A fantastic sales team. I know the process of selling a car is not just scanning the barcode and pay for it and out the door you go. But my salesperson went the extra mile to get me out as quick as possible and with everything I had asked for. If I may make a suggestion they need to get rid of the hand written paperwork and give the salespersons laptops so that the info can be sent to the sales manager instead walking the paperwork to him would save some time.

My husband and I went on a trip to San Antonio to pick up our son from College. We were having an issue with our Odyssey and it happened to be 5:30 Friday afternoon. Sally Zubia was getting ready to start her weekend having Saturday off and yet she went above and beyond staying late to make sure I had the contacts I needed to get our van serviced. On her day off she was in constant contact with us and the dealership from San Antonio knowing we had planned to come home on Saturday. Employees like her make the dealership. Honda is blessed to have her. She has exceptional and gracious customer service. Very few people do. I hope Honda can hold on to her as long as possible because Sally Zubia is surely an asset to their dealership. Thank you Sally from the bottom of our hearts for helping us get home safe and sound. Went in to look at new 2016 Civics and ended up buying one!! Beautiful car and comes with many features for the price. We have owned Hondas in the past and they have always been very realiable. I expect this one to be as well. The sales manager, George Makhoul was very welcoming and set us up with salesman Steve Wayne. Steve let us test drive a white one, however, the interior was too light. He took us to see what other civics were available and we found just the right one. George, Steve, and Rick in Finance made our .buying experience of a new Civic very delightful. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new car!! They are very easy to talk to and understand where the average buyer is coming from. They stated over and over again to let them know if we have any questions or need anything.

During Christmas, we were in the market for a three row seat SUV. We had already done our research and even test drove a couple of other non-Honda SUVs. Mr. Gerardo Martinez approached us in a very courteous manner. Since we already knew exactly what we were looking for, he showed us our way to were the Pilot SUVs were. It was a huge coincidence that they had in stock the Pilot Touring, even the gorgeous white color, that we wanted to test drive. He immediately proved that hes really familiar with the vehicle, and how it evolved. He talked about all the features and demonstrated how they worked. We also discussed what our options for pricing and financing were with the Sales Manager. A very genteel gentleman as well. At the end, we bought the Pilot Touring. We requested some extra accessories for our new vehicle. They promise they would have them shipped and installed before the end of December and they kept it. When closing the deal, the Finance Manager, Mr. Rick Nava explained in detailed what the documents that we were to sign were about. In general, weve got nothing to say but good things about this dealership. Kudos, El Paso Honda! Keep it up!

This is my fourth Honda from El Paso Honda. My recent purchase, a 2015 Pilot, was effortless and I have had no worries, stresses, or problems. Even with body repairs due to being 'kissed' by another car, I had no fears just total confidence with El Paso Honda handling it. My only problem with the repair work was the 'Pilot Separation Anxiety' I suffered while driving a rental. Customer service is supreme at this dealership. I can call Sally in Service and she provides guidance by answering my questions, however mundane. Ralph Stich takes the time and effort to address every concern that I have about my Pilot, and that wasn't just the first day of ownership. I didn't drive off the lot until HE was sure that I was comfortable with the knowledge and utilization of important features of my new Pilot. Talk about caring! I don't know what their manager, Mr. G. Miller, puts in the water, but the staff of El Paso Honda truly represents the quality of not only the product, but of their people. I live 4 blocks from the other Honda dealership in this town, but prefer to drive across town to El Paso Honda. This is where I will continue to spend my money, and who I recommend my friends to. American Honda, you should be proud.

My mom and I decided to go Honda since my husband recently bought a car here and kept raving about the awesome service. We went in 30 min before closing on a Saturday night. We were greeted by our sales consultant ESTEBAN, and before he could show us any cars we bombarded him with our demands, which were to me a little far fetched for a new car. My mom is very old fashioned and was scared to get a high payment since she just recently retired, which also lead her to think that she was not going to get approved. So we asked Esteban to crunch some numbers for us and run her credit before we fell in love with a car, he and the finance manager GERRY VERA literary did everything they could to make my mom happy. Gerry not only bring down her payments to EXACTLY what she wanted but also got her 0% interest rate !!!! We walked away without a car that night because it was too dark to pick out a color, Esteban was not pushy or upset, he simply said when ever your ready come back. We took a couple of days to go back, and I'm glad to say we were NOT pestered like other auto dealers we have tried to work with before. We went back a few days later and Esteban showed my mom almost EVERY civic with every different color combination they had, and finally decided on a car. Esteban and Gerry made our car buying experience pain free and super easy. We will definitely be returning to Honda with that Duo for our next purchase.

My father and mother just recently purchased a Honda Pilot from Jerry Vera and Ralph at the ELP Honda Lee Trevino location. I know this might sound cheesy but the customer service that they received brought me to tears, knowing that this might be their last vehicle purchased due to their health and age. They always wanted a New larger vehicle to hold all of their grand babies and now they are able to make that happen. Not only was Honda able to give them the monthly amount that was suitable for them but when my father went back to pick up after the detail. My father was taught how to input phone numbers and was explained what each and every button was for. We don't feel like we were just another customer but we now feel like we are part of the ELP Honda Family. So to all of ELP Honda, we LOVE you all and thank you!!!

I purchased the new 2016 honda civic sedan about two weeks ago , I am very satisfied with my civic it runs smoothly and the turbo feels awsome , picks up speed immediately , it saves me alot of gas . What i love about it the most is how big the inside is , it has various compartments inside the arm rest not to mention the seats come with its own individual heaters for your butt (: very cozy for winter . The computer update it comes with is excellent very accurate and fast i really recommend the new 2016 civic i dont regret one bit purchasing my car ! The salesman who helped me out was really friendly he did a great job listening to my needs/wants , helped me out in every step to purchase my car . I will definitely be going back to purchase another car at El Paso Honda !

I went to get a seat belt repair they had already called me on during the week and they told me when I arrived there Saturday morning bright and early that the part had not arrived. Their excuse was that it showed on their side but not on the Honda side and it was never ordered, but wouldn't they have checked before they actually called me to let me know the part was in. Hondas a really great vehicles but they don't have the service to back up their vehicles you don't believe me go to this place. Really bad excuse for we dont want to repair your vehicle because we are getting paid for airbag replacement by manufacture and yours is not paid by them.

I had been a faithful Ford owner for many years when my last vehicle left me on the side of the road, and the bad part about it is the vehicle had less than 17,000 miles. Ford informed me that my truck would be more than a month in service with no hope of a loaner or rental. I visited nearly every dealership in town because I NEED a vehicle because both my wife and I work and let's face it rentals can get expensive fast. I went to this dealership just to try my luck. I was impressed immediately because instead of telling me that I was on my own upon hearing my situation, my salesman, Mr. Martinez, went and got his sales manager Juda Escobar. Mr. Escobar went out of his way to make me feel like a priority. Even when Mr. Martinez had a day off on delivery day they thought ahead and already had a backup salesman there to assist me Mr. Sanchez. They paired me with an excellent car at an excellent price and the entire process was painless. They took the time to teach me the "ins and outs" of this entire car before I took delivery of the car. I couldn't be more pleased. This dealership will have my business for as long as they uphold this level of customer service and I live in the area. They have been second to none!!

Fernie Rivera at El Paso Honda went above and beyond for my family and I. My 04 odyssey left us stranded in Indio California while headed home from vacation. Drove back to El Paso in a rental and was having trouble with the California dealer. I called Rudolph Honda and they wouldn't help me since my van wasn't in El Paso. I knew I would be purchasing a Honda before walking into any dealership, so before I came into El Paso Honda I called for pricing and availability. I did this because the dealership is many miles away from my home. The sales manager, Gerald Miller , returned my call after hours and spent a good forty minutes over the phone helping me make a decision between a used or a new car purchase. He was very helpful clarifying financing and cash purchase options and benefits, as well as car features and new technology. I was very comfortable with him and came in the next day to finanlize my purchase. I purchased a new CRV EX, my dream car, with the amount of money I could afford to spend. I felt right at home. Although, Gerald was busy when I came in, George Makhoul was asked to help me. The negotiation was fast and easy. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. This is a great dealership. I live way on the other side of town, however, I do not mind the drive because El Paso Honda has made this purchase worth driving the distance. In the end after terrible days in auto dealership, The used department of Honda was thee most amazing family like caring decision I could of choose. Are they trying to sell you a car... yes, but more than that they're trying to help you make the right investment. If you decide to come visit. I assure you be honest and kind. and with no haggling needed they will make sure you get the very best vehicle you can. My sales rep was an older man named sixto. He didnt see me as some prey to catch but rather a family member ready to make a long term decision for the next 60 months. Patiently working with me to find my ideal car and benefically wise decision. Gerry the financial manager worked thru various banks to find something that could work within my small budget and generously handed out many different warranties check ups etc to make sure this first car of mine would be safe regardless of how terrible east siders can drive(kidding). I know its very hesitant to consider buying a car at the dealership. But if your looking to buy a Honda wouldnt you wanna first check the people that almost purely sell them. He even let us take the vehicle home overnight to sleep on it and take it in to our own mechanic to look it over before we purchased it. I have never worked with a more honest and helpful sales person. It is no wonder to me why he is a sales manager. I appreciated the no hassle, yet upfront way everything was handled. This was so different from our last two vehicle buying experiences. I would highly recommend him to others. I know where I will go next time I need another vehicle.

Needed an oil change on my Honda Prelude and they said they'd only charge me $6 for labor since I was taking my own oil. I bought Amsoil 100% Synthetic Motor Oil which is around $18 per quart. I got there and asked if I could see the mechanics actually change the oil because I'm not just going to trust anyone unless I see it being done. One of the guys in the service department got offended and after that he got major attitude and tried to talk down to us on how they have more expensive oil in bulk. Instead of trying to compromise and satisfy the customer, he continued with his attitude so we just left. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.

After 5 dealerships and about a month of looking into a car, I finally bought a car at the perfect place. You might say "the same car is anywhere else" and it is, but the service and professionalism aren't. I had been looking into the Focus, Camry, Dart and Civic but couldn't decide until I test drove them all and fell in love with the Civic. I went to another two Honda dealerships in El Paso and was treated like I was stupid. I already knew what I wanted and I just needed to get to the deal and drive off with the car, but the sales peeps just wouldn't stop trying options I didn't want or didn't ask for... Long story short, this was the dealership that treated me like a grown up and not a kid that could be convinced otherwise. Ralph was awesome at giving me the details of the sale, went with what I had and told me what I needed to do to drive off with the car. One day later, I came back to sign off the papers and drive off with my new car. Ralph and everyone in the building were very professional (I could see everyone else buying cars were treated just as good). I was able to get the car under the terms I could, and no one ever tried to tell me to go in other route as they did in the other dealerships. Awesome experience in my first new car experience!

I've bought 2 cars from EP Honda over the last year; both occasions dealt with Fernando Dieguez and all I can say is that I'm extremely pleased with his level of customer service. The last purchase a week ago, I just located the unit on the dealer's website, called Fernie to have it located, confirmed that it was still available, closed the deal over the phone and set an appointment for later in the day to come sign documents and pick the car. From arrival to dealership to driving out just took 45 minutes, and they even apologized for the delay in getting the credit docs made since they had a lot of customers processing at the time I showed up. Nice and efficient!

I've always wanted a Honda so when my car broke down I knew this was finally my chance. My friend E.Rivera works at Honda and she had always told me that when I was ready I should go to El Paso Honda. I called her and she referred me to Fernie Rivera. My dad and I went and talked to Fernie, after he got all our info he said he would do the best he could and would call us as soon as he knew something. I won't lie, it was the longest weekend ever for me but come Monday morning Fernie called me and asked me to come in. Fernie explained that although I didn't qualify for a new car he was still able to find something for me. He then brought over my awesome copper orange Honda Fit. The best part? It was a manual transmission! I'm beyond happy with my car and my kids love it. I'm so thankful for everything that El Paso Honda did to get me behind the wheel but especially thankful to Fernie. His customer service and attention to detail is a rare thing to find these days.
