Since the moment I even called to see if I was even qualified, Tyler Parker helped me every step of the way as well as every courteous employee there. I felt welcome and comfortable. It is amazing that in the same day I was able to have a reliable vehicle to make it to work and home. I recommend this company 10/10. Never felt so relieved to have someone in my corner taking care of my time and money as if it were their own. Don't hesitate to make a better decision, this is it.

Update 8/4/21 Today I bought a Trax from this dealership. Joey Theodore in sales helped me to find the right vehicle in my budget that fit my needs. She was so helpful and great. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get financed and they made it happen. Brad in the financial department got me an amazing rate as well. I couldn't be more happy. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from them. I have been coming here for the last 2 years as well for all my service needs. I have never been disappointed and they have always taken excellent care of me. Great service department. They were able to get me in very quickly and helped me with all my vehicle concerns. They also were able to give me a great deal on tires.

Its been a couple of weeks now so I wanted to make sure to give a review. I was so pleased with the way Ed Koehn Rockford took care of my mother during her recent car problems. They were so great to work with and I was so pleasantly surprised with how they went above and beyond. She is a single senior and they gave her a ride home after she dropped her car off, and when we found out it was going to be a few days, they came and delivered a loaner. They even dropped her car off when the repair was complete. When she had another issue after the repair they got her in right away and took care of that as well. Samantha was so nice to deal with and it was so nice for me to be able to call and have her explain the issues and help us get everything taken care of, I was so happy not to have to miss work to help my mom get this taken care of. Thank you Ed Koehn, I look forward to working with you again.

My car gets serviced there and they are always honest and trustworthy which is great not many places are like that anymore plus this lady knows her cars so I call people on their BS! At Ed Koehn I don't ever have to worry because I'm a woman! I applaud you guys 👏

I like the laid back experience and the employee's in the service department are very nice. Even though Keith wasn't helping me that day it's nice to see a familiar face and get to chat with him more as a friend then a customer.
