Johnny is your go to guy at Easy Honda. He made our car buying process very smooth and walked us thoroughly through every step of the way. He is very transparent from the get go and we walked out feeling very satisfied with our purchase. Its hard to find someone who is polite and respectful, takes his time, and goes above and beyond, but Johnny represents all that. If you go to Easy Honda, ask for Johnny! I promise you, you will be very happy and enjoy your car buying process. His management should be very proud of Johnny and recognize him for his successful and satisfactory sales! I highly recommend Easy Honda with Johnny!

I only liked my experience because of Johnny. He was informative, very helpful, and easy to talk to. Even after I purchased the car he still helping, letting me know all the benefits I get with my purchase. I really appreciate his help and I most likely will recommend people to him. I wrote a survey the other day about my experience with the car dealership, not one did it ask me about my experience with my sales person. So please know him as an individual was great. He did his job and went above. I appreciated his help.

Go see Chance for your next Honda. It was definitely the easiest car buying experience - I have 4 experiences to draw from. I have kept each Honda between 7-9 years so Honda has been good to me. I have never traded in a vehicle - I have always handed down to family. Chance even made this layer of the transaction painless. If you want the ultimate car buying experience ask for Chance.

EDIT 2: I got the second key! Honestly, kudos to the Service department because they helped me out the most. It took a while but at least I wasn't losing my mind like I did the first time around when attempting to get the second key. Unfortunately, Easy Honda still gets 3 stars because of the amount of calling and nagging we had to do to even get noticed at all. :( 1 star ---> 3 stars EDIT: We have called Easy Honda multiple times to request a second key for the new car - the first time, they said they have a second key and will mail it to us (which never happened). The second time we called, they said the car never came with a second key (how?). The third time, I had to call service, who told me to ask them for an IOU slip, in which no one responded or called me back (so I called a fourth time, also with no results). IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK. This should not be as difficult as it is! I am not here to attack the business but only to write down my honest thoughts. Please, Easy Honda - where in the world is our second key? 5 stars ---> 1 star ORIGINAL REVIEW: Easy Honda was a good place to buy a car. Mitchell was easy to work with and charismatic, and Eugene was agreeable with negotiations. My dad and I came here to get me a car for college; we left with a nice 2021 Civic LX.
