my custom wrangler unlimited is in the process of being built now. i want everyone to know that being from New York and making this happen at first seemed like a tall task. the first time i made a call i spoke to Brit and it was on labor day he answered the phone anyway and made me feel very confident in him. we have been going back and forth discussing every last detail many many times (he never once made me feel like a nuisance ) even though i felt like one...thus far he has gone to extraordinary lengths to build my dream jeep and i will follow up when i receive my dream jk---I CANT WAIT! hoping for a mid november pick-up date. It was really easy and for my third time being at a dealership it was a lot more calm and intuitive for these guys they let me take the car home for 7 days and if I didn't like it I could take it back so is recommend this place to anyone looking for a jeep and they even have a shop next door if your just looking for a tune up

I found Elite Motors, Inc online and found a large inventory of Jeeps. I found the Jeep that met all of my criteria and called to talk to a salesperson about the Jeep. I talked with Taylor Ammons about the Jeep and he told me all I needed to know and suggested that I put a deposit down to hold it until I could make it up to Cartersville. The Jeep was for my daughter in Texas and she was relying on Taylor to make the deal work. Taylor did and outstanding job explaining the Jeep product and what to expect from this Jeep. He also worked with us on financing and made the deal work. The entire dealership from mechanics to the sales staff were very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a used or new Jeep this is the place to go with a huge inventory or Jeeps and parts!

First time at the lot, met with Salesperson Mason......best experience ever!!! He was so patient, welcoming and knowledgeable about the products in the lot. Felt that he was genuinely interested in helping me get what I really wanted without being a pushy, arrogant salesperson. Will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!!!! I sent a web inquiry and nobody ever followed up. I called two days later and spoke with a salesman for about 5 min. He took my info and email address and was going to email me more info on the vehicle I was interested in... never did.

This is the worst car dealership. Buyer be warned if you purchase a jeep from here you will be begging for anyone to take it off your hands. Their jeeps sell as cheap as they do because it's all crap under the hood. They will not stand by their work. And will not fix a single problem you have. Do not buy from them. You will regret your purchase.
