I don't even know how to start this review but let me just say that Victor was an amazing person in general. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. I didn't go in there expecting to take a brand new car home as I only went there with my husband to see if he can get a lower interest rate on his car. Well let me just say I left there extremely happy. He was thorough and extremely helpful. His demeanor is professional yet relaxed so it made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm happy with my experience and new car.

I had the pleasure of working with Danny as my salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to talk through all my questions. He also advocated for me to get me to the price I wanted to be at on my purchase. I then got to work with Nate in Finance and he was transparent with me from the start. I wanted to wait to post my review after my first car note to arrive. I bought a 2016 kia soul from David Escobar. I was debating on trading my old kia soul for the new model. I liked that David wasn't pushy with me to buy a new one. He gathered my information and presented me with all of my options. I appreciate how patient he was with me while i was asking him questions. Ultimately i decided on getting the new kia soul. Then it came for financing and that was done threw Darius Shams. Like with David, I had many questions for Darius Shams as well. Darius also took the time to explain everything in detail to me. When the time comes to get a new car, I'm sure i will be coming back. When i got my first oil change i was impressed with the guys at Service and Parts. They were very friendly and personal as well.

I can't believe me that I bought a brand new car twice within a year. Theo was my salesman all along. He always talk to me and said hi when I'm at service drive to get my oil change. I bought the 2015 Kia Optima about a year ago and he told me that I could get into a new optima 2016 which is the New body style with noMoney down and be able to put at the same payment. I didn't believe him at first so I asked my husband if I should do it and guess what! Theo made it happen and he actually give me a remote starter for free this time. If you want to come and buy a car rather it's new or pre owned you should definitely see him. He will treat how you should be treat it. Thanks again Theo :)

I've been looking around for a newer CTS4 so I can upgrade my Ats4 and I found one which at Napleton Kia. It has great facilities there. They have Starbucks premium coffee, popcorn and a fridge full of water bottles for the costumer. Theo my salesman was very friendly and the negotiating went smooth. Found a used car online. Emailed back and forth with sales and agreed to terms and price. Set up a meeting for a test drive. As soon as we got there, to meet with the person I was dealing with online, we were instantly pawned off to a different person. They ended up offering a price $1500 more then what I told them, multiple times, my limit was. The email stated that they agreed on my terms and knew my limit, yet still found loopholes and lies to get me there. Then the sales man got rude with us when we got upset with the offer. The online price was different than the window price and the price listed in the sales computer. 3 different prices for the same car. Don't believe them.

Honestly the best experience with Theo Noor at Napleton Kia. Originally my mother is trying to upgrade her 13 Sorento and he was just really perfersional and really taking good care of us. She got a beautiful 17 Sorento EX and he promised my brother and I that he will upgrade ours cars too even though that we have some credit issues and he made it happened. Upon arriving was not greeted by anyone, had to ask for help as if my money was not important to them. They were trying to overcharge me for a car with hidden fees. They also charge for freight from manufacturer ($800), adding this towards the cost of the car. They have an anti-theft package added to their cars that they charge for - something I did not want or ask for. I got the same car for $2000 less out the door at another dealership. This dealership is aggressive - do not go there alone if you are easily intimidated or uneducated.

I just bought a vehicle from them and overall not bad. You need to do your research before you go there if you are trading in a vehicle. Know what you have, the value and what they sell for. The organization is so big, they have many avenues to help make a sale. They will work with you because at the end of the day it's all about moving cars. I will go to Napleton's for my next purchase. The biggest down fall they have is the waiting room is very small compared to other places I've been. They are remodeling so hopefully more room will be made.

Kyle worked his magic to get where I needed to be for payments and terns, made it as hassle free as you can imagine. Was never given the Hard sell on you have to buy the car, but made the experience truly easy, and hassle free... Would strongly suggest coming in and checking out the cars, and working with Kyle or the team to do business with. Derius was awesome in the Finance department where they offered a lot of suggestions, and was more than helpful, in ways to come back and get a better rate in 6 months. I went to Ed Napleton to test drive a 2016 Kia Sorento with David Angel Weatherston. My plan was to visit at least three other dealerships and then make my decision based on the customer service ALONE!!!!! My thought was I can get the price I want from the Salesperson I just didn't want a bad experience or a lying salesperson to deal with! So an appt was set up with David... This is where it started and ended! He worked his charm and sold my husband and I the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. We gave him our budget and walked away with a 2016 Sorento! He told me the vehicle would be ready for pick up the following day and sure enough it was there.... With a lil extra something something!!! Needless to say I am very pleased with the customer service and my new SUV!! Which is the reason 5 stars are given!! Thanks David!!!!! Now the finance office is SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!!! Nice at first but if you reach out to them with questions.... Get ready to damn near go to War!!! I won't say much more but just pay attention to the finance part, seems a lil tricky!!!

This is the 2nd car i buy from here and i will buy my next car from here too. Mo sales guy, as always super friendly they make you feel like family. Nick, Finance manager AWESOME. Disclose full details of the loan and what i was getting. there was no doubt in my mind what i bought, what i am getting and the importance of budgeting and keeping up with the car and my payments. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis Reut and GM, Andrew Tomlinson, for the lease of a 2015 TLX and a 2016 MDX. From the beginning, they handled the process perfectly. Dennis proactively contacted me to let me know that the TL that I had been leasing was in high demand and wanted to see if I was intrested in exploring the possibility of turning in my car 6 months early. From there the process was great. I was able to negotiate a great deal on their "tricked out" demo that had all of the upgrades possible and work out a deal to lease a brand new MDX as opposed to buying a used model. They worked with my budget constraints and with a trade in that wasn't in the best shape. To seal the deal, they got me to the desired payment that we were looking for and threw in some upgraded features that wanted. These guys were a great team and have earned my business going forward. So David worked on getting the deal done. He approached me with a bad one at first but then came back with Joe. Joe understood my situation and made it clear that they were gonna get me the best deal they could get. Great people to deal with. I asked Erik info about the car I was interested in by email and he sent me info and told me to come in for a test drive. I went to the dealer and David showed it to me and I immediately knew I wanted the car. I told David I wanted the car and he got to work to find me a deal. He gave me a first deal that was too high but then another man named Joe came in and gave me the best deal with a great interest rate. I would definitely recommend people to purchase a vehicle at this dealer because if you want certain vehicle they won't try to discourage you from purchasing it or try making you purchase one that is similiar but they will find you the best deal that works for you.

I purchased a certified used vehicle from this dealership. Months go by and the dealership fails to submit paperwork an documents so that I can register and obtain a license plate from out of state. Customer service is poor at best. After only a few months of ownership I notice that bumper paint is chipping and fading away. I contact Dealership directly with no resolution. So I turn to acura customer service and they contacted dealership and discovered that the vehicle I purchased had body work done on it. This came as a surprise because on the certified vehicle service record and during buying process there was no mention of car ever being in a accident or that the car had significant work done on it. Acura was unwilling to fix the problem because dealership did the work on the car themselves and the dealership was also unwilling to fix the problem as well. Complete regret and disappointment.

I came into the store Saturday and met my rep who was Ferris. The first thing I explained to him was I had already spoke to a financial lender and wanted to work with them. We test drove the Acura and as I knew I wanted it. we then proceeded to his office where he told me that the truck that I was interested in was almost $2,000 more than what I seen on cars.com. Come to find out there was an identical truck on the lot that cost more with more miles and less options. Ferris assured me that they would get me into the truck I saw. Ferris then explain to me that the truck needed an alternator and they was and the process of replacing it. I wanted the truck so badly that I told him to give me a call when it finished. Monday I decided to call the finance company and ask them if ed Napleton Acura had an account with them they told me No. I called Ferris again ask to speak to A financing manager and he transfer me to "John" the financing manager. I ask John if they had an account with the finance company I was working with and he assured me they did. later on that evening Ferris called me to let me know that the truck was ready and didn't need an alternator something was unplugged and that I could come in and start the buying process. I set up an appointment for 6:15 pm the following day. when I came in at 6:15 pm Ferris was still working with his previous customer so he referred me to another Rep. I test drove the truck and told him I wanted to start the buying process. after doing the application Ferris return and explain to me that his sales manager John would be further assisting me. When John told the down payment and payments I instantly knew that I was being seriously overcharged. I asked him for a detail breakdown of all the charges. he told me that they added a warranty that I didn't know anything about for an extra $995. no one even bother to explain what came with it until after they added it to my bill. I had to literally beg John for a detail breakdown of all the charges because they were not clearly marked on the bill. He told me that I could use another one of his finance companies but I explained to him that I just wanted to see a breakdown of what I'm being charged. he then became frustrated because he said it didn't matter. I told him that it matter to me because I have to pay for it. after waiting 20 minutes for a detailed breakdown he comes back with A another offer from his chosen finance company. he then proceeded to tell me that I should be grateful because he saved me money, I told him that I wanted what I wanted and that was a breakdown of everything I'm spending on this car. if they hid $995 of mystery coverage in my bill, I want it to see what else they were hiding. John then proceeded to tell me that it was unlogical to ask for this breakdown and that he gave me a great deal. He told me that his finance team had four people ahead of me and he didn't want to inconvenience them or me, I told him I didn't mind waiting. after waiting 45 minutes with Ferris occasionally offering to sell me other vehicles John came back with another sheet of paper/bill with an even bigger inflation. I told John I really want to buy this truck but I'm tired of asking for the same thing for over 2 hours. he told me it shouldn't matter because the finance company I chose is out of the picture. I asked him why? he told me because I would be getting a better deal with his company. I told John that's not what I asked for, please give me what I ask for. he then told me that I had him running around like a lunatic all night and if I don't want to purchase the truck it wouldn't matter because they sell over 450 vehicles a month one car won't make a difference. he then proceeded to tell me that he was through for the night and that he think I should leave. keep in mind that they don't close until 9 p.m(it was 8:25pm). Like John said they sell over 450 cars a month and they didn't need and won't get my business.Sign,Still Searching

We contacted all the local acura dealers and had some unpleasant experiences. We got lucky to get with Margaret from the beginning. She is a very genuine person, you can trust what she says. She kept us up to date on the status of the car and was always extremely respectful of our time, no delay tactics. Once the car arrived, she got us going ahead of time on the financials so that we didn't have to spend a lot of time with the finance manager on the day of the purchase. Worst experience ever. When i first got there, I was welcomed by to young people. Can't remember the names but one of them was new. I asked for the car I was looking for (2005 Acura RL) and they were happy to help. However, when they entered my info, they found out that my name is with some other salesman. They called him and he showed up and we went to check out the car. Everything was fine until I said I want to test drive it. We get in the car, and he said "just go to that building and there will be someone to go with you". We drove to the second building, and I waited in the car while he is inside looking for someone. 10 minutes later, he showed up again and said "it seemed like i'm going with you", sounded like he doesn't really want to go. Anyway, once we just got off the parking lot, there was a problem in the gear, it's not shifting. So we manually shifted the car to go back. We got off the car and I asked if he's aware of the issue or whether they are going to look at it and he's like " I don't know about it, usually we check the cars before offer them for sale, I'm sorry for that" ..... I was waiting for something, but he just repeated I'm sorry and start leaving. He didn't even offered me another car or tell me if they are going to fix it. He looked like he just wanted to leave me for something. I'm not here to harm anyone, but he was very rude and he shouldn't represent the dealership because there are great people working there. I think it was just my bad luck to have this person. I think his name is David or Dave. I'm really disappointed by this experience.

Tim Mclean is a junior staff there but he is an excellent salesman who gave us confidence and trust in our decision. He was patient, and kind, and he tried his best to listen and understand what we were looking, and then provided maximal information of the features of RDX, and options etc. Then he worked hard back and forth (literally running) between the manager Will and us to help us get the best offer. He also chatted with my son of his soccer interests and his own experience. We are glad of working with him. Tim followed up promptly on our earlier visit and responded quickly with email, or phone. He can be best trusted! The price negotiation and other options and coverage was positive. The Manager, Will, knows well of customers concerns and responded very reasonable. His final decision on the price was professional and respectful. When we returned today to get the car served for the option, he greeted us (even the door was not open yet), and helped the service on schedule quickly. We would definitely recommend this dealership if you are interested in buy an Acura.

Heres the backstory: I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, so my DNA is imprinted with the Big 3. They really only cared about making me happy and getting me the car that I wanted. Wow. My experience was terrible. I was very disappointed. I bought my first new car from Ed Napleton. First off I was told the car I was looking at was still available. It was not. When I told the salesman I was on my way, he said fine I will have it ready for you. Once I get there I stand in the lobby 20 minutes and me and son didn't receive any assistance at all. Not even a hello. Finally, I call the salesman who pulls up in another car he tries to force on me because the car was sold that I wanted. I really couldn't believe the customer service that I received from a Ed Napleton dealership. Take better care of your customers.

I just purchased my first new car and I am nothing less than pleased I returned to Ed Napleton because of the great experience I had whenever I brought in my Kia Optima for repairs I had previously owned a used (4 years old )Kia Optima. It was still under warranty for some repairs. Each time that I came in for service I was happy with how fast and thorough they were and reasonably priced. So when it was time for me to consider buying a new car, I had received a letter in the mail for pre- approval. Looking at their website also encouraged me to come in. When I arrived , I was greeted at the door and felt welcomed and attended to by all of the staff, not just Vince who helped me. I didn't expect to buy a "new" new car, just new to me. The prices and incentives that they gave me made me excited to hand over the keys to my Mercedes Benz. I have more updated features and the confidence that being the only one to own this car there will be no surprises. I will be returning for my scheduled services in the future.

Before we ended up at this dealer, we wer in a couple of other places and we were shocked by the lack of professionalism we encountered. As soon as we arrived at this dealer, we were greeted by Garbhan our salesman. We were offered coffee and water and he was interested in our needs for the future car. My credit isn't good since this was the first loan after a bankruptcy and they were able to get me a loan with decent apr consideri my situation. All in all we were very happy with our purchase and experience at this dealer.

Went in looking at the Optima and walked away with buying the car. My only regret was I should of test drove my other choice of new car to get a full comparison between the 2. Like other reviews they add a package onto the vehicle which if you went and purchased separately could of gotten a better deal. Kyle was good to work with but negotiations of the price seemed a little odd. Here was the sales manager with a piece of paper showing what the monthly cost was going to be and when we got near the price I was willing to spend he had me sign it. I like to see the breakdown before I sign. Overall it was a good experience. When its time for an Oil change will see how the service dept is. Went and had the car wash and yes for free it does the job. When i want the car washed and waxed I'll take it to the local wash.

Vince is positively the best! It was very busy when we went into the dealership and kind of wondered whether we should stay. We weren't greeted nicely when we came in, but then Vince was introduced to us and all changed. Even though it takes way too long to buy a car these days and to sign the paperwork, the shopping and sales aspect was A W E S O M E !!!! I was expected a certain car, was called 3 times by the dealership from 10a.m. until 4p.m. about how great the car is and it would be ready at 6 p.m. when my wife and I would be able to get there. When I got there at 5:30 p.m. I aske for a certain sales rep and they said they would get him. I asked about the car and two employees talked the car up about how good looking and how well it drove. When my sales associate came up to me he told me the car was gone. I couldn't imagine that in an hour and a half they could sell a car so quick. I wanted to leave but they convinced my wife they had a similar car for us, it was more money but a better car. Against my best judgement I should have walked away, but my wife took it for a test ride and bought it. $3000 later in repairs and now she loves the car.

I have brought my 2012 Acura TL in to be serviced several times since purchasing it in October 2012 and each service experience has been excellent. Service is provided timely as promised, coupons/discounts are accepted wthout question and the quality of the sevice is top-notch. Loaner cars are readily made available for use if needed (I needed once and there was no hassle or issues). At my last service visit, some larger maintenance items needed consideration and I was pleased with the conversation I was able to have with the technition. At other dealers, I have come in for an oil change and the technition tries to sell me 4 other maintenance items I don't need. At Napleton, I was presented with several recommendations, explained the relative importance of each and given what I felt was an honest opinion about which items were citical and which could be left until another time. Really appreciate the honesty that I saw in this process. Look forward to future experiences like this at Napleton.

buying my car was great for my wife and I Mr.martinez was great.they have a package that put on the car that you must take(its there way of making money on the car) it includes 2 yrs of Car washes for free.i take the car there on a Wednesday at around 12:15 pm to get the car washed ,the representive tells me there's other cars in front of me, ok.so he shows me the waiting room all I see in waiting room is a little girl and then her mother shows up looks like there buying a car.so im waiting I see other people come and go and saleman walk by,i see my salesman he says hi and asks how everything is going.im going great just waiting for a car wash. so im sitting there waiting reading magazines newspapers etc watching the news for over 2hrs.i get up look outside I see my car outside the shop washed up so I go into the shop and ask is my car ready since its sitting outside and apparently clean.he says is that your car and I say yes and I tell him I've been waiting over 2 hrs and a porter says they have been busy out back today.im thinking im getting a car wash not getting my car checked.as im pulling out I see a service washing all the cars in the lot ok this shouldn't have been so long as the service is there washing cars when I get home and goto my trunk area of the car to get my bag out , I see dirt film all around the rear of the car and the windows look like there wiped with a dirty clothe and I can see on the windshield the wiperblade marks on the sides with dirt.so I waited over 2 hrs for a car wash that looks like some guy standing on the corner offering windows washes for a dollar. this is horrible service.

First let me start off with the great, it all started Wednesday afternoon I came to test drive the 2008 chevy avalanche and it was a joy i met with Pawel first and we took for a spin but i was in no shape to buy so on fridag i called and told them i was going to wait til a later time to buy. On saturday i recieved a call from Pawel first i could not answer then John the sales manager called and we talked for a while and ask me to come in so i did and the treatment was outstanding from John to Pawel to Jeremiah and David all these guys were superb and very respectful so on to the sad side after i purchased the vehicle i could not drive it home one of the sales men went home with the keys to my new truck.lol so Will Mulcahy you have give me a full tank of gas on you.lol just kidding but overall everything was great thank you all so much keep up the great work.

Well, experience dealing with this dealership is horrible. I did purchase a car from them and now I am really sorry about that. They only one nice person that I was glad to deal with was cashier. Customer service - 0. They will give you some 'insurance' that you never need, and when when you say I don't want that they will response 'we can not take it out from vehicle because it something that we already did'. Finally after 1h of debating they will remove it from list but WON'T reduce total price. Customer service after purchase: A financial guy did mistakes while doing paperwork and after I realized that at home they gave me HARD HARD HARD time 'helping' with that. Finally: I was forced to fix a problem by myself. Do you recommend for anyone! There are many others Napleton locations across Chicago, don't pick this one if you don't wanna spend your time and money but as a result you still will be disappointed as I am now.

Most car buying experiences I've had have been pushy from the minute I walk on. My experience at Ed Napleton was pleasant during the entire process. It was not pushy. I did not feel like every eye in the store was watching me waiting to make a decison. Vince was an amazing salesperson to work with. I honestly felt that he wanted to see me win by having a great car at a price I was comfortable with. He worked diligently to get me a better offer for my trade-in and matched the financing my bank was offering. Pawel was also great to work with, as well as Darius, the finance manager. I generally don't get extended warranties on my vehicles, but Darius's explanation was the best I have heard, and ultimately showed me that it was the best thing to do for my wife's car. I just really appreciate that the staff was not pushy. Honestly, it it a huge turn off to me when I feel l pressured to buy and will be the first thing to send me out the door to the dealer across the street. That's why I will not only be buying from Vince again, but will be sending our friends and family their way. Thanks for a great buying experience and for getting us in a car that we love.

The only reason I am not giving this place one star is because my sales person was very honest, and worked his best to get me the best possible deal. My sales person was Anthony, if you go there work with him he is by far top notch but that's were the positives end. First off when I get there the car I was planning to buy was not as advertised, there were many scratches all over the car the tires were worn beyond the legal limit and the worst thing of all THE BUMPER WAS FALLING OFF, AND IT WAS MISSING A EXHAUST TIP! That is far from what I would expect a established dealership to have. Luckily my sales person was willing to argue with the manager there to get enough off the car to pay for the repairs, from the already reduced price that Anthony had worked so hard to get me to in the first place. Then comes the exhaust tip, they had told me it was in the truck of the car, why it was off in the first place I don't understand. The problem was when I had arrived home that it was not in the trunk. I then called my salesman and he told me that he remembered them saying that it was in the trunk and that he was on my side. He said he would have them look for it or they would send me a check for the price of the part. I then get a call a few days later for there detail shop saying that they put it in the trunk weeks before and since they remembered doing that they were not going to replace it. So first off they say it will be there then when it is not there they lie and say they will replace it only to say a few days later that they made too little on the car deal to want to. This place is a joke, the sales manager was one of the rudest people I have ever met, constantly telling me that "Its a used car man, what do you expect" and "you really think I can give you more off" all in a vulgar tone. good thing my salesman was such a stand up guy as he was to talk some cents into him. So in summarizing This place lies on there descriptions of there cars, neglects to repair them such as the tires, and if something is missing and you work for a good deal don't expect them to stay true to there word, they will lie every time. This review in no means is to reflect badly on my salesman Anthony, he was the best part of the whole sales transaction and is a honest stand up guy, he should be in charge of this store!

Overall the buying experience was okay. I went to purchase a used car that I called in advance on. I brought all my proper paperwork. The salesman was very nice. The part that did not work well was the sales manager wanted to give me about 25% of my trade in value on my old vechicle. I ended up leaving, since I did not want to give my old car away for free. The next day the dealership called and offered me triple what the manager offered on Fri. This got the deal done. There was no reason for me to have to drive twice to the dealership just to work out a trade in value. Overall poor job done by the sales manager on the Acura side. They wasted my time causing me to make more than one trip so I can only give them 2 stars.

Terrible customer service and working with an existing client. After the initial purchase, there were a number of things wrong with the car. First of the following day after the purchase my engine oil light came on, the cars oil levels were beyond low as indicated by the computer. This is after Ed Napleton stated they did a full service prior to selling me the car, and charged me for it in the financing. Second I noticed my tires were mismatched 3 of the same and 1 non-matching. The car is BMW 128i, does not come with a spare wheel and is supposed to have run-flats to begin with, of course it did not. I called to see if they were willing to replace the tires with run flats or at the least add 1 additional tire to match the other 3 which would have cost them $100 dollars, they denied my request due to the fact I waited a month to tell them. I was traveling and did not notice the tire issues until I arrived back. Also one of my lug nuts is missing on one of the rims. I am really disappointed in the way they responded to my request and will not be doing business with this dealer again, they took my money and ran. I will also be advising my friends & family not to deal with this dealership.

We were greeted promptly by Vince when my brother and I arrived at Ed Napletons' Kia. It was my first time buying new off the lot and I didn't really know much about cars. Along with my brother, Vince educated me about each car I asked about. We went there sure of color and style of car I wanted but Vince still showed us around to make sure we knew we had choices. My credit is rather new, so I needed my husband to co-sign with me, but Vince worked very diligently to get me out the door with keys in hand. Everything was swift and prompt, he even had the car washed while we did paperwork! Vince was professional yet friendly, I've gone car shopping with enough friends and family members to experience each salesmen personality, and most were sketchy characters. I must admit, as a first time new car buyer, I was pretty intimidated, but Vince put all that to rest as he informed me of the buying process. After a few hours I was out the door with my 2015 Kia Optima in Snow White Pearl.

I called about a certified 2012 MDX Adv/Ent that was advertised on 4 different sites. The sales person called back and left a message on the phone saying the paint and interior were excellent. No damage was disclosed. I drove over 70 miles to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. I walked in with a large cashiers check in my pocket for a deposit. I was pointed to the car on the lot while the sales person got the keys. I looked into the window and noticed that the driver's leather seat had been scratched so bad that the perforated leather was cracking, this was clearly visible. As I walked around the vehicle I noticed that the charcoal grey car's hood had been touched up with silver paint. I also noticed the back of the rear quarter panel had little shine so I ran my hand over the paint. It was gritty and definitely painted. There was overspray on the forward part of the panel. I think they even forgot the clear coat. Let me remind the dealership this was a CERTIFIED car. It seems as someone there has skipped certification points 117, 132, 136, 138. This car was transported from their So. Florida location to Chicago for sale. Where is the documented repair of this vehicle? I was told by the sales person that if the repair was less than $500 it does not need to be reported. It appears that this car had a poor repair job, probably less than $500 and no one checked the work, not even during certification. I can't believe that no one at the dealership saw this when I noticed it within 3 minutes of looking at the vehicle. The car was advertised with 4 different prices on Autotrader, Cars, Acura and their own website. Cars has a price over $2000 less than on their own website and Acura's website is about $780 less than their website. Why can't there be just 1 price on all sites? I was also told that the price on the Cars site did not include several other fees. To me this sounds like a game that I do not want to be a part of. I took my check and walked out of the dealership only to be caught in rush hour traffic for a blood boiling 2 hr ride home. I will go back to looking for a Lexus GX460 as I believe they have a more thorough certification process.

He said yes we still have it and there's nothing wrong with it, so i told him OK i will be there in the morning to check it out. I took a day off of work where at the job i work at are short handed AND NOT THE BEST TIME TO ASK FOR A DAY OFF. I took my family and drove from Oak Lawn area to Elmhurst (about 25 miles) plus toll way fees and time to be told that the car went off to the auction and major repair needed on it!!!!!! Sooooo, i wasted gas, time, toll money, took a day off when it's not the right time just to hear that!! Although, Mr. Erick has my contact info to call me and notify me about the situation. My experience with Ed Napleton was an excellent one. When I first began my car buying journey, I met Judy at the dealership. She took me on multiple test drives of some different models of cars on the lot. She gave me a great run down of the features and was able to help keep me relaxed during the whole process which is key when there are so many factors to base your decision on. Many people at the dealership were always there to help me. Judy did a very good job at making herself available to talk about financing, availability of the car I wanted in other areas and different options that were available to me via text, voice call AND email. This helped tremendously as a lot of time was spent on weekends shopping for the right car.

I really expected more from them.I purchased a MDX-2011 in the end of april.When I tested the car it was dirty inside with a missing head rests for the second row and one of the third row sits was not moving at all and there was a scratch on the rear bumper ......which is ok because they promised me to fix all of that.Next week on Friday I left the car there so they could fix the problems.I was told it's going to take 1-3 days.NObody called my until the fifth day so I called and told them I need the car and I will go there and take it at whatever condition(by the way they gave me a loaner).I got there and took the car but it was still dirty,there was still dirty spots on the leather,on the carpet.I felt like the car is been there 5 day for nothing,just left somewhere.The car was washed outside,sits fixed,and I just realized that there is a minor fixed damage on the rear with some painting work done,which I didn't see when I bought the car...unfortunately. I let my sales person know about that,but he said he can't do anything about it and also he has two customers waiting. And by the way this is Acura certified used car.This proves my theory that certified means nothing.It's been some damage to the car,even it is minor,not reported to carfax and the car is been certified before they sold it to me. I don't think this is the experience you deserve when you shop for a luxury car and spend a lot of money for a used car. Please let me know if you think I am wrong.

Out for a drive yesterday and saw Napleton KIA. We've been looking for a new SUV for some time, just never found something on which we could both agree. Walked the lot looking for the used models. . .I never buy new vehicles. Found a 2013 Sorrento which looked promising. At the same time, Vince found us! Took him all of 5 minutes to get the keys and the specs. Took another 15 minutes to check out the cosmetics and mechanics and we were sold. I appreciated the low pressure sales approach, the knowledge Vince had about the vehicle, the efforts to make us comfortable while they checked credit and the young financial manager getting me an impressive rate of finance. A professional and respectful experience in the finance department. This is our first purchase from Napleton and well see how it goes. We purchased a 2013 Sorrento and the respective service contracts for a great price. Let's hope we never need to use them! An overall excellent sales experience with a great price and a youthful sales and financial team. Vince is a warm and friendly guy and if it was a line of bs, well he fooled me. Delivery and explanation of the operating system thorough and complete. Great experience from a really honest, I feel, salesman and financial officer. Our pleasure!

Went into Ed Napleton Acura and Kia in Elmhurst on 03/27/2014 and I promise you the process was very smooth. Our sales guy Danny was excellent great customer service, nice friendly and he got us the deal that was right for us. The manager there was nice and friendly and was very helpful in our car search. While waiting on financing we were offered water and coffee several times. Even the finance manager was awesome. He took the time to explain every finance document in full detail. My Wife and I our very happy with our new Honda Odyssey this is the second time we have purchased a van from this dealer and we look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

There were a few issues while going over pricing. Norbert our salesman was very patient and helpful. We wanted to get the best price without any hidden fees (interior warranty, which I didn't want or ask for) and this was not the case until we looked closer to the numbers. The process took way longer than two hours. But I love my Acura TSX and wanted to take it home that night regardless of the service, the price was right.

I went in to look at The Kia Soul and ended up driving home in one. My sales person Chris Powell greeted me pretty quick considering it was pretty busy. I told him what I wanted and everything pretty much fell in place. I took a test drive, he showed me all the features of the car inside and out. He worked out a great deal for me and I got the car I wanted. Chris also followed up with me to see if I was enjoying the car, I thought that was nice of him. I would suggest Ed Napleton to anyone.

I picked up my new MDX last night. The car was delivered as promised. The financing went smoothly with no attempt to "upsell" me on things I didn't need or wouldn't really use. My salesperson, Dan Mulcahy, went out of his way to make the buying process fast, simple, and hassle free. Dan also spent a good deal of time walking me through the car's features and capabilities. First, I'll start with the car-buying process. It was relatively smooth and easy. Of course, there were some minor hiccups in the numbers that could have made the deal go south. But, the sales associate and manager were able to iron out the wrinkles and resolve the issues to our satisfaction. This was a relief as this car is for our daughter and it would have greatly disappointed her to not close the deal. As for the faciltiy... They are in the process of a fairly major remodel and expansion. The showroom was little more than an office space with unfinished drywall and a few tables and chairs. The sparse, uncomfortable environment is understandable during this expansion process. Overall, it was a good experience. If all goes well with the vehicle, I would not hesitate to buy from Napleton Imports in the future. The true test will be their post-sale customer service.

Came in to see I car I saw on the internet. The price at the dealership was higher than the advertised price. When asked, they replied that the internet price has an asterisk stating all fees are not added in and they would not honor the price. The salesman also said that his quoted price was "out the door". Turns out that wasn't the case either as that didn't include taxes and fees. The only thing out the door was me! I left completely dissatisfied with how I was treated, not to mention the experience took over 2 hours when there were 2 people in the dealership on a slow night. Beware!

I gave the buying process 3/5 stars only because the processing of my purchase took 3 hours from our agreement to me driving away. I doubt this is typically (they seemed busy), but I cant review it based on anything except my experience. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back in the future.

Called about a car they had listed ont the internet. Asked how negotiable the price was. They said I have to come in and drive it. I drove it and was told the price was firm. I was asked why I would drive a car that was too high for my budget. Wish they would have said the price was firm from the start. I would not have wasted my time. Went to another dealer that didnt play "games" and treated me better. I am happy with my new car purchase from another dealer. I thought while I was there that if they made me feel uncomfortable trying to make a purchase, how would they treat when I need repairs.

Don't waste your time with them. I bought a car from them couple years ago even got the extended warranty.The car looked great but it was a mistake getting it from them It was a complete joke after driving the car for 2 months they had to change the cylinder block took them another 2 months to complete the work. We just purchased a new Kia Soul from Napleton Kia in Elmhurst. The entire experience was low pressure and relaxed. Scott Hoffman (our salesman) focused on listening to what we were saying and letting us find our way around the lot, answering all the questions we had without shading the answers in the "This is the car for you!" manner we heard from other dealerships. He didn't try to up-sell once he saw what we were leaning towards. We agreed on the price of the car before discussing financing or trade-in, another nice change from what I had come to expect to fight off based on my experience with other salesmen. Angel (sales manager) and Philip (financing) also treated us with respect and didn't "go in for the kill" on add-ons. If you want to shop for a new car without all the hassle and be treated well then please shop here. Kia should be glad to have such a nice group of folks representing their brand.
