I bought F-250 from Ira Martin. I found him to be very helpful in the process. I didn't feel pressured and was treated very fairly. When I had questions, they were answered immediately or if Mr. Martin happened to not know the answer he made an effort to find the answer. After the purchase was completed Mr. Martin continued to be helpful in explaining the functions of the different components of the vehicle such as the navigational system. He treated my wife very respectfully and answered her questions as well. Mr. Shane Rogers was very helpful during the paperwork part of the transaction. Our experience was very positive.

Lynn Rain and Ira Martin were GREAT to work with!! We had been looking for a limited explored for weeks and the 3 dealerships that we had looking could not get us what we wanted. I found this vehicle on cars.com and we bought it!!! LOVED the atmosphere, they were upfront and honest about the price and we feel we got a GREAT DEAL!!! LOVE my limited explorer!!! I WOULD recommend this dealership to everyone. WE drove over an hour to make this deal happen and it was a great experience. Next time we are looking for another ford we will be calling them!!

Ira Martin and Lynn Rain did an outstanding job!! My husband and I had 3 dealerships in the Nashville area looking for us a used Ford Explorer Limited with very specific details. I found one on cars.com and immediately called Lynn Rain about it. Sparta TN is about an 1.5 hours from our house but it was well worth the drive. The service was great and Ira was very upfront with the pricing!!! I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Next time we need a ford we will be calling Edd Roger Ford!!!

Let me first start off by saying I am beyond Pleased with the service I received from start to finish with Edd Valley Ford. My dream car 2014 Grabber Blue mustang was totaled on 9/6/2014. I was in search of a replacement to find same year and same miles. I have always handled business over the phone when researching a vehicle. Ive learned when you talk to a sales man over the phone you learn alot about how they do business. When I saw Edd Valley had a Race red 2014 Premium online at a good price I gave them a call. To my surprise from beginning to end the price we agreed to was Exactly what I paid. The sales man Ira Martin was truly a very friendly helpful man. I would highly recommend dealing with Edd Rogers Valley Ford!! This is the first time I have ever left a 5 Star review for a auto dealership. I believe people should know that there are honest folks out there in the auto sales world. I know if I ever need a new or used car Ira Martin will try his best to get me exactly what I wanted. I made it Crystal Clear I do my research and Ira sure stood tall to what was agreed to over the phone not a penny more:) I lost my Beautiful Grabber blue 2014 which only had 6,000 miles on her BUT I gained a 2014 Race Red Premium with only 3,000 on him :) Beyond thankful and believe what was an horrible experience i went through had a happy ending! Much Thanks and appreciation to Ira Martin!! Way to go for OUTSTANDING Customer Service. No i havent been paid for my review. I believe that hard working folks deserve a Way to go!

This dealership is 2 hours away from my house. I called three times and emailed once requesting pictures of a vehicle, and I never received a response. They seemed very disinterested in selling the vehicle I was looking at. I will never look at a vehicle at this location again.
