I went into Eddie Tourelles, looking for an Altima I saw online. Immediately I was welcomed by the sweetest person ever, Calob Busby, ready to assist me in any way possible. He was patient as I explained everything I was looking for, and guaranteed that he could make it happen. As we walked around the used car lot, i fell in love with 2012 Ford Fusion SEL. Calob gave me an outstanding deal. They allowed me to drive the car home and keep it while I was waiting for my financing to go through. Calob constantly checked in and made sure that everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied! I will never purchase a car from anyone else! Ryan Sullivan was our salesman and he was so friendly and helpful. He had a wonderful personality and was actually a pleasure to work with. I absolutely love my 2016 Nissan Maxima ! Bought my car from this place. Had a recall on certain parts, got it fixed then the AC vent falls out, got it fixed, then it falls out, got it fixed and guess what? It falls out again. I tried to get rid of the car and they said nothing could be done for me. Overall BAD EXPERIENCE. I want to burn this car and get a Toyota NOW!!!

Thursday morning, I brought my Nissan Rogue to Northpark for a regular oil change and inspection. Before I could get out of the car, a very friendly and polite service rep named Lance came over and greeted me. He asked me how he could help and spoke briefly about the routine check up. I asked about tire rotation. Lance checked my mileage and told me that I could wait until the next check-up for that. He asked for my last name and car key, and he asked if I was going to wait. When I said "Yes," he directed me to the waiting area and said he'd have the car ready for me shortly. I went to the waiting area, and before I finished a cup of coffee, Lance came back, greeted me cheerfully, and handed me my car key. He told me that they changed the oil, completed the routine inspection, and everything else looked fine. He introduced me to the cashier, who carefully explained the inspection sheet along with the green, yellow, and red dots. She showed me exactly which parts were inspected and what the tire pressures were. After patiently answering my questions, she showed me the bill - which was completely reasonable. As I stepped outside to get my car, Lance was there to direct me to show me where he parked it. Throughout my brief visit, I felt more like a friend than just a customer. All in all, I was pleased with the service, amazed with brevity of the waiting time, satisfied with the cost, and comfortable with the entire experience. From the time I first came to Mr. Tourelle, looking for a small SUV, I have been impressed by the happy mix of professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved. Mr. Ken Bordelon was extremely patient with me every time I came back to look at different Rogues and ask a lot of questions, and Mr. Tourelle was very generous with at the time of the sale. My visit with Lance and the Service Department yesterday reinforced my feeling of comfort and trust with everyone at Northpark. I really like my Rogue - and I like the people at Northpark who have made and continue to make my relationship with this dealership a very positive experience.

I purchased a 2012 Infiniti form Northpark nissan and it was a great experience form the moment I walked in the door I felt at home, The sales staff was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in and The finance manager Kevin got me the better terms than I thought were possible. Would recomend this dealership to all my friends and family.

I bought a 2013 used Murano SL. The salesman, Ken Bordelon, was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly, & was a nice person who gave a fair deal. This is the second Murano that i purchased from Ken Bordelon at Eddie Tourelle dealership. Ive also referred others to Mr. Bordelon, & wont hesitate to send others in the future.The service dept.,manager Steve and writer,Lance, also were extremely helpful in helping to insure any required service would be done efficiently.

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from the used car lot, and the transaction went smoothly and was given a fair price for my trade in. I bought the Jeep during the winter and when I test the A/C it was blowing cold air. However, when I turned on the AC for the first time on the first warm day of the year, it blew hot air! I contacted the salesman Buddy Chachere who was not helpful and ultimately ignored my correspondence. I brought my jeep to the shop to find out it does not even have an AC! I feel cheated that this was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car. I waited two weeks after Buddy neglected my correspondence to post this review.

A few days ago my car when I put it in park and got out of car it started to make a noise I got back in and the dashboard lit up and the car read it was in Reverse. I couldnt get it to start. The next day I had same issue but when it was in park it wouldnt start or read the key. I brought it into the service department the technician and the service manager were very helpful but couldnt duplicate at this time.

I was treated with respect and honor by the staff at the dealership. I met the GM and the finance department, but I must say that the salesperson, Natalie was absolutely wonderful. She offered her assistance to make my purchase a positive experience. She treated me and my family like we were her own family and I have already started passing out her cards and speaking to friends and associates about my positive experience with Natalie as my guide and with the folks at the dealership that seem to really care about making the car buying experience one of the best I ever had.

We bought a 2014 Titan. Our salesman (Rafael) was very patient and helpful in determining which new vehicle was best for my family. His main goal seemed to be that we didn't feel pressured at all. Thank you to everyone at Northpark Nissan. The only thing missing was a children's center. We were their awhile and our childrengot rrestless, but they do have a TV in the service lounge.

Another Nissan dealership had been telling me for years that the moisture in my taillights was normal and to find out its not normal. Northpark Nissan took great care of my car and replaced the taillights without any hassles.

Joel was our sales person he walked us throug and made it a welcoming and a joyful time. It happen so quick. When we go back for Service on our Juke we feel like we have been adopted into a family. We could ask anything and the staff is ready to serve us. I have told everybody. In the week I bought my car. My dauther bought a new car, and my youngest son bought a car. We felt like Christmas in the month of May. It was great. Thanks Nissian and Joel I am very happy customer.

Beware!! This place is crazy! The general manager Chris Brown was very rude and discriminating!!! He told my salesman that I shouldn't be upset for the 3 hour wait because I had less than PERFECT credit and I was getting a good deal. How freaking RUDE AN DISCRIMINATING is that?!?!!!! Do not go there!

I attempted to buy a 2013 hyundai sonata gls from northpark hyundai in january 2013. I negotiated in good faith and they sent me a offer to buy. I accepted their offer, but they rescinded their offer. The salesman blake, said a mistake was made suddenly. blake increased the price by about 1000 dollars. He said if I would buy a vehicle at the incresed price I would get a free carwash. What a joke. These people were dishonest and disingenuous with me. I advised my family and friends to not do business with these people.
