Inquired about a Jeep Wrangler online. Told the dealership to contact me with answers to my questions via email as I am unable to be contacted while at work. Started getting the usual phone calls within 30 mins with the usual sales pitches. My questions were never answered or addressed. I send two other emails to Chris Cunningham, who initially contacted me via email, with the same questions. None were answered, nor did he respond to my emails, after his initial email to me. I was basically ignored.I NEVER do any business with this company. Just the usual stereotypical used car dealership and salesman.I'd give them less than 1 star if I could...

Great customer service, and clean facility. I was helped by Harry, who was very helpful and patient with me during the process of my first lease. Got a great deal on my trade-in too. Wished they wouldn't have used the "give me your key so I can appraise your car, but really I'm gonna keep the key until we make a deal" tactic, but it's a sales tactic nonetheless. So, it's sort of expected. That being said, I would still recommend them.

I reccomend this dealership to anyon. They truly care about their customers and will do their best to help you in the best possible way. A young man named Harry helped me and he was new and I couldn't even tell. He was very knowledgable, honest, and helpful.

My experience at Ed Martin Nissan was exceptional! Being a woman shopping without my husband, car shopping is always anxiety-ridden. I was promptly greeted by Chad Gentry. I liked him immediately as he wasn't "salespersony" (for lack of a better term). Chad listened to what I was trying to accomplish in my visit. He could tell I didn't have a lot of time or knowledge of cars and he didn't play games or try to steer me away from the vehicle I was interested in, unlike the other dealerships I had visited. I feel he did a great job for me and I feel I got a good deal (as did my husband and others who I have spoken with). I purchased that day! I love my Nissan Rogue and will be sending others his way without hesitation.

Dennis Byrne and Tommy Thompson were great at serving us to get the car we wanted. They waited an hour after their had closed just to meet us and discuss a potential sale. Fortunately for all involved, my girlfriend loved the car that we found on their website. Both of them were very patient with us and answered all of our questions before proceeding with the deal. I highly recommend Ed Martin and both gentlemen mentioned above if you are looking to buy a new or used Nissan.

My wife and I have never been to a better dealership! Kenny Scott and Blake Nevins were amazing! They helped us with every need we had and made sure the process was quick and painless. At the end of the day they had both deals worked out for us that fit our budget as well as the exact cars we wanted!

I use the term client instead of customer because of the way I and my family were treated during our recent car buying experience. We will look here for future vehicle needs before we go anywhere else. Jared the salesman is a true pro, as is Diamond in finance. Together with Mahn, the GM, they were fair and straight forward and did everything they could to meet my needs. In addition to a great 2011 ML350 we leased a new Pathfinder. At any other dealership I may have walked away a couple of times. Jared kept my needs ahead of the Dealer's and Mahn backed him up. They want to sell cars, but they understand it's a two-way street. Great people. tc

I don't feel I was heard very well in regards to expected cost. At the end..i was at the end ( seeing ppl leave who came after me) Without those couple things I would recommend them to others for sure.

Nissans have been my favorite for a very long time. This dealership is well managed, clean, newer and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Best of all is Jeff who has now helped me with my 4th Nissan. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, quick to respond to questions and has every other quality of a top notch sales person. I feel that he works hard to help me make the decision that is right for me and not for him or the dealership. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers. After a long, frustrating day of car shopping at other dealerships we made it to Ed Martin where the entire process was seamless thanks to Darren Warren. He was honest, friendly, listened to our needs, passionate about his job, and truly cared about finding us a great deal. We were also introduced to the rest of the Ed Martin staff who were very friendly and great to work with (the rest of the sales team, financing, service). We called Ed Martin specifically interested in the Nissan Murano Platinum after having a bad experience at Tom Wood Nissan on 96th St, and Darren was super quick to respond with the necessary information. With Ed Martin the trade-in value for my 2007 Altima was $2,000 higher, which is what we knew we should be getting for the car based on our prior research. Their pricing for the Murano Platinum was exceptionally better (huge difference), and the customer service we received was priceless. They were more than fair in every aspect of the car buying process. We will be recommending Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers to everyone we know.

We had a very good experience, overall, with this dealership. We found a car we wanted and were escorted through the price agreement process about as normal. What we found difficult, but didn't really realize it until after we had time to digest, was the service coverage they sold us in the final deal signing moments. It was sold in a way that wasn't necessarily misleading, but more mis-described. It was described as something that was covering the car and added to your monthly payment, not something you bought as a whole package on top of your purchase price and would be something we would be financing through the life of the car loan. This was particularly important to me (and I almost went back afterwards to return the car out of spite) because the car had 50k miles and the coverage would only cover the car up to 100k. We are sure to hit 100k before we stopped paying for the car and so I was trying to figure out if the coverage costs would end when we hit the 100k point and they didn't understand my question enough to explain that I was buying coverage - and paying for the whole coverage package, even though I would lose the coverage in 50k miles. So, they need to be more clear about what they're selling and not try to rush through the "signing" part of the sale. In the end, I probably still would have bought the coverage, but I would have felt better about knowing what I was financing, up front! This is the only reason I'm giving the dealership 4 stars, instead of 5. Oh, and they delivered our 2013 Nissan Armada with less than 1/4 tank of gas and one of the key fobs had to be returned and fixed because the service department didn't check them out before we left the lot. Two other reasons I can't give them 5 stars.

We were attempting to purchase a used Nissan Altima. After the traditional experience with a salesman, he came back from the sales manager with an offer. Of course they were way to high and then he asked the "traditional" question, "where do you need to be". After we educated him about my trade in value + the price of the used car+ the interest rate of the loan we could get, he said he believed they could work something out. He returned with a range of options all of which were higher than the initial negotiation. The three options required me to put money down and did not show a specific payment but a range of payments at each level of down payment. When I asked what he misunderstood about our requirements, he said Ed Martin had to charge for destination and handling, prep fess, blah, blah, blah. We walked. After explaining to him the dishonesty and hidden fees we walked. We will not go into an Ed Martin dealership again. Either Ed Martin does not understand basic math or they choose to practice in deceit and dishonesty and poor workmanship in understanding a customer.

My wife and I purchased a new Nissan 2015. We traded in a 2008 Dodge Charger.Our experience was outstanding. Kenny Scott was our salesman and he was tremendous. He spent several days getting the right vehicles and allowed us to look over and drive our final selections. Kenny was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Once we made the deal, we were shown all areas for future service and introduced to about every member of the staff. We will come back for our next car purchase. The ONLY down side to the dealership is the lack of signage to get into the dealership. If you do not know the area, it can be a little tough to find your way.

We purchased a 08 Chevrolet Suburban and traded in a 05 Dodge Ram pick up in July 2015. The salesman Jered Hart went over and above to make us happy. Even down to programming the radio to the stations that he knew we would like. Our experience with the service department was a little frustrating. We were supposed to pick up the suburban after the air conditioning was fixed on a Monday. We were told they had too order a different part and it would be ready on Thursday. Still not ready. We finally were able to pick it up on Saturday and found out that Jered Hart himself had taken care of the detailing of the vehicle for us. I would recommend giving this dealership a chance and dealing with Jered Hart.

Ed Martin of Fishers was very easy to work with and I feel like it was a very different experience from other dealerships. I have 5 kids and not a lot of time and Jared Hart and Alan Gooch made this experience quick and painless! The financing with Man Phung was so easy and he found the best deal for me and my business.

I found the Tacoma on line and started a dialog with Jered Hart. He walked me thru some of the history of the vehicle by phone or text. I set up an appointment which was later in the day as I had to leave after work. GPS wasn't working well that day and had to stop at a McDonalds to call Jered for directions. Jared was there in five minutes with the vehicle we were looking at online. He let my wife drive the Tacoma back to the dealership as I followed. The truck is for her. He was able to answer every question we had. I had financing set up with my bank in my home town. Jered was able to set us up with a better rate than my bank had offered. Jered stayed late (after hours) to close the deal.A true professional. Going to a dealership in search of a vehicle is not high on my list for buying a vehicle but, Jered has made the experience a pleasant one. Thanks Jered!

My experience with Kenny Scott at Ed Martin Nissan was great! I found the car online and called him in the morning, he answered my questions and promptly showed us the vehicle when we arrived. Kenny made the car buying process seamless and Man Phung was great to work with on the financing. We were in and out in about an hour. He even came to my home to deliver the vehicle! I have never been so pleased with the car buying process!

I was on my own and was treated as like I didn't matter to them or want my business? Some of the worst coaster service I have ever experienced in my life. Not to mention I had purchased a brand new 370z just 2 years prior with them and my mother purchased a car shortly after as well. Well now I am a proud owner of a 2015 Nissan GTR thanks to Chad Gentry at Ed Martin Nissan is Fishers on State Road 37. I inquired online about wanting to trade in my 370z and Chad responded almost immediately. He was very interested in speaking with me and set up a time that same day at Ed Martin Nissan for me to come in. Opon arriving at the dealership I was greated and treated so nicely by the staff. I sat down and spoke with Chad letting him know that for the last couple years I have been very interested in the Nissan GTR and wanted to see what they could do for me and what options I had. I preferred used and knew that they would have to track one down for me. Which the other dealership I previously worked with did not want to take the time or effort. Chad got on it right away! Amazing how many options he came up with for me in no time. Within 20 mins he found me my dream car. After crunching some numbers the next day I got an amazing deal on my Nissan GTR!! I currently own a 2012 Nissan Maxima and wanted to take a look at the new 2016 model. I was moving from Chicago to New Orleans when the new model was released to the dealers. So on my drive I stopped at Ed Martin Nissan to take a look at one. I spoke with both Eric Kittner and Allen Gooch informing them that I was moving and would not be able to purchase from their store. Therefore, I was just stopping in to see the new model in person. Even with that knowledge, they both went above and beyond to assist me by taking me for a test drive, looking at some financing packages, appraising my 2012 Maxima for a trade in value and suggesting Nissan dealers in the New Orleans area. I would like to again mention that they spent 2 hours with me knowing that I was not going to purchase from them.This impressed me so much that I will most likely drive back up to Indiana to purchase my new 2016 Maxima from Allen and Eric.

Matt was fantastic in providing details about Nissan. When he found out I also wanted to test drive a Honda he called up Ed Martin Honda to secure a car for me to drive! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the right car! I went with the Honda. While I finished my paperwork, he checked over my car to ensure he did a proper walk thru with me. He took it upon himself to learn the car and relay that information to me!

I have bought 6 cars from this dealership and will continue to go back! Man the finance manager is the best and has made my car needs come true everytime. After test driving a minivan, we called the next morning to say we would take it, and agreed to a price over the phone, as well as agreed to a time that afternoon to close the transaction and pick it up. On the way over, we received a call from our salesperson saying someone else had sold the car out from under him. I respect that they have the right to sell the car to whomever they want, but they are not big on integrity, so just keep that in mind when dealing with them. That being said, our sales person, JD, seemed like a decent guy.
