Buying a car can be a tedious process... from the second we walked in the process was smooth and easy! Eli our sales guy was outstanding and went above and beyond in every aspect of our sale. He was kind and thoughtful about our needs. He was awesome! Finance was easy and a pleasure to work with. The concierge service was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, a five star service in every aspect.

He left me check out all the cars without being bother or pushed to buy a certain car. I was able to take my time and enjoy purchasing my car. The prices and quality of the car are excellent. I had the best experience I have ever had buying my dream car. Elder Ford is so professional and they provided valuable information. They did not make me feel like I had to rush for a decision. They follow through until we closed the deal and I am sooo happy with my car! I also want to say that the a financial officer was also excellent. He is knowledgeable. I trust these guys so much I took my husband to get a car here. My best friend is also coming here to get a car!

5 star service!! We just bought a car from Elder Ford, AMER was our sales consultant! He was excellent and would highly recommend asking for him. JUAN the delivery concierge was super nice as well. STAN in the finance department was friendly and helpful too. Also thanks to Samantha who helps with anything additional you need for your car.
