Brad was awesome!! He is very personable and kind. He was very candid and honest with me about the cars I was inquiring about, and ultimately got me set up in something that fit my checklist and budget! Overall a really great experience. He was not pushy and didn’t pressure me into anything that wasn’t within my comfort zone. I will definitely go back!

Hello gentlemen, I wanted to pass on a BIG shout out to one of your fine employees, Mr. Paul Perez. In a world where we hear all the negative I found it appropriate and well-deserved to send a note of praise for Paul. I won’t belabor you with the details of my situation but to make a long story short, Paul was extremely helpful when dealing with my insurance carrier—Allstate. He met with my adjuster and was supportive in all dealings with them. I especially appreciated his conviction on standing behind the estimate when the adjuster did not agree. Needless to say it was nice to have an advocate in my dealings with the insurance. I can tell you this much, it is heartwarming and encouraging to see the integrity that he displayed and carries through in his profession, which is a positive reflection upon El Dorado Motors. I purchased my vehicle at your dealership and will most likely buy again. Lastly, thank you Paul for going above and beyond the call of duty. In September of this year (2020) I spoke with Mr Leeks about my Vehicle service time. He as always took his time to explain it to me. I had explained that I was about to have surgery and needed check on some cleaning/protective products. He escorted me to parts where Mr Robin and Todd immediately assisted me. They had me to relax and focus on my health/up coming surgery. They assured me that I would be taken care of after my surgery. Well, I must say they truly stood by their word. Once I was able to return Mr Robin and Todd patiently explained the process to my satisfaction. They should be commended and all customers should experience the awesome professionals of Eldorado Chevrolet Services and Parts Department.

Exceptional Customer Service! Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I appreciated the no haggling, direct, and up front communication. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or so and that included all the paperwork, financing process, and warranties. They have made the car buying experience seamless that doesn’t take all day! Amazing! Not a typical car sales experience. I worked with Brad Fales and he was so personable and genuine. It was more like talking to a friend right away versus a sales person. I had no second guesses about buying the car or the price. I will definitely be referring others to them! I absolutely love my car!
