Update: all issues have been resolved and I am once again a very happy lifetime customer. Matt took care of me just how I expected even on a busy Saturday! Rock on 09/19/21 - Service continues to be excellent since 2005 for me, and 2003 for another family member.

From the sales people to the financial offices, these are some of the most transparent, hospitable sales people I have ever been around. No gimmicks, sales tactics, just good product being sold by good people. We got the new Hyundai Santa Fe and look forward to giving more business to this location by letting family and friends know how wonderful this place has been for us! Service was expedient. Staff polite. Checked in car promptly upon arrival. The facility is clean and comfortable while you wait for your car. Other issues discovered during service was quickly and efficiently dealt with.

Tony made my buying experience as easy as possible. Only dealer I shopped at that had transparent pricing without any surprise add ons . Charlie in finance was very easy to deal with. He didn't have any surprises up his sleeve that make you have knots in your stomach when you start signing papers. Great overall experience. It was worth driving 60 miles to buy with this dealership.
