Great dealership, not very large but thanks to that they have low overhead and can offer good prices. I bought a 2019 Subaru from them, and they were real pleasure to deal with not to mention I got a good price as well. They also have a nice collection of Porsches, and know these cars in and out. I will check them out again for sure when looking for another car.

They posted an add on car gurus I expressed interest in it. Emailed them with my contact information. Called them they never responded to my first email. Just sent me an email letting me know the car had sold. Very unprofessional will never buy a car from this company. Should be ashamed of yourselves that's how you conduct business. Update: Appreciate the response 3 months after I posted the negative review. See this is exactly your company's problem. I'm probably going to hear a response to my update next year.

I usually don't write reviews at all, but felt like if anybody in the future will read this and it will give them more confident about this place then it's worth it! A truly amazing experience if you are in the market for a car.The place is very neat and you can tell they are very professional. I dealt with Nick who was very knowledgeable and kind and had a lot of patient which makes you feel comfortable being around, unlike other dealerships where you feel pressured.I recommend this dealership 100%.

My husband and I recently purchased a Lexus RX 330 from Elite Auto Imports, Inc. and couldn't be more pleased. In the process of buying the car we were treated really well by all the friendly and knowledgeable staff and our salesman, Nik, allowed us plenty of time for questions, Carfax review, test driving, and inspection of the vehicle. Once the decision to purchase was made, we were pleased with the price, had warranty options clearly described, and had a tire rotation and rotor resurfacing thrown in. Now, looking forward to every opportunity to enjoy the car, my husband refers to the vehicle as "a creampuff" because of its pristine condition, drivability, and luxury. Going through Elite Auto Imports has been a wonderful experience in every respect and we would certainly recommend them to our friends.

When I pulled up to Elite's location I honestly wondered what I was in for and whether I should just turn around and go to a big dealership. Let me just say that working with Eli at Elite was the best car buying experience I have ever had, period. Their inventory is top quality and their knowledge is top notch. The price was extremely fair as was their offer on my trade in. I felt no pressure and really felt like I was treated as a friend rather than as a customer. I cannot recommend them enough. I would write more but I would rather be out playing with my new toy and seeing how much fun my right foot can deliver. Elite Auto exceeded my expectations on all counts. 1) Selection of Vehicles - had the VERY hard to find BMW x6 with all the options & interior I wanted. 2)Ease of Service - It was extremely easy to work out all the terms and transaction details even though I was out of the area (Southern California). Flew Honey to checkout care w/check in hand. If car is exactly as-pictured and in perfect condition "buy-it." If not, return home via flight to Burbank. The good: Nice, clean, well selected inventory. Nik and Eli have good overall knowledge of the vehicles they sell. Good facility and well kept. Nik went out of his way to arrange a great financing option and meet me on an off day which was much appreciated. The opportunity for improvement: Purchased 2009 Porsche 911 4S on 1/25. By my return home to the Central Coast I realized that my horn was not working and I thought I had issues with my navigation system or on board computer. Nav situation cleared up but horn clearly not working. Nik assured me multiple times that the horn had been repaired while in their possession. I then asked what Porsche dealership made the repair so that I could follow up. Nik admitted that he and Eli did the repair, and again, informed me multiple times that it was working but that this is a very common problem with Porsche. Not once did Nik offer to make this right or offer to repair it properly. The week following the purchase of my car I contacted Nik to have him send the second key to my Porsche that I forgot to obtain when I left the dealership. Nik stated that he would not send the key until my plates and registration were sent (six-eight weeks from the purchase of my vehicle). I have purchased well over 20 vehicles in my lifetime, never has any dealership had this policy. Once I signed the papers and became the legal owner of the vehicle the key should have been surrendered immediately. On Feb 11th my trade-in (Mercedes Benz) loan still not paid off. Called Mercedes and they had no record of pay-off. Nik assured me that payment was made and texted me a picture of cleared check on his end. Through my own research and three phone calls with Mercedes it is determined that Elite Auto Imports put the wrong VIN number on the pay-off form sent to Mercedes. Finally cleared up after about a week and much of my time wasted. Feb 24th I inquired about obtaining my plates and registration. Nik clearly explained to me that as a dealer they have 30 days to set all this in motion. The next day Nik contacted me and informed me that they could not register my vehicle because they didnt have the proper SMOG paperwork - it somehow got mixed up with another vehicle. Im now asked to get a SMOG test done and send Nik the paperwork, at his expense. Fine, I let Nik know where I was taking the vehicle, what day and what time so that he could make arrangements for payment. Sure enough, I took vehicle to get SMOG test done and Nik had not made the arrangements for payment. I called Nik, clearly woke him up, then put him on the phone with the dealer to make payment for the SMOG test. So why such a late review? I gave Nik every opportunity to make this right with me months ago, and in fact had a lengthy conversation with him over the phone. He knew how unhappy I was with my overall experience, assured me he would follow up with a kind gesture (keep in mind I never asked for a thing, simply wanted to get my point across for their improvement and benefit) and once again Nik did not follow up. This left me feeling like I was simply not heard, not taken seriously and that I completely wasted my time. For me, its simply about doing what you say you are going to do. If you offer a kind gesture, then follow up with it. Yes I had issues, things happen. But the way my entire situation was handled is a real disappointment and hence the late review. And as a final side note, Im still dealing with issues regarding the horn not working properly.

We were looking for a BMW M3 Convertible and Eli was able to provide me with my new car. When I first came into the showroom and saw the car I was a bit skeptical, it wasn't as picture perfect as I imagined. But after pointing out what I thought was not up to par, Eli took care of it. When I came back to make the purchase, the car was spotless and beautiful. It was like night and day. Eli was kind enough to even go and get me the BMW's convertible wind screen protector. Honestly, Eli is the most down-to-Earth car dealer I know. By being the owner he is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He is easy to talk to, and it made the experience all the better. Signing the papers was easy, fun, and efficient. I highly recommend going in and checking this place out.

Dealerships and car salesmen should learn from the guys at Elite Auto Imports. Eli and Nik are the best at what they do. We have purchased multiple vehicles at various locations both new and used cars and never had the kind of personal service that these two had given us. The way they conduct business is the way it should be. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for great cars that were meticulously picked by people passionate about cars. "Customer Service 101" at its best.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Eli. I was looking for an SUV for my wife, and found this rare BMW X5 M edition at Eli's showroom. I worked with Eli for about a week, inspecting the vehicle, getting preapproved and making sure I'm getting the right car at the right price. However, On the day I took my wife to pick up the car she spotted a different SUV, a Range Rover Sport Supercharged and immediately fell in love with it. Eli did an amazing job at reworking the deal. Shortly after we left with a different car than the one we came for. We are satisfied and happy with the choice we made at the end. This just speaks to the great selection and quality of vehicles Eli has to offer in his show room.

I bought a 2011 Jaguar Premium in Elite Auto Imports. As a foreigner and not live in California, I was unable to come to see the real car. But they are very patiently to send me all aspect of car and details. Furthermore, the shipping service was awesome. They told me they shipped car in Tuesday morning and I get the car at that night! And the car was just like what they describe. I love it and I highly recommend Elite Auto Imports as a great dealer!

I had spent the past 3 months looking for a mint used 911. The cars that these guys sell are the cleanest of the clean cars. The car I bought was a 2007 911 S Cabriolet. The car was flawless. It had low mileage and did not have a single blemish. Nik was very knowledgable about the car and it was obvious they had a very discerning eye when it came to buying used Porsches. The price was a fair market price for a top of the line car. I did a trade in of my car and though we could have probably negotiated a bit more on my price, the quality of the 911 was such that it was hard to put a fair market value on the car. I have now had the car for 4 months and the car runs perfectly. This is my fourth Porsche and when it comes time to buy another, I will trust these guys to find my next car.

My husband and I were looking for a new Mercedes for myself when he found Elite Auto Imports. Not only did we find a great car, but the price was fantastic compared to many other dealerships. The service was also superb and we were not pressured in any way to purchase the car. On top of it all, when we received the car, the tank was full which of course made us happy. These guys are as low pressure as they come. Nice, professional, clean, etc.... The cars are kept in a meticulously cleaned warehouse. They worked with me on a price that worked for both of us. They didnt waste my time, and I didnt have to waste a day on my weekend car shopping. I was in and out within a couple hours and that includes me going to get lunch and make a bank run. 5 stars all the way! And Eli, if your reading this, thank you again for your service!

As a car enthusiast, I can't tell you how annoying it is talking with sales people that have no insight or passion into the cars they sell. Well, that can't be further from the truth in regards to Nik, Eli and their staff. They are NOT salesmen; they are true car enthusiasts that know everything about what they have to offer and have an amazing talent for finding cars in excellent condition. Nik was there on a Sunday waiting for another customer when I showed up. Despite the fact that it was his day off, he welcomed me in, helped me select a car, processed the paperwork and sent me on my merry way happy, happy, happy... I had bought the car I'd been looking for for over two years. He was respectful, helpful and I left with exactly what I wanted. Nik at Elite Auto is terrific. Buy a car from him....:)

One of the most pleasurable experiences we have had at a dealership. I located a car on their website, we discussed the price over the phone (since I live approx. 200 miles away) and when we got there it was exactly as shown in the pics, and the guys were amazing! Super nice, no surprises, great inventory and dealership--and most of all they delivered everything as promised. Honest and no hassle with exceptional service. I would DEFINITELY do business with them again!

Nik and Eli are great to deal with, no pressure, very laid back. I live in Las Vegas and did all communication via phone, email and eventually snail mail, never once stepping foot into the showroom. I ended up purchasing a BMW 335i from them and the entire experience couldnt have been better. Great deal, easy transaction, even getting me a smoking deal on transporting the car home to me. Anyone not local to Elite Auto with trepidation about buying a car sight unseen need not worry, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Eli and Nik are honest and passionate about what they do, so if you find with them the car you want - short list it as #1. Particulars of my case: looking only for a (rare) Audi A6 Quattro Avant, and living 2500 mi away. They have been with me all the way through phone and email. If you are out of state - settle down your worries: paperwork was flawless, people they work with are definitely in the same league (Performance Motor Works delivered an outstanding pre-purchase report; D&Z Trucking - delayed by ice storms arrived minutes before the finally committed time). Nik was professional from the initial call to the final pickup. The cars in his dealership are top notch and they do a great job of showing them to you. My purchase wouldn't have been possible if he didn't offer financing, and the lender that they work with is very competitive. I don't know many used car dealerships with this complete of a package. Although I was overcharged for registration fees, they were willing to work with me and I got my refund in a short amount of time. I would call that pretty good customer service.

Dealer had great inventory from Mercedes, BMW's and Porsche. Prices were fair and the sales people were knowledgable. Buying process was a little jacked up but hey..I got a clean car at a nice price. Would definitely buy from them again.

The inventory of cars is great and the fact they are located in a warehouse protected from the elements is even better! Nik and Eli are not your typical sales guys, they are car enthusiasts and offer a nice selection of well maintained vehicles. We purchased our Mercedes from them, it was an easy, no pressure transaction and would do it again. Great experience!

I was impressed that they keep all of their inventory inside. We purchased a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta. The car was detailed to perfection. It was serviced by a local Volkswagen dealership. Nik and Eli are not really salesmen. They are car buffs that enjoy seeing people drive the best car for their needs and budget. We wanted a four door sedan that got more than 25 mpg,handled like a sports car, had more than 180 hp, and less than 50,000 miles. Eli said I have just the car for you and advised Nik to show us the Jetta. Nik moved several automobiles out to retrive our White Jetta hidden in a sea of BMWs,Jaguars, Mercedes Benz, Porsches and Lexus. I was surprised to find an economy car among such great automobiles. Our purchase price was 3200 dollars less than the best deal we were offered at any local Volkswagen dealer. I will have Elite Auto locate my next used automobile. Darrell Chambers
