I first came to ebzz motors when I needed to repair my first RV. They quickly fixed various problems I had. After selling it, I decided to purchase my next RV from Joe. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The day after I drove the RV home, I called him on a Saturday night with questions that he was more than happy to answer. My salesman, JJ was.honest and upfront about what checks were.performed.on the car.and what repairs.were.made. He let me come back and test-drive it 3 times. Oneq time I couldn't get to Woodbury because of heavy.traffic, so JJ brought the car to me. I was unable to complete.my purchase due to family objections, but I would recommend them to anybody.

The 2003 Mercedes E320 I was looking at was by far the best car for the money in the tri-state area! JJ was great! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. He let me test drive the car on 3 separate occasions and even brought the car to my house to look at when I couldn't get to Woodbury due to heavy traffic. Their mechanic, Justin is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, even about German cars. I was shown a detailed 124-point check of the inspection which they conducted, the problems found and the items serviced. They did everything possible to give me every confidence in the car I was buying and in the buying process. Even though I didn't end up buying from them (or from any other dealership, for that matter) due to family opposition, I would recommend these guys enthusiastically and without any hesitation! Arguably, Ebzz is the best small dealership in the tri-state area!

My salesman JJ bent over backwards to answer all of my questions and concerns. He even drove the car up to me because I couldn't get to their lot due to traffic! How's that for service! Their mechanic, Justin, is available to answer any questions and is extremely knowledgeable, even about German cars! Even though I didn't end up buying from them (due to objections from the misses), I can say without any hesitation that the car I was looking at was the best deal within a 50 mile radius. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and up-front about everything. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are arguably the best small car-lot in South Jersey!

I couldnt agree more with all of the other positive reviews already here. I read through all of them and I too had a great experience dealing with Joe, Justin and J.J. who was out for most of my transaction. However, I did have the pleasure to deal with J.J. when I came back a few days later to retrieve my high-end audio components from my trade-in vehicle. You see, Joe and Justin kindly removed them from my old vehicle for free, which is one of the reasons he got my business. Talk about customer service! Very few other places would offer this kind of service yet we are fortunate to have a business so close to us who does. In an industry that is often seen as having few good guys, Joe, Justin and J.J, are proof of the opposite. This is a top notch place to deal with and I too will come back for my next vehicle. I should mention that I ended up buying a Porsche Cayenne and if you are looking for a place you can trust to buy a used Porsche, this is the place! The car is beautiful and Joes price was very fair, which is another great thing about eBZZ Motors; their prices cant be beat for the quality of the vehicle you are getting. Additionally, Justin has 20 plus years experience working on Porsches and has the skills necessary to service the vehicle after the sale. Ive had my vehicle for a few weeks now and it has been such a great vehicle to drive and everyone who rides in it just loves it. I have a lot of fun driving now compared to before and I feel like I was able to get a much nicer vehicle at eBZZ Motors than anywhere else so I couldnt be happier. JJ and Joe made the process of buying a used vehicle plain and simple. Very nice to get down to basics. They went over everything bumper to bumper on the vehicle and provided knowledge of what to expect from a used car. They don't just sell any car. The cars they sell have all been through multi inspections and testing to ensure you are buying a quality used car. Repair facility on the property is a big plus. You won't find many use car dealers like eBZZmotors who go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. A courtesy call a few weeks after our purchase to see how the vehicle was working out for us was a nice plus.

Just bought a 2004 Ford F-150 XLT from Joe. He was short-staffed and did everything he could to make the deal as smooth as possible. No pressure to buy the vehicle. Very forthright and open about the condition and history of the vehicle. I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a solid used vehicle. Saw a vehicle online and called to see if it was still avaliable. I spoke to JJ who answered all my questions about the vehicle and then I set up an appointment to come and see it. Car was up front when I got there nice and clean. JJ told me a little more about the car and then we went for a test drive. They had a full service list of things that were checked on the car as well as items they repaired. They definitely go the extra mile. We agreed on a price and I was done within the hour. An overall great car buying experience.

I knew what I wanted and this small dealership a small fleet of quality used cars actually had a few that met my criteria. It was the easiest process, J.J. even stayed a little extra longer after hours while test driving and choosing the right vehicle. Not the typical car sales experience, there was no hassling or pressure to buy, they had a great price and even offered extended warranty packages for the vehicle. I am absolutely more than pleased with my truck, it drives like a champ no issues at all and had low mileage during purchase.

Would like to say I had a great experience but I didn't. Wouldn't say dishonest as much as I'd say disrespectful. The car fell short of the dealer description as did the customer service. I traveled from dc to see the vehicle and lost time and money. Buying cars can be a great experience for the consumer but not when its a tug of war. This was what I expected unfortunately.

I had a great experience with eBZZmotors. The pictures they had on line of the car I purchased were good and they pointed out the spots that had scratches. From the first call I made to the day I picked it up JJ was very professional and even helped me get a loan from a local bank. JJ showed me all the documents he had of the car and went over the check point list that his tech Justin goes through. JJ also called me a few times afterwards to make sure everything was well and that I was happy with my purchase.

I walked into the dealership asking for advice on fixing a small issue with my car. They diagnosed it and went beyond the call of duty over the course of several hours to provide me a solution! AND they did it free of charge!! I would certainly recommend them for service. They are fair and honorable.

Truck I looked at had no coolant and engine almost overheated during test drive. Transmission was also leaking. They tried to sell a 126 point inspection, but missed two very obvious and important maintenance items. I stopped answering their calls and found a different car, but JJ still decided to call me on a restricted number so I would answer. Pretty shady business practices, so watch out.

I've been buying both new and used cars since 1969. Most dealers promise the moon BEFORE the sale,then disappear after. Not so with eBZZ Motors. Joe, JJ and Justin were just as available after the sale. These guys are GREAT! The Vehicle I bought was not really expensive,still it was fully serviced(oil change ,brake pads and rotors sparkplugs and ignition wires) They went above and beyond with me and I appreciate it! I would not hesitate for a second to buy another car from these guys or recommend them to family and friends.

Recently bought a 2001 Jeep Cherokee from eBZZ. I have looked at about 6-7 of these with various problems from annoying to majar engine overhall candidates. This is the only one I saw worth actually giving a second look at. History of vehicle was very well documented and servicing done at eBZZ was verified through receipts. Bought and drove vehicle home same day I went to look at it. I am very happy with this transaction.

I was interested in a car from Ebzz. Test drove it and mentioned a hesitation issue. Ebzz said they would fix it. On the ride home the day of the purchase, the issue still persisted. I returned the car to them to be fixed within 2 business days. FOUR months later, the car was finally returned to me. TWO weeks later, the car overheated. The cost to repair, $450. A few months later, the engine needed to be replaced. Cost: $5k. I have always bought used cars over the last 20 years. Regular maintenance is essential to keep used cars running well and for as long as possible. This was the worst used car purchase experience I have ever had in my life.

I bought a 2000 Toyota Camry from these guys about 6 months ago. I've put several thousand miles on it since then and it's still running great. All I've had to do is things like replace a bulb or two. Highly recommend.

many times searching for a used car can be a real disappointment. there is nothing worse than getting into used car and finding out that it smells really bad, or it doesn't even start the car they sold me was immaculate. it still has the new car smell. their car history report was very thorough. there was no pressure in the binder process. And Jay was very patient. I did however, run into a problem 2 weeks after I bought the car. my windshield washer pump did not work. the party was not under warranty, but they apologized and text it free of charge. I am so happy with their service, and I am so happy with this car, sometimes I just sit in this car in the driveway when I want to relax. thanks again!!!

A++++ for a great place to sell your car! I turned to EBBZ Motors when I moved to the Big Apple and discovered I really wasn't using my car at all anymore. Even so, I was reluctant to sell the car at first just because when you take care of your horse, it takes care of you. I was sad to part with a 2005 Toyota Corolla that was so reliable. When I approached Joe at EBBZ, he answered all of my questions, set my mind at ease about the process, and made it so easy! Even with a standard transmission and a history reflecting two small fender-benders, which were minor but they still happened, the car sold in hardly any time at all, and the sale price and sale time exceeded my expectations. I observed a high standard of care for the vehicles as well as customer service. I will definitely go to EBBZ when the time comes for me to get my next car!

I can't tell you how many times we inquired about a car only to be told "we are selling it right now" and trying to sell me a car $5000(or more) over my budget. So I was expecting the worse going to ebzzmotors.com. I couldn't have been more wrong. JJ and Joe are class acts. The most painless car buying experience I have ever had. A couple of days after buying the car the check engine light came on. I took the car in and they made the repair free of charge! ...rotten to the core. My son purchased a vehicle here. Within the first 2 months of owning it, we have spent over $2,000 in repairs - power steering pump and gear, wheel bearing. The rear engine mounts were MISSING! How did they allow a car like this off of their lot?? And the "warranty" is not a warranty. Don't let them scam you into buying it - NOTHING was covered and they insisted that I should have contacted them first. My son goes to college in Albany - and the car was not driveable. Joe & JJ talk a good game, but they sell junk cars and don't back them up. Don't be fooled by the smooth-talk.

After over a month of searching for a solid Mazda Protege, these guys made my goal a reality. The salesman was open and honest and took the time to go over each little problem the car had and explain all the repairs and maintenance that was performed on the vehicle. They were not pushy nor did they rush the process. They even took over a dozen additional pictures for me within 24hours of my request. They did miss a few minor repairs that I had to take care of myself but for the price it was not an issue. I am very pleased with their business and will look to them again in the future.

Where to begin? I bought a '01 Saab 9-3 from ebzzmotors in February of 2012 and could not be happier with the purchase. I am a college student and recently bought a used car from eBZZ motors in NJ. I had a wonderful overall experience with this dealership. The customer service was convenient and friendly, a small family owned and operated company. I left with a reliable car that I feel very lucky to have found. Although it is a an older vehicle (95 Toyota Camry), the car is in top shape inside and out. A "cream Puff" as my Dad calls it. I was very uncomfortable searching for a used car on my own, you always hear those horror stories.. but I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they obviously take pride in their work and care about their customers. All and all, great car, great price. Thanks again!

I am not one to buy a car everyday and the thought of dealing with the pushy salesman makes me quite unsettled, but here, they were not pushy (a major plus!). They were very friendly, open and honest. I received all the info available for my minivan. Even though I did a cash deal, the fact that they gave me the option of financing is amazing (no one wants to finance anything older than a 2003). Overall grade A+.
