I had an amazing experience working with Dino and Ed selling my truck last week. From Dino's first email to come get a physical appraisal (knowing the virtual one was low) to getting a check in my hands was as smooth as one could hope for! And they gave the best offer for my truck as well! Beating out several popular companies people sell to. I'll gladly keep Echo Park in mind next time I need to sell a vehicle (and recommend to others for buying!) Everyone was so polite and timely and helpful. Would give more than 5 stars if I could

What an awesome experience I had at EchoPark with Daniel Johnson. He was patience, understanding and willing to go through my changes of choices to purchase the right car. Daniel demonstrated his knowledge of vehicles. My test drive was phenomenal. Daniel conveyed all of the financing process step-by-step, which is very important to me. My sales person Ernest did a great job! Very professional, was super helpful, and didn't rush me when I wanted to look at more then one car. Made my buying experience very easy. Unfortunately the rest of the team was not very responsive when it came to the service my car needed after I had left. I was passed around and left on hold for five days for a simple tire changing. Sales team great, repairs and reception need to work on their communication a bit.
