I love all the service I receive from Elite Acura. I’ve had a great experience with Scott Goldberg in sales. He provides A1 services. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and leaves nothing to question. Whenever i have to service my vehicle i do not mind waiting because the the environment is very pleasant and comfortable. Service consultant and management and always helping and accommodating.

Elite Acura has alway done an excellent job and the service provided today has been nothing less. I am very satisfied with the service they provide on my visit to Acura. Today Ryan was very hospitable. He offered me refreshment and kept me appraised of the service being provided on my vehicle while I waited. I've always had a good experience at Elite Acura. This place is phenomenal. I came in wanting to see a couple of cars and with a set budget after visiting three other dealerships that day. Tim showed me what I wanted to see, was patient while I was indecisive, and was honest. I was in at 430 pm and out by 7 pm with a barely used vehicle and an awesome warranty. I would refer anyone to see Tim and the rest of the staff at Elite. Thank you so much

Elite Acura made my car buying experience a great one. I worked with Gary and he made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in my price range. They also were great in the service department as far as making sure my car was good to go and fixing the minor things I wanted done after purchasing my car. I am so happy with my purchase! Thank you to the Elite Acura team for being so professional and having great customer service all around! *6 MONTH UPDATE* I wanted to give an update on my overall experience with Elite. I still love my car and I’m about 80% happy with my purchase. The service department has been amazing. I got my first service done to my car and it was complimentary. However, about a month after I bought the car I realized there was a repair on it. It must of been a cheap repair and no damage was reported to Car Fax so when I bought the vehicle it was shiny and waxed to perfection. After I had drove my vehicle I realized my fender liner clips were loose. I later saw that they used adhesive to glue the fender in place which eventually wore off. I tried to pop it back in thinking it was something minor but that didn’t help. When I took my car to get serviced, I mentioned it to the Service Rep. and he told me they would fix it. So I took my car in the following week. They had my car for 24 hours. Two days after I received my vehicle back I have the same issue. There is no reason my fender liner should be popping out on a pre-certified vehicle with a clean car fax. I don’t expect perfection because it’s used but I expect transparency when buying my car from a large dealership. I have called multiple managers about it and haven’t heard a call back. So my 10/10 experience is now 6/10.

Great welcoming experience. This dealership is beautiful inside and out. Friendly and accommodating personnel. Highly recommend! Update: Forgot to also shout-out Gary Menchen. Gary made everything as smooth as possible and would highly recommend him to anyone. Shout-out to everyone else who helped me out as well.
