Great, friendly, no-nonsense car dealership! John worked with us and listened to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The waiting room is equipped with espresso machine, cold and hot water, tea, and TV! It was easy and fast. We took several vehicles for a test ride. They let you take the car out on your own to test drive, so there’s no pressure or awkwardness. They care about your needs, not just the sale! Once we picked a car, it was less than 30 minutes to finish the paperwork and drive off!

John Shoemaker did a great job taking care of us today! Very personable, transparent and patient. He took the time to explain everything while keeping our budget and concerns in mind. It’s a very clean and quiet facility with great customer service. Great experience!

Fantastic dealership! I was looking to expand into a second car for my wife and I. - I Happened across this spot and figured I would take a look. Luis Catalan was my sales man and let me tell you what a phenomenal gentleman he was! Really helped me look for what would best fit my our lifestyle. He showed us this Silver 4Runner we plan on taking later this weekend after the wife give me the okay!! IF YOU NEED A CAR GO SEE LUIS. It's that easy.

Car's great! Experience at the dealership was long, but fine! Customer service straight up sucks eggs, though. Both before and after I couldn't count on anyone to give me reliable information over the phone. Which is terrible, seeing as how they push the warranty and gap coverage on you- so if you want to talk about it later, no one can help you, and those who can help never call you back. I see the worth of extra warranty and having gap coverage, but when finances are tight, I just don't want it. I ended up saying yes to it, after several no's, but it's too late to change my payments even though I cancelled the extras. But did I actually cancel them? I have no idea. They said they'll refund me the amount of the warranty and gap that I don't use, but I haven't seen that show up on my loan yet. Again, I love the car. But the inner workings of the dealership needs to be polished, tuned up, detailed,... pick your pun.

I was completely and totally happy with the buying experience that I had at Echo Park and would very extremely suggest going to there to purchase your next vehicle because I promise that you will be very pleased with the sales people and the vehicles are top quality and I strongly recommend going to them first and I believe that you'll be just as pleased as I was. They will go out of their way to make sure you're happy and satisfied with the vehicle you get and make you a top priority. I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose and I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased. Highly recommend!!
