Eddie? ( I think that was his name!) was really helpful! I went in for a routine oil change and had been going to other places to get it done prior. Unfortunately, they neglected to tell me my air filters were a mess, and when it came time to recommend changing them, he brought them over and showed them to me and was not pushy at all about asking to see if I'd like them changed. I gladly accepted and feel they did a thorough job with my car. They also finished promptly. Definitely found my new oil change place!

I have a 2011 Mercury Mariner that I purchased at El Centro Motors with a maintenance package. I have had it serviced by EC motors and Quicklube for the life of the vehicle. I never need an appointment and the service is prompt, efficient and thorough. The desk team at Quicklube explains what was done and even makes suggestions about upcoming issues and check up timing .I don't think I will buy another vehicle without a maintenance package as it has been so easy and more than worth the actual cost of the package to me.

Mr. Morris, the manager goes the extra mile to make his customers comfortable during wait times for repairs. He also has a knack for hiring employees that are thoughtful, kind, considerate, and good at their jobs. They are taking good care of our Ford Connect Van because they know within a few years we will be trading it in for a Ford SUV. I can not say enough good about this auto agency.

Everything was great. The service technician was very nice, very helpful. The service technician quickly received our work order he was quick and getting everything on its way. He called us and notified us when the vehicle was ready. We love the fact that Ford has a transportation shuttle for its service customers that's always a big great help and a big plus since we have busy schedules. Everything on the vehicle is great, feels great, handles great the issues on our vehicle were greatly addressed and taking care of. Great job and a big thank you. I had an appointment to have the moon roof repaired so i took my Lincoln in at the appointed time. I was later informed that they did not get to it that day so i had to leave it additional days for the work to be completed. They did offer to provide me with a car but i did not need one. It seams like if I had an appointment that they gave me they should have gotten to the job that day. The end result was a good job.

After telling the service advisor about greasing my vehicle, I checked the upper and lower ball joints to see if they were greased, and they were not. I went back to the service advisor and let them know it was not greased, they promptly took my vehicle back on the rack and greased both upper and lower ball joints and steering linkages. I should not have to tell service advisor that the steering, and ball joints have grease zerks. But other than that, I hope next time they will check.

I was contacted and told my vehicle had an open recall. I was contacted by a "Jose" I failed to get the last name and when I went in on 11 Nov, I went to a Jose Mercado. I told him that when I bought the car it was late a night and the sales manager stated that they owed me a car detail since no one was there to do it. I said no problem the next time I bring it in it can be done. He agreed. I asked prior to leaving my car if the detail could be done, Jose stated yes. When I picked up the car it was not done. I asked why and Jose said they don't wash cars. I explained the situation and he stated "oh yes, I remember. When you bring it in for an oil change we will do it." I explained that I work in Calipatria and cannot always make it to El Centro and that is why I asked prior to service of the vehicle.

I have heard the bad stories about El Centro Motors; however, I recently had a problem with the latches of the doors of my 2012 Fiesta and took in for service. As soon as I arrived, the floor supervisor greeted me and introduced me to a service rep--Jose Quintero. Mr Quintero explained to me in detail that Ford would change all 4 latches due to a Recall--free of charge. They were going to provide me a rental at a later time. I went to work. A couple hours later they notified me that they had the parts in stock and that my car would be fixed by noon. And so it was fixed and I picked it up at lunch time. This was so not like any stories that I have heard from family, co-workers, and friends. El Centro Motors really came thru when I needed them. Thank you.

I rated service "excellent" after Mick the manager stepped up to the plate and corrected a poor pricing quote. I rated recommend to friends as "Neutral" as I am not sure if my friends will get good service or get ripped off with non-competitive pricing...Service and pricing was not good at first. Then after talking to manager, Mick, he really helped out! If it wasn't for him I would have left and gone to Sears or Pep Boys, which both gave me a cheaper price. Mick came back and matched it and now I'm really happy!They did service my wife's car and now her ac stopped working.... not sure what or why...? I'll take it back to see if they can help, but first I'll make sure to talk to Mick, because the guys at Quick Lane don't do any discounts or customer service.I had a big problem with the rebate department and filed a complaint with Ford Corporate Office. Hopefully it will all be ok. I use to service all my vehicles there since 2006, then left because prices got too high but are now looking to return for better pricing and service. I like the dealership, that's where I bought be truck and have friends that works there, so yes, I would like to support them, but only up to a point.... If pricing continues to be out of market pricing then some changes would have to happen...

This is my first time buying from El Centro Motors and I had an awesome experience. The moment I arrived, I was greeted and everyone was very helpful. After choosing the car I wanted,a 2015 Escape, the sales person went through all the features about it. Before going in to start the paper work, he made sure I was happy with the selected car. Paper work went faster than I expected, even though I was explained everything on the papers I was signing. Overall I had a great experience and will defintely buy my families future vehicles at El Centro motor.

My vehicle is a Ford Raptor F-150, which takes a little more time, as the skid plate cover has to be removed to get to the oil filter. The staff took the time to show that to me the first time I had it serviced (a couple years ago). Your shop is the only shop that has ever serviced my Raptor.The staff is good. It takes a little longer, but I would rather sit there longer, to assure it's done right.

The service was for a gmc and we took it to this ford quicklane because we have previous experience with ford vehicles we have purchased and serviced at this dealership. We are not very satisfied with the service provided at the gmc dealer so we were pleasantly surprised it was only 30 dollars more to get it serviced at this quicklane. We appreciated the customer service and fast service provided by quicklane staff. We usually deal with Tony but he was gone. The gentleman who helped us was very pleasant and went out of his way to get the work done in a reasonable time. It proves that your company caters to customers and not the name brand only. Again, thank you for your service. We actually regret going with a GMC product because of the issues we've had with the dealership and service there. Ford takes care of their local customer whether they have Ford cars or need services for other name brands. That says a lot of the company. Thank you!
