I purchased a vehicle at Economy Auto Outlet in July. When I inquired about the title, I was told it would be mailed to me. A month later, it arrived at my house, with the wrong middle initial. I called Economy Auto Outlet to inquire about rectifying the name on the title. They told me there is nothing we can do. Call the title office. I called the title office and explained the situation. The title office told me it was Economy Auto Outlets responsibility to apply for the corrected title. I called Economy Auto Outlet back and left voicemails with the salesman Heath and manager Steve. Neither returned my call. Poor customer service there.

Terrible experience!! They sold the car to someone else 5 min after they charged me 500$ as a deposit. Came back to pick up the car 45 min later .... it was sold !! ( they refunded the money) Check their facebook page , see the reviews there. They do this to everyone!!

Today I was very interested in buying a Ford conversion van that I saw listed on cars.com. I called the dealership to make sure that the van was still available and to find out the asking price , since no price was listed on their listing. A person by the name of Wendy answered my call and said it would take about ten minutes to gather that information for me. That is the last that I heard from their dealership so I guess they did not need my business! Very rude to say the least! .

Was told we would receive a $100 target gift card just for test driving the car. They "forgot" and had to mail it to me. It was $5. Tried to deal with them, and they refused to go down any on the car we were interested in. It had pop spilled in the back seat, the battery was covered in corrosion, a reverse light was out, and it had many dents. The dealership acted like this was all normal. The said my car I wanted to trade needed to just be junked, but the NADA guidelines valued it at $2500. Wouldn't listen to any of our concerns and acted as if we were the scum on the bottom of their shoes. Will never go back there.

Wanted to test drive a Jeep Wrangler they supposedly had on the lot. They contacted me and they were very friendly. When we pulled up the next day it had been sold. At that point I was like oh well. But I asked when it was sold and I was told 2 days prior BEFORE they contacted me

We drove 500 miles for a car because of its good price. When we arrived at Economy Auto we were happy we had made the journey because the car is great. Steve Keller took care of us and he was excellent. The trip was well worth our time and would be worth yours as well.

My husband and I both contacted this dealer, with the hopes of buying a used truck that I was extremely interested in purchasing. The dealer is located four states away from us, so we requested some more information regarding the condition of the vehicle, since it was a used truck, and we didn't want to pay to travel 350 miles without knowing more about the vehicle's condition. Both the salesman and the sales manager refused to offer more information about the truck. We simply asked for more photographs, detailing the condition of the paint on the base of the truck's doors, the rocker panels, and under the fender flares. NO LUCK. They even treated us as if we were asking for an unusual amount of info! I have completed many remote purchases of used cars in my car-buying history, averaging a used-car purchase every three years, especially with the advent of excellent websites like cars.com, giving us the ability to shop around. That frequency increases when my husband's purchases are added. I have NEVER been treated like an outsider, asking for too much information, until dealing with Economy Auto Outlet. It's too bad, since I was (and still am) really interested in the truck.

So happy to have heard of this place from my mother I. Law. Great service from Steve in helping my family find a new vehicle for my family at a great price. It was a no hassle no stress environment I will be telling everyone I know to come here if they new a cheap but good vehicle. I highly recommend this place to everyone and when it comes time to get another vehicle I will be coming back here first.

This dealership is awesome. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Test driving and getting the vehicle was a very simple and easy process thanks to everyone there. With me being a first time buyer I wasn't very sure of the whole process, but they explained the whole thing very clearly and made it very simple and understandable for me.
