And every time I call to make an appointment it’s so easy to get in! You can get the work done while you wait. They are quick! And they know what they’re talking about. I would pick this Ford dealer for service over all of them! I have several Ford dealers in my area but I choose to travel 50 minutes because Eddie Gilstrap is the best in my opinion. Great service! Friendly staff! And they are also very helpful!

I had a great experience with Gilstrap Body Shop staff and service!!!. I loved the rental and the car looks great. My car looked good inside and out. After repaired, it needed a tweek and they fit me in quickly and graciously. I am a pleased customer and will be asking for their service whenever needed. Highly recommended!! Thanks again!

Geoffrey prepared an estimate on my vehicle the same day I called him. The other person's insurance company received the estimate quickly and approved the repairs. Geoffrey and Sharee kept me updated and let me know what the first available date was to bring my car in. They had a rental ready for me and kept me informed throughout the repairs. They are the only place and people I trust to make repairs to my vehicles! They are always kind, courteous and treat me like family! I'm very thankful for them and their excellent service!! My car looks amazing! I am more than pleased with the repairs!!

Scott was a very knowledgeable salesman. He got to the point quick enough for me and was super friendly. I gave him a number we had to get too and he was able to make it happen. Not once did I feel pushed into or out of what I wanted. They have won my future business at Gilstrap Ford.

I am More than please with a service I have received so far. I could not make it to the dealership by the time the salesman got off work so he drove the car home I met him at his house and test drove it at that time. I was under absolutely no pressure whatsoever to purchase the car. The vehicle is more than I expected. In comparison with what I have looked at at other dealerships this has been the best purchase for the money. I am very pleased.
