Where to start First I read reviews of honesty, That not the case with my family. So looking for first car for son, wanted safe and reliable car. When we came to dealership to look the keys to one of the cars missing , as we were told would find by visit. Not done. Oh well, others to looks at , We made our selection and drove. little rough ride no major knocks or other identified, I mean is older car, which I am not use too. Moving on, asked to have a few things identified fixed, One was airbag light and other was the tail gait latch was broke and also the windshield washer on back windshield when sprayed came into car. Well 2 things fixed but air bag not. Sebastian went on about mechanic couldn't fix didn't have right tools , in addition take by dealer and let them know what problem was , would take care of it. Okay seeing that seemed honest. I checked everything on car that though of , but missed that horn doesn't work flood lights don't work , shocks were gone on back, needed alignment , tires waves in them. Okay that being said the car has oil leak, and also gave the wrong set of 2nd key and key doesn't even work and wrong key to door. I have contacted contacted Sebastian and Sergio on multiple occasions. No response whatsoever, Sergio always in the lot , but I guess when comes in can't return a phone call. I am not use to dealing with this type of dishonesty and no one else should not matter what. I will be contacting better business bureau , consumer affairs and whoever else I need to about this business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I REGARD TO THE GREAT REVIEWS BY SOME -FALSE

I had trouble understanding some paperwork work but Paula and Monica helped me do what i needed to do, basically made everything easier for me.
