We had the pleasure of having Sean in the service dept. We are from South Carolina and were in Pa. for our 50th wedding Anniversary when our car wouldn't start. They had our car checked out, a new battery and we were ready to head on home. Thank you for helping us out and even providing a way for us to get back to the dealership! You guys are the BEST!

VERY KIND AND NICE PEOPLE . THEY DO THE REPAIRS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME . ALSO LABOR AND PARTS ARE PRICED WELL WITH OTHERS . IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME TAKE IT HERE . YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY . THEY ARE THE BEST FOR SERVICE AND OTHER THINGS .

I was dreading going to the dealership for some warranty work after my last experience at a different dealership near my job in the NYC area. This time was completely different and my biggest regret was not using this dealership the first time as well. Schwarz beyond exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with the work, how quickly they rectified the problems, explaining what the issues were, their professionalism, and following up as soon as the parts arrived and setting up the appointment at the soonest availability. Their waiting area is also very comfortable as well. All in all, I was extremely pleased with my whole experience with Schwarz GMC and I will now exclusively use this dealership moving forward when my lease is up and for all of my servicing needs.

I made my reservation, weeks ago, to have my Buick inspected, oil change and tire rotation. When we arrived there the service manager told us that because we lived in Lackawanna County and because our car needed TWO inspection stickers that they would NOT be able to inspect our car that day and that was after us driving close to 40 minutes to get there because the man who does that double inspection requirement was OFF that day. Now they knew we had an appointment and they KNEW we needed two stickers but yet no one called to tell us that they wouldn't be able to inspect our car that day or to even suggest making a different appointment when the service man would be there. . To say we were upset is an understatement. Our car doesn't even have 5,000 miles on it .. He could see that we were noticeably upset so he told us that he would try to call in someone who was qualified to do the inspection and give us the two stickers. My husband asked how long all of this would take and we were told an hour and a half.. So we went to the waiting area and waited.. At the 90 minute mark we were still waiting. After waiting two hours my husband went up to the service area to inquire "how much longer?".. and was told that the car was ready.... We were told that they had to call in an ex-employee who was qualified to do the inspection in order for us to get the two stickers we needed because we live in Lackawanna County.. Needless to say we were not happy campers after that experience. Then we were told that the next time we make our appointment for an inspection to MAKE SURE that we mentioned the county where we live so that they will be prepared to inspect our car. I do believe that they knew and had this information all along because when we checked in and the service man looked up our appointment he IMMEDIATELY knew we needed the two stickers so this is why I believe they should have called us, to save us a 40 minute drive, so we could reschedule our appointment.. This was not a good experience.
