In the current economic climate, mailing flyers that give the impression that the recipient has won money or a car is cruel and unethical. This is one of the many things that make people distrust car dealerships. We should be ashamed of what we accept as "just business", and gross misrepresentation, and outright scams in the name of profit.

Amazing car buying experience along with phenomenal service to the vehicle when needed. I had Nick Scheffler as my salesman and I couldn't have asked for a better one! It was so comfortable going in and talking about the vehicle I was searching for. We actually had great conversations even waiting on numbers. The sale went great, very impressed. A few weeks later I ran into a problem with water leaking into my vehicle from one the the a/c vents. Messaged Nick about it and he helped asap. Got me an appointment. Unfortunately, I was unaware the 3 month warranty did not cover a/c issues but both Nick and the amazing Casey worked with me and ended up doing a quick fix free of charge. I appreciate everyone on the Ed Koehn Greenville team, especially the service floor!! If I have any other issues later on (because used vehicles normally do) I will 100% rely on them to get the job done!

I cannot say enough how great the people on the Chrysler side in the service department are!!! They always do whatever needs done to make sure the customer is Happy!
