Wow, what an amazing Experience. We inquired about a 2021 Suburban on a Thursday and scheduled a Test Drive. We were contacted by Ashly Boccio and Ryan Cook the Sales Reps and they were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and very professional. After our Test Drive, we fell in Love with the Suburban so we scheduled another day to stop by and sign the paper, bring in our 2018 Suburban as a Trade. The process from Sales, to Financing was great and simply Amazing. We have bought a lot of cars in the last 20 years, but we have never had such an AMAZING and Easy Experience. Ed Bozarth Chevrolet of Lone Tree is simply the BEST. You have a customer for Life in me and my family.

Gabriel or Gabrielle, I’m sorry I forget how she spelled it, but she was AWESOME, took care of me pretty quickly when I arrived and was very friendly and very personable, asked me all the right questions and got me a loaner once I found out I couldn’t wait for my truck. Upon picking up my truck, I briefly spoke with a technician named Chad I believe, he too was pretty cool and personable, both Gabby and Chad were unfortunately heckled by an older man who was upset he had to wait a whopping 10 minutes to pay out with Gabriel, so I told them to take care of him first because it just isn’t worth it, and they both thanked me and checked me out promptly and gave me my vehicle back. It’s make life easy when you can go somewhere with personable customer service

Service department got me in quick. They knew right away what my issue was ; after I have been to several other “Buick”dealers that could not fix months of my car heartache. Your GM dealership is aces with me. Friendly courteous and knowledgeable specialists. I will make this my place to go while owning my Buick. Next is oil change and spark plugs! And you best believe I’m going back to this dealership! I am very happy with the service! Thanks Team...
