This place is phenomenal. I came in wanting to see a couple of cars and with a set budget after visiting three other dealerships that day. Tim showed me what I wanted to see, was patient while I was indecisive, and was honest. I was in at 430 pm and out by 7 pm with a barely used vehicle and an awesome warranty. Elite Acura made my car buying experience a great one. I worked with Gary and he made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in my price range. They also were great in the service department as far as making sure my car was good to go and fixing the minor things I wanted done after purchasing my car. I am so happy with my purchase! Thank you to the Elite Acura team for being so professional and having great customer service all around! *6 MONTH UPDATE* I wanted to give an update on my overall experience with Elite. I still love my car and I’m about 80% happy with my purchase. The service department has been amazing. I got my first service done to my car and it was complimentary. However, about a month after I bought the car I realized there was a repair on it. It must of been a cheap repair and no damage was reported to Car Fax so when I bought the vehicle it was shiny and waxed to perfection. After I had drove my vehicle I realized my fender liner clips were loose. I later saw that they used adhesive to glue the fender in place which eventually wore off. I tried to pop it back in thinking it was something minor but that didn’t help. When I took my car to get serviced, I mentioned it to the Service Rep. and he told me they would fix it. So I took my car in the following week. They had my car for 24 hours. Two days after I received my vehicle back I have the same issue. There is no reason my fender liner should be popping out on a pre-certified vehicle with a clean car fax. I don’t expect perfection because it’s used but I expect transparency when buying my car from a large dealership. I have called multiple managers about it and haven’t heard a call back. So my 10/10 experience is now 6/10.

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Giovanni was helpful in making sure my car was available for me when I arrived. Was helpful in negotiating the the terms of the pricing of the vehicle and made sure he was able to work around my budget. I did get to do a test drive and overall had a good experience. I arrived to the dealership on a bus with a child in tow so it was incredibly important I left the dealership with a vehicle and I am happy to say Giovanni made it happen. Thank you.

Im not one to write reviews often but my car buying experience at Elite was so good a quick positive review was necessary. Giovanni was my sales rep and what he brought to the table was exactly what I want; a highly professional demeanor, very knowledgeable of the product and an excellent communicator. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just a pleasant conversation, a quick test drive and signing on the bottom line.My interactions with other members of Elites staff were just as pleasurable; specifically Michael Demarco and Jerry, I always felt that they cared more about me than just making a sale.This was the second car I have gotten at Elite and my first trip to their new facility and what a beautiful new building, very bright and modern. This is not only the 3rd Acura I have bought in a row, but my 3rd Acura specifically from Elite Acura in Maple Shade, NJ. I walked in with a 2008 Acura TL-S to trade in and told the rep, Giovanni Paparo, what I wanted. Given my situation, I was looking to lease this time around, which is not something I typically do, but made sense right now and gave me the opportunity to potentially get the gorgeous ride I was hoping to drive. He assured me that we would find a way to make it work and that I would walk out with a smile on my face. This was two days ago. The smile still hasn't left my face since I drove out of the dealership. The bottom line is that he did exactly what he said he would do, being very accommodating and reasonable along the way to get me the best possible deal on the insanely sexy beast that is the new 2016 Acura TLX. Not only was I able to leave with the new TLX, but I was able to leave with a fully loaded V-6 VTech. At 290 HP, this shiny, new, black exterior with black leather interior beast, is not only fast, but she handles as smooth as some of the top luxury brands on the market. Honestly, I feel like she is sexier, more powerful, and as technologically advanced as more than a few of those higher-end luxury brands that come with twice the price tag. The technology has certainly come a LONG way since 2008 and with virtually everything in the car being voice activated, I literally feel like I'm Knight Rider driving around "Kit." At the end of the day, I couldn't have walked out of the dealership as pleased and confident in the quality and price that I just received if it wasn't for Giovanni and his small team. These guys are great! I truly can't recommend Giovanni Paparo and the new 2016 Acura TLX highly enough! I guarantee you will drive away with a smile, ear-to-ear across your face.

I leased my third Acura recently at Elite Acura. Giovanni worked with me to help get me the vehicle I wanted. I had worked with him before on a previous lease so I contacted him once my lease was ending. I was interested in leasing a new RDX and I drove home in one that night. We were in the market for a car for our son, who will be driving soon. We had been shopping and returned the dealer where we had purchased our last 3 cars. Unfortunately they didn't have the deal for us. We came across a car on Elite Acura's website that met the criteria for our search. Uneasy to shop from an unknown to us dealer, we were pleasantly surprised. We got in touch with the dealer to make sure the car was available as it was a rainy Saturday and we are some distance away. Our questions were answered quickly during our initial contact and we decided to make the trip. After our first test drive we felt as though there was something on the car that needed to be adjusted, our sales consultant, Joseph Inglima and the general sales manager, Mike Greco advised us they would have the service department look at the car on Monday and we could come back and drive it again after it was adjusted. Most dealers would have encouraged us to buy the car and then promised to fix it after the purchase but Joe and Mike realized the importance of a safe vehicle for our son. As promised the adjustment was made and we were notified. My husband and son returned to the dealer on Monday night to test drive the car again. All was well with the car and we were able to come to an agreement on the price. However it was getting late on a school night and Joe and Mike recognized this and instead of making my husband and son wait until late until all of the paperwork could be done and the car to be cleaned and ready they told us we could return the next day so that we could get home (we are about an hour away). We returned the next day and our purchase was promptly finalized. It was refreshing to us that Joe, Mike and really everyone at the dealership was more concerned with making sure we were happy, well cared for and safe than making a sale. Rarely in today's market can you shop at a dealer where you can find a good deal, NO PRESSURE, and a staff who genuinely care. With this in mind we would highly recommend Elite Acura to anyone in the market for a new car. We can say with confidence that we will be visiting again.

Just purchased a 2015 RDX and the overall experience was awesome. Giovanni Paparro was my direct salesman and I was delighted that he was able to get me out of my 2012 TSX. I needed something with more room and he took a very proactive approach in making sure that my goal was achieved. I was looking to trade in my 2012 TSX with hopes of landing something with a bit more room. After getting the runarounds, I decided to pay a visit to Elite Acura (by recommendation from a salesman at another dealership). This is where I ran into Giovanni Paparro, who I originally purchased my TSX from! I was very confident that he would help me achieve my goal. Giovanni provided exceptional service to both my wife and I. He was extremely patient, as I tend to be very analytical during car purchases and he had quite the sense of humor to smooth out the process. We found him to be quite personable and very proactive, traits that are imperative in this line of business. The end result was us leaving with a 2015 RDX. I must stress on how much I appreciated Giovanni's efforts in making sure I left the dealership with a new car, as my last car was nearing the end of its lease. Quality performance from a quality individual! The RDX runs well, I just have to adjust to the V6 engine as I've always had 4 cylinder cars. Nonetheless, the SUV is sporty and still averages pretty good miles per gallon compared to your typical SUV. It recently cost me $40 to fill up my tank and I was ecstatic!

I feel compelled to write this review---I was in Dover DE working in a rental because my car broke down and I was on my way to drive to VA get 2011 TSX from a local buy and sell dealer when Joe Ditro from Elite called me about an inquiry i made online about his car.I told him i was getting this 2011 TS because the price was very good but it had an accident on the car fax and he said "Why would you do that?!" I pulled over and Joe explained in detail how Acura certifies their cars- they did the inspection on this 2010 TSX V6 and they were replacing two rims(which he said most would have let slide or not tell you about because the damage was slight, replaced rear brakes, plus the whole 150 point inspection to Acura standards. I decided to turn around and drive an hour and a half to Maple Shade to take a look. The car was out front and it was in great condition, white with a tan leather interior, despite the bent rims drove great(they were waiting on parts so the rims were getting replaced on Monday) Joe was clean cut,very interested in what i had to say, knew about the car, explained what they found on the certification inspection .... I felt i was in good hands--nothing like this dealer in Va who couldn't or wouldn't tell me anything about what they did to the car. Truthfully they were getting a lot of calls on the car and Joe never once made me feel like"Well, if you do not get it now someone else will buy it quick"pressure. We purchased our Acura TSX-2012, back in August 2014. The customer service we recieved from Joe Torres was great. He knew the car in and out, and didn't pressure us to buying. It was the best thing we did though. Especially when I pulled up to the gas pump to fill up my tank and gas attendant said for $45, to fill it up, instead of $65. I was smiling. I know it may not seemed like a lot of money saved, but when I was filling up a SUV every two days at $65 verses $45 that last me 4 days. Its an awesome saving. I love my new car and for it being a 4cyl it sure has a great pick up. I would recommend this dealer and ESPECIALLY JOE TORRES to anyone and everyone I know that is looking to by a new/used/ceritfed vehicle. He was awesome, felt like a persom not a number when we were there.

At the end of June, a whistling sound started in my car. I called service and Scott F. said to come right in. Lisa R. then worked with me to identify what I was hearing. After letting the car sit in the sun, Lisa started the engine and identified that it was a AC problem. She scheduled a service on July 9th with a courtesy car for the day. When I arrived with my car, Chris A. did his inspection and took care of a little problem on the side of my car. My car was taken care of in a very professional manner. The problem was fixed! Working with Al Kaye made purchasing a car a pleasant experience. I'm 63 years old and have purchased many cars. This by far was the easiest time my wife and I ever had. Al couldn't do enough for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, took his time to answer all our questions and concerns. Al was not the stereo typical salesman, he was the exact opposite. Whatever we asked was no big deal. We had never met before but he treated us as if we had been friends forever. My wife especially was very much at ease as Al made it a point to answer all her questions without ever making her feel inept. Was in the market for a late-model BMW 3-series. I discovered 2 cars at Elite Acura that were what I was looking for. I stopped in to take a look and was greeted by sales manager Mike Greco. He answered my initial questions promptly and connected me with one of their sales consultants, Joe Inglima. Joe and I talked BMWs for quite awhile after discussing the 2 cars they had available. I mentioned that I would be out of town the next day but would return with my wife to take a test drive 2 days later. I communicated with Joe over the next 2 days and eventually came in late afternoon 2 days after I first saw the cars. They had already sold one of the vehicles (both were very competitively priced) but the nicer of the two was still available. We took a test drive and decided to make the purchase. We figured that we would take delivery in a few days but Joe, Mike, the finance manager (I forget his name), and the detailing crew went to work and we drove away with the car 2 hours later. They even got us a great financing rate for the purchase. Bottom line, these guys were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They made this deal pleasurable...something that doesn't always happen when making an auto purchase. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them 9n the future. Thank you Joe. Last minute decision to go to Elite Acura and best decision ever ! Love the salesman, Al and my new RDX ! The site is moving eventually and that is a good thing because it is a very crowded cluttered lot and uninviting but once inside you won't be disappointed. Al was not pushy and very knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. I went in thinking of a used car and came out with a new car due to the reasonable pricing and trade-in deals. i definitely recommend getting the technology package. Had a mini van for 23 years and I am loving my RDX !

My car was totaled so I needed a car in a hurry. I walked in off the street and Gary Band greeted me. I said I wanted to test drive a TSX and with 5 minutes I was doing just that. Two days later I purchased the car. There was a chip in the grill which I wanted repaired/replaced. It was done prior to the pickup. No haggling. Gary even took care of filling the tank and returning my rental. I hope the quality of the repair facility matches the competency of the sales staff.

I wanted to share my recent car buying experience at Elite Acura. I am not a person who writes many reviews but I felt this was necessary because of my recent purchase/ lease. Giovanni Paparo was extremely patient and accommodating. He is the gold standard for customer service. I work in a service environment and Giovanni was head and shoulders above what I see on a daily basis. I threw him a curve ball late in the process with a car color change. Giovanni walked me out to the lot and I picked a different color with new VIN number that he had to change the paperwork. All of this on a late Friday evening. If you reading this, please visit Giovanni at Elite Acura when looking for your next car. The sales manger Michael DeMarco was great as well, and the Finance Manager was extremely nice and efficient. He explained all the documents and had me out if there in what seemed like 5 mins. Acura's are great cars and Elite the best dealership to buy/ lease your next car.

The staff at the Elite Acura service department genuinely care about their customers and always offer sound advice when it comes maintaining your vehicle. There is no other place I would rather bring my Acura MDX. The prices are fair and competitive. There are other dealerships that are closer to where I live that are capable of working on my car, however I am sure they could never beat the overall customer satisfaction experience at Elite Acura.

Instead, he gave us room to look around and ask questions about the vehicles that caught our attention. He was very knowledgeable about all of the Acura sedan models. As a former TSX owner, I knew his information was accurate because I had excellent service with this car. We decided to test drive the ILX and during the ride, Joe explained its various functions. By the end of the test drive, we were sold on a Silver ILX. Once back in the showroom, the car-buying process actually began and Joe introduced us to Mike, who was excellent with handling the finance matters. Since Joe was always nearby, we never felt shuffled around. As a matter of fact, while we were waiting for paperwork, he even took time to show us photos of his wedding. When we closed the deal, another dealership representative we met was equally helpful in explaining the various purchase packages. I could not be more pleased with my customer experience at Elite Acura. As a female consumer, most car dealerships make my skin crawl and I have had many experiences in the past where salespersons have made unprofessional gender-related comments as part of their sales tactics. This was not the case at Elite. Jose was friendly, professional and most importantly, respectful of my time. He and Phil gave me a great price up front - no haggling! When I arrived to pick up my new RDX and sign the paperwork, Jose took great care in instructing me on all of the features so that I would get the best driver experience out of the vehicle. When he was all done, I bet I completed all of the paperwork in 5-10 minutes, tops! This was by far the smoothest, fastest, and most efficient car leasing experience I have had. (As a reference, this is the 7th vehicle I have leased.) I would have no reservation in recommending Jose and Elite Acura to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

Went to Elite Acura just to look at cars and get the feel of what I wanted didn't intend to purchase a car at all, but I DID. I'm very happy with my purchase I can't help, but smile every time I look at it. Jose was the first person to greet my daughter and I and he stuck with us the whole time. I was even the last one at the dealership and Jose did not leave my side. We went through many cars until I finally found what I wanted. Considering the fact that it was a busy Saturday and many people were at Elite Acura most sales person would have left and found another customer and once again Jose didn't. He made the figures work for me and very affordable and not to mention Jose was down to earth. Anyone reading this with hopes to purchase an Acura ask for Jose Martinez i'm for sure he will make it work for you. We recently leased a 2014 MDX from Elite Acura and could not have been more pleased with the process. I especially want to mention Jose Martinez, our leasing consultant, who helped with the transaction and whose help and knowledge was greatly appreciated by us. Elite was very fair in the deal and in the end when we requested a color that they did not have on the lot, they were able to track one down for us very quickly and efficiently. I dropped my car off last Thursday morning (September 26th) and I had asked for Maintenance B and a complementary car wash. I clearly remember putting my PRESCRIPTION RayBan sunglasses in the sunglasses compartment and when I picked my car up Friday afternoon - my sunglasses were GONE! I normally would not care but they are PRESCRIPTION and I USE IT FOR DRIVING! I called in - first of all the guy I was dealing with - Chris - does not answer the phone. I leave a message and I never got a phone call back. I then called again and got in touch with someone (I can't remember his name) and he wasn't very sympathetic about the situation at all. He told me that he would call me back to follow up but my phone has not rung once yet. So much for the follow up. I honestly believe that my sunglasses were taken some time during the service. It may not be the guys in the front but it definitely was during the oil change or when my car received a "complimentary car wash." I guess the car wash wasn't complimentary at all - it cost be about $250 after being charged $223 for the service. Needless to say, I will not return to get my car serviced at Elite Acura again. I just want to warn you all to watch out for your personal belongings while your car is being serviced!

Whenever I go for service at Elite Acura for service, my service rep (Scott Fuhrmann) is friendly and listens to my requests and/or concerns. If I will have a long wait, he will schedule a loaner car so that I am able to complete the other things that I must do.I really appreciate what the entire service department does.

My wife and I were serviced as soon as we entered the lot. The sales team were polite and courteous. Our primary salesman, Ron Padgett, showed us three different MDX's; an '08, a '10, and an '11. Ron was able to negotiate a price that met our finances and we purchased the 2011 MDX. We do not have the car, as it needed to be detailed. We are scheduled to pick it up on Monday, September 30, 2013. The team at Elite, as a show of good faith, allowed us to drive a 2014 loaner until Monday. We are very happy w/ Elite Acura, Phil Poon, Ron, Harry, and the team of salesmen.

Never once did I feel pressured to make a deal as they truly seemed more interested in my interest than making a sale. Looking for a higher end SUV and decided on the ACURA RDX because of how it was packaged and the price. Really hate when you have to pick from so many different packages. Have only had the RDX a short period but so far very nice vehicle to drive. Al Kaye made the whole experience very nice. Did not get any high pressure from him or any of the other people we worked with. That makes buying a new vehicle enjoyable. So many other dealers were "What will it take to get into it this today". These guys are a rip off. They offer you nothing for your vehicle and are unwilling to negotiate a good price that I am able to get at another Acura dealership. They did not return my calls (numerous) to both the salesman and the sales manager. When the deal did go sour the Manager through the salesman under the bus. I couldn't trust a group of guys that don't even have trust amongst themselves. The GM is the only one that seemed to have a background in customer service and listened to me his customer unlike his sales manager and the salesman. I will never go to Elite again and not send a friend there either. There are other Acura dealerships around that will treat you like a customer who is there to make a purchase on his hard earned money VS treating you like you are their next victim for them to take advantage of and rip off.

These guys mask problems well and once they make the sale they are by far the worst at common courtesy, like a simple return call when you have a concern or question. Its all hand slaps and fun busting it up while your sitting and signing all your documents but after that buyer beware. I recently purchased a used TL from these guys only later to find out that the car had multiple problems that they knew about and deliberately masked. The rims were painted and barely sealed as the paint started chipping shortly after I started driving the car. I also realized they had painted the leather that was in poor shape, again started to wear off after owning and driving for a bit. I also believe this car was in a flood but cant prove it as I am finding dried mud in cracks and crevices as I detail it. The sales manager Mike Greco is arrogant and will not return your calls. The finance guy Balal is a shyster as well, hes a fast talker so keep up or ask him to repeat or you will get beat. I have been purchasing Acuras for years and this is the worst Acura dealership I have ever dealt with. The service tech was decent but overall the entire operation comes off as they are doing you a favor. I refuse to take my car there any more for service and would tell everyone to look somewhere else or buyer beware.

I stopped in on Sat, July 27 at 5:30 pm. We went for a drive in the MIlano REd TSX. We loved the car.Keith KAufman said he would send me a price quote with 6% sales tax and all other costs.I did not receive any info from him later on Sat or on Monday. I called the dealership on Monday I was directed to a Joe Torres who asked me who i had seen and told me he was going to direct the phone call to Keith. I asked him not to and said I would prefer to work with someone else. Joe responded to all of my questions, emails and phone calls in a PROMPT manner. He offered me a deal which i turned down. I was hoping for a phone call countering my offer. When none arrived I called Joe back. He was not in as it was his day off. I phoned Susan Rinaldi and she too was lovely on the phone. Joe was tracked down, called me promptly and I asked if they would accept $26,000 flat. he called me back very quickly and I arranged to go over and picked up the car.When I got there, Joe and SUsan were both kind to me. I had to wait for the paper work to be finished. Joe got me water 3 times, showed me all the gadgets on the new car. He was very kind and went out of his way to make my wait comfortable Susan got me a sandwich for lunch because I was hungry.Of course I would recommend these people at ELITE ACURA.I love the car and I would gladly send friends to Joe or Susan

Recently purchased a certified pre-owned MDX from Keith Kauffman and had a great experience. Everyone I dealt with was honest and very accomodating. I really felt like they looked out for me and wanted to make sure I was happy and got the best deal possible. Certified pre-owned was the best option for me because they treat you like you spent the money on a brand new expensive Acura when you are getting such a better deal - mine came off a 3 year lease. Still get all the beneifts of a new car. Only had to deal with service department once (had wiper blade issues) they were all nice and did it at no charge since I just bought the car. Washed it for me too. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and this is definitely the best place I've found. I recommend this dealer to everyone I talk to.

Our salesman Al Kaye made our car buying experience painless and turned it into a very enjoyable one. He is pleasant, friendly, patient, and most importantly truthful. My experience at Elite Acura was GREAT and a blessing with my purchase of a 2004 Dodge Grande Caravan SXT! I have never had service like what I experienced here and with buying a used car at that. I was put with an AWESOME sales rep, Joe Torres! We had just had a baby and I wanted a minivan for the room. The van had come with after market 17 inch rims which is what had attracted me to the van in the first place when I found it online. One of the tires ended up have a leak due to a nail found (by their AWESOME Service Team). Joe had the safety of my family as his top priorty when he offered to switch the rims and tires from another vehicle. Joe made sure I knew what was going on through the process of buying my vehicle, he offered me something to drink, and just made sure that I was comfortable. Just wanted to take a moment to say what a great experience we had at Elite Acura. We were looking at a few sedans (Honda, Subaru, Volkswagen) and had just not found a car that we were excited about. We went to Elite Acura just to look at their cars, but didn't really think we could afford one. Once we started working with Keith Kaufman, and test driving a few models, we knew we had found the car we wanted. We were able to purchase a 2013 Certified Pre-Owned TSX with very low miles at an incredible price that was well within our budget. We would definitely recommend Keith and Elite Acura to our friends and family. Great service, great car, great price - it doesn't get any better than that!

con't,I am from out of state and when i purchased vehicle they promised that we'll get reimburse for the state inspection and emission.I got the call from the our representative and he asked me that y did i give them bad review and i explained that what had happened to us and all and then he also told me that since i gave them bad review he is not happy and he told me that we should be getting the check for state inspec (I also send out the receipt to them like 2 months ago and dealer called a month and half) but he not goona give me my reimburse check for state inspection.(conclusion.. they want review how they want not how they treat/do the business) This how they do........

This is a great place to buy a car. They are honest, forthright, and caring (and a car dealership!). They give free car washes to all cars purchased from their place - as many as you want! I always feel comfortable when I am there and they are very hospitable...offering coffee or cold drinks while you wait for your car. My salesperson Jose is easy to talk with and very thorough when explaining the aspects of the Acura.

However, the moment I talked to the internet sales rep from Elite I knew my experience there would be much better. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Ron Padgett, Michael Greco and Balal Rauf really took the time out to listen to me and make sure I could get the car I wanted in a price range I could afford. I didn't spend more than a few hours there and I seriously felt like part of the family by the time I left! The customer service there is beyond excellent and I am very satisfied with my experience there and my purchase (the car is GREAT too!). I would absolutely recommend friends and family to go there for future purchases and plan on going back there as well. I also cant forget to mention that if you're hungry - they'll make sure you get a nice chocolate chip muffin and something to drink - cant beat that! :)

But, Joe Inglima and the Elite Acura team, made the purchase quick,easy, and painless for our pre-owned RDX. They let me take the car to my mechanic to have it checked out. This was amazing to me, because that was in Delaware County Pa some 30 miles away from Elite Acura. Some dealerships try to deny you this most basic option, trust me I have walked out of dealerships due to this basic right. Besides, I was financing the purchase through my credit union, and they said that was not a problem. Again, this is amazing to me, some of the dealerships that I went into recently, tried to run my credit the minute I waked in the door, and would not even consider what I was telling them. Joe was very flexible with us through the entire purchase. Joe, you were wonderful!!! Keep up the great customer service, it will keep customers coming back again and again. He kept in contact with us when we were at home, and made us feel at home in the dealership. Joe even got us refreshments during the final paperwork process. I want to thank the gentlemen and the ladies at Elite Acura for their time and their attention and the excellent service that I received on my hunt for a new vehicle. After a horrible experience at a different Acura dealership where the salesman tried to sell me on a vehicle I did not want, it was refreshing to be treated like a valuable customer. Jose Martinez took the time to listen to my wants, my concerns, and my needs. Michael the sales manager showed the same concern. Balal the finance officer took care of me like I was not a first time customer. They all treated me like family. As a woman going to a dealership ALONE I expected from past experience to be treated like I knew nothing about cars or how financing works. These guys DID NOT treat me this way. I felt respected, cared for, and like they were genuinely concerned about me and my pockets. It was obviously they were concerned about making me happy. Where I didn't believe that I could possibly get into a BRAND NEW 2014 Acura RDX these guys made it happen for me. I don't think that I will ever buy from anyone else ever again. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy or not when I went in, I was super hot and I really did not feel like shopping the lot. Keeping in mind I visited two other dealerships when prior to Acura. Long story short, I was able to get a great car (2014-13miles) with most of what I wanted at a price that allows me to still SHOP!!! Saying thanks to Giovanni and Michael Acura in Maple Shade, NJ!! Always knew exactly what car I wanted, but the dealers I went to did not meet my standards. Came across elite Acura while searching on the Internet, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. Even though I'm about 3 hours away from their location it did not matter once I reached my destination. As soon as I got there they treated me, and helped me the best way possible. I recently bought an Acura RDX from Elite Acura. It was the nicest experience I have ever had with a car dealer. They were very attentive, listened to my needs, and guided me through the process. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and made the process as painless as it could be. Giovanni Paparo was excellent and when the time came to deal with the financials, Balal Rauf was helpful and explained the entire process. I would highly recommend using them. I was very determined on what my next car would be. I looked at models across four different Acura dealerships in the PA & NJ area. I eventually decided to go with Elite Acura after researching a number of certified pre-owned models and finding a 2012 model within my price range when I was originally only looking for a 2010 model. In this case, Elite provided a very nice vehicle at a good price for a 2012 model. Regarding 2010 models though, this location was one of the higher priced locations when comparing similar 2010 models at 3 other Acura dealerships. The Dealership itself is by no means large, but I have been to much smaller in the area. New comers may be a little confused as to where to park and what entrance to go in. I know I was the first time I pulled in. Luckily, they will be building a new location down the street soon. Regarding the staff, they were very respectable and helpful when it came to selling the car. What I mean by this is that they are willing to help answer any questions you may have and make sure the car is ready for you that night. They were overly pushy, but they were rather confident (even a little smug) about their product. Be prepared with what you are looking for and the staff will definitely be willing/able to assist you. My salesman was Jose. He seems to be a pretty good guy. He makes sure to follow up with you if you decide not a purchase a vehicle immediately. He also knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He gave me the impression that he was trying to look out for me regarding my questions about the pricing, so I appreciated that. Regarding Jose, I was pleased with his assistance. He answered all of my questions and made sure to have the detailing team buff an area I had an issue with. Overall, I'm happy with the choice I made with Elite. My car runs great and feels wonderful. Purchasing my vehicle was a positive experience with Elite. Following my purchase, the staff made sure to provide a very welcoming atmosphere where I felt as if I were a part of the Elite Acura family.

Buying a car from Elite Acura in Maple Shade could have not been easier. The customer service was outstanding. They are willing to work with you under any circumstance. They also treat you as if you were a family member and make sure you feel comfortable in any type of situation. The managment was excellent. They make sure you get what you want. they want you to make sure your making the right choice and do not tr to talk you into anything you shouldnt do. The manager I dealt with was 100% understanding and helpful. That was only the begining. Elite Acura offered to replace parts on the car that were not even broken free at cost just to make the car look that much better. I recomend Elite Acura if you want to be sure of a great car with a great deal. They will work with you and make sure you are happy when you leave.

Went to Elite on the advice of a friend who had recently purchased a vehicle from here and told me what a great staff they had. I found this to be very true! I got a good price on my trade-in as well as a fair deal on the new TL I bought. All of the people I dealt with; Keith, Balal and Mike were excellent and friendly. From my experience, We made a deal including accessories and they made bill for car price, tax and warranty which came up same as we made a deal but they didn't include accessories in that bill and i asked them how about the accessories and they said ohhh u will get it done whem u come here..i went got accesories and they asked for accessories money extra.. but i fought and they understood .. they wanted to take acessories off 1st time or wanted to wrk out some deal.. but i said i already paid for it y would i pay it for again..never ever go there again...

I have been a loyal customer to Elite for the past 6 yrs and 2 TL's later. My lease is coming to an end (4 payments left) they called me non stop for 3 weeks telling me that they can get me into a new TL for less then what I am paying. I drove 40 minutes so they can"appraise" my leased TL. What a joke! They told me that I was $5000 upside down in the lease!! REALLY?? Acura's always hold their value. So they "rolled' the difference into my payment which made it a small mortgage! I was so disappointed and will never recommend this dealer due to their lack of respect and insulting numbers! Don't go here-!

I Purchased my Acura MDX last year at a different dealership.When I purchased it I also purchased an extended warranty through Acura which I was told is a bumper to bumper warranty.I was having a problem with the Hands Free Link, it would work one day and not work for a couple of days only to work again. So I found an email address to the service department and asked if this HFL problem was covered by my extended warranty. He replied that I needed to send him a copy of the warranty which I did in PDF form only to be ignored, I do not recommend things unless I get great service, in this case I got no service at all.

Needed a new sedan, did my research and went to Elite Acura 1 hour before they closed. Saleswoman Susan Rinaldi was phenomenal at getting what we wanted and coming close to the price I demanded. She even called to make sure I was satisfied a week after I drove off the lot. The only thing to watch out for is the guy towards the end who tries to get you to buy all those other types of coverage. If you want the added fancy options, you can haggle down to literally a fraction of what they quote (I got scratch protection for 70% off what they stated). But he was pretty heavy-handed. Outside of that, I had a great experience and don't have a tinge of that cheated feeling one can get weeks after leaving a dealership. Do your homework, stand your ground and Susan is willing to work with you.

the sales people were rude and very ignorant towards me and my 72 year old mother. they said they would call us if we got approved or not and they never did. so my mother ended up having to drive there only to walk in the show room and see our sales person and vinny talking, and when they saw my mother they quickly split up and walked away.

Took my car in to get fixed in August 2011, they told me I needed a new torque converter. $3700 later it still ran bad. They replaced it again in December saying the tc was bad again. Still ran bad in May they tell me I need another tc plus the rest of the transmission. Took it somewhere else and it runs great now. They clearly do not know what they are doing. Contacting an attorney to try to get my money back.

We have purchased or leased 8 new Acura from them and one used Honda in the last 25 years. The pricing was always competitive, and the staff is easy to work with. This purchase was a 2013 RDX. The experience was a total pleasure and the car I wanted was in stock, and was ready for me when I came to pick it up. I traded a 2007 MDX, and after checking out prices on the web for the trade, I believe I received top dollar for my trade.Their service department is always courteous, and the car is ready when it's promised.They have two waiting areas. one of which is conducive to working on a laptop in a quiet atmosphere, or just reading. The other has a TV, free coffee & soft drinks and comfortable seating.

Elita Acura is a HORRIBLE dealership!!! DO NOT Buy from Them!!!!After coming to terms with a deal and leaving a deposit of $500, we were told that they would be trucking in our car because we didn't want one with 200 miles already on it. The car was supposed to arrive at the dealership after 2 days but after calling numerous times with no response from our sales guy or any of the sales manager they finally said they had located the car. They then tried renegotiating the terms of the sale by saying they were going to charge us NJ sales tax when the registration and primary driver for the car was in FL, probably trying to pocket the difference in the sales tax for themselves. We emailed them back that the sales manager no longer wanted to do business with us after we did not agree to pay for the NJ sales tax as that was not what they told us from the start and that we wanted to get our deposit back but they were completely unresponsive with our phone calls. At first we noticed that the phone would ring a few times before going to voice mail and after figuring out it was us calling they would send us straight to voicemail after one ring. We had to drive down 40 minutes after being unable to contact anyone from Elite Acura to get the $500 deposit back. When we got there we spoke with a sales manager who was sitting at his desk even though we called him 5 times while we were on the road. He took us to the private documents room and shut us inside so that no one else could see we had an issue with them and started slamming the cabinets when he couldn't even find our sales folder. He lied about not having a copy of our deposit payment as it was made by credit card and then magically it appears from the same folder a few minutes later. These people are a bunch of liars and scam artists so if you like dealers with liars, be sure to come here.

This place is an Acura Dealership run by a bunch of used car salesmen or sub-prime mortgage officers. I am in the middle of purchasing a car with another reputable dealer near my home. I have already struck a deal that I was pleased with and the only detail we were working out was the trade in value. My car was in an accident years so the trade in value was less than what I expected. I put the purchase on hold to see if I could get a little bit more for my trade by selling it myself.The guys at Elite got a hold of my information from cars.com and repeatedly contacted me. I cordially told them that I was not interested and that I wanted to try to sell my car first, but they kept making promises and told me that if I came in they will make me an offer I couldn't refuse. So I reluctantly went there to see.After I arrived, they sat me down and asked me how much I was planning on putting down as a deposit and that I would HAVE to buy the car tonight or they will withdraw the offer. I asked them for their offer on the trade in and they offered $500 more than the other places.Then the manager (Mike) proceeded to exercise his used car sales tactic on me, trying to make me feel guilty about all the trouble they went through to find a buyer and the getting this car ready for me... blah blah and even getting nasty with me stating that my expectations were crazy and that I had to take this offer.Clearly they failed to understand the buyer. Prior to the Sales Manager (Mike) sitting down to try to wow his staff with his "amazing" sales skills, Gary sat me down and asked me a list of questions that his manager apparently dictated for him on a piece of paper and was asking me these questions while he was reading this paper. Gary didn't exactly instill confidence nor any professionalism.In spite of all the valid questions that Gary asked, Mike failed to understand why I was looking to trade in the car. Mike failed to understand where I was in the thought process and mistook me for a person who was impulsive and wanted this car right away. Eventually I will have to compromise and pay more than I want to, but I wish to do this after I have had a chance to think about thing for about a week at least. This sales tactic to trying get you to come in and badger you to make this choice tonight right away and make your compromise NOW! has no please in a high end dealership like Acura. The showroom at Elite Acura is a disgrace compared to others. Sales people there treat you like they are in Boiler Room selling junk stocks. Acura should investigate this place and either shut them down bring in all new staff and build a new more inviting showroom.

I brought my 2012 Acura TL in for an oil change and asked if they could recommend a good body shop to repair a gouge from a vehicle that hit me on the front bumper. Elte Acura said they could fix it right at the dealership within a few hours. They gave me a 2012 Acura Tl as a loaner and suggested I go out for a long lunch. I came back in two hours and my body work was complete and they did an excellant job. That is great customer service.

I just leased my 4th mdx from elite acura tonight. My experience was excellent and I could not have been more pleased. The sales manager, Mike Greco, made me feel like a valued and important customer and helped to make an excellent deal for us on a new lease. My salesman, Harry made the experience a complete pleasure. He even offered me his cell phone number so I could call him if I had any concerns or questions in the future. I also enjoyed seeing again my salesman (now in the finance department) from mdx #2- Balal R. who helped me to complete all of the paperwork. He made it quick and simple. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend Elite Acura.

We recently purchased our 3rd Acura from Al within the last 3 yrs. The reason for our 3rd purchase last week, was because our son totaled his RSX. We walked in when the doors opened at 9 a.m., and went straight for Al. Al could see the stress in my face due to the situation, plus we had 1 day to find a car! Al automatically led us to a trade he took in 2 days prior from the gal he sold the car to about 5 yrs ago. Al assured us that all the major work had just been done and had the receipts to prove it, which he graciously gave us to keep. The auto of choice, an 2003 Acura TL, had about 103,000 miles on it so our concern was there. Al said, "give me until early afternoon as I'll have my mechanic here put it on the lift and check it all out.". About 2 hrs later, he called us back with a full report on the amount of brake pads left, tire trends, struts, etc. We returned to Al with our check in full and made plans to pick the vehicle up 3 days later. The car was pretty rough looking (in a gals opinion), but Al assured me he'd get it cleaned up. And that he did! When we returned on Thursday to sign the paperwork, Al had the front bumper painted, the mats and rugs scrubbed, headlights glistening and the leather looking like new! In all of my years dealing with Al Kaye, never have we been let down. Al is the most honest car salesman I have ever come across. I can go on and on about little things with prior purchases he has done for us, but I trust you get the gist.You have nothing to lose by stopping at Elite Acura and finding Al to begin your new car search. The worse thing that can happen is that he does not satisfy your needs and you leave; absolutely nothing lost but a few hours. Acura is lucky to have an honest salesman on their side!

Here are the highlights of those who helped me. First, the salesman, Ron Padgett, greeted me at the door. Next, the sales manager, Mike Greco, was very helpful and understood when I said that I had to return with my husband before I could make a purchase of a 2012 MDX. When I returned with my husband, the staff was very courteous. Mike showed us the service facilities and Ron got the car. The color was black which was not the color that I first wanted. However, after a great discussion & negotiation with Mike and Ron, I decided to borrow some money and they worked out a great deal. Then business staff member Balal Rauf helped us out. Phil Roon helped with the paper work. I said that I did not want to pick up the car at night so they could install the RESISTAL. Vincent Minniti, general saled manager, said that I would be given mats for the car when I picked it up the next day. I picked the car up on November 29th, 2011, and have been very happy since. Also, I just had a recall and the service department could not have been better.I, also, wrote a letter to the general manager Tom Alfinito thanking all those who had helped make my sale possible.

After Looking at the Elite Acura Website and finding a couple car's that I was interested in, I went down to the dealership where Jose Martinez was waiting for our appointment. I have wanted an Acura TSX since they introduced the model and I was not sure if it would be affordable for me, and Jose along with Balal worked with me to make it possible!! Both of them were so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and make you feel welcome, not to mention how well kept the veichles are. The atmosphere the employees of Elite Acura create is amazing, they make you feel like you are home and go out of there way to make sure you are having the best car-buying experience possible! They were so patient with me, brought around a few different cars and eventually finding the car for me ( 2009 Acura TSX ). During the paperwork preparation with Balal, he took the time to inform me of all the paperwork I was filling out in detail, what it all meant and helped me to make the best possible decisions for my car purchase. I have since returned twice to have a minor scratch repair done and upon both returns, Jose was there and greeted me in just the same was as in our first appointment, Asking about how the car is and if I was happy with it and if there was anything else he could do to make my car buying experience even better than it already was, though I can't imagine it going any better than it already has! We arrived at Elite Acura on a busy Saturday afternoon on a "looking" expedition. For the last few weeks we have been test driving and visiting several area dealerships. and were not completely sure which vehicle we wanted. We took a ride in a 2012 RDX, it was not the right vehicle for us. Ron, our salesman steered us towards 2012 MDX, which we loved. Vinny presented some different scenarios, we purchased a 2011 MDX with low mileage, on the following Monday. How was our experience different? The dealership was clean and modern. Every employee we dealt with was friendly,knowledgeable and patient. You did not get the feeling that "you HAD to buy the vehicle right then and there, or you would miss the deal of a lifetime." Balal completed the transaction for us in a professional and friendly manner. On Wednesday, we returned again for the owners clinic, here again we were pleasantly surprised by how much attention is given to the customers and the quality of the event. I was helping my neice find her next car, we went to elite Acura to look at a vehicle she saw online, thats when we met Jose, the vehicle she thought she like turned out to be a manual trans vehicle, so then Jose showed us a beautiful 2006 Honda civic I was very impressed how the vehicle was cared for and I liked it. My neice was a little disapointed because it wasn't exactly what she thought she wanted.But then she drove it and realized how it had a lot of modern conveniences.She was starting to come around.But now we had to see if we could afford it, Jose and the staff did all they could and that little Honda became my neices next car! It's not often that any business exceeds my expectations. Fortunately for me I found one in Elite Acura. My initial online inquiry generated a very quick response from John Peckham( Internet Mgr),via email and by phone. When I showed at my scheduled appointment I was greeted and welcomed to the dealership by Mike Grecco,Sales Manager. Elite Acura was absolutely great. My husband and I have bought cars from carsense before and while they're nice, I think we had a far greater experience at Elite. The staff was great. They tried to feed us dinner. :) They went to lengths far greater than we could have asked for. I'm not the easiest person to work with but everyone was so patient and they worked with us to get us the price we wanted. I would highly highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a used car or new Acura.Not to mention I am absolutely absolutely in love with my car. Definitely the best decision.

Balal Rauf has been a pleasure to work with every visit to this dealership. Most recently we had very minor body damage to our new 2012 RDX. Balal made sure this was taken care in a timely fashion while I waited and that the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Also, when I received the original tags they were damaged, and in order to make me happy Balal ordered me new tags which I will pick up next week. I had an awesome experience at Elite Acura. First of all my husband and I stopped by on a saturday at closing time. Ron came out to greet us and took the time to introduce himself. I asked for his card and told him I would return. I went back on Monday. I was hesitant to buy right away do to a pending refi on my mortgage. I love the fact that this dealership didn't pressure me. Everyone was concerned with my comfort and satisfaction. Ron and Balal followed up with me and kept me informed, but they were never pushy, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I went back to buy my Acura TSX and I love my car. I have bought new cars in the past but this is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. What an awesome experience in purchasing my new 2012 TL! I have been taking my 2006 Acura TL to Elite for the last 3.5 years for service. The service department is unmatched. Recently I stopped into the show room to look a the new TLs. I Harry Helmer very quickly and had a comfort in dealing with him. I have purchased 16 cars and Harry is the "BEST" car sales person I have ever used. Not pushy, Very honestly, detailed, listens to your concerns, and I felt he was really working for me (which at a car dealership never seems to be the case). He got me an amazing deal on my trade in and new car. I was so pleased I sent a co-worker & wife the next day to Harry who then purchased a brand new 2012 MDX from him. Also very pleased! You can look around at other dealers but honestly I would not bother! Just go to Elite and ask for Harry! Life will be much better! I will not go to any other dealer.On a side note - the 2012 TL All Wheel Drive is an amazing car!

I went to this dealer thinking due to it being an Acura dealer that the quality of the car would be outstanding but it turned out to be a big problem and they won't due anything about it. I've called left messages about trade in or some type of replacement for $20,000 you think you would receive and excellent purchase, but I was wrong. I would not recommend anyone to use this dealer.I've only had this car for five months.

My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Acura RDX and our experience with Elite Acura was extremely positive. We visited three times one to initially look at the vehicle which Harry stayed late to show us. The second to bring in the trade in vehicle to be valued and finally last night to purchase. All visits were friendly and extremely professional. Harry is a very personable, motivated, non aggressive salesman that is always on the go. I would definitely go back to see him for any future auto purchases. Brian was very professional and profiecnt he offered us an extended warranty at a more competitive price than I could find anywhere online.

Robin was quick to respond on internet inquiry and got back right away whenever I had a question. Keith was my salesman. I was concerned that the car would still be there, as I had a long drive to Elite. He made sure it was. We were able to get a lot done over the phone and email, so my time there was efficient. I drove off the lot with my new car, feeling I got a great deal and a great rate. Keith was very nice, and even made sure the rental car I showed up in was properly returned.

They didn't try to talk me into things I didn't want (like other dealerships), they tried to get me exactly what I was hoping to find. Go to Elite and ask for Mike Glestein. Keith did an awesome job in showing me all the TSX features. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. I traveled over 2 hours to Elite Acura for a certified pre-owned '09 TSX. I had never dealt with them before, but they had the exact TSX (6 spd/tech) I wanted for a killer price.When I arrived, I spoke with the manager who hooked me up with Al Kaye. Al was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped me get the financing that worked for me. It took a little longer than I would have liked to close the deal, but it was well worth it. Honestly, it was the best price I had found on a certified TSX and they were very generous on my trade.Brian Dahms (the business manager) was efficient closing the deal. He was friendly, and I did not feel pressured to get any additional coverage for the car.A week later, I realized the car needed some brake work. I called Al, and without hesitation, he said bring it in and they'll take care of it, complete with a loaner.While this dealer is two hours away, I will not hesitate to purchase my next Acura from them. After roughly four years in a 2005 TL, I decided it was time for a change so I headed over to my favorite Acura dealership (Elite Acura) to look at a few cars. After test driving a few (with no pressure whatsoever), I decided on a certified pre-owned 2008 RL. The experience with Elite was top-notch from the very first moment I walked in the dealership, until we signed all of the paperwork and I drove off the lot. My sales rep, Andrew Fang, was extremely friendly and definitely approaches his job with an easygoing, no-pressure type of attitude. It was really refreshing and made the whole process that much easier. Balal Rauf, the finance manager who handled my case, was incredibly thorough, efficient, and professional. He explained all of my options to me in detail, and made me feel very comfortable with the whole transaction and the additional warranties that I decided would be a valuable addition to my purchase. Balal and Andrew definitely exhibit the kind of teamwork that helps to build a first-class organization. In addition to the overall experience at the dealership, I thought I received a very competitive price on my new car (better than any other dealership within a 50 mile radius) and an extremely fair and equitable value on my trade-in. I went to Acura to look at the MDX. I've been through the car buying process so many times, and have had some bad experiences prior, so I was on my guard. I was greeted by Al Kaye who was friendly and patient. They had tables set up for a catered event they have once a month. They also have a drawing to give away a flat screen TV for everyone who purchased a car. A very nice gesture from the dealership. Michael Greco, who is a sales manager came by, said hello, and offered us food. He then gave me a price and said it was good. There was no haggling or the usual line (ARE YOU READY TO PURCHASE NOW). Instead they gave me the car and said take it home drive it and let us know what you think. The truth is that the price they gave me was untouchable by their competitors. I gave Turnersville Acura a chance to beat the deal and they couldn't even come close to matching it. The whole experience was a pleasure and the price was excellent. Thanks Mike.

I just completed a purchase of a certified 2008 Acura RDX with all the bells and whistles at Elite Acura in Maple Shade New Jersey. Let me say this was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had, and I am 44 years old. I had been researching a car purchase for at least the last three weeks and doing all my due diligence on new and certified cars. I even test drove a few different vehicles before I chose to concentrate on the Acura RDX. First of all let me say this was the first time I even drove an Acura vehicle.I was sold once I first test drove the RDX.It was just a matter of finding the right dealership and vehicle to meet my needs.I went to a few dealerships and Elite Acura was by far the most honest and fair dealership. Jose Martinez was my salesman and he was a great guy who I would recommend to anyone to purchase a vehicle from. I recently purchased a CPO 2009 MDX at another dealer. (b/c Elite Acura didn't have any in stock to choose from.) There were a few things that needed to be done and the dealer was 75 min from my house. Elite Acura suggested I bring the car to them and they would take care of the problems so I didn't have to drive 75 min each way when the service only took about 45 min. Their customer service dept was excellent. Jeff Haas was very accomodating and took care of everything.

NightMare - Would never recommend. Came in from out-of-state to purchase a used Evo - and was told that everything was in good working order, and was just serviced. They were friendly, and thorough over the phone, so I decided to make 300mi trek to take a look at it since it was extremely difficult to find the color and model I wanted at a decent price.I get there, and the car just looks beatiful - The first things I noticed is that the car was modified - a 3in exhaust, turbo timer, and intake. The sales rep promised that it was completely stock. I shrugged it off since they weren't major modifications and took it for a test drive anyway - thinking I would just do those mods at some point anyway. On to my next suprise, 5th gear had a terrible grind - at this point I was just ready to leave. I was furious that I had driven all the way out there to find out that the car had a grind. They then went on to tell me that it's a typical problem for the Evo VIII, and that it should be covered under the remaining Mitsubishi Warranty. So after some debating, and some money taken off - I decided to take it after reading that there was TSB for the grind, and Mitsubishi would fix it under warranty. I didn't want to leave without it- I took of from work, and drove all the way out there. Those weren't the best reasons, but I was comforted by the fact the Mistubishi would take care of it for free.So I get back to my hometown, and take it to Mitsubishi just to find out that the warranty was voided by the previous owner.So I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs - They offered no help or assistance and even ignored my calls for weeks until I threatened the BBB. They sold me a car they was supposed to be under warranty, but was indeed not.They ended up paying for half of the repair - and I in turn sold the car since it was such a bad experience with it. I was young, and because of that I was taken advantage of - I'd stay away from these guys as they are the reason I am now weary of shady sales people. Who the F tells someone there's nothing wrong with the car when they are traveling 300mi to look at it? Crooks. I'd look at Google's reviews - they're more on par for how shady this dealer is.

I did not even have to walk onto the dealership to receive unprofessional, sarcastic treatment. I've been researching a particular car for quite a while and decided to make an online offer; it was a low offer, BUT reasonable. Isn't that how this offer-counter-offer works especially with USED cars at new car dealerships? Instead of a professional "sorry we can not accept that offer at this time" I received "Im not sure if you missed a digit when you emailed in, but the number you gave is not working for me." I'm well over an hour drive away. If he were to have replied more professionally I might have driven the 1+hour to see the car and possibly made a higher offer based on my experience. After speaking with a Sales Rep by phone, b/c I was located about 3 hours away, I first asked about the condition of the vehicle and if there was anything I should be aware. I was was informed that the vehicle is in great condition and from there we agreed on a price. I informed the rep that I wouldn't be able to buy the vehicle until Saturday(three days from our conversation) b/c I was located 3 hours away. The rep said to follow up Saturday to be sure the vehicle was still there and not sold. I waited until Saturday, followed up with the rep, and said I would be shortly and should arrive around 2:30pm. The rep said he would hold the vehicle from the time we ended our conversation until I arrived that day. Once arriving at the dealership I was running about 1 hour behind due to traffic. I found the rep that I had been speaking with and was told that another person was test driving the vehicle that I had just driven 3 hours to purchase. After about 30 minutes of someone's "test drive" the sales rep replied, "ok, the car is back, it's a race to see who gets to purchase the vehicle." I felt disrepcted and lied to after our prior conversations. In addition, once I was able to see the vehicle in person, the rep said, "oh, also there are some scratches on the hood, an aftermarket exhaust, and some stickers on the seats." My reply was, "why didn't you inform me of these things when I asked over the phone." The reply was, "well I noticed them after we talked." He had all of my contact information and mislead me. After the terrible experience I still purchased the vehicle b/c it was still a good price for the vehicle. I was purchasing the vehicle with a check and was told the paperwork would take about 15 minutes. Needless to say I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours until I was able to start signing the paperwork. I would never revisit this dealership and would recommended anyone stay clear who values honesty and their time.

I just want to say, I needed a cosmetic repair done to my 2003 MDX which existed when i purchased my car used at Elite Acura. I didnt notice it at first, but when i did, i took it back to the dealer a few months later and complained to them about the broken vent. The repair to my air vent was not cheap, but working with Al, Tom and Deanna, they agreed to replace it at no cost to me as a courtesy for my past business and continued support. I have to say, everyone at the dealership seems really nice and very accomodating and i would recommend them to anyone! THANKS!!-Andrew L.

It is simply amazing how professional the staff of Elite Acura is - all members of the staff. The Sales Person (Susan) treated me like an intelligent thinking being. The Sales Manager (Vinnie) did the same. The Business Manager was business like, effective and clear - simplifying the purchase process. Elite Acura treated me like I was making an important purchase; with care, concern and a true desire to ensure that I really was in the right vehicle at a price that worked for me. Having only purchased Honda's or Acuras for years - this time I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to buy, and so I embarked on visiting other dealerships. The other dealerships treated me like a piece of meat - just to chew up and spit out - not really caring about my needs - just wanting to sell another car. Returning to Elite to discuss options, it became dramatically clear that this is the kind of company I chose to do business with. I had an excellent experience at Elite Acura. They gave me a great deal on used 2007 RDX, then gave me another great deal on my trade-in. Really bent over backwards to help me out. No pressure sale. I've been to other dealerships where they either ignore you if they think you won't buy, or hover around like vultures if they think you will. Elite Acura did neither of these things. A clean sale and an superior purchasing experience. Highly recommended.

My wife and I purchased a used 2010 Acura ZDX and we could not have been more satisfied with the dealership itself and the two men we worked with. They quoted a fair price for the vehicle and offered several options (paint sealant and lost key options) but there was no high pressure sales tactics. We were also very pleases with the willingness of the Service Manager to locate the right vehicle. He had several ZDX's out as loners. We would recommend this dealer over any Acura dealership in the Tri State area.

Went to Acura Dealership to check out vehicles available. Never drove or purchased an Acura before. Wife was leasing a Mercedes C class which ends in March. Sales Representative Andrew Fang was extremely knowledgeable and helpful discussing Acura vehicles and the various options of purchasing and leasing. Wife drove the TL and loved it. Andrew and Vincent made the process very easy and dare I say enjoyable and gave us a deal we couldn't turn down. Got out of our lease with Mercedes and drove home in a new Acura TL - great car and great experience with Elite Acura! All personnel very knowledgable and attentive.

I walked into Elite Acura angry & left w/ a smile on my face. I'd been dealing w/ Acura of Turnersville for weeks right up until they lied to me about my financing. Sick of the games I headed to Elite & walked out the same day a happy customer.The staff was great & played none of the typical games you usually expect. None of the "this is the best I can do" only to go talk to the manager for a better deal 5 minutes later. I told them what I could do up front & they gave me anawesome deal. I had originally planned to buy out my 07 MDX Tech lease, but instead left w/ an 08 Tech/Advanced instead. No games. No Lies. Just the good & honest folks at Elite who treated me right! I highly recommend!Also recommend avoiding the swindlers at Turnersville!!!

I did not think it was possible to have an even better experience than my first, but I was wrong!! I made my second acura purchase in 6 months from Tom Couch and the team at Elite Acura and the best way I can describe it is that it did not feel like a car-buying experience. It was a pure pleasure. Everything was simple, laid out clearly, stress-free. I was 100% confident I got the best price, the best value and the most amazing car I have ever driven. Clearly, the management team knows what they are doing to have such an amazing staff working for them. I can't imagine one thing that could have made this experience better. I told the folks at Elite I would never buy a car from another dealership after my first experience there, and I have stuck to my word!! When I began my used car search I visited five major dealers in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. I knew what kind of car I wanted, and I knew exactly how much I could afford. I visited an Acura dealership in Pennsylvania and left there feeling very upset by the way I was treated. When I visited Elite Acura, from the second I step inside their showroom, to the minute I pulled of their lot, I was treated with the utmost respect. I met with Al Kaye, a salesmen who has been working there for over 10 years. Al Kaye took the time to meet with me and find out what kind of car I wanted to be in, and how much I could afford. He was honest about the car and answered all of my questions; and if he couldn't answer a question he found the information out for me instead of giving me a bunch of you know what. I test drove a 2008 Acura TL and I have to admit compared to all the other dealerships I went to, Elite Acura presented the best certified used cars I have seen. They were all clean, detailed, and priced to sell! Michael Greco the Sales Manager was also extremely helpful in getting me in the car I wanted and at a price I couldn't beat. I would recommend Al Laye and Michael Greco to my friends and family... in fact the whole entire team at Elite was wonderful. So if your looking for a pre-owned certified Acura and you only want the best, I would highly recommend you visit Elite Acura in Maple Shade, New Jersey. Sales person was friendly did not try to push a vehicle on us that we were not interested in and he listen to what we were interested in and what price we were willing to pay for our vehicle. All the members we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The process to purchase the vehicle was quick did not take more than a hour and a half.

I just wanted to say thank you, I know I came in there for a RDX and even though the deal was good, after sleeping on it, the TSX financially was the better choice for me. It runs great and I am out free from that Civic lease. I must say you have given Deneen and I two great deals, and you now have me as a customer for life. You didn't try to sell any car to me, but a car that fits me and my financial situation which shows me that you weren't pulling car salesman tricks but you actually care for your customers. Mike G was the most helpful salesperson ever. He was extremely knowledgable about all of the vehicles and extremely friendly. Mike was not our typical high pressure pushy salesperson He showed extreme patience while I took my time test driving each vehicle. He was always more than happy to let me take vehicles out for a second test drive. He made sure I felt confident on vehicle performance and features prior to pulling out of the lot. Upon delivery he made sure to assist me with setting all the vehicle options to my personal prferences. Susan was great. She was honest and she has continually followed up with me on the car and its features. I would highly recommend her to anyone. And Acura as a brand name cannot be beat. I walked into the dealership and she met me at the door with a smile and introduced me to both the TL and the TSX. Since I was a returning leasee with Acura she explained several options I had to lease. She followed up through email on what was going on and I scheduled a meeting with her to review my trade. She was immediately available when I arrived and the deal was done in no time. Susan and Elite Acura were a pleasure to deal with and I will consider them again when the time is right.

As consumers we know they are in the business to make money, Elite Acura did listen to our needs and followed thru and we were able to meet halfway. This is definitely appreciated and it made it better that they were able to secure a GREAT rate on our financing. I take my car to Elite Acura because I live close by and I bought my car there.Almost every time when I go, I feel disgusted.Pretty much everyone in the service department or sales department is horrible.The service is so bad, I might consider driving 20+ miles to the Acura dealership in Turnersville.

I want to recognize Dave for being a very professional and caring salesman. He did a great job of showing the available vehicles and their features. He did not pressure me, but called to followup with me. He worked with the manager Vinny to get me the best price for the car, and both were very pleasant to deal with. I did not have any hassles - they were cooperative and accomodating. I had a very POSITIVE experience buying from this dealership. The general manager is also very willing to meet and greet customers, and respond to their concerns. I recommend them highly.

My wife and I were just shopping for an Acura TL, and we meet Dave Spencer, Sales consultant. He made us feel very relaxed and was very knowledgeble about the vehicles he sold, new and used. We shopped the lot for Acura TL's, just to get an idea of their cars available. We were there approx. 1 hour and he did not force us into a test drive, but mentioned when you have more time stop back when you have time to test drive one of our vehicles. At the same time we asked for a trade-in value on our car. We were both satified with the value that Elite offered us for our car. It was a fair price.After we got back from vacation we meet up with Dave again to test drive a 2010 TL, and a 2008 TL-S.....And my wife choice the 2008 TL-S one of a kind available in the tri-state area.We picked up the car, and the Dave and team made us feel very welcome to the Acura family.If you in the area check out their cars...it will be worth your trip.

The fact that I would even take the time to go to this site shows you how impressed I was with these guys. I came in with prices from other dealerships and Tom Couch said he would do whatever it took to make me happy, and they did! There was no pressure and no sales tricks. There was no back and forth haggling. I told him what I thought was fair and Tom discussed it with Vincent Menniti and within minutes they had given me the best price for the new car and the best trade in value for the car I had traded in! Everything was so low key. They were great to deal with, and easily got me the exact car I wanted (as per color, interior, and technology package). The had to get it at an out of state dealership, but did it in two days! (I feel other dealerships would have pressured me to buy what was left on their lot.) I highly recommend that anyone interested in an Acura should go to Elite Acura and ask for Tom Couch. He was so very easy to work with, and took care of any need I had. Besides Tom, everyone there seems to have a "we are here for you" attitude. Vincent Menniti, the sales manager really showed me that he wanted me as a customer. Balal Rauf, the business manager made the paperwork a breeze, and fully explained the extended warranties and other options in a non-pressure manor. Very pleased with all three guys.BOTTOM LINE: I feel I got the best bottom line price and top of the line treatment!

Elite Acura is hands down the best dealer I have ever worked with! Two months earlier, I had the typical "dog and pony" show at another Acura dealer and left after 2 hours of what felt like a hostage situation. Earlier in the day, I visited yet another Acura dealer. Same thing and they didn't have the color I wanted, so we left. The folks at Elite Acura were wonderful! I spoke to Doug Hillman, sales manager, by phone around 2 PM. He had my MDX in his inventory. I told him exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and what I wanted for my trade. He told me that he could work with those parameters, provided my trade was worth what I wanted. I explained I'd be arriving with 2 small children in tow, and I didn't want any funny business once I arrived. He promised that there wouldn't be and guess what? There wasn't! We were promptly greeted and taken care of by Tom Couch, sales consultant. He was awesome and even helped out with the kids! The car was already getting serviced and we went to work on the necessary paperwork, trade appraisal, etc. They had a nice Lego table for the kids in the service waiting room, which was clean and very nice. I got everything that I wanted and great finance terms, too! Everyone was very friendly, playful with the kids, as well as professional. The finance manager, Balal Rauf, was also such a nice guy. He explained everything very thoroughly, including optional extended warranties and protection packages. I found him to be sincere and honest. We ended up getting Road Hazard Tire Protection and Resistall paint and interior protection (with 2 kids we felt we really needed it, especially with the light Taupe interior that I absolutely love!). We felt he gave us a good deal on both. There was never any pressure, just open discussion about our options. We are thrilled with our MDX! I'm not great with technology and the kids made it impossible to focus, so Tom promised to give me a full tutorial when I return for the running boards and Resistall application, as well as a loaner vehicle. Elite Acura is a 5 star dealer! Don't waste your time anywhere else! I got a great deal on my MDX without any funny business and I can't thank them enough for making my new car experience enjoyable.

Leased a car 3 years ago, now I am turing it in, found out that the lease was misrepresented. I am being charged for minor parking lot dings, and that all four tires are notthe same brand. Calls to the leasing company are no help all all. would not trust these people at all.

Tom Couch was both personable and very helpful in our car buying process. We were looking for a used MDX and although there was not one available on their lot that met our needs, Tom searched to find us just what we were looking for. The purchase process was simple and straight forward. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, direct and honest. What was important to us was that the financing and paper work process be both swift and simple. Tom and the Elite team accomplished that and made what is usually the most frustrating part of buying a car very pleasant. I have had the car for a week and could not be more pleased! I highly recommend Elite Acura and specifically Tom Couch!

these guys are A class! i had a great experience from beginning to end. our salesman, tom couch, and the sales mgr, joe d'aurizio, were very knowledgeable and did everything in their power to ensure my wife and i were happy. we originally found a preowned 2007 tl on the elite acura website, only to find it all shined up and ready to roll when we got there...for another customer. we were upset, but had a few back up choices at another dealership. the problem was we really wanted to buy the car from elite as we owned a 2001 cl and their service dept always took good care of us. anyway, we expressed this to tom and joe. they asked for a couple of days to see if they could find something that fit our criteria. 2 days later, i get a call from joe telling me to be excited and to come on in, he found us a car...the car was in even better shape with less mileage than the one we originally intended to get. they did the best they could on my trade in and really worked with us on a great final number. my point is, tom and joe went above and beyond. they hunted down the car we wanted in under 48 hrs and gave us a killer deal. a lot of sales guys promise you the world and rarely have the follow through...but these guys did. if you want an acura, give these guys a shout. they didn't make it feel like i was buying a car...and that's kinda nice...

Tom and Vince were very professional , courteous and helpful. I had a very bad experience with Mercedes -Benz so I was looking for another car since my lease on my MB would be up in July. My daughter had purchased a RDX at Elite Acura and was so impressed with Vince and the great service she received and loved her car that I made Elite my first and my last stop . I purchased a MDX and I love it. I can't say enough about Tom Couch and how nice he was to work with.He not only made sure I got the car I wanted but he also eliminated any hassle with turning in my leased MB. I would certainly recommend Elite to all my friends.

I have been a 5-time Acura owner, all of which were handled thru Elite (& its predecessor). Over the many years that I have had that relationship, I have created a friendly & positive relationship with both the sales & service departments. It is due to those relationships that I am pleased to be a repeat customer. In this particular instant, I was disappointed in my purchase of a 2009 TL (not due to any misdirection from my sales representative at the time) & recently discussed my frustration with both the service and management departments. With proactive & immediate assistance from them, I was able to upgrade from my '09 TL to a used '10 RL at a reasonable additional expense. Not only did Elite take the stress out of the transition, they stepped up to make something happen that I never would have expected, especially since there was minimal financial gain to them in satisfying that need for me. Clearly, that experience continues to support the reason that I am a repeat customer of Elite.

I had an expiring lease with 3 payments left. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with class, and a no-nonsense approach. Al listened to what I wanted and within fifteen minutes, we had a handshake on a deal. Not one time during the process did any "gotcha's" arise. I was in and out of there in 2 hours, including introduction of my situation, discussion of new deal structure, test-drive, printing and signing documents.Prior to going to Elite, I went to a Lexus Dealer, an Infiniti Dealer, and called a Nissan, another Infiniti dealer, and another Acura dealer. Cars aside, I was treated best at Elite.

Everyone at the dealership was amazing and worked really hard to meet my needs. Our saleswoman Amanda was great she was so helpful and even gave me her cell phone number in case I had any questions. When I purchased the car she went through every After purchasing the vehicle she called the next day to make sure everything was okay with the car. The dealership offers new owner open houses for new Acura dealers and invites outside companies such as XM radio in to speak with the customers. Customers are invited and are able to meet the service team.

I went to Elite Acura and Amanda was so helpful. I went in there with an amount I could spend and Amanda and the finance department took the time to work out every possible way to make sure it fit my budget, and they did! Amanda's knowledge with the differences in leasing vs. buying and vise versa, differences in the types of vehicles, and just her overall help was refreshing! The entire dealership helps and is honest in everything they do! I've never experienced anything like Elite Acura.

Everyone at Elite from the sales person to the business (finance) manager friendly and helpfull. Susan went the extra mile. No hard sell just told me everything I needed to know and let me make my own decision. I had to bring the car back for a service visit and the staff were great there as well. The car was ready 10 minutes before they said it would be done. There are at least 2 other Acura dealers as close or closer (Elte is 45 minutes away and there is an Acura dealer in my hometown 5 minutes away) but I went there as the deal was that much better. I would definetly look for Sue Rinaldi if you need a car and I would shop at Elite

I would like to start out by saying I normaly dread buying cars, but the experiance I had at elite Acura was outstanding. We came to the dealership not sure what we wanted and very frustrated after going to just about every other car dealership out there. We were just browsing the lot when Jon promptly came out and greated my wife and I, this surprised me because not one of the dealerships we went to did somebody come out. I made it very clear to Jon we were just looking and had no intension of buying and with out hesitation he made it clear to us that his responsability was to make sure we get all the information about their product... Never heard this before and was floored that this young man would risk working with us when he could have a customer who was more serious. In the end we ended up buying an mdx from Jon that day and I can't express it enough how excelent the service was and as long as Jon is selling cars I don't care if it's kias, my business will be going to him.

I recently purchased my new car, a 2010 Acura RDX w/ Tech package from Jason Eichenberg from Elite Acura. Based on my experience and most importantly recent dealing with Jason, I will never purchase another car from any dealer, unless it's Elite Acura and they have Jason working for them. Not only was I satisfied with the price of my car purchase, but the ridiculous amounts of knowledge Jason and everyone else at Elite Acura new not only about the car I was purchasing, but every option that was remotely possible for it. If there was anything they didn't know, or wasn't sure about, they had no problem admitting so and found the correct answer. Never bloated the truth. No sugar coating whatsoever. Elite Acura even gave me a fantastic deal on my trade-in. Price aside, at the end of the day I would have purchased from Jason at Elite Acura soley based on the knowledge of the car and the professional courtesy they provided me throughout the visit. For our next car purchase, our first stop will be Elite Acura. Hands down.

We stopped at Elite Acura to look at a used TSX for my son. Because he was "upside down" on the value of his trade, it had been difficult to find a vehicle he could afford. Between the fantastic price and the willingness of Balal and Joe to go the extra mile, my son not only got a car he wanted, he drove off with a brand new 2010 TSX. It just so happened that my daughter was also in the market for a car. Because of the fantastic deal and overall buying experience we had with my son, she also got a 2010 TSX! Now we have three Acuras in our family and are thrilled with each one.

Before I left the lot he helped me synch my cell phone with the new "cool" handsfreelink system in the MDX. Well, I just bought a new phone and was having trouble synching it up with the car so I stopped into Elite today and looked for Balal to see if he could help me again. He was there and able to help...and remembered me from the initial lease of the vehicle in July 2007. He was once again very helpful...and friendly...and I told him I'd look him up again in July 2010 when I'm ready for next MDX.

I live in Chicago and was looking for a TSX with some very specific specifications. No one in the Midwest had the one I wanted, so I extended my search to the entire country. I found the one I was looking for at Elite and worked with Amanda Delayo throughout the processes. Between the time I first contacted her to the time the car was delivered to me in Chicago, Amanda was in constant communication. She let me know what I needed to submit to get the deal done and she made sure everything went exactly on schedule. I have dealt with many car dealers during long distance transactions and this was by far my most positive experience. Amanda did a great job and I would work with her again without a doubt.Make sure to ask for her! She is great!

The experience was definitely different from other dealers, one with family oriented atmosphere, and taking care of my concerns with the automotive purchase. I have been shopping for an Acura TL for about a month and have visited to other dealerships in the area. I cannot express the disappointment and treatment received from the other dealerships. However, I had received a call from Joe from Elite Acura, Maple Shade to come in to see the cars he had avai;able. I was so impressed by the pleasant reception, knowldege and the understanding of the buying process. The team of Joe, Balal and Vince work well togther and made my purchase go smooth and quick. When I stopped by Elite Acura to see their inventory of TSX's, Amanda Delayo came out to see if I had any questions. She was friendly and well informed about the 2009 TSX with technology package. She went over all of the features and answered any questions I had. I made an offer that day, and she and her sales manager counter-offered, but the I felt I could do better on the price.Amanda called me occasionally to see if I had made a decision to buy the car I saw there, but I told her I was going to wait. There was no pressure whatsoever. Weeks later when her manager decided he wanted to meet me at my price, she called me elated, and told me she could make the deal happen. My wife and I got to the dealer late in the day, but Amanda was able to get our paperwork completed quickly. She spend time going over the navigation and other features with us, despite the fact that the dealership was closing for the nite. She had to run in to get her purse before her manager locked the door. She then spent another 10 minutes with us on the tech features.The next day, she followed up with a phone call to see if we had any questions about the car. Definitely a great salesperson.

Yesterday my wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Acura MDX from Elite Acura in Maple Shade, NJ. From the minute we arrived at the Dealership we were quite impressed with the way in which we were treated.Our sales consultant,Balal Rauf was outstanding! Mr. Rauf went out of his way to make sure that everythingwas perfect, it was almost as if we were buying the vehicle from a very close friend even though we had never met prior to walking into Elite Acura. I should mention that we had looked at a similar MDX at another dealership which was much closer to our home prior to visiting Elite. We were turned off by the overall way in which we were treated at the other dealership and decided to further our search of dealers. Not only did we save a considerable amount in going to Elite over the other dealership but we have a feeling of confidence that we didn't come away with at the other dealership. My wife and I are in the hospitality industry and we believe very strongly in "first impressions". Our first impression from the minute we arrived at Elite Acura and sat down with Mr Rauf was that we were dealing with someone we could trust. The entire transaction was a pleasure. I'm normally not the kind of person who writes reviews, however, after my wonderful experience at Elite Acura, I felt compelled to do so. I dealt with a gentlemen named Ron Livingston. From the initial phone conversation until I was leaving with my brand new TL, the entire experience was truly pleasurable. After trying to work a deal with so many other dealers and rude sales people, i was sick of car shopping. I only wish i had called Elite Acura sooner. Even though it was a far trip for me, I would do it again in a heartbeat. Go to Elite Acura. Truly professional!!! They WOWED me!

My husband and I found our car online and thought this dealership was too far since we live in PA. I would travel even farther after my experience at Elite. From the greeting from Mr. D'Aubrizio, the sales expertise of Mr. Swan, to the final negotiations from Mr. Menniti, the sale was every car buyer's dream. I have never been a car dealership where the entire family is made to feel at home and interact with the sales team. The service was extremely exemplary and I would definitely return for my future Acuras.

this was my first time buying an acura and it was the best decision I could of made! The car is wonderful and the service I received was exceptional! Vince menniti was a pleasure to deal with. I highly reccommend him! and I heard Elite Acura made him Manager. A very good choice on their part.

I have owned a 2004 TSX since 2003. With few exceptions my service experience has been excellent. When there was a problem with service, they have gone out of their way to make it right. They have given me no problem even with honoring service bulletins out of warranty. I had a buzzing speaker that I brought in to complain about under warranty and they told me there was no problem. Later, out of warranty I discovered there had been a TSB for this very problem. I brought in in, pointed out that I had brought car in before for this. They looked at it and said no problem. However, I then brought the service manager outside, and showed him the problem. He then took the car and they fixed the problem. Even gave me a loaner.I have had good experience so far in looking for another car, with sales representative.

Amanda was very friendly and personable a pleasue to work with. Chris, the manager, also was a pleasure to work with. After the purchase of my car, Amanda was available and took the time to help me with concerns. The service department was helpful and pleasant when attaching my new tags.

My family has been buying cars from this Acura dealership for over 10 years. Their sales people are friendly, honest, and helpful. We just bought a 2006 TL, and we were treated wonderfully (as usual). Our salemen, Brian Dahms, was honest, patitent, and caring to what our needs were. Not to mention Elite Acura's service department is the best I have ever seen! I keep coming back to Elite Acura because their cars are by far the best, their service is amazing, and their salesmen are honest people!I would highly recommend Elite Acura to anyone looking to buy an Acura.They are buy far the best dealership I have been to in the Delaware Valley.

Elite Acura was recommended to me by a friend who had a pleasant buying experience and loved her 2007 TL. I had never owned or even driven an Acura so I thought I would at least give it a try. The sales person, Amanada Delayo, was a delight to deal with. I told her exactly what I was looking for in a new car and when I planned to take delivery. She familiarized me with the 2009 TL, gave me an opportunity to take the car for a test drive and followed up by phone & email on agreed upon dates. During that time I was driving 'the competition' and kept coming back to Amanda & the TL. It was by far the best car overall for the money and the buying experience far outweighed any I have had in the my 30+ car buying years. I speak highly of Amanda & Elite Acura when expressing my recent car buying experience.

This is my third Acura from that Dealership. The sales people are nice and friendly specially Amanda. She was very helpful with any technical questions and car selection. I would recommend her definitely as a sales person; she is not pushy and understands customer needs.Service: I think service department has been changed as well, back in 2000 I had some issues but so far I have excellent service, it is costly, hey but this is not a Dodge or Chevy.

A good majority of our decision was based on the service that we received at the dealership, particularly with our salesperson Amanda Delayo. She was extremely helpful with the whole process, answered any & all questions that I had, and had a lot of patience with us throughout the sale. She was not pushy, like the many other sales people that we encountered....she simply represented her product well and was very obviously proud of the product she was selling. This experience, as well as other folks that we dealt with (Chris & others) will certainly make us consider purchasing an Acura from this dealership again in the future.Thank you to the folks there, it's a great group!

I always bring my MDX 06 to Elite Acura for service. Scott and Rich are the best. They both treat me like family and go the extra mile for me. I request Scott everytime. Everyone should request him as a service advisor. Scott always keeps me informed about what is going on with my car. He is honest and will always recommend what is best needed for my car. I have been coming to Elite Acura since 2001 since I had my MDX 01 before I traded it in for the 06. The service department is what makes me come back to Elite Acura. From the Service manager to each individual in the service department, these people are top notch. Thank you.

I brought my 2009 TSX in for it's first service. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. They even told me about a recall that was needed that I wasn't aware of. This was a great timesaver since I have a very busy schedule. They are first class all he way!

I took my 2004 TSX to their service department and I had a great experience. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, and my car was fixed right the first time!!! I think the price was average. It was what I excepted considering the nicer the car, the more expensive it is to maintain and fix. I do not and will not take my car to any other dealership!

I went to Elite Acura to look at the MDX as my SUV lease was coming due. I was very surprised to see that the General Manager came out to assist me. Not only did he answer all of my questions he made sure that the MDX was the right vehicle for me. I never felt rushed even though I am sure he had many other responsibilities that needed his attention. I would not consider purchasing a car, new or used, from any other dealer.

I brought my Acura 2004TL in for service, there was a binding during parking in Nov. 2007. The power steering pump was replaced at a cost of $733.00. the problem still exist, but not as bad before. With my type of driving I dont do a lot of Parallel parking, were most of your drive is interstate.I brought my Acura 2004TL April 4, 2008 for service with a binding during parking; I was told that I need a rack steering system at a cost of $1,500.00. a week later I brought the car with the same problem.i was given a loaner car, my car was fix by replacing the power steering pump, hose, fluid and switching assy.Now my car is running fine, but I should not have to pay for this misdiagnoses and replacement part that cost me $1,500.00.

Elite Acura's service department was only "average" on knowing what to do to fix a few problems on my 2003 TL. They did OK as long as my car was under warranty, I mean, I gave them second chances to fix things since it was thier nickle.However, as soon as my car was out of warranty I found a new place to take my car. Elite Acura charges more money than other dealerships. I won't be taking my car to them because I won't pay high costs for average service, knowing that I may need to return to them because they didn't get it right the first time.
