I expressed that I am an experienced buyer with knowledge from other people who recently bought their Honda at a great price, yet they still wasted my time by playing around with my money and acting like I was robbing them. Could've had a deal done in 10 minutes and both sides would've been happy, but this dealership's business model is not about that. I had to drive further to another Honda dealership to get this easy deal done. Oh well. Not my worst dealership experience though. Word of advice: If you are a knowledgeable and experienced car buyer, it's best to visit another car dealership if you don't want to waste your time and money.

Traveled almost two hours to go drive a vehicle on the lot. It was as if they dealer had never seen the vehicle. It was dirty, and had a high pitch sound when the fan was on, and had some shifting issues we noticed. And what really underwhelmed us was the salesman's lack of interest in seeing if they had any other vehicle on the lot we might be interested in. It was the polar opposite of the dealer who hounds you. We left and went to several other dealers after that. Would never drive that far to go to that dealer again.

I keep going back to Ed Napleton because they always do everything that can be done in order for me to own a brand new car and I really like Honda's because of the reliability of the vehicle. I never have any trouble and if I do Ed Napleton takes care of me immediately. Everyone there is so very helpful and willing to do all they can to assist and fix any concerns with my car. Friendliness is of the uppermost. Therefore I feel very secure in being the owner of an Ed Napleton automobile. a friend and I went to look at a 3 yr old cadillac ats here.. called to verify the car was still there since it was at least an hours drive. confirmed it was and requested they pull it up front to look at it when we got there. left his name with them and number as well. we got there a little over an hour later and when we arrived the car was occupied and then taken out for a test drive but someone else. so we got a salesman named Slim and started talking about the car. about 15 minutes later the car came pulled back into the lot and the driver collected his family and left the premisis. Bill took the car for a test drive and decided to work a deal with them.. after the salesman went to talk to his manager for 10 minutes I went out to look over the car..[after reading the car fax.] Carfax report stated it had 1 tire replaced last year. its a all wheel drive car. normaly all tires are replaced at once if the car has over 15 to 20 thousand miles on the tires. I went to the car in the lot and noticed 1 tire had a buldge on the sidewall. went back in and told bill about it. also that that rim has a good gouge on the side of the mag wheel. along with 2 other tires that had rim couges in them. when slim came back bill informed him about the tire and rims and we walked back out to look at it. went back in and was presented with the contract to sign.. questioned three charges on the contract, the one I remember was a freight charge of over $500 to have it brought in from new York.. Slim went to get answers as to what the three charges where and then came back in less than 3 minutes and told Bill the car was sold. seems the person who test drove it when we pull in came back and bought it out from under Bill. personaly that's shady business. didn't even offer Bill a chance to match the offer. realy crappy way of doing business. In search of buying our second Honda, I had gone back to the first dealer I purchased from a few years ago. I ending up leaving after 1 1/2 hours due to awful service, i.e. could not get a straight answer on what inventory they had available; was told there was a sale ending tonight (there was no special sale), and other "pushy" tactics to buy right then. Stopped in another area Honda Dealer and the sales person was nice but obviously did not want to take the time unless we were buying that day. Took the time to drive to Ed Napleton Honda and was thrilled to be greeted by Mutaz Abualsamen. This young man took the time to know exactly what our wants and needs were and how he can meet them; knew everything about each car we were interested in - without consulting any one or any device. Service, finance and any other person we encountered were great. Absolutely no complaints!

Took my odyssey for oil change and noticed my back door didn't open with remote. Dealer ordered the part month went by never got a phone call to let me know the part was in. I called and they said it was in, made appointment for Saturday to get it installed 2hr wait. Got a loaner from the dealer, the car was ready on Monday. Got to dealer and noticed my windows on my odyssey were steaming left the loaner and got in my car. Noticed the car seats were moist and it was very hot. Also noticed water sitting on the door handle, the car was not washed. Went back inside the dealer and spoke to the manager. I was told that it was going to get resolved to back the loaner. The service department left my windows open while we had a major rain storm. Its Wensday and never received a call back to let me know what is going on, I called again and I was told it was ready to be picked up. Again went to the dealer and my surprise the car is dirty and nothing was done to it!!! I'm very upset, it seems like nobody cares if my car smells like mildew!!!! This is my 2 time bringing my car in and I'm very disappointed!! If I can I would rate a 0!!! Thats how upset I am

If you are looking for HONEST business PROFESSIONALS this is NOT the place to go. They did not give me an HONEST quote. Even when I asked for out the door price including EVERYTHING about 20 times . When I arrived, after travleing an hour to get there, they somehow forgot to tell me about the accessorie fees. $1,600+ worth. They "had to get [me] in the door somehow." They told me this after wasting and initial 3 hours of my time. Seriously, do yourself a favor and save some hassel. Do not fall for that easy price BS and do not waste your time. Go to Valley Honda.

We are repeat buyers at Napleton Honda and the reason is because of employees like Piotr Czachor. From the time we walked in on July 1st he showed us the utmost courtesy. We told him we wanted to look at CRVs. He escorted us out to the area where they were and he explained the benefits of each model. After over 20 years of owning Hondas I know I have a great car. The process of maintaining it at a cost that does not KILL my bank account is the challenge. We are thankful to ENH for the coupons and for letting us know what's coming up in terms of maintenance and how much it will cost. Also having owned 4 Hondas it is important to have a relationship with the service dept staff. You guys do a great job making me and my family feel like valued customers every time we come in. Experience and professionalism of Mike Schindler, the gentleman who started up my car and made an instant, correct diagnosis and repaired it within the hour while I waited. I came in earlier this year, around January, with this problem and the other people didn't recognize it and after holding the car overnight did nothing and sent me off. It "appeared" to have corrected itself but was getting worse. Mike recognized the problem the minute he started the car and explained everything in terms I could understand. My sister was going to drive me home but we both waited because Mike has waited on her before and she had a great deal of faith in him and praised his knowledge of the Honda.Don't lose Mike Schindler.

This dealership is disgusting. They sold me a lemon. When I traded the car in and went through the proper steps to request reimbursement for an added warranty they failed to submit my claim. Two months later I find out that they haven't submitted any of my information and I'll have to wait an additional 1 month for reimbursement and that's if they answer the phone! You can't get in contact with any one to fix the problem. Go anywhere but this dealership!!

I received the best deal on my "almost new" Pre-Owned Lincoln MKZ at Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn. This is the second time I purchased from this dealer, and actually the fifth car I bought from the Manager Tony Chippas.The car had everything I wanted. Pano roof, navigation, etc. I couldn't believe their selection of Pre-Owned vehicles. They have cars you wouldn't expect a Honda Dealer to have. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. There were no high pressure sales tactics or trying to nickel and dime on my trade. The team was straight forward and very willing to accommodate my needs. They were able to find me the car I wanted and able to secure it within a day. I had been to Napleton about a year ago. It was not as competitive nor as friendly as this visit. I noticed there was new sales leadership in place and believe this made a huge difference. Rick was fantastic to deal with. He was straightforward, honest and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He is one of the best I've dealt with. Randy and Bobby were also very good . They were very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the differences between the Touring and EXL Pilots. They also made sure the car looked great when I picked it up. I've bought new cars in the past where the car was not spotless. Certainly not the case at Napleton Honda...Just a great experience. I've already recommended Rick and Napleton to several friends that are looking for new cars. Thank you Rick, Randy and Bobby!

The service techs were knowledgeable and very approachable. I was treated as a valued customer. They appreciated my 20-year affiliation with the dealership. I made it clear that the service department is the primary reason I keep coming back. They do the necessary work and let me know if I should anticipate any special work in the future. I never feel that they are looking for extra work to do just to increase the cost of the visit. They want to keep my car running well as long as I have it, however long that will be.

At first I was not a fan of Napleton Honda. I have had a few bad experiences with their service dept prior. Bought my vehicle from continental but live in Oak Lawn. I was in a hurry one day and went in to Napleton for an oil change and I'm glad that I did. I was very relieved to see Jason working here. I had a meeting I needed to get to, so they got me in and out in less than an hour. It started my day out perfectly. Also they gave me a brochure, listing all the upcoming repairs and maintenance my car would need, and at what mileage. The technician helped me put the items in order of priority, so I can budget accordingly. This is a big change from the past, when a technician would come into the waiting room and tell you all the things you needed. This is a very important change, and a welcome one. Instead of being blind-sided with an unexpected charge, the service staff is being pro-active and letting the customer know AHEAD of time the things they should be planning to get done. Really nice.

I was excited to purchase a very low mileage used CR-V. Got what I thought was a good deal and spent a few hours at the dealership finishing paperwork and signing. Several days later, I got a call telling me I needed to re-sign papers due to an error. So, re-sign I did. A few days pass, I get another call and I have to re-sign the papers again because there is another error and they have now lost the down payment check I gave them so they need a new check. Now, I'm getting wary of the whole thing! I re-sign again, but they don't ask again for another check so I don't give it to them. A few days later, guess what? Another error, I need to re-sign AGAIN and they need that new check. They knocked off $100.00 from the downpayment for my troubles. I re-sign for the final time and give them a new check. I think all is finally well. A month later, I get a nasty collection notice in the mail telling me I owe $100.00 from the downpayment. Are you serious? I send them a nasty letter back reminding them that they gave me the $100 discount. Didn't hear a word from them. Finally 2 weeks later, I called to make sure they got my letter. They got it and removed the collection activity. Would have been nice if they had actually acknowledged my letter. Craziest car buying experience I have ever had. Sadly, the whole experience was so frustrating that I now feel annoyed every time I drive the car. I won't ever return to Napleton.

Went shopping for a new car for my mom this weekend. She is on a limited budget but needed a new car because hers was totaled in an accident. Mr. G took the time to show us the best option for her, walked us around the facility so we knew where everything was and worked hard with finance manager to get us a deal that was doable for my mom. He didn't quit till we were satisfied. He literally spent hours with us and didn't try to rush us out, even though we were still finalizing things after they had closed. Overall experience was great!!. He also made sure I had everything ready and set before I left the dealership. The other staff members that are technologically "sabby" were very helpful in setting up my IPhone, Navigation System and even the radio stations. This was the smoothest transaction ever! My husband and I have always bought Hondas but never from Ed Napleton. We will continue to buy cars from this dealership and refer our friends & family. We had a 12 year old Honda Pilot that decided to give up on us. We were looking to buy a new car anyway and had spoken to Napleton Honda prior to our car failing. We were out on a Saturday running errands when our car just decided it had enough. We had it towed to Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn. Their Service Department called immediately Monday at 7:45 am. I spoke to Candace who was absolutely wonderful. By 9am they had assessed our car and we decided that it wasn't worth fixing. Kevin Radakovits who is the used Car Salesman and Russ Ondo found the perfect Pilot in our price range with all the amenities that we requested - basically fully loaded. Monday we filled out the paperwork online - credit application etc and on Tuesday Kevin picked us up by Tuesday evening we were driving our Certified Used Honda Pilot. Tony Chippas the Pre-Owned Sales Manager explained everything concerning the transaction and took very good care of us during the entire process. He went out of his way to make us feel relaxed about the car purchase. Tony Martisek the Finance Manager, had all or our paperwork ready when we arrived, he went through all the paperwork and explained everything in detail. I was impressed with his knowledge and organization. We took our Honda back the next day as there was a light bulb out in the interior and a very small nik on the drivers side door which Tony Chippas had his service team take care of. The Service Manager Jeff Bogyo was amazing - not only did he order the part for the light but he also went over how to operate the DVD player in the car, as well as some of the other features. HANDS DOWN the BEST car purchasing experience EVER!!! Thanks, Tony Chippas for overall great service and making sure we were taken good care of, Kevin Radakovits our knowledgable sales guy for the easy transaction and moving all of our junk from our old car to our new one, Jeff the Finance Manager for making all the legal mumbo jumbo easy to understand, Russ Ondo for finding the perfect car for us, Candace for expediant service assessment, and Jeff Bogyo for the quick and thorough service experience.

I thoroughly researched the 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid before I decided to make my purchase. I found the best car, at the best price at Ed Napleton Honda. The car had everything I wanted. Pano Roof, Navigation, etc. It was even the color I wanted. I couldn't believe their selection of luxury pre-owned vehicles. They had cars I wouldn't expect a Honda dealer to have! Lexus, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche , Lincoln, Cadillac. They really know what cars people want, and they offer them at well below market price ! My plan was to test drive a 2016 Hondo CRV and Toyota RAV4. Maurice Thomas was so thorough in detailing the functions of the CRV I knew that was my car. He showed the radio, Bluetooth, lights, gas switch, trunk, I mean everything, spare tire, how the key works. He had me sit in the back to show what the passenger ride was like. He was incredibly patient and took a not short test drive even looking at all the colors for me to choose which I liked best. He was interactive and personable without being pushy. I don't know if I got a good deal money wise or not but I think it was worth the money. This is the third new car I have purchased and the first Honda, and although the other experiences were good this was easily the best experience because of Maurice Thomas.

We had sent a few emails to Dee Dee and she sent us a price right away its was not the lowest but she was nice and they were closer so we went there. I have been a Honda owner for quite some time now and have been to several different Honda Dealers. I would say that this experience was the best. My service Advisor Jason was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into getting anything my car may have needed. He explained everything and even showed me my dirty air filter. Some of the stuff he asked about I had done that day, the other stuff he said no problem here are the prices on your paperwork for next time. I like that! I felt like I actually had a choice and not just this is what you need now do it. I will always come to Napleton Honda and I will always make sure to see Jason. Thank You

After all my experience at your dealership was very bad. I bought already 7 cars. This was the worst experience. Nobody wanted to work with me, it was like take or leave it, no other options. I am sorry to tell you this, but I didn't feel like I was castomer there. I will sell my car to carmax and buy SRT somewhere else

I inquired about a car and after exchanging some information over the phone on my trade, I decided to visit the dealer. Once there, I was greeted by Samer who took over my questions and evaluated my trade while he was showing me the car I was looking for. After three visits and sort it out doubts, I ended up buying the car, a 2013 Cadillac ATS, the car was flawless and pristine. There's two part of the process when you buying a car, the car itself and the salesman experience, being the lather the most important one and I found it on Samer, he didn't put any pressure or pushing me into rushing decisions; he was patience, kind and honest, he presented to me a transparent transaction. After I make my decision to buy the car and putting all the numbers together, he lead me to the finance department, where they consolidated the financing I was looking for, for which I am truly happy. The bottom line is that they make me feel appreciated for my business and honored me as a customer. Samer respected my times and answered my questions, giving me the best advice in every situation when we run different scenarios.

Bought my 2012 Nissan Maxima from this dealership and Mr. Griffin was the one who helped me. Fantastic person and great salesman. He did everything he could to help me and make my visit pleasant. I have dealt with many salesmen in different dealerships in the past as this is not my first car, Mr. Griffin is by far is the best. He came in four hours earlier than he supposed to just to help me so I can see the car and take it for a test drive as I'm out of town customer. He is in top of his game and knows what he is doing. The good:I found the vehicle I was looking for on cargurus.com and the price was very competitive. I live approximately 90 miles from Oak Lawn but their internet special pricing made the trip worthwhile. My Sales Person was MJ and he was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. MJ has followed up on the sale both via phone and email. I would definitely not hesitate to work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Napleton Honda. The facility is also very nice. If I was in the market for a new Honda in the Oak Lawn area Napleton would be high on my list.Why not 5 stars?In general, the vehicle was nicely detailed and in very good condition. The car included an interior detailing service and the interior looked good at first glance. When I removed the temporary floor mats and protective film, I noticed that the carpeting was somewhat stiff in areas and did not look terribly clean. In fairness to the dealership, because I live 90 miles away I did not contact the them on this issue and just re-cleaned the carpet myself. This additional cleaning improved the appearance and removed the stiffness. Just something to check out before you leave, especially if you live far away.I was slightly disappointed with some of the details of the final pricing. As noted previously, I drove approximately 90 miles to see this care because the internet pricing was very good. However, as we were negotiating it was explained that a $496 glass etching security enhancement service was already included with the vehicle and this was not part of the internet price. I recognize that these types of adders are common at many dealers. In my case, one of the primary reasons for using the internet in the search is because of my dislike of the negotiating process. For me, these types of adders create an additional nuisance factor in that process. This would not keep me from considering Napleton again but I would be more aggressive in the negotiations related to the adders.

I would like to say Thank You to Mr. Steve Ignowski for continuously contacting me for three weeks because he knew how much I wanted a Honda Accord. I'd actually given up on trying to obtain one and on the morning whereas I was supposed to go to Nissan, Mr. Ignowski emailed me that he was still waiting, lol. I couldn't believe it. So I went to Napleton even though Nissan was expecting me at 3:00 p.m. that same day. I took off work early to go home and pray that this time it would work and Mr. Ignowski made the deal work. I was so in disbelief that I was happy but I didn't want to show any emotions until I officially drove off the lot with an Accord. Don't second guess yourself about going to this dealership. I saw a 2012 Lincoln MKS fully loaded on Kelly Blue Book. It had only 25k miles on it for 23,996. I came out to Napelton Honda to check it out. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and I was helped by Maurice Thomas who went out of his way to see that I got what I wanted. He went above and beyond what any other person would've done to make my hopes possible. Despite it being a busy day for Napelton staff, everyone took the time out to greet and were very polite. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I owe Maurice a huge thanks and much gratitude for his all-star effort as well as the rest of the Napelton staff. After being down for so long, I'm turning heads in the exact car I wanted for a great deal! Napelton Honda is A-1 in my book. Those guys and gals rock!

2013 Durango was listed at 26K. Called the next day to verify the car was still there. They said the owner changed the price to 32K. Jennifer said she would call me back and ask the manager why the price change. She called me back and said the car was sold yesterday. The Durango is still listed on cargurus. I told my wife to call and verify the Durango was sold. They said no they still had it. Someone is lying. Will never do business with Oak Lawn Honda and will tell everyone I know not to do business with the.

I originally went into Ed Napleton because I was referred by my friend and looked for Tony. He was busy at the moment so he had MJ help me. MJ was super nice and friendly. Made sure my dad and I were comfortable and satisfied throughout my first car buying experience. Even though MJ was my primary car salesman, Tony made sure I did not feel abandoned and checked up on us a few times. After the purchase, MJ followed up on me and my new car for a few weeks. Very nice and friendly. This was my first car purchase and it was a good and pleasant experience. I wouldn't of imagined it any other way. I would go back to Napleton and recommend it to my friends and family.

Maurice Thomas is the best!!! Everytime I come into the Honda dealership it is always a great pleasure working with Maurice. He makes me and my husband feel right at home. We have sent him customers and he treats them just as well. He is not a "pushy salesman" he treats us like we are friends. When I am ready to trade in my Honda, I will definitely work with Maurice. Whenever I bring I my car in to get washed, if it was wasn't to his liking, Mo rolls up his sleeves and makes sure that it is right. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!!!!

My wife and I found a 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid for sale at the Ed Napleton Honda dealership in Law Oaks. We called to inquire about the car and they provided use all the necessary information. Being as we are from Colorado and planned to fly out and drive home, they were very helpful in making sure we knew all the information and with complete accuracy. Garvey himself picked me up from the airport. They were very knowledgable about the car even though it was a Toyota at their Honda dealership.

Brandon was a great resource and an upstanding salesmen during my most recent visit. I came onto the lot with my eyes on a Nissan Coupe, and hoping to trade in my older truck as well. Safe to say both of these goals were accomplished and I have to thank Brandon for that. The Nissan was in great condition when I arrived for my test drive, Brandon was very friendly and honest with me as we talked through everything, and even gave me a fair trade in price for my truck. The dealer had a pre owned Honda Accord listed online. We called to inquire and was told the car was in beautiful and perfect condition. I drove over an hour to get the dealer. The accord was missing a side skirt. Re front and rear bumpers were both scratched up and cracked. The inside of the car smelled like an ash tray along with ashes still on the center counsel and seats. Long story short we took our business to a different dealer.

We had a fantastic experience buying at ed napleton honda! Peter Czachor helped us stay within our budget and was extremely helpful in answering or finding answers to any questions we had. We have always been a Honda family because of the great product, but great customer service makes it hard to go anywhere else. Although this was our first time buying at Ed napleton Honda, we have been getting our cars serviced there for a few years and have yet to have a bad experience. Highly recommend!

So I find this 09 Cadillac with 80,000 miles on it call the dealer and ask if it has any rust or major body defects I they told me it was a really nice car and had no problems so we drove 2 hours one way (my dad came along in case I bought the car) we are walking around the lot looking for the car the sales staff is standing out in front of the building but not one come to help us I assume there thought are since I was still in my mechanics uniform was that I couldn't afford it I eventually had to call the dealer and have them send a salesmen to the car. It didn't take me 30 seconds to find that six inches of the paint on the rear fender that was bubbling up due to rust the car was dirty could tell its has been on the lot for a while interior was filthy cup holders were sticky trunk was full of grass clippings and they told me they had it for a month but there was an old window sticker shoved in the back of the drivers seat (cause we cant find a garbage can) and it was faded so bad you could hardly read it (probably a little more than a month) so he says I'm sorry about the condition what if I detail it and compensate for the rust I though ok I'm here we will try so first thing he asks is the price I seen the car advertised for I had done some looking cars .com was $1800 cheaper than the dealers site but after saying he would compensate for rust he puts the first offer down and he didn't take a dime off the price last straw I was out of there besides the car alarm going off in the show room for a good 20 seconds I was done not to mention his payment was $80 more than my bank can you say interest rate

I was searching for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months online before I found one I was interested in at Ed Napleton. From the very first button is clicked online to actually making the trip out to the dealership, every person I encountered was extremely personable and helpful. I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle, and the entire team was very accommodating. The atmosphere made me feel right at home and I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat.

We went in to the dealership after seeing the car online. Everyone we met smiled and said hello, we were offered refreshment, and Sam was an amiable salesman who walked us around the car, opened up the hood, inspected with his flashlight, opened up the trunk and showed us what to look for to indicate the car had not been in any accidents or had body work. The CarFax report was favorable and we ultimately bought the vehicle. The online price does not include the mandatory $810 fee that is charged for all used cars, and it was disappointing to see the advertised price go up about $2,000 (including other fees) by the time the "out-the-door" price is figured. Just something to keep in mind for those buying their first used car.

I want to thank Eli Yacoub personally for the courtesy and professionalism that he showed me in purchasing my vehicle from him online. Being that I was over 900 miles from the dealership and my plan was to fly there and pick up the vehicle. He was there to assist me staying in contact with me and making sure I got from the airport to the dealership which was over thirty miles to the dealership ok. He made sure I had meal before we completed my transaction to drive back home. He also called the next day to check to see if I made it back ok. Went in on a Friday morning to look for a car for my sister. I was a little skeptical at first because we had a not so good experience at Mazda just down the street. We walked out with a great car! What a fantastic experience. We had made an appointment and discussed the car before we arrived. Mo Thomas, our salesman, greeted us and immediately made us feel comfortable. The car was ready for us to test drive. He explained every detail of the 2015 Odyssey and removed all the seats to show us the complete cargo space. This was a no hassle purchase. Nick Samhan, Finance Director covered every facet of the warranty . From the General Manager , who wanted to be sure that we were happy , to the Sales Manager and Service Manager who advised us to call them at any time should we need them , Ed Napleton Honda is by far the best car buying experience that we have had. It was a pleasure to ring the gong before we left!

Purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger at Ed Napleton on 5/30 and it restored my faith in car dealerships. I've been looking for a long time for the perfect Challenger and the last 3 dealerships I went to were extremely disappointing. I saw a white R/T on Cars.com and thought...maybe 4th time's the charm? Called Ed Napleton to confirm it was available, spoke with Dee who was very sweet and said she would have the car "on hold" for me when I arrive. Walked in on a very rainy day and met Wayne Thompson. He greated us, grabbed the keys to the Challenger and we took it for a test drive. Fantastic car, I was nearly sold. Now to the negotiations. My mother would be the buyer and we were trading in her 2011 Hyndai Sonata. The last couple dealers really low-balled us for the car so we were hoping for a fair deal. Wayne came back with the details of the trade and he really broke it down for us. They gave us some extra on the trade because of the immaculate cleanliness of the car (which we were thankful for!). So finally we understood why the car was being valued at the price it was at. Next we needed to get the numbers for the monthly payment. My mother has near perfect credit and we were hoping for a certain monthly cost. The breakdown they gave us were about $50+ per month, but we wanted to see what they could do. They reduced the cost of the car (since it had been on the lot for nearly 60 days), and once they ran my mother's credit, we came to exactly the max monthly payment I wanted to spend. Anthony was more than helpful and assured us that they "won't let us go" without us leaving with the car. And I felt like they meant it in a truly helpful way, not in a "sleezy" car salesman way. My mother and I truly felt like they wanted to take care of us and actually work with us. Yes, this is a buisness. However they gave my mother an APR rate LOWER than what she got at another dealership for her NEW car. Couldn't ask for a better deal.Yes, the process takes a long time (we were there for 3 1/2 hours), but overall we felt like we were truly taken care of and never felt like they just wanted to get rid of the car. It was raining and I had some large bags in my trunk of the old car, so they brought my new and old car into the service bay so I wouldn't have to be in the rain. Talk about service! Definitely would reccommend Wayne and Anthony to anyone looking for a Used or New car.

Words cant begin to describe my car buying experience, but hopefully after I finish writing my story you my readers will take into consideration what I have to say. I am 21 year old female and that already says it all. We young folks have the perception that nobody will take us seriously especially when venturing out and trying to buy a car on your own. It is a scary experience and this journey can get frustrating at times, but all that doesnt have to happen. Because when buying your first car whether it be new or old shouldnt cause you nothing but happiness. Im writing this letter to the young people out there, the people who are in my shoes. Who want to be able to venture out on their own and be able to buy a car on their own it is possible and people will take you seriously believe me. In September of 2014 is when I ventured out and in search for a car for myself. My first intention was to get a used car, mainly due to the fact that my mother kept pressuring me to get a used car because she was concerned that that was all I was able to afford. But I love my mother dearly and respect her opinion and in this case she was wrong. I knew what was best for me especially in the long run. I was serious about my future and I knew that a brand new car would get me through the long run better than a used car. But I did as my mother told me to do in the beginning I went to a lot of car dealerships and saw a lot of potential cars but none of them felt right. I wasnt going to settle just for any car, there were times I wanted to just give in and get a car already because I was in desperate need of a car to get me to school and work and after weeks of going looking around searching around for cars and just hitting a bunch of dead ends due to my financial situation. For a brief second I led myself to believe that I would probably have to settle for car even though I didnt want to. My young friends used car dealerships might seem cheaper overall for the cars but its not just about the car its about the whole experience in buying it that will make your car even that much sweeter. When you walk into a dealership you want to feel like youre at home you dont want to feel pressured into getting a car that you dont want. You want sales people to take you seriously no matter your race or gender. Everybody should be given the same joyful experience. Im glad I hadnt lost hope back in December and hadnt just settled for any car. It was like an ordinary day but this day changed it all. I had drove pass a Honda dealership with my sister, when she asks me have I tried there. And I immediately chuckled; I told her I couldnt get a car there even if I wanted too. She told me it doesnt hurt to try and those my friends are some words to take into consideration because its true. I walked into that dealership expecting the same thing but I was taken aback. The atmosphere and the people there make you feel like you are part of their family and part of their community. I had the pleasure of having met Samuel Day my sales dealership person. That guy, believe me works miracles like no other. When I had thought I had lost all hope he had placed me in a car that not only did I love but felt secure and safe. And I knew that this car was meant for me. I grew up having Honda cars in my family and being able to own one of my own was the best feeling ever. Samuel day had renewed my hope in the car buying experience not only did he go out of his way to accommodate my needs but also did it the most heartwarming way as possible. I was joyful to leave the lot with a brand new Honda accord 2014. But my story doesnt end there In February of this year I had a horrific experience with my car. Ending up getting into a very bad car accident, my car insurance company deemed my car a total loss. After two long devastating months waiting around with no car and own my car insurance dragging xxx to determine what they are going to do. It was two long months of running around terrified and complete devastated because I had lost my car for good and I thought this was the end and I would be left with no car. But I was not alone in this my sales person Samuel day who Im proud to call my friend had helped me throughout this entire experience especially in dealing with my insurance company. He again had proven to me that miracles do actually exist because when I had lost hope he had renewed it again. He helped me get into a replacement car the same day my insurance company deemed my old car a total loss. Imagine all the things running through my mind at that time. I was worried beyond measure because I couldnt afford another car. But Samuel day and the whole team at Ed Napleton Honda made it possible yet again for me to walk out in a car happily and proud to say its mines.Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn gave me the best car buying experience and the most heartfelt one too. They not only placed me in a car of my dreams but also reassured me that whatever problems I run into with my car they will be there to help and assist me 100%. And thats what we young people look for in car buying experiences to feel like youre part of their community and family. I was truly blessed when I took that chance and entered the Honda dealership parking lot. I also had the greatest fortune of working with Samuel Day he is the most sincere and kindest sales person youll ever meet. And hell go out of his way to make it possible for you to leave with a car that youll truly be 100% satisfied. After all I been through these past months since September of last year the only place I would recommend buying a car is at Ed Napleton Honda because I want people to have the feeling and reassurance that they are only getting the best like I did.

"You are too old to own a Honda" if you are over 50. According to the service department at Ed Napleton Honda. Took my new $40k Honda Odyssey in for two issues. They repaired neither and stated that because the issues don't appear for them, Honda will not recognize nor pay for them. So for the rest of my ownership of this vehicle I have to listen to the front crash detection alarm falsely alert me when there's not another vehicle in site AND not use the cruise control because it turns itself off intermittently. Nice of the service rep to compare me to his grandfather that accidently turns it off manually. Sure. Over and over again when I'm barely even touching the steering wheel. Ed Napleton service department is a sad sack of crap. And Honda? This is my third and last one. if you cannot stand behind your products and make false statements of warranty, I'm done! -- Dan

I got a great deal on a nice used Mercedes. Tony the used car manager was excellent to deal with and was very easy to communicate with and he did not pressure me or play any games like a lot of other dealers try to do, Very good person to do business with along with Wayne who was the salesman that went out of his way to be helpful with showing me multiple cars and answered all my questions honestly. I recommend them. Tony also gave me a very fair deal on my trade in as well.

Found the 2010 Honda Pilot I was looking for at Ed Napleton. I live in the north burbs and called to make sure that vehicle was still available. I talked with Carrie who knew I would be driving over an hour to see it. She said it was available and she would personally have the car brought up front and ready for me when I got there. I had a 2:15 appointment! When I got there, the office manager Chett? shook my hand and introduced me to Carrie. Then she sent someone to get the car for me. 20 minutes later.... the car isn't even at the dealership. They sent it out on a loaner and it wouldn't be back for 3 days!!! Some guy apologized and said he would get me a gas card for my trouble. I waited again for 15 minutes and finally left! No gas reimbursement. I get a call when I'm on my way home and he asked me why I left. Hello... my time is valuable and you all have wasted it! I never again saw Carrie or Chett. Terrible customer service!!! I found a Honda Pilot at Elite Motors in Mundelein and am very happy I didn't buy from Ed Napleton if that is how they treat their customers. They weren't going to get a sale from me so they ignored me. Thank you for nothing and for wasting my time, gas and toll money!!

I went to go see a car last month and i was discussed by the person working with me, Brandon Gore. He was so thirsty what he was willing to lie to the bank and make up a job for me so the bank can lend me the money. He kept insisting and even called out him manager , a huge guy with huge rings , that wanted in intimidate me. then they added on 3000 in tax and fees on a 7000 car. Never again will I step foot in this scam type business. I brought my car at continental and the service was the best. Please look somewhere else. Im not lying. If they can lie to the bank, they can lie to your about the car. Just makes me mad !!!

I went to Ed Napleton just to see what was available to purchase as I was in the market for a pre owned vehicle. I had been to several other dealers that day and all of them were pushy and unwilling to negotiate a deal on a car. I am glad I went here and met with the salesman, Brandon Gore. He was very helpful and listened to what I was in the market to buy. He, along with his manager Tony, helped me get a great deal on a 2011 Fusion. In the future, I would recommend this dealer to everyone. It is a clean facility filled with salesman looking to help you find a vehicle without you feeling beat up or pushed around.

I had an issue with a Theft-Gard Package that was included in a recent purchase. I was unaware at the time that it was being added to the total bill. Upon discovering this, I contacted Steve Ignowski at the Dealership and explained my situation and that I was not interested in the Theft-Gard package. Steve listened to everything I had to say and then graciously offered to issue me a full refund, stating it would be in tomorrow's mail. That was on Aug 25 and still no check. I spoke with him again two weeks later and he said he remembered our earlier conversation, would see why the check had not gone out, and would call me back later that day. Its been two weeks since that conversation and I still have no check nor will he return any of my phone calls. A small bit of web research shows others who have had similar problems with the same result. Do not trust these people. They will lie right to your face.

There service and expertise is unreal I have never met a team of gentle men who accually cares more about there costumers than making a sale. In 2009 I purchased my first crv in 2013 I went back to purchase a Pilot the car of my dreams but ended up with another crv because of my credit sittuation which had me miserable and paying for somthing I really didn't want. But Steve General Manager never gave up on me he kept me n mind an not more than two days ago god bless me with an email from General manager Steve at Nappleton Honda of Oak Lawn saying he can help me get out of that crv an into my dream vehicle at first I felt it was just another advitisment an just kept scrolling through my e-mails. Thank God I went back to Steve General manager of honda message an called Steve invited me in where I met another god sent Sammual Day who Steve had me sit an talk with. these two gentle men went too work finding ways to put me an my family in the vehicle i so badly desired it didn't take long before Steve General manager came an sat down with Sammual Day an I an said I got you in a 2014 Exl Pilot I was so over joyed with tears n my eyes I love these guys an I wouldn't go any where else Honda of Oak Lawn ROCK'S! !!! The General manager Steve took in consideration that I have two disabled children and found that the pilot was a great fit for me an my family I must say thanks again and god bless you'll n all you do over at Ed Nappleton Honda of Oak Lawn. .. Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star just to rate this place. My experience with this dealership was not good at all. They seem to be too busy to return phone calls or emails. I can't rate the rest of my experience because I never got that far along in the process! I got several questionnaires via email during my process on customer service and overall satisfaction. When I replied with negative responses even to the General Manager, I never heard a word back from anyone. I wouldn't buy a used wagon from this outfit nor less a car. Everything happens for a reason and I am glad I went somewhere else.

I walked into this facility, and was having a bad day because i've been looking for cars all day. As soon as i walked in, a man with a positive energy approached me, he changed my mood for the better. His name was Wally. He helped me by being very honest about every car, and answering every question. He showed me car faxes on every car i was interested in, and helped me choose my current Honda CRV. I purchased a brand new honda civic and was very satisfied with the service I had. Sal Suhail was very helpful with letting me know about the car and how to work the car. I had many questions and he was very patient with me and answered all my questions, he also got me in my new car as quickly as possible which was great as well. Very kind gentleman. I had been researching Honda Pilots for almost three months. We came across a 2012 EX-L that fit our price range at Napleton Honda. We pulled up, and Pete the new guy, greeted us. After a test drive, which Pete was very knowledgeable, Tony Martisek came over and helped Pete with the small details. He was very helpful as well. Even the finance manager, Frank Alramli, was VERY helpful showing us line by line what we were signing for and what we were getting for our money. Overall It was a great car buying experience.

I bought a used Ford Escape from the Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn and was very impressed with the customer service and care. I felt very well taken care of and it is all thanks to the staff there. Mr. Tony Chippas was attentive to my "teacher's budget" and was able to find me a GREAT deal. The entire experience was easy for me thanks to him and his colleagues. I am so happy with my purchase and I urge anyone who needs a new or used care to visit this dealership. They will listen to you and help you through the process of finding the right car for you. Basically, if you are looking to find a new car and you want to deal with people who care about getting you a deal and not "selling" you a deal, go to Napleton Honda of Oak Lawn. I met Gerald my sales person about a year ago while I was standing outside of the service department at Ed Napleton. I was having my 2011 CRV serviced and he notice that I had seat covers on my bucket seats. He said to me make sure you have the proper seat covers so that your airs bags will function if you have an accident. I thought that was nice of him. I thanked him and he gave me his card. Well I kept that card for a year. I went to the dealership 3/21/14 to have my radio programed. I had been thinking about buying a new car.I ask for Gerald, his colleagues call him GG. I just wanted to say hello. What I liked about GG was there was never any pressure from him to buy a new car. I needed to find out the code to program my radio and maybe look at a new CRV, still no pressure from him to buy a new car.Long story short after a test drive I was in love with my 2014 CRV. That same evening I was introduce to the finance manager Nick Samhan. He was very patience and nice. It was now 12 a.m. and these guys were still pleasant. Gerald and Nick are the best! I felt like a member of their family. I've purchase 2 other new cars in the past years from ED Napleton. I guess that's why I keep coming back! ED Napleton is the best.... They are beyond a 5 star rating!

I was working with Tony Chippas, looking for a used Honda. However I could not find used Honda in the color I wanted, yellow. Tony talked to me about some other color options and talked to me about a new car. I did not think I could afford a new car, but Tony worked with me and took my Escape in on trade. I really appreciate that the Used Car Manager was willing to help me with different scenarios until I found the right car for me! I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Honda CRV. It is beautiful. Everyone at the store was so nice, especially Wally who showed me the ins and outs of the car. Wally was very patient and informative, explaining all the great features. He was a real sweetheart! These guys are good. They know what they're doing and they know who they're dealing with. I am 100% confident that they did whatever they could to get me into the vehicle I went to see, but the numbers just werent where my wife and I wanted to be.The used car manager talked to to me like a guy, he was honest, and tried to figure out a plan. Was it a show? I don't think so, but they put on a real good one if it was.The vehicle was smoked in. I knew it was, my wife knew it was, but they insisted it wasn't. This didn't make my wife happy in the slightest. To me though, eh, they're selling used cars. They're not perfect. You as THE BUYER are to know what you're buying is how I look at that.They contact you after you leave. A lot. By phone and email and it's almost nauseating how much they want to help. Guys, I'm looking for something specific. I'm not going to buy something I don't want just because it's at your delership. You need to understand that there's those types of buyers in the world.

I've always had good experiences with this dealership. I've bought 4 vehicles from them over the years, including new and certified pre-owned. When the certified Odyssey I bought had battery problems shortly after I bought it, Tony Chippas took care of the issue for me quickly and free of charge. I looked for quotes on line and Dee Dee was very helpful and followed up with me as much as possible. It was nice to have that attention as I was very specific in only having one day to make my transaction. She made sure the car I was coming in to see was ready in front for a test drive when I arrived. Joe was my sales person and it was a great experience. The buying process took a little long, I knew what I wanted but the negotiation period was a bit lengthy. In all I had a great experience and am glad I came back to Honda and found Napleton. Highly recommended!!!

I visited this dealership to check out a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited on cars.com. Right when I walked in Matt came up to me and was excited to help me look at and drive the Jeep. After I took it out for a spin I feel in love and started working with Matt on numbers. The whole staff was great and extremely helpful. Tony worked on detailing and cleaning the car and did a fantastic job and I couldnt be happier with me new Jeep and the deal I got at this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

A couple hours after I took delivery, I noticed something was not right with the front brake. I called Tony, and he told me to bring it in & he'll have someone look at it right away. When I arrived at the dealership, the service manager had been notified by Tony & was waiting for me. They looked at it immediately & I was told it needed a new caliper. They fixed it at no charge to me. I was very impressed with the way this was handled. Thank you Tony! They stand behind their cars. I highly recommend this dealership. They were all wonderful and very helpful. Tony and LG were especially helpful with making sure I was taken care of and walked out with the car I wanted. Nick was a good help too making sure I understood everything I was signing. David was just a great guy who made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting for any paperwork or numbers. This was a really solid experience in buying a used Hyundai Sonata from Ed napleton of Oak Lawn. Steve Ignowski was my salesperson. I saw what I liked, took it for a quick trip, came back to discuss the car a bit more in detail. I was given the CARFAX, some payment options and told the whole process would be quick and it was. No car guy sales pitches or games. This was very smooth and very quick. I was very happy and would do highly recommend Steve again. I am going to squeeze the life out of my other car and when its about to die, I will be looking towards Steve and his staff for some help on the next car. This place is super clean, lots to choose from and you are treated very well. Vito was also a big help as well.

Usually, I give Ed Napleton Honda a top rating. They are exceptional, in my opinion as far as how women are treated. I have shopped other dealerships where they want to take advantage of us thinking we are gullible.Today, I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for my 5,000 mile service. I arrived 5 minutes early, went in as the door was opened. I felt berated by the head technician who pointed at the door said "we are not opened, go out sit with your car, wait until we are open". Just his tone of voice I thought he was a bit rude.I picked up the car after service, drove it down the street, the right front passenger tire was completely flat. He said that I "must have run over a nail". It turned out to be these gas saver caps I put on 3 months ago. I wish I could have gotten a refund as after removal, they apparently caused the flat.I got to Walmart, Bridgeview, thank God I bought windshield washer w/ de-icer as I had no washer fluid in the reservoir tank. When serviced they are supposed to check all of that.Usually, never a problem, but today seemed to be a bad day for me.

I walked into Ed Napleton Honda on 95th Street in Oak Lawn, Il with the motive to just look around and check out the new Accord Coupes. No intent to buy, but then i met a gentleman named Steve I. He was great! He informed me about a bunch of different financing options and customization options for the new Accord. Needless to say, I left with a Brand New Accord and I LOVE IT! My wife and I love the luxury feel and sportiness of the car. We feel like we are in a 20's again! I was quoted a price online for a used vehicle. It was followed up with several emails verifying the appointment date & time. Upon arrival, I met with a salesman who started figuring a payment amount based on the original price of the vehicle. When I asked about this difference in pricing, he brought his sales manager Mario to the desk. Mario stated that I had a problem because he couldn't sell the vehicle for the price that I was quoted. I thought it was more "his" problem than mine, however the end result was that he wouldn't sell the vehicle for what his salesperson quoted me. After my husband & I both took the day off work to drive 2 hours each way to this dealership to purchase this vehicle, we were very upset. We had the cash in hand to make the purchase that day, but Mario wouldn't budge. The next day, he had the nerve to email and call me - asking if there were any questions that I had about the vehicle. He seemed to have forgotten all about us walking out of the dealership the day before because he would not honor the price they quoted.We even called the general manager, but he was not very interested in assisting us.After stopping at another Honda dealership, we learned that was a common problem at Ed Napleton Honda...they either won't honor the price they quoted or they "no longer have the vehicle" when you show up. I would not go back to this dealership if they were the only Honda dealership in the midwest.

I bought a non-Honda used car off their lot. Low miles, no issues listed. They made the process about as quick as you can do it. Very friendly. A bit hard sell on the aftermarket stuff in the business office, but not ridiculous. Nervous, I took it to the official dealer for the car and paid for a complete inspection. They said the car is excellent, literally no issues found. Napleton had even changed the oil and filter, and topped everything up. Needless to say, I am very grateful and happy.

Found the vehicle on cargurus.com, received an email and phone call response from Deedee the next morning. She confirmed the vehicle's availabilty and sent me email links to the credit application.We drove an hour to the dealer and were pleased to find the vehicle matching the description. We test drove the vehicle with Dave and knew we had found "the one" with an excellent price after a summer long search that included visits to 9 dealerships and test driving of 7 cars.We sat down to talk numbers and were discouraged when the long list of taxes and fees were added on. The financing options offered were not acceptable and we left empty handed. Before we left, Mario promised to work on the financing the next day and to contact us if there were any developments.We were thrilled to get the call the next day indicating that they could get the monthly price down to our comfort zone. They went to bat for us with the banks and the end result was a deal!We came back the next day to sign the papers. They had all the forms prepared and the car detailed. We got there at 7pm and were out the door at 8:30. An hour and a half is pretty good!The dealership itself was pretty standard. Nothing fantastic. Coffee in a styrofoam cup kind of place but I'd rather an awesome deal and nice people than fancy lattes and snacks.Kudos to Deedee for her followup, Dave for his help during the process and Mario and Russ for their help with the financing.

My dad was upgraded his Honda Pilot and we drove down to Ed Napleton's Honda dealership in Oak Lawn as we found a 2011 EX-L in stock. Upon the visit, the vehicle was not detailed and recently purchased from an auction with many obtrusive items such as a cracked side mirror, small dents, damaged section of luggage rack, front bumper protrusion, door frame rubber gasket torn, etc and we specifically identified all the items to have the work completed prior to purchasing. We took pictures and detailed the notable defects in our purchase agreement. Not all items were completed due to an error in submission and we waited a total of 11 days before getting the car fully restored to an ideal condition to comfortable drive off the lot and consider it your own abode on the road. Dee Dee was very responsive and courteous via email and although her counterpart was difficult to get a hold of, I have provided a rating of 5 due to the overall management team's commitment to address and resolve all outstanding issues, even if it came at an expense to the dealership, and satisfied us to an extent where I would recommend this dealership and forge a referral for friends and family to visit this team. They are very busy with the traffic flow but Steve and Lisa worked diligently to appease any of our concerns and made it right when it mattered. We tested our patience with this new car purchase and it paid off in the end and the car is certified, under manufacturer's warranty, and looks great and was purchased at an affordable price point. We will be back. Thanks for listening, understanding, and correcting the problems and winning our references.

I went into the dealer just expecting to test drive the car. I didn't think I would actually buy it. AND I was super payment conscious, needed it to be no more than 360$ a month.. My payment ended up being quite a bit higher, but I can't be happier with my VW Jetta TDI. They got me an extended warranty while still keeping my payment at a lower price. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount they gave me for my trade in (dead brand, saturn). And I was pleasantly surprised with their honesty. Thanks guys for the great service!

Vito DeMario was a true gentleman. He never pressured us, offered many different options (even another brand that was a used option) to satisfy our curiosity about what we were searching for. He truly had our best intentions in mind when shopping for a car. I would recommend Vito to anyone looking for a car. My only regret about the experience: like all dealers I have visited selling used cars, we were disappointed that the used car selection seemed to all check out on CarFax, but we always found something wrong with almost every used Pilot we test drove. Not Vito's fault, but just something to be noted.

I was from out of town and dealing with a critical family medical situation. My car was making a noise that made me concerned about continuing to drive any distance, but was very limited on time. If it needed an immediate repair, I wanted to make sure it was done with Honda parts. While picking up some medical equipment, I drove by the Napleton Honda store and decided to go in to ask for help in diagnosing the problem without an appointment. The porter was responsive and Chuck the Service Advisor was very understanding. They took my car figured out the problem and explained it fully. I was in and out quickly and happily found my car washed and waiting in a very short period of time. Kudos to the team there. It took a worry off my shoulders. If I lived closer I would buy my next Honda there and have it serviced there regularly too.

I've never had any negative experiences while having my Accord or my CRV serviced. Of course they are like all dealerships (they get you on labor) but for me it's about peace of mind.Only downer for me is that even with an appointment your wait can be a bit long.

Great experience at the Napleton Honda Oak Lawn. Ed Mansour was very helpful as well as everyone else at the dealer when it came time to buy and explaining the car and all its features. Ed Mansour was very knowledgeable on the Honda product and gave us several options to choose from. No pressure to buy and he really took his time with us. I recommend this dealership and the saleman.

I had visited another Honda dealership and did not get the price I was looking for and I felt they weren't really interested in helping me step into a new car. I made an appointment with Ed Napleton's dealership, I was greeted at the front show room door and the entire deal only took a short time to get it together. f a place deserves a bad review, people should know the same goes for places that go out of their way for their customers. For a few weeks I've been looking for the perfect Honda because they're so reliable and great on gas. Ed Napleton Honda had the best deal so I went in just to look and left exceptionally pleased. First when I called them, the first thing that led me in their direction was not being on hold like everywhere else. Right away Wally Samhan the sales associate told me everything I needed to know about a 2013 Honda Accord Ex-L that I've had my eye on and answered all my questions without hesitation. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was very confident. I was very impressed, this guy deserves a 10/10 for being so patient with my never-ending questions. He promised me I wouldn't be disappointed, so we made an appointment that day. I'm so glad they were able to see me that day, I love taking care of business right away. I went in and Wally showed me the car and it was even prettier in person and I knew I had to have it. Right when i got in, it was the perfect vehicle; not too small, not too big and the test drive went great. It was so smooth and I just knew this was the car. I tried playing it off cool, but my expression said it all and these guys literally made it happen. I was dreading the finance department because I knew a car this perfect wouldn't be so perfect for my wallet. But Nick Samhan the Finance Director was so willing to make these payments within my budget. I was astounded to find out that I would be paying almost the exact same payments I was making for my piece of junk that I had before. I don't know what they did but they made it work and I'm so glad they did, because they made me a happy customer that's why they deserve a great review. Another thing I loved was that it took like not even an hour to go in get everything done and leave with my new car, I still had the whole day ahead of me! I had my kids with me that day and Wally and Nick were great with them, it's nice to see grown men play around with little kids. It showed a genuine side to them. They even let them have these cute toys they were playing with, how sweet. When I was signing papers, Steve Ignowski the General Manager (who also was great with my hyper kids) came over to the finance department and I had a great and sincere conversation with them and he assured me that I was in great hands and whenever I need anything done pertaining my new vehicle i can call him personally. Seriously, who does that? Customer service at its finest. I made the best decision to go to Ed Napleton Honda, thanks again guys, hope you continue to spread happiness and ease through car buying.

BUYING FROM HERE BEWARE!!!!Misleading internet sales department. They give you suitable figures to come in and change the price drastically when at the dealership. Their internet team have a different definition of out of the door. Their Managers don't have a clue and are like deer in the headlight about their staff whereabouts and offers given to customers. THE MANAGER IS RUDE!!! I was very disppointed. I took my complete family to pick literally two cars for the price i was told by internet sales dept. However came back empty handed.

Our latest experience with Napleton Honda easily explains why we keep going back there for our auto needs. Steve Ignowski was amazingly helpful as far as working out the details of what we wanted and how it fit in our budget. You could not possibly have a better person in his position. We had the same positive experience with Frank Alramli, our salesman, and Nick Samham, the finance director. Everyone was very helpful and curteous and most importantly did NOT make us feel like they were a bunch of guys just trying to make a sale. We were also happy with the individual who showed us alot of the technical details of the car once the purchase was complete. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he also was very helpful. I can not imagine us ever buying another car from any where else.

I recently had interest in buying a Honda Accord. I stopped by Ed Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn, Illinois and was met by a salesperson by the name of Joe Pontarelli. He was very professional in his salesmanship with no pressure or gimmicks. I bought the Honda and I am 100% pleased not only with Joe but with the Ed Napleton Dealership as a whole. After 35yr of buying GM cars, I admit that changing to a Honda was a Big Step for me. My friend purchase a vehicle from Napleton Honda and suggested that I contact his Salesman Joe Ponterlli. What a Great experience I had. We spoke on the phone for 20 minutes and he asked if I ever drove the CRV, he invited me to the Dealership for a Test Drive . We set up a time to meet, and when I arrived a 3:00pm, Joe had the car waiting for me to Test Drive . We drove for about 30 minutes, he answered so many question and he also pointed out alot about the CRV I didn't know. I love the Blue Tooth,Hand Free set up its fabulous, I enjoy the fact that my IPod can be plugged in and ready to go. The sound system is great in the CRV. I have older parents, and I drive them everywhere , so the rear doors swing out to a 90 degree,making it easy for them to get in and out of the back seat. The Backup camera was a big Hit ...I love it for pulling in and out of my Garage. I told him that I will think it over. He did take my information down like what kind of payment I was looking for , color preference, Interior color, and asked if he could call me with some figures, in a day or so. I thought,"How nice of him to ask". Well, I surley didn't feel pressured to buy. After I thought about it, I decided to buy my CRV from Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn, and I'm Happy I did. The Website is awesome, and they have a Huge Inventory to select from. What a Nice Dealership to deal with !

Totally outstanding experience. Needed to replace current lease, I was assisted by Gerald my sales person and Russ the Sales manager. I was shown 2 new Accords with complete demonstrations to compare. Chose a new Accord just delivered to dealership, Service Department quickly prepped the car while I was in the finance office and had the car waiting for me. The young man who went over all of the new features did a complete review of the vehicle and synced my phone also. I would highly recommend Napleton Honda to family and friends without hesitation. The entire staff are true professionals and the buying experience was a pleasant one.

Five years ago I bought a Honda from another dealer because my experience at Napleton was simply awful. I have had my car serviced a lot at this dealer & my Element has 300,000 miles and is still running strong! I give a lot of credit to my success with the Element to Terry Niksic a Service Advisor who has consistently treated me with respect & is just a genuinely nice guy. So this time I did a lot of legwork on the computer & started the buying process with Terry. In very short order I met Russ the General Sales manager and Gerald Griffin the Sales Consultant. Within one hour of arrival I had a signed contract. It was as painless as buying a car could be.

I first contacted the dealership thru the internet and was quickly responded to by Joseph Valesh. He very helpful and sincere with the buying experience. we set up an appointment and he introduced himself and a sales person named Neal Durkin. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in and we able to complete the transaction of the purchase of my new 2013 honda pilot that day.I feel I got a great deal on the pilot and a fair price for my 2008 cr-v that I tradedin. A few days later I realized I had left an important part of my life in the headliner of my trade.(mass card for my mothers funeral). I contacted the dealer and spoke to mario in the used car dept. within ten minutes of receiving my call he recontacted me with the great news that a porter by the name of Garret had found the my mother's mass card and he would send it in the mail.Thank You for making my day! I spoke to the sales associate about a car that was posted on this web site. I asked if they would work with me on the price. I live over two hours away, so I told her that I wanted to speak with the sales manager and confirm that the price could be negotiated by at least several hunderd dollars before I made the trip. She told me the sales manager was in a meeting but that she spoke to him and that if I came to the dealership today that he would "work" with me on the price. So i arrive at the dealership and I ask the sales manager, Mario what the bottom price was on the car. He acted insulted and he proceeded to lecture me about how his car was the lowest price on the internet and in an insulting manner told me to name how many dealers on the internet have this same car at a better price. Then he showed me the paperwork and they added in a $700 dealer fee, that was added into the total listed price of the car. So after driving two hours not only did they not "work" with me on the price, but they actually raised the price by $700. The icing on the cake for me, was the incrediblly rude and insulting sales manager named Mario. I was very polite to him and if he didn't want to sell the car for the listed price, he should have been polite and said "I'm sorry-- we cannot sale the car for the listed price". But instead he was rude and insulting. I believe this is dishonest and this sales manager will say anything on the phone to get you to the car lot. Then once you arrive-- be careful. I will never buy a car from these people. They treated me in a disrespecful and dishonest manner.

I was searching high and low for a used 2011 Hyundai Elantra. I found one well-priced, clean and with great mileage at Ed Napleton Honda. I dealt with Deedee in Internet Sales. She was open and honest about all the fees and everything. I had several dealers try to screw me over, overcharge me and tack on additional unnecessary fees. I got in the dealership and immediately got to test drive and check out the car. Vito was my salesman. He's literally the best car salesman I've ever encountered in my life! I was very hesitant about going in to a dealership because I've had bad experiences in the past with pushy salespeople. Vito was excellent!After the test drive and I decided to go ahead with the purchase, I worked with Jean in Finance. He's definitely a great guy. Open and very willing to explain anything you may have questions on.Overall, I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to stop in at Ed Napleton Honda and check them out. Open, honest and all around great people!

We were looking for a used pilot or maybe new. Ended up purchasing a new 2012 pilot/ The only problem was it did have a broken seat, which they said they would fix/replace.\ And we wanted to add some features that were not on the car. So we have to make another trip to get the car , which is a 4-5 hour drive. The worst problem we had was having to wait to pay for our car, it seemed like hours, after we decided which car we wanted. Probably around 3 hours to check out of that place and we had that long drive back home (which they knew about) And after we got in to see the person, all he did was talk about a extra warranty he wanted us to purchase, and then we paid the $2,000 for the extras, and we were done, (We are doing the real purchasing of the car when we get in on Sat. Nov. 10. ) So I hope when we get up there on Sat. that we can buy our car and be out of there in 1 hour or less, so we can make the trip back home.Our saleman Joe was very helpful and nice! He showed us everything we wanted to see and drive, and told us everything about the car! I would recommend him to everyone!I still think the price could be better. They don't tell you about all the extra things you have to pay for on the sticker price!

We agreed to price after negotiations.I had two kids with me and we were there for about 3 hours.Tired of waiting I couldn't wait to be done with financing.Signed paper work and left home.It was evening so we went sleep.Next day I looked again at the paperwork and noticed that I was charged $509 over that what we agreed to.My fault was that I have trusted the F&I guy and wasn't paying attention to what he does. Now I know that I wan't purchase any more cars from that dealership and also working in sales I will make sure that everyone of my customers or friends wan't buy it .Would not recommend this dealership .

I would rate this place no stars if I could. My experience there was nice up until after the test drive. They'll play the friendly card but don't buy into it. We sat down, and I explain to them that I didn't want to waste their time. If they didn't not like my offer tell me and Il leave. I'm going to buy a car, but I'm not desperate. I only wanted to deal car price as a whole, and not that month payment. They kept pressuring me into the monthly payment talk. I told them about 5 times that I did not want to talk monthly payment. They continue to talk monthly payment and totally ignore my request. So, while sitting at the desk, I was playing around with numbers on my phone, and gave my monthly payment offer knowing what the total price of the car would be. The sales manager told he'll see if he can make it work. After running both my wife and I credit the sales man came back with some papers for use to sign making it sound like they were able to make the deal happen. They look happy. I asked the salesman for the numbers, interest rate, and if the deal was what we talked about. He told me he did not have the information and we would need to wait to talk to the finance department. I thought this was weird, because I have purchase two cars from different dealers before and they gave me all that information before walking into the Finance Department to sign the contracted. I continue to ask, and the salesman said he did not know because he is only the salesman. I would need to wait. Everything just seemed really fishy, and they were really secretive about everything. I sales manager even came up, and told us that he saw our scores and he is positive he got it to work. At this point they said all we had to do was finalize everything, and we're off with our new car. They were getting the car ready, and washed for us. They told us we were next in line, and it shouldn't be long. We ended waiting almost 3 hours. While waiting around with my wife, I took out a piece of paper and continue to play around with numbers. I wanted to make sure I was getting the right deal, and if they secretively raise the price on me I wanted to be prepared. My wife and I almost left a few times. We were hungry, tire, and sick of waiting. After the long wait they finally called us in. The Finance guy started talking and laying out papers for us to sign like the deal was done. He tells us all we need to do is sign and we're done. I explain to him that we weren't told anything about numbers, so before we start doing anything I want to hear all they numbers. He quickly said a few numbers in a way that we couldn't really understand. I stopped him and asked him to say it again. The monthly rate was 29 dollars more than we agreed on. I said no deals. That is not the price that we agreed on. He looked at me and made a few smart comments like "your make a big deal over 29 dollars" "that not even a lot of money" I looked at him and said yes to me that is a lot of money. That is 2000 dollars more than we agreed on. He looked at me like I was dumb and said to do you go from 29 to 2000. I said if you take 29 x my loan term that is somewhere around 2000. After there was silence, and I hear him whisper to himself 29 dollars. At this point I'm Furious. He looked at me and said fine if you pay the sales tax and fee wel take it down 29 dollars. Seriously??!!?? I looked at him and said No. I done and the deal is off. He told me to wait because he needed to talk to the sales manager. While walking out he made a comment "that's 1 dollar a daySo, I reply back to him are you going to give that to me. I sat around and wasted half my day and these smart comments did not help. But I kept my cool the whole time. My wife and I talked for a few minutes and decided to get up and leave. The car was not worth it. My experience from beginning to end was GREAT! Tessa responded right away to my web request & answered all my questions. I set up an appointment ti test drive the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealer I was immediately greeted by Kevin who took me right in to speak with Russ to answer all of my finance questions. The application process was done in a flash. Russ came back with an approval & I went in to complete my process with Nick. Nick made sure I got affordable warranty coverage. Needless to say I was very satisfied with the overall friendliness of the staff at Ed Napleton Honda. They made what usually is a painfully process an easy one. Vito was amazing! He answered all of my questions and provided information about things I didn't even think to ask. He asked me what I was looking for and brought me a selection that fit what I had described. Everyone else was very nice, greeting me as I walked throughout the showroom. With such a big decision to be made, it was a relief to feel well informed rather than pressured. The staff was friendly and courteous, considering I had 4 little girls in tow. They were given crayons and paper to color while I reviewed the documents and signed.Wail was courteous and gave me as much information as I needed to make my decision.I think he went the extra mile in terms of customer service and his knowledge of the cars at teh dealership.The best part was driving my car home for me because I was driving a Zipcar that I needed to return in half hour. Instead of havign me return the next day to pick it up!

I used an unorthodox method of obtaining quotes from several dealers and only purchasing the vehicle from the best quote from dealers that followed the rules. Everyone I dealt with was happy to work with me on this. Neal was also very pleasant to work with, specifically.

Mo was very easy to work with and was not pressuring me at all. If he had I probably would not have stuck around very long. Working with Steve and Mo on the price, trade, etc etc was pretty easy. I eventually got the price I wanted for the new car and my trade to where I was comfortable with the monthly payment. This is my second purchase from Ed Napleton Honda, and probably will not be my last.

David was very nice and polite. he answered all my questions (which i had a lot) and was very helpful. i would recommend my friends to go to David for Sales.Fianace department on the other hand, i feel i've been jerked around and i don't like it. i'm very upset that they did not do what they told me they were going to do. i was told i would get a call about my payments and financing and i had to call in 3 times in one day to find out what was going on and then was finally told that 'the deal' was made 3 hrs prior. i was supposed to get a phone call when that happened and received nothing. like i said before, David was great, but i'm not happy about how this deal is going and i have a bad feeling about it.The 'overall experience' answer i now changed had NOTHING to do with sales.

Samer Girgis was the best sales associate that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He introduced himself once before as I was in for a recall on my Honda Odyssey. I told him that I did not like the type of salesmen that follow you around. The next time I came in Samer remembered me and told me to take my time and look around. I believe the friendliness could of been a bit better if the person that tried selling me accessories for my new purchase was less aggressive. Even though I had made my decision on not purchasing their upsales, he kept insisting that I should. Even though I had 2 weeks to think about it. Felt like I was being threatened that if I didn't buy anything on the spot, I wasn't going to be able to come within a week if I had changed my mind.If this hadn't been the case, I would of rated friendliness and overall experience as great. The price, of course like many buyers, they want a reasonable price for what they want to buy. I think the price I paid for the vehicle I purchased was good.

From the moment I entered the lot, Mr. Dalipi not only guided me into a parking space but he was patient, very patient, and helped me find the perfect Honda that I absolutely love and was within my budget. Steve Ignowski was very honest and fair when finalizing the deal, two qualities that are hard to come by now-a-days!! Tony was very professional and helpful. He was not at all pushy and seemed genuinely interested in us getting the right car for our needs, not the most expensive. This is our 3rd Honda Odyssey in 12 years and we have been very happy with them and the service given to us by Honda dealers all over the country.

I bought a car from this dealer and they were nice enough till they got my money. After that, customer service became a zero. They did not help me get my GAP refund back after I paid off the car and they gave me the run around, from the manager, Steve Ignowski who did not take my calls and I had to go in. Three months later, they still haven't filed the paperwork! Each person keeps saying it's not their job. I am truly disappointed in this dealer and wish I had taken my business elsewhere.

Overall my experience was okay, but not perfect. I originally saw the car I wanted online. When we went into look at the car we noticed a dent so I was iffy on buying the car. I asked the internet sales person if the dent could be fixed before I purchased the car. She informed me that I would need to come in and talk to the used car manager and if I bought the car they would fix the dent. I was not happy about that, by I agreed and was given a "WE OWE" slip saying they would fix the dent. After hashing out all the details of the contract we noticed a destination fee of $700. We were told this fee was a maintenance fee for cleaning and gassing up the car. I learned later that was a lie and that fee is only applicable on new cars. So I was not happy about that either. I called a couple weeks later to make an appointment for fixing the dent and was told to bring it in and that it would be fixed in a day. I brought the car in and received a text message from my salesperson who told me that my car would not be ready till Saturday. Three days without a car and three days to fix a tiny dent. I had to pay for a rental because the manager said they only provide courtesy cars for people who buy New cars. Finally got my car back but my last impression was not a good one.

We ran into a few speed bumps during the dealing when we realized almost at the end that the car was not 4 wheel drive. Neal and Russ were extremely quick to react and help and accommodate us. They found a similar car and helped us arrange to look at that one and make it easy to decide to purchase it without any hassle. They even arranged for us to have a car for two days while we waited for the other car to get back to the dealership. Then they were very helpful with figuring out the best financial plans for me along with being very explanatory when i had questions(and i had a lot). We were there extremely late on a Monday filling out the paperwork and Nick was still energetic and kind and worked well with us...and he still had about 3 more people to work with after us. He did not make us feel rushed or anything. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car!!

Everyone at this dealership struck me as being very friendly, professional and curtious. I went into this purchase knowing what I wanted and what I did not want. We live only a few blocks away from this dealership. Their service department is SO bad that we bought our Honda Pilot and get it serviced 45 minutes away! For example, our 2009 Pilot, still under warranty, suddenly had a dead battery on 12/30/11. We charged it, it was fine, it was dead again. This happened three times in two days. We took it to Napleton on 12/31/11. We explained that the battery was dead and that it seemed something was draining it even while it was turned off. We explained it was relatively new and that we had re-charged it three times. Their "technician" did nothing to diagnose the problem. He said the battery is dead, so you need a new one. We paid for a new one. The NEXT DAY, the new battery was again dead. We brought it back to Napleton on 1/2/12, where they again correctly diagnosed that the battery was dead. No kidding, we know it is dead. But why is it dead? They had the nerve to say the NEW battery was probably a lemon. My husband insisted that a technician check to see if amperage was being drawn on the car while it was off. They didn't have a technician there, so it stayed overnight. The next day, a technician found that the air compressor relay was bad, staying on and draining the battery.They refused to refund the cost of the new battery, which we did not need to begin with. To add insult to injury, they had recharged the freon in our AC (which was also an incorrect diagnosis) on our first visit. Because the compressor stayed on, it drained out the new freon, so they charged us to re-fill that as well.This dealership has a terrible service department. We thought their new building would mean an improvement. It didn't. Not only will we boycott their dealership, it's likely we'll go with a Toyota for our next car.

Be aware of the $700 "Destination" charge. They add this to all used vehicles apparently, so I have been told by them during my purchase. So if the price of vehicle was listed at $18,000 add $700 to that before you start negotiating. Sleazy way of increasing the price to the vehicle and a very clever bait and switch scam. They add that charge on and you pay tax on the $18,700 not $18,000. I guess buyer be ware!

Earlier in the day, I had visited a competitor. I was unhappy with my experience - they did not seem trustworthy. Although I live 30 minutes from Oak Lawn, I made the trip - and was very happy I did. Ed Mansour could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, or patient (while I took forever to decide on a color!). Even though it was past closing time, no one made me feel rushed or as though I was keeping them. I had a very positive experience at Ed Napleton and would not hesitate to recommend you to a friend.

We don't buy new cars often and when we do, we research our purchase thoroughly. We had pretty much made up our mind that we were going to purchase a new Sienna when we decided that we should give the Odyssey a look. Vito DeMario was the salesperson we worked with at Napleton. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and kept pointing out the different features of the car that eventually steered us toward buying the Odyssey. Vito was also very patient with us, and not pushy at all, while we were weighing all of our options. Vito was assisted by Russ, the new cars sales manager, who helped put together the package we wanted. He was very open and more than fair about the price and the options we requested. These two gentlemen, in particular, are the people who are responsible for changing our mind to go ahead and purchase the Odyssey. It has only been a week, but we are thrilled with our car and we can see that it is very thoughtfully planned out to the smallest details. The controls are easy to locate and the personal settings are easy to set up. Because we have four children whom we are always driving to and from school and activities, it is very important to us to have a reliable and safe vehicle, and we are very happy with our purchase.We have already recommended Vito and Russ to friends of ours who are looking into purchasing a Pilot.

We found it very easy to deal with the staff, as a whole, at Napleton Honda. The employees we dealt with were personable, knowledgeable, willing to answer the same question numerous times, not pushy or obnoxious, and most important, flexible on dealing. I think everybody won, or at least your guys were so good that you achieved the great intangible goal of making us feel like we won, even though Napleton certainly did OK for itself that day.Some very good sales lines, I might add, that were not too trite or salesman-ish, plus I thought that making a fresh batch of popcorn as we did the final haggling on the deal was a nice subliminal touch.Also, it was nice to be able to get a can of pop for less than .75One suggestion: I know Napleton has space problems, but it would be nice if there was a wall or screen in the men's room that would prevent the captive audience in the service area from seeing men do their standup business. It would be a nice courtesy for all involved.

Joe very helpful and personable, Tess was on top of getting information to me quickly and accurately. Audrey was helpful getting an appointment to see the car immediately. Joe was able to demonstrate some features of the Fit that other dealerships failed to tell us about. Very knowledgeable and it showed. pricing was about 700.00 higher that I would have liked.

Garvey's approach was great. His approach was simply to show us how great the car was, rather than a sales only mentality. He basically told us why the Honda was great, and let us decide if we wanted to buy the car. With the exception of an individual by the name, Mohamad, no one was pushy. Everyone was very clear, and intereted in what we wanted and didn't want. Mohammad uproached is in an award fashion. He introduced himself, but only wanted to know what we were willing to pay. Not a very good intro.

I also wanted to test drive the 2 vehicles again. I got a good price and am very happy with the CRV. I also enjoyed working with Joe and Steve. I bought a 2011 Honda Fit and a 2006 Honda Accord for my daughter from this dealership. I tell you these people are top of the line! What excellent experiences. Joe Valesh was an excellent salesman. Big Kurt took care of me in more ways than one. Kurt took care of the trade in on the Accord that I bought from Amir. He also investigated a ticket mishap I received on the Accord, and among other things saw that I was reimbursed! I too enjoyed talking with Chris Dazzo during the final paperwork. I have also received great treatment in the service department as well. I cannot say enough good things about The Napleton dealership personnel. I want everyone to know that what other dealerships can't do, these people can get done! There were other excellent people who work there but I dont know or remember their names.I too worked in public service for over 30 years and have retired. Thus, I realize the importance of satisfying clients and leaving customers with a good taste. My wife and I came in yesterday to purchase a vehicle. We already knew what model we wanted and had been frustrated finding it. Napleton had more selection than any other dealership we went to. Mohammed met us and helped us through the process. He was very nice and knowledgeable. This is our third purchase of a vehicle in two years. My wife has never liked a sales rep as long as I have known her. She commented twice to me yesterday how much she liked Mohammed's style. As a sales person myself, I appreciated that too. I liked Nathan from the start. I negotiate deals all the time in my job and I understand the process very well. I liked Nathan's no nonsense approach. He was direct and to the point. The deal we finalized was a win/win for the both of us I think. Even though I will probably not bring my vehicle in for service, I will certainly recommend your dealership. Thank god for Honda, and because of that, Honda Napleton in Oak Lawn. The service is fantastic and there is never a glitch in anything. I always hear people complain about the bad quality of customer service that people deal with at other dealers, but here I come in with my head high because I know that I can look up and know that i'm in the right hands. The employees here are beyond kind, and always on a personal level. They're never rude and always listen to what you have to say, and if there is a problem they WILL take care of it. Once I came in to pick up a part for my car, and I didn't know what it was on the top of my head, and I ended up getting it for free, which was totally unnecessary because there were no problems. Sometimes they're a little over-considerate and kind. They go an extra mile to make you happy, & that's a plus. Unlike other dealerships, I was greeted by a salesman who listened to my criteria, and showed me what I asked for all with a great price. I came in to get my oil/filter changed, and I was seated right away and got to business. Though may I mention that when I shot a email through the website, within 15 minutes have I gotten a phone call. That was by far the most impressive thing i've experienced. I think that all in all, the customer satisfaction is by far the most important thing, and here you'll never be disappointed. The staff at Ed Napleton Honda treated me like a boss. I will be sure to be back to buy my next & 3rd Honda from them. :)

From the moment i say the car i wanted on Ed Napleton's website i wanted more information. Sandi and Dede contacted me right away by phone and email. After a few shared emails and phone calls i saw myself walking through their doors. I was greeted and introduced to Joe. He asked me some questions, ran my credit, we went for a test drive of the car and lo and behold i was signing papers for my first vehicle. Their customer service and kindness were great. I couldn't ask for anything better. Before contacting Ed Napleton i went to another dealership and i was sorta brushed off. They saw a younger person with not that much established credit and they were thinking "oh i'm not getting a sale" well guess what, at Ed Napleton of Oak Lawn they didn't see that. They worked with me and didnt judge me. I would recommend Ed Napleton of oak Lawn to everyone. Don't be discruged by the firs dealership that says no because once you walk into Ed Napleton's doors of Oak Lawn you'll be walking out with your very own car. I recently bought a 2009 Honda Accord from here and am not particularily impressed with them. First off, I was buying a used car with an already advertised price on their website. When we finally got down to doing the negotiating, a destination charge and another $850 for equipment already on the car was added it to the math. A detination charge on a used trade in? An additional charge for equipment already on the car? When asked about it, I was told by Kurt (the used car sales manager) that the destination charge was standard and he "couldn't take the equipment off the car". I should have walked out then, but I was frustrated and spent a lot of time already and proceeded on. We finished up and I took delivery of the car. The NAV DVD was missing but was given a We Owe sheet and told a new one would be ordered and they would call me when it arrived. Three weeks later I called and talked to Ken R, my salesperson. He checked on it and told me that it was ordered but had not come and they would order another. How do you order something and it just not come? I agreed and later that day Ken called back saying they had one and that I could get it whenever. I went in the next day and they DVD was from a 2007 and didn't work in my 2009. So now they wanna order another one but can't actually order it for a few days. Wtf? Can't order it for a few days? Finally I got pissed and demanded something get done as we had been pissing around for over a half hour and it still hadn't been ordered. I then asked if they could take one out of a car on the lot and was told that newer ones wouldn't be compatible. Again wft? Apparently they are full of shit or ignorant. I then asked how I upgrade my maps if newer versions don't work, but no good answer. FINALLY, Kurt got one from a new 2011 and guess what? It worked. Who would have thought. I would think that after fucking things up so bad the first time that getting one from another car would have been a thought that came to mind without me bringing it up. They seem more concerned with the sale then with the service. On top of that, the bluetooth was locked by the previous owner and I could not access it. No one had a clue how to resolve it or understand the exact issue. I told them that I researched it online and they needed to hook a compluter up to it and reset it that way. They didn't listen and had a salesperson try it the same way I explained it did NOT work the first 15 times I explained it. They did have ONE guy who apparently knew how to do it, but he wasn't in that day. Figures. I haven't have it resovled yet, but will have to go back as he needs to, guess what, hook up a computer to it. The car is ok, but the the general lack of knowledge and common sense at this place is extraordinary.

I started my research online and found the brand civic I wanted. I requested availability online and that is when I recieved a quick response from the Internet Manager Sandi. She was friendly and I made an appointment to come test drive the Civic. I was treated with respect immediately. Of all the dealers I went to Napleton were the only dealer that opened the hood and showed me the engine.( Thanks Frank) I had no idea what I was looking at but it was nice to know where I could fill my washer fluid:)since this is all I am really going to be doing under the hood. ( It is a honda after all ) Steve the Store manager made sure I was satisfied with the process and made my first oil change appointment for me before I even left. God knows I need the reminder. lol All in all I am so thankful I came to Napleton Honda. Thanks for all you do - Sandi - Steve and Frank - ps - if your're a woman this is the store you want to go to

My experience with this dealership and it's sales team exceeded my expectations. It was an difficult time in my life and I needed to get a new car. My old car had too many memories and made it hard for me to trade it. The sales & finance team was very accomadating and we worked out a great price on my new Odyssey. Tony was very patient with me on every aspect of the sales process. I never felt pressured into making a quick decision on anything. We did look st other dealers of different makes and I was very upset at Toyota especially. Tony had no problem giving me a quote on my trade-in so I knew how much it was worth before I even started a deal on my new Odyssey. The other dealer would not even look at my trade-in. In this day and age money is a concern and Tony understood completely and made the deal happen. Then Tony introduced me to his sales manager Kurt who reinforced what Tony had already made a sincere commitment to do. By the time I got into the actual finance it was as easy as sign here, here & here. I was on the road in NO TIME & am Very satisfied with this dealership! Thanks to Tony, John & Kurt I will send all my friends and family to this dealership for any new or used car purchase!!!!

I was introduced to an inexperienced sales associate by the name of Dan Grant. I corresponded with Mr. Grant over a span of two weeks and received a quote from this dealership regarding at Honda Accord LX. I informed Mr. Grant of the amount of my down payment and that I will be trading in a vehicle. I also informed Mr. Grant of what monthly payment I could afford. I was quoted an internet price for a 2011 Honda Accord LX for $19,438 (before tax) at 1.9% financing. I informed Mr. Grant that I would like to the LX-P brand and I was informed that there would be an $1,800 dollar difference in price. I further informed Mr. Grant that if I could not afford the LX-P with the monthly payment I requested then I would not be interested in the deal. I was assured that a deal was complete and that I would be driving away in my dream car. On the evening of October 15, 2010, I arrived at the dealership and was blind sided by the events that were to come. I was told by Mr. Mario Rapacz that the internet price that I was quoted was incorrect. Furthermore, Mr. Rapacz took over my conversation with Mr. Grant due to his inexperience. For over two hours I discussed with Mr. Grant and Mr.Rapacz about my wishes and even expressed that I wanted to leave. By this time I knew that I was not going to purchase my dream car. I was pressured into purchasing a pre-owned certified 2010, Honda Accord LX-P with 4,000 miles on it. I was told by Mr. Rapacz that the vehicle passed a 180 point inspection and was certified by Honda. I placed $5,000 dollars of my own money down and the value of my trade-in. I purchased the car with an extended warranty of $1,100 and was never offered a Honda extended warranty. The car was also handed over to me with the gas gauge on empty and after purchasing this vehicle my first stop was at a local gas station. I was promised gas the next day by Mr. Grant but was later told that only new cars get gas. I also did not receive two keys when I was told I would be receiving them the same day of my purchase. During the Afternoon of October 16, 2010, after visiting my aunt in a nursing home, I discovered a prominent dent that appeared to be rusting on the rear right door. The dent was not noticeable during the time of purchase and if I had seen this dent or was informed of the dent I would clearly have not purchased the vehicle. When I discovered this dent I was extremely upset and felt that I was taken advantage of by this dealership. It felt like a fell into the stereotype of how car salesmen treat women buyers. For two days I agonized and cried over this purchase wondering how one of the top car manufactures in the world has a dealership that would resort to having dealers misrepresent their product. On October 18, 2010, I made a trip to the Ed Napleton dealership and showed the dent to Chris Dazzo the used car salesman. Mr. Dazzo offered to fix the dent however, I did not want the vehicle anymore because of the fact that a dent was there and the damage was never reported. I would also think that a vehicle with a very noticeable dent would not pass Honda 180 point inspection. I was so displeased and dissatisfied with my car buying experience at this dealership, I asked Mr. Dazzo if he could void the deal and that I can have my down payment back in exchange for the car. I was told by Mr. Dazzo that I was locked into the purchase and that he could not void the deal. So instead I had to purchase a 2011 Civic and trade in the Honda Accord. The dealership did not add my $5,000 dollar down payment or my trade-in value to this new deal, which I believe was unfair and unethical given this situation. I lossed over $5,000 and am in the process of filing a complaint to the BBB and Attorney General Lisa Madigan!!

I was looking to purchase a new 2010 Honda CR-V 4WD so I called 4 different Honda dealers and right from the start Ed Napleton Honda gave me the lowest price (and this included add'l items to the vehicle being included in the price like wheel locks, mud guards and trunk tray). After reading some of the reviews for this dealership I was a little skeptical about giving them my business. I told the manager over the phone I wanted this car and did not want any surprises when I walked in the dealership. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and from the moment we walked into the door the experience was exactly what I had expected. They didn't have the color car I wanted so they got it from a different location and drove it to the dealership that day and within a few hours I was on my way home with my new car! Frank our salesman was a joy to work with, he was patient with me and answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. He called me the next day to see how I was enjoying my new Honda CR-V. The finance department explained all of our options for extended warranties and other extras and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't feel I needed. Everyone I had come in contact with was professional and made me feel how a customer should feel--like they are a priority! I am a picky person and all of my expectations were met; this is why I would recommened Ed Napleton Honda to my friends and family. They earned my business!!

I was going to trade in a vehicle under the CARS government program for $4,500 + about $100 scrap value to lease a new Civic. I asked if they would honor the lease currently offered by Honda for a Civic DX-VP. The Downpayment on the lease was like 1800 or 1900, which leaves $2,700 from the $4,500. Suppose taxes were (10%) $1,700, that leaves $1,000, which is more than title and fees. So I am expecting my monthly payment to be even less because I am paying more upfront. The salesman said he had to to go to the finance department and run my credit to give exact figures, so he came back from the finance guy with a figure that's like $60-70 more a month. So, I asked the finance guy to show me the math and he was going fast and talking fast, I could tell he was trying to confuse me and not let me follow. The finance guy tried to fudge the numbers, they wanted to give me an LX model, and charge me the whole difference, even though this is only a lease so Why would I pay the whole difference like a buyer instead of just a little bit more to lease a slightly more expensive car? He literally said this car is 1100 more, so divided by 36 that adds $30 a month more; and he didn't subtract the $500 suggested dealer contribution to reduce the net capitalized cost. And somehow he was trying to tell me the $4,500 downpayment would not cover the 1800 down-payment and taxes and fees. I left. They offered it to me when I was leaving for less, but I was already uncomfortable and I don't like to be rushed and not have time to think. For example, only when I thinking about it later did it occur to me "why is he trying to add 1100 to LEASE a car that is 1100 more? If I am paying $7000 to lease a 17000 car for three years, shouldn't 1100 more only add about 500 to the lease?"

My husband brought in our Accord for service, with the intent of leaving it there and having me drive him home in my Civic. Whilst I was there, one of their servicemen BACKED INTO my Civic with my own Accord! The Accord was undamaged, but I had to leave the Civic there so they could repair the damages. This was on a Monday, it won't be ready until Friday. When I said that I had urgent business and needed my car back, they said they could have a loaner for me. Only, when I arrived, nobody could be arsed to help me! I and my husband waited over half an hour and spoke to four different people before somebody figured out that the cashier had the information I needed and directed me to her. SHE took care of me in two minutes, which SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED upon my ARRIVAL, not half a bloody hour later! On top of that, they charged me at least $3000 more than my Civic should have cost. Once the tickets in my service book have run out or expired, I am NEVER setting foot in this place AGAIN!!!

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from this dealership. The salespersons are nice but the finance director is wierd and almost insulting. He rushes you into the deal and before you realize it you are conned by a good couple of thousand dollars!. This happened to me and I hate it but its too late after the fact. Bottom line - STAY AWAY !.

My cousin bought a 2009 Honda Civic sedan. Very good service from Michael T Mutz and his brother Jerry. They honor their internet prices. Michael was very patient with us, he showed us 4 models and took the time to explain all the safety features. We didn't buy that day but returned the next day after going to another dealer where it seemed they didn't want our business. When you looking for a Honda go to Ed Napleton make sure you ask for Mike Mutz, a young guy but very, professional and knows his product.

I live near Denver, CO so I was no where near Chicago but after dealing with Bobby Clifford we decided to come out. Bobby had this great idea of using this trip as a vacation but instead of having just pictures from our cross country trip we would have a new 4Runner. Bobby made the whole process so easy and had my best interests throughout the whole deal. We flew in and went straight to the dealership. Bobby had everything ready, just needed a few signatures, and my check and we were on the road. It was so easy, I would have just made the trip for that, the deal Bobby gave us was just icing on the cake. I will tell all my friends about this guy in Chicago who can help them out, Bobby Clifford. The trip is more than worth it!!! Thanks Bobby!!

I was looking to by a CRV and I am getting a great price at Napleton. Bob was extremely helpful. i came to Napleton because I wanted a CRV. I currently have a 4-runner and the payment is too high for the room in the vehicle. The CRV is comfortable and obviously better priced, thanks to Bob.

This was a great buying/leasing experience. The pricing was less than the competitors I went to. The Pilot was in stock and was everything I wanted. The terms at time of sale were the same as when the paperwork was filled out in the finance office. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! The rating of this dealership and the people I worked with far exceeded my expectations.

I drove from Southern IL to get an Accord EXL V6, because they had the best price in IL. I thought that they would try to add a bunch of dealer options like the other dealers try, but they just gave me a great price with out a hassle. I had a great experience and the Sales Manager Waiel Issa was terrific.

Great Expirence in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours the sales manager Bryan Anderson was great, and my saleperson spent all the time I needed to go over the car with me. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. I must admit I was a little concerned when I read all of the reviews, however Brian the Internet manager assured me that the managment has changed and they would not dissapoint me.

better check your paper work a dozen times before you even think of picking up a pen. Finance will let you assume you purchased the car, but soon you realize after the deal is finalized that you really leased the vehicle. awful place to do business..only people who get a deal and who are treated respectfully are friends of the workers there. beware also becuase the only good reviews on here are made by employees of the dealership.

I went to the dealer to purchase a new 2008 Odyssey EX-L. The internet manager, Jackie, told me that the financing for 60 months is 3.9% but with good credit, she can get it lower, closer to the 1.9% that is being offered for 36 months. Upon arrival, I was greeted by 2 employees that were arguing. The 2 were obvoiusly a couple and they were both using very inappropriate language, F---- you, Su-- my... I was shocked but decided to stay so I could purchase the car. After looking at the car, we began talking about the numbers and the financing. I was told that they cannot go any lower than 3.9 for 60 months. Matt, the GM, told me that he, "will not sell me a car anyway", and I tried to leave. When trying to leave, Matt yelled across the showroom that I am, "a liar" and that i was never serious about buying anyway. I suppose this is the main reason Matt still have 8 2008 Odysseys on his lot while every other dealer is IL is either sold out or has 2 or fewer remaining.If only Matt knew what a favor he was doing for me. I purchased a 2008 Odyssey today from another dealer and couldn't be more happy.***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER***

Make sure you double, and triple check all financing paperwork before signing anything at Napleton Honda at Oak Lawn! After a horrific experience of dealing with a condescending & rude "Director of Sales"...I was told to go meet with his son - the "Director of Finance" to fill out paperwork on the car I wanted (not the used car the Dir of Sales was PUSHING on me). I was almost done and about to walk out the door when I asked the Finance Dir. to verbalize the terms of my loan one more time...he (after his shady attempt to answer my question without telling me the number of months) admitted that the loan paperwork was for 3 more months than I had agreed on!! When I demanded to speak with the owner the Dir of Finance got angry and ripped up the paperwork and rewrote it with the terms I had agreed to. At that point I also demanded he take off the extended warranty he just sold me because I realized that the whole deal was crooked and could not trust anything they were saying/selling. When I was leaving this ignominious man barely shook my hand because he was angry he didn't get away with sticking me with 3 extra months of payments & an extended warranty. Nice way to do business.At the risk of sounding like a feminist...I would be remiss if I didn't advise any women (or even less vehicle-savy men) to make sure they bring somebody with them if they must visit this dealership. I felt like I was taken advantage of and again...the Director of Sales was extremely condescending. I don't care if he has been selling cars for 25+ years...after dealing with him, I now feel sorry for all of the vulnerable people he's ripped off in 25+ years. This dealership's only saving grace was the professional, non-pushy, friendly salesman that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Were it not for him, I would've walked out the door 5 minutes after meeting the Director of Sales.

I have a 2005 Chevy Euqinox AWD with 45K miles....with brand new tires First off, the salesman had no idea how to spell simple words. The first offer for my car was $7500. I said no deal. Then, for them to give us a higher price on my car they would have to run our credit to see if we qualified for the lower rate. We have like 740 but they said that you would have to have excellent credit....is 740 not good enough! So they ran our credit and yep we got the lower rate. So then they next offer was $8000... they went up 500 bucks. give me a break! So then Rick came over to talk to us and said "you could take your car up and down the strip and you won't get more than $8000 for it" and he also said that KBB should be put out of business because nobody gets what the trade in value says on there. honda website links you to kbb website to estimate your trade-in value. I asked for my keys and left. Within 5 minutes they called and raised the offer to 10K. I declined the offer and told them we were going else where. The general manager called and asked why they lost our business and I told him why. I haven't heard from anyone since. One other thing.....while we were sitting there waiting on our salesman, another customer walked out and within 15 minutes they were back at the dealership because the dealership gave in and called them back. This is NOT they way to do business and gain customers. AVOID!! AVOID!!! Very RUDE salesmen!!

Wanted to buy a new CR-V for my daughter. After receiving two Internet quotes (one from Napleton), I visited the store, and saw the car I wanted just off the delivery truck. Wanted to buy the car on the spot, and asked that the $129 lower price quote from the other dealer be met. After "speaking with his manager" for 20 minutes, Siddiqi told me, quote, "If you can buy the car for that price, you should." So, I did - at Muller in Highland Park.These people are dopes.

My father, who's English is weak, asked me to call because he's gotten the run-around for 3-weeks now on getting the car he just bought my 16-yr old sister fixed. It needed to have a new spoiler put on and some scratches taken off. First off, 2 weeks after the purchase, the dealership called my sister & scheduled a 10am apptnt to have the spoiler installed. No problem there. However, the serviceman then drove my sister to a shoppoing center where she can wait it out. By 5 o'clock, the car was still not done so my sister asked to be taken back to the dealership. They didn't even start on the car until she got back into the dealership! Why it took them this long & this teenage kid got dumped off at a shopping center is beyond me. Now, they tell her that they can't repair the scratches until the weather improves!!!That's not as bad as the reaction I got from the GENERAL MANAGER when I called to complain about the treatment my dad & sister have gotten! First off, I didn't even raise my voice to the guy; I specifically told him that I called to tell him about a problem & allow him the opportunity to redeem his reputation. After all, every salesperson cares about their reputation. Their livelihood depends on referrals...doesn't it?! Instead, this guys was an absolute a$$! He cut me off, told me I'm being melodramatic and then said that he doesn't "talk to anyone other than the person who bought the car!". This jacka$$ then said "you didn't even introduce yourself" which was the first thing I DID when he answered the phone! If he kept his trap shut & his ears open he would've caught that! The worst thing is that I never got to tell him about the scratches because he cut me off and hung up on me. I can NOT believe that this piece of work is the General Manager at this store! Honda is too good of a car to be tarnished by such awful salesmanship.

This place is SHADY (that is an understatement). I found a car off of the internet. Was low-balled on our trade-in(expected it) and were ready to walk out. A tubby sales manager walks in to apologize because he didn't have anything to do with that number. Supposedly one of his less experienced guys gave the price. Convinced us to stay and work the numbers out. Had an out-the-door price we all agreed on. They asked us to give them a couple of hours so they could clean up what I would consider a "rough" less than one year old vehicle. This part is my fault: I agreed (and I should have known better). After coming back to sign the papers and get a cleaned up car, the price of the vehicle had changed. Apparently they thought we loved the car so much we would agree to this bait and switch old-school shady tactic. They ended up being the last people I wanted to give my money to. Thank you Ed Napleton Honda for being complete douchebags. We bought a cleaner vehicle the next day for less and got more on our trade-in. Word of mouth advertising: it's a bitch.

I called several Honda dealers over the phone to get a price on a 2007 CRV. Most dealer's would not even help me, and others told me they were charging a premium over sticker. I called Napleton Honda in Oak Lawn and talked to Bobby Clifford, who is actually the finance manager, and he gave me a fair price. Once I got there the car was pulled up front and waiting for me. I took it for a test drive and was in heaven. I wound up leaving there in under two hours from start to finish. It was the best car buying experience evere. I will recomend all my friends and family to Ed napleton Honda.

After receiving an online quote from Peggy, we drove an hour away to purchase our car. Peggy had promised us a certain out the door price. We had an appointment with her at 7pm, and she never showed up. Gerald ended up taking care of us. After wasting 2 hours of my time, we finally started talking prices. Gerald came back after speaking to someone important and said there was a "miscommunication". How can someone "miscommunicate" via e-mail??? Peg lied, Gerald lied. Ed Napleton Honda suck...definately don't waste your time!!!!!!

We have purchased three new Hondas from this dealer and regularly had our vehicles serviced there. After declining service experiences and a sneaky trick played at our last sale, we will not be giving them any more business.The service department started out great when we bought our first car from them in 1992, but in more recent years they have, in my opinion, tried to take advantage of my wife's lack of vehicle savvy.Among other things, they tried to convince her that:- no service had been done on the vehicle for about 15,000 miles, when in fact it had been serviced according to Honda's specifications;-she needed new brakes on the vehicle just 10,000 miles after they had done a complete bake job;- her vehicle was dangerously out of alignment, when two other servicing facilities (an independent shop and another Honda dealer's service dept) advised that no alignment was needed.In my experience, Ed Napleton's service prices are significantly higher than competitors' prices, including those of other local Honda dealer service departments. Also, watch out for outrageous shop fees. I have never had a shop fee of more than 10 dollars anywhere but Ed Napleton, where I had one for 25 bucks.When I bought our last car from them, they delivered it to me with door edge guards in place. I hadn't asked for them, but I figured they were being nice to a loyal customer. It wasn't until months later that I realized that the door edge guards had been installed to mask the fact that one of the doors was not properly aligned.As much as I would like to be able to patronize my local dealer and keep my sales tax funds in my home town, I will drive past Ed Napleton to another Honda dealership for future sales and service.

The sales person at the dealer did a good job choosing and convincing me to buy the car. However, once the decision was made the rest of the transaction was very sloppy, intransparent, and inefficient. There was no breakdown of the price, and when I asked why the car cost less than another one with more mileage, the answer was "I don't know". The extras I ordered were lumped into a single figure so I could not see how much each item cost. The purchase price was presented net of title and tax which added another 10%, but this was not included in the price we discussed. The price was simply reworked as a single line item literally on the back of an envelope. I was asked to bring a check 10 days after purchase. When I showed up, they made me wait for over an hour before discussing the transaction with me, while they prepared "paperwork". I have no idea why that was not done before I cam to the dealership. Then, the salesperson asked me "did you bring a cashiers check"? No, because no one asked me to do so. That would not have helped anyway, because the dealer added another 1400 dollars at the last minute using high pressure sales tactics for a 2nd warranty which they did not mention I needed until it was time to sign the check. However, "90% of our customers choose this option" they said. I still have no idea whether or not I threw that money away. Overall, it is a nice car, but a sloppy and unprofessional pricing and paperwork transaction.

We were looking for used CR-Vs this week that we saw on their website and Terrence found us looking on the lot. The car was not there but on an "extended test drive" but he wanted to try and make a deal. We kept explaining we just wanted to know the best price we could get and he stated he couldn't guarantee a price without knowing if we are financing, trading in, etc. Why would we sit down and go through all that when the car wasn't on the lot and we hadn't seen it. Needless to say, we are not stupid people, they are. They lost a sale by being extremely pushing and arrogant. I guess the rating speaks for itself. Stay away from this dealership! Two days later we purchased a great used CR-V from Joliet Honda and had a GREAT experience!

I had a terrible experience. 1st I gave a $500 deposit on a 5 speed honda civic, when I got there 2 days later, the car wasn't there. They said they would "get me one" by Tuesday (this was a Saturday) . We started working on the paperwork which was not what we agreed on, so it was changed. On Tuesday I got a call saying my car would be at my house the next day after 6, at 6:20 I called to see where the car was, and was told it would be there in a few hours. When Mike showed up with my car his wife was with him, plus Taste of Chicago programs fell out of his pocket! Then the paperwork was COMPLETELY WRONG! They already had my trade in, but that was not on the paperwork. Plus the price was $2500 more than what I had already signed onto. I refused to sign anything.<br><br>They really need to get themselves together down there. I wish I had found this site before I bought the car. Warn everyone you know, this dealer doesn't care and doesn't tell the truth. Bait and switch is common, and always check your paperwork. Bring e-mails with you to prove your point if you nee d to.

After my test drive, I made an offer, and was left to cool my heels for 20 minutes while Mike "talked to his sales manager." (Felt like I was Mr. Lundegard's customer in Fargo.) Upon returning, Mike insulted me by saying "If you can get the car at this price, more power to you." He didn't make a counter-offer at all.<br><br>The price I offered was one made to me that day by another dealer; the other dealer had a sale within the hour.<br><br>These are the most unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I requested an Internet quote via Edmunds.com for the 2006 Ridgeline and Ed Napleton was the "premeir" dealer chosen by Edmunds.com. In the quote, the destination charge was conveniently forgotten. If I would have chosen to drive to Ed Napleton, I would have gotten charged an extra $515.00 for my new Ridgeline (which I picked up last night from a BETTER dealer that was up front with pricing). I would not recommend this dealer at all because they conveniently LIED to me.

Price quoted over phone, and by fax is changed on you in Finance Manager's office after having you wait up to two hours. Beware that Delivery is not part of the sale price no matter what they quote. Beware that they will not provide you a signed sales agreement but expect you to sign one. <br><br>I really thought after the experience of 9 - 11 that American's were not out to screw American's any longer. I was so wrong. I exercised my right as an American and walked out! <br><br>If you use this dealership it will be a "I told you so" situation and usually that is an expensive "I told you so."<br><br>

WARNING: Dealing with this Ed Napleton Honda could be bad for your wallet. <br><br>Very DECEPTIVE tactics used - they wear you down with long wait then tell you that the negotiated price is not correct. Finance Mgr and sales play good cop bad cop against the customer. I walked out and did not deal with this company and would suggest to everyone DO NOT DEAL with them. State of Illinois Attorney General's office has been notified as well as Honda America. <br><br>
